The old Samcheok construction company housing in Donghae City was built for employees of Nitrogenous lime factory with railway construction in 1939. The 31 company houses are arranged in a rows including a House A, two No. 2 and 3 Houses, a dormitory, 12 row houses of two households, and 15 row houses of four households. At present, they are preserved with prototype at that time of building as a private company. Researching the architectural characteristics from A and No. $2{\cdot}3$ detached houses of them, the results are as follows. The tea room, living room, and kitchen are centralized and connected with toilet, bathroom, and maid's room by corridor. The exterior wall was finished with paintwork on cement mortar on stud wall framing plastered. The key exterior elements such as diamond shaped asbestos slate, large openings, corner bay window, lintel cornice are in accordance with drawings that they were first designed. The wooden roof structure is based on the structure that supports transverse load with a beam and beam plate instead of thrust. The kitchen and toilet are remodelled and only seem to be a mere shadow of their former self, but the position of sink and toilet bowl is the same as before.

Construction Automation must be founded on the Construction Robot Technology. And Construction Automation is definitely different from Construction Mechanization. This study includes the survey of the thoughts of domestic construction company officer about introducing Construction Robot into domestic construction industry, and the thoughts of recognition related to the Construction Automation currently international trend in construction industry.

건설 산업은 다양한 프로젝트를 수행하는 수주중심의 산업적 특성상 정형화된 프로세스로 구축하여 운영하는 것이 매우 어렵다. 이에 건설기업의 동적인 업무 변화 특성 수용과 업무개선을 동시에 만족시킬 수 있는 BPM(Business Process Management)의 도입이 대형 건설업체를 중심으로 이루어지고 있는 상황이다. BPM의 특성과 기업의 고유 전략이 상이하기 때문에 일괄적인 적용은 어렵다. 이에 건설 산업의 특성과 프로세스를 이해하고 기업이 추구하는 비전과 목표에 부합하는 업무 프로세스를 우선 선정하여 적용하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구 고찰을 통하여 BPM 우선 적용 대상 프로세스 선정방안의 필요성을 제시하고, 건설기업 업무 프로세스 분석을 통해서 건설기업의 BPA를 구축하였다. 국내 건설기업의 전략목표 우선순위 파악을 통하여 높은 우선순위를 가지는 것으로 도출된 수익성과 성장성의 관점에서 핵심 업무 프로세스를 도출하였다. 또한 BPM 적용대상 프로세스 평가 기준을 6가지로 제시하여 이를 바탕으로 핵심 업무 프로세스를 평가하여 BPM 우선 적용 대상 프로세스를 도출하였다.

Domestic exoteric construction market by opening of world construction market with recent FTA of rapidly change. On these time, need quality increase of construction to possess government official and international competitiveness of customer satisfaction by offering consumer building of good quality. Therefore, must establish direction to inspects and must advance forward formation government official's present actual conditions for building company's QI. This study is as following if summarize studying result of formation government official to improve quality in construction spot. First, formation's CEO will for QI need side improvement the formation government official enemy by important thing. Second, at checking activity and systematic action that participate of responsible persons cooperation enterprise space-time by complete charge department organization should be achieved. Third, complete charge department for quality control operation large size construction firm substantially formation Organizational well operate, but heavy hydrogen building company was construed by greatly unprepared misgovernment. AHP analysis result complete charge department is serious necessity, and the CEO under direct control organizational structure was construed by thing which can bring excellent effect in operation management side of quality business side and formation. Therefore, heavy hydrogen building company should does to occupy competitive power high position with tissue at active quality complete charge deputy.

Recently, many disasters have occurred due to poor management of construction site. In addition, as legal regulations on safety management at construction sites are strengthened, its importance is being further emphasized. In relation to smart safety management technology, a study was introduced to build an analysis model through various safety-related data collected within construction companies. This model derives quantitative disaster risk about the site level through information related to past disasters and near misses. However, construction work is performed separately by work group of each partner company. There is a limitation in that individual workers cannot directly experience this analysis information. In this study, we propose a method to derive the safety disaster risk of individual work units from disaster risk of the site level. We expect that this study to be helpful for smart safety management technology of construction sites.

The demand for apartments is decreasing as the condition of housing market in Korea has changed. Therefore, construction companies have to understand the needs of the customers to win over them. It is important for construction companies not only to supply customers with high quality apartments but also to provide them high service quality for a long range plan. One of the important service of the construction companies is after-service(A/S) that includes the defect management. The inhabitants' unsatisfactory defect management will worse the image of the company among the future customers. Also A/S is one of the best way for the company to create good impression to the customers. so the defect management carried out by construction firms has to satisfy the inhabitants. In this study. the degree of association between inhabitants satisfaction and the company's image is proved and the factors of the inhabitants dissatisfaction in defect-management are presented. The major factor that causes dissatisfaction is the long service time of the defect management. Therefore, shortening the time of process taken to deal with the defects would allow construction outfits to satisfy their customers effectively and to be more competitive ones in the Korean apartment market.

Purpose: This study is to help the construction of smart factories of other manufacturing enterprises through IDIS 's case of smart factory construction. Methods: We introduce the four phases of implementing smart factory building by IDIS company, which produces a small quantity of multi-odd units. Results: Through the smart factory construction, the cost of product is reduced due to the improvement of total productivity such as office work, production work, and energy saving, and sales are enhanced by customized production, quality / delivery reliability improvement. Conclusion: We present the actual examples needed to build the manufacturer's smart factory.

대형시공회사에 있어 CM 역량강화의 문제는 비단 CM 시장의 진출뿐만 아니라 회사의 역량 강화, 경쟁자와의 차별성 및 수익성의 증대라는 측면에서 대단히 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 현재 미국의 CM시장을 분석하여 본 결과 CM은 EC, GC, 그리고 설계 및 전문 CM사와의 각축속에서 그 규모가 점차 확대되고 있고, 국내의 경우의 경우도 그와 유사하게 진행되어가고 있다. 이러한 상황에 대형시공사는 국내시장에서 기존의 CM 강자들과의 경쟁과 해외시장에서 선진 외국사와의 경쟁을 위해서는 부족한 CM 역량에 대한 시급한 보완이 필요하다고 판단된다. 이에 본 논문은 CM 역량 강화를 위한 교육 전략 수립에 초점을 맞추어 연구를 진행하였고, 각 현장, 사업본부, 직급을 고려한 교육 전략을 제시하였다.

It has been passed around two decades since the CM is introduced in December 1996. And 20 years have passed. Construction Technology Management Act is the enacted of 1987, since Independence Hall fire in 1986. In the meantime, basic background and operational rather than the development of regulations that skewed had a voice of concern. Accordingly, Ministry of land is promoting a full-scale revision that Construction Technology Promotion law as switching to promote and support the necessity from Regulatory and management-oriented paradigm. In this paper, according to the Construction and Technology Promotion law amended in the course of doing business, was conducting research for drawn counterstrategy through SWOT analysis that was not the side of owner but CM company.

Estimating the cost of injuries and "accidents" to an organization is very important to figure out about how much well each organization has run his company and how much efficiently he has got the results using a certain amount of the expense for safety. Despite the potential usefulness to management of information as to the cost of a company's "accidents", it is not customary accounting practice to make these data available. Of the two general kinds of costs forced on a company by its occupational injuries and "accidents", the insurance cost and uninsured cost, -the former is by far the easier to find out. But actually, this uninsured cost should be figured out at each company. Authors have designed the generalized model to figure out the above problem costs to establish its efficient safety control. One construction company has been a pilot for this study. It is found that efficient safety control cost should be 1.2%~l.3% of total selling amount by analyzing actual data for three years.g actual data for three years.
