There are various issues in rural areas. There are population decline, aging, and the absence of jobs and amenities. The government continues to expand various projects for rural areas. Recently, the government is promoting smart village projects in farming and fishing villages. The purpose of smart village is safety, convenience, smartization, and productivity improvement. The purpose of this study is to investigate the project and implementation process of smart villages, and domestic and foreign cases. And it classifies smart villages and suggests implementation strategies. The conclusion is as follows. ①The smart village business focuses on safety, living convenience, facility smartization, and agriculture and fisheries. ②In overseas cases, the smart village project focuses on improving the residential environment of farming and fishing villages in the EU, the UK, and Germany. Japan focuses on improving energy and agricultural and fisheries productivity. ③It is recommended that the smart village business be subdivided and promoted as much as possible. And the project enhances synergy in cooperation with other government ministries. ④Smart services increase credibility through FGI for public officials and residents. ⑤The project is carried out in consideration of agricultural products, tourism festivals, natural environment, history and tradition.
Marking the 40th anniversary of the founding of The Korean Association of Small Business Studies, this paper was carried out to shed light on the historical trend of 40 years of small and medium business research through the papers published in the Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business and to consider the direction of future small and medium business research. In particular, we will focus on small and medium venture business policies and strategic management aspects of small and medium venture businesses to analyze the contents of published papers related to the subject and contribute to finding implications and future research directions. In order to analyze the research trends of small and medium venture business policies and strategic management sectors of small and medium venture companies covered in the Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business from 1979 to 2019, the analysis was divided by time and item based on research subjects, research methods, researchers, etc., and the primary analysis results are as follows: First, out of a total of 1,056 research papers, research papers on small and medium venture enterprise policy and strategic management showed a ratio of about 14% and 11% of the total research. Second, in terms of research subjects, the proportion of policy research on funds and start-ups and ventures was high in the field of small and medium venture enterprise policy, and the research on internationalization strategy was carried out the most in the area of strategic management. Third, qualitative research was more prominent until the 1980s, but the proportion of quantitative research began to increase after the 1990s, and since then, quantitative research has been carried out more than qualitative research. Fourth, over the past 40 years, Hanyang University, Kyungpook National University, Konkuk University, etc. were the institutions that presented research papers most actively in the areas of small and medium venture business policy and strategic management, and the research institute's participation was somewhat insufficient. The main implications of this study for the continuous development of the Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business are as follows. First, it is necessary to enhance the link between research on policy research and strategic management of small and medium venture companies in terms of research subject matter. Second, more diversity should be pursued in terms of research methods. Third, it is necessary to increase the participation rate of public and private research institutes related to small and medium venture enterprises in academic societies.

This paper deals with the relationship between cultural factor and economic factor in the spread of Hallyu(Korean Wave). To do so, the paper defines the traditional Hallyu items, drama and K-Pop, as 'cultural Hallyu' and other Popular industrial products such as electronics and mobile products as 'business Hallyu'. Based on this definition, the paper analyzes the relationship between the two Hallyu's in Thailand. The analysis has been conducted as follows. First, the paper describes the history of 'cultural Hallyu' and 'business Hallyu' in Thailand by reviewing their introduction and current situations in Thailand market. Secondly, using various aggregate data, the paper analyzes the causality of the two Hallyu's, focusing on the period of their Popularity and growth in Thailand. In addition to the macro-level analysis, the paper researched individual opinions of Thai people about the influence of Hallyu on the success of Korean companies, as well as about the influence of the Korean business companies on the success of Hallyu. This analysis has been conducted using the results of focus group discussion(FGD) of 17 Bangkok people. In both macro and individual level analyses, we found that the 'cultrual Hallyu' has influenced on the success of the 'business Hallyu' rather than vice versa. For further research, it is necessary to analyze the reciprocal influences and synergy effects between the 'cultural Hallyu' and 'business Hallyu'.

Interest and investment in agri-food ventures is increasing worldwide. Agri-food venture startups are also increasing in Korea, but there are constraint factors due to industrial characteristics, and infrastructure and investment for growth are insufficient. This study confirmed the effect of technology commercialization capability and competitive strategy on the growth prospects of agri-food venture companies and the mediating effect of business model innovation. And, through comparison with previous studies, the industrial characteristics were identified by confirming the difference between all venture companies and agri-food ventures. For this, only agri-food ventures data were extracted from the original data of the Research on the Precision Status of Venture Firms 2021. And empirical analysis was conducted. As a result, manufacturing capability, cost leadership and product differentiation had a positive(+) effect on growth prospects. The mediating effect of business model innovation between manufacturing capacity, product differentiation and growth prospects was verified. Through the research results, factors affecting the long-term growth prospects of agri-food ventures were identified in consideration of industrial characteristics. In addition, practical implications in connection with business model innovation of agri-food ventures were presented. In future research, it is necessary to develop an objective measurement tool and to conduct a detailed analysis according to business history and company size.
This article is aimed at understanding the political narratives represented in the National Museum of Indonesia. Starting initially as a colonial museum, the National Museum of Indonesia functioned as a useful tool for the Dutch colonial force to fuel its imaginations of the colonial territory and the people within it. The Dutch used the cultural display to advertize its benevolent colonial rule. All the while, the museum also inevitably reflected orientalism on the people and the culture of the colony. The republic of Indonesia inherited the colonial museum's practices and its display patterns. The business surrounding the museum also played a key role in the newly-born nation-state laying out a future for its redefined territory and people. Thus, what the colonial force imagined for the colonial territory through the study of museum displays was rather directly transferred to the republic without serious consideration of the decolonization process. Four main characteristics have been seen in the museum displays. The first is an emphasis on the glorious Hindu-Buddha history, from which numerous temples, statues, and jewelry have been found. Secondly, the Islamic period, which spanned between the Hindu-Buddha times to the colonial era, has almost completely been eliminated from the display. Third, the colonial era has been depicted as the time of Europe's exportation of scientific tools and adaption of sophisticated living patterns. Fourth, the images of ethnic groups were represented as being stagnant without reflecting any challenges and responses that these groups had faced throughout history. Looking at these display patterns, it can be concluded that all the dynamic internal developments and anti-colonial resistance that took place during the Islamic and Colonial Era have simply not been represented in the museum display. These display patterns do not reflect the real history or culture of the archipelago. Two considerations are thought to have influenced the neglecting of social realities in the display. The first of which is the Dutch's and Republic's apprehension over the possible political upheaval by the Islamic forces. Yet, more fundamentally, cultural displays themselves are distinct from historical education in that the former pays more attention to business ideas with an aim to attract tourists rather than to project objective historical knowledge. Thus, in cultural displays, objects which work to stimulate fantasies and spur curiosity on archipelagic culture tend to be selected and emphasized. In this process, historical objectivity is sometimes considered less vital. Cultural displays are set up to create more appealing narratives for viewers. Therefore, if a narrative loses its luster, it will be replaced by another flashy and newly-resurrected memory. This fact reveals that museums, as transmitters of historical knowledge, have a certain degree of limitation in playing their role.
Through the comparative analysisand inductive research on main creation styles of Chinese, American and Japanese animation films, a conclusion can be given out, which means that the animation film style of each country can hardly be formed without their own traditional painting art, aesthetics habits and ways of thinking. It is these characteristics that form their unique animation film style. America emphasizes realism art, development and utilization of new technology, Japan pays sepcial attention totraditional painting art and comic stories. In business aspect, they bring about different business models relying on the experience of satisfying the diverse needs of domestic and global entertainment markets. When it comes to the content field, they carry forward universal values and meet the individualistic heroismso that a variety of business animation films and art animation films find their ways into the global market and acquire great popularity among audiences from all over the world. Through the comparasion of American and Japanese animation films, a new view to analyze the animation films of China is created. Animation creation is largely based on the need of socialist ideology from 50s to 80s. Even though the purposes of animation film creations returned to satisfying the diverse requirements of commercial markets and audiences, the consequences, such as the break gap of creations and talents, the lack of diverse creative styles and commercial market operation mechanism, sitll affect China's animation films today. Japan found thier position from the American model and became successful. Nowadays, China need find our own creative style and position from American model and Japanese model. And the systematic reformings that are detailed in the government managements, industry standards, internationalized talents cultivation and accumulation are the essential point.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between educational attainment, history, tourism, psychological benefits, educational benefits, and hedonic benefits on visitors 'intention, and to provide Suwon Hwaseong' We propose a suggestion point. The implications of this study are as follows. First, the participants of Suwon Hwaseong Fortress are not only aware of the fact that the meaning of Mars is simply a stone build-up, but also a place to learn Korean history, experience various cultural experiences and attractions, Should be developed and made available to tourists. Second, the officials of Suwon Hwaseong Fortress should develop educational materials to understand the history of Mars as the representative history of Korean history. Furthermore, contents that show the superiority of Suwon Hwaseong in comparison with various world cultures It is necessary to provide policy support so that it can be developed and provided. Third, the officials of Suwon Hwaseong Fortress will have to worry about the development of culture prototype that can be excavated as a tourism factor when visitors visit and how to provide contents. In order to make sure that tourists do not inconvenience during sightseeing, It should be enough. Finally, the officials of Suwon Hwaseong should provide various entertainment factors around Hwaseong, and should try to create a desire to visit Hwaseong through a systematic PR method.
This research examined the design characteristics of Madeleine Vionnet, a female fashion designer who left an enormous legacy and made a great contribution to the high added-value fashion industry. Her techniques can be dividing in to three types: the bias cutting, the design by geometrical methods, and the classical style of ancient Greek clothing. This research also intended to study the design cases in which Vionnet's drapery images are applied to modern fashion, mainly the haute couture works that have appeared at Dior collections since 2000. In terms of the characteristics of Madeleine Vionnet's design, First, she produced the best achievement in dress and ornament history by developing a new technique called bias cutting. Second, her work was groundbreaking because it changed the previously planar approach to the female body into a solid conception by cutting and connecting geometrical pieces in the form of quadrangle, triangle, and a quarter-circle. As a result, her works depicted feminine beauty to the fullest extent through the combination of the human body, excellent materials, and the most sophisticated technology and personal skill. Third, her approach was a classical style tinged with the Greek costume image. With this style, which was born by reinterpreting the key tone of the Greek epoch in a modern way, and transcending and even changing tradition, she created a form of beauty that only she could.
This paper is to survey the research process and the problems in statistics of The Chronicle of Korea Fishery. The contents of The Chronicle were researched by two groups. One group is the managers of every province, the other group is the officers of every county. The managers performed the literature investigation research and field study and also arranged the reports from the county officers. But the managers seemed not to pay the full attention about the consistency of contents. The main contents about fishery are the number of coastal households and population, the number of fishery households and population, the number of fishing boats and fishing net. The body of The Choronicle and the table of fishing affairs in the appendages must be carefully compared to use the statistics. Though these statistics lack the consistency, the number of fishery households and boats deserves the attention. The fishing households account for less than 3% of all households, and about one third of fishing households has fishing boat.
The purpose of this study is to investigate a variety of the Indian costume of the Central-South America and to examine the relation and symbolization of each Indian culture arrd costume. A study's method is to be examined through literatues related to the culture and history of Central-South America Indian, photos and references related to costume. The results are as follows. First, an analysis of Indian male of Central-South America reveals that costume types are different according to cultural areas. Second, an analysis Indian female of Central-South America reveals tlrat costume types are differerrt according to cultural areas. Third, a study on colors and patterns of Indian costume and personal ornament in Meso-America culture area reveals that they were influenced on the Maya and Aztec Civilizations. Fourth, a study on colors and patterns of Indian costume and personal ornament in Andes cultural area reveals that they were influenced on the Inca Civilization. Fifth, a type of ponchos is commonly revealed in Meso America and Andes cultural areas because of particular climate. Sixth, a study on Tropical costume types reveals that they are very different from those of Meso-America and Andes culture areas due to its climate and terrain conditions.
