The purpose of this study is to present direction in outdoors space planning and design after direction through user characteristic analysis through spectacle component establishment of culture art center outdoors space through on-the-site analysis and literature investigation to culture art center of Seoul city and capital region 17 places in this research. The data was collected from classification and bisection kind, subdivision kind, and great classification composed to 17 items. User satisfaction side and Variable that is looked below satisfaction than average appeared to bench, pergola, sculpture facilities, pavement facilities, border facilities. And these facilities were analyzed dissatisfaction. When see satisfaction model, when make up culture art center or similar facilities in local government hereafter because parking facilities and rest area cause big effect in satisfaction, is judged that is item to consider most preferentially. In most case, parking lot security from outdoors space, resting place security, security of field performance facilities etc. taking a serious view because tendency that users see performance or use most vehicles except neighborhood walking area for a rest, a walk etc.. is trend. But, is judged that physical side so that can feel satisfaction as space security of quantitative side is important but users utilize substantially and side that is the program are more important in hereafter.

Korea Electric Power Research Institute in charge of the power IT project "Development of Prototype for Advanced Substation Automation System based on the Digital Control Technology" is performing system verification. Breaker Failure protection IED can operate protection activity by communicating with other IEDs such as T/L IED, owing to IEC 61850 international standard and digital substation automation system. Accordingly, IED testing process should be changed from the conventional way by electrical contact test on individual IED to system based testing method by network communication. This paper describes how to test BF IED based on substation automation system and testing procedures using UML, which is used to implement S/W design.

There is a number of national internet web sites which provide educational information services and contents. One of the more important issues in educational services is to offer a set of educational contents of high quality. It is important to develop the instruction-learning efficiency based contents, considering the variety of learners and content types. In this paper, we present the design of a cyber teaming system using distributed learning standard technology. In this cyber teaming system we particularly describe its course management service which allows to users the registration, deletion, modification, contents conversion, and contents learning.

In this paper, comparing and analyzing the distribution of High brightness as domestic lamps and Japanese products go thinner and lighter, we setting an effective composition. standard. By comparing and analyzing the feature, brightness, chromaticity and uniformity of domestic LGPs and Japanese products, early home-manufacturing and stabilization in home-manufacturing are possible. By comparing and analyzing the distribution of brightness as sariheets are ved, we can design an ideal sheet composition.

The vehicle has many technique change from The requirement of the safety the energy environment and convenience dimension is an enlargement toe. This is keeping changing the paradigm of the vehicle industry rapidly. The change to be technical such brought the intelligence of the former control device. And this organizes a sensor network among each systems and makes new traffic system. This paper a standard framework based on Sensor. We call it Vehicle Management System. The VMS used MOST network and It is able to make the stability of the component swap time or vehicle order the greatest.

In recent years, the Grid development focus is transitioning from resources to services, A Grid Service is defined as a Web Service that provides a set of well-defined interfaces and follows specific conventions. SAML as a standard for Web Services which enables exchange of authentication, authorization, and profile information between different entities provides interoperability among different security services in distributed environments. In this paper, we implemented SAML API. By offering interoperability for non XML-based authentication technologies using SAML specification offering a method to integrate the existing Single Sign-On technologies, the API provides convenience for accessing different services in Grid architecture.

UML is a standard language that models an analysis and design process in the development of an application system or components, CORBA, COM+, EJB and others are the techiniques that are realized reuse of components. After it is distinguished between reusable components and new components on the components development process and is developed, the developing cost of components or application system can be reduced and the components of superior in quality can be created. This paper defines the extended UML notation that needed in modeling of the products created from the development process of components. Also, this paper introduces a modeling of components and UML application method that needed in development of an auction system based on Web.

The integration and union of regional digital map and vehicle location data in e-Logistics which means virtual service architecture based on the Internet among the logistics companies is indispensable clause in order to satisfy the visibility characteristics. Most conventional vehicle monitoring and controlling systems were constructed with individual and mutual exclusive architecture so that there are required lots of cost for sharing and integrating the information among them. In this paper, we design and implement an component-based open system which represent moving object location information as well as digital map using the GML(Geography Markup Language - international standard encoding based on XML). We also test proposed system on the delivery vehicle scenario in e-Logistics environment, and validate its superior in terms of extensibility and interoperability.

본 연구에서는 온라인 다중 사용자 환경의 eBook 어노테이션 시스템 개발에서 데이터를 의미 기반으로 관리하고, 데이터에 대하여 상호 공통적인 이해를 표현하며, 그리고 데이터에 대한 무결성 검사 등을 지원하기 위해서 eBook 어노테이션 온톨로지를 구축하였다. eBook 어노테이션 테이터에 대한 상호 공통적인 이해의 표현을 위해서 한국 전자책 문서 표준인 EBKS(Electronic Book of Korea Standard)를 기반으로 구축 하였으며 구축된 온톨로지는 Conceptual Graph(CG)를 사용하여 표현하였다. 의미 기반의 처리를 위해서 본 온톨로지에서는 다국어(Multilingua) 관계를 고려하였으며 또한 오노테이션 데이터 생성 시 중요도를 표현하기 위해서 중요성 axiom을 고려했고, $NF^2$(Non-First Normal Form)에 입각하여 온톨로지를 설계함으로서 어노테이션 데이터의 검색에 활용도를 높였다. 제안된 온톨로지는 어노테이션 데이터의 재사용성을 높일 수 있고 의미 정보를 활용함으로써 eLearning, cyberclass과 같은 다중 사용자 환경에서 효과적인 협업을 가능하게 한다. 본 연구에서는 구현한 eBook annotation 시스템은 구축한 온톨로지를 사용함으로써 의미 기반의 데이터 관리가 가능하다. 또한 어노테이션 생성 시 온톨로지 구조를 모르더라도 어노테이션을 생성할 수 있는 인터페이스를 구현하였다.

In this study, the economic evaluation for imported coals was conducted for power plant based on thermo-dynamical performance analysis. The number of coal types considered was 1,755 imported by five power generation companies in Korea during the 2010-2012. The higher heating value (HHV) of the coals ranged 4,000-6,500 kcal/kg, mostly sub-bituminous. The 1D thermo-dynamical performance modeling was performed for a 500 MWe standard power plant using PROATES code. It was founded that the low rank coals had negative effects on the plant efficiency mainly due to the increased heat loss by moisture, hydrogen and flue gas. Based on the performance analysis, the economic performance of the coals was evaluated. The apparent price of low-rank coals tended to be significantly lower than design coal; for example, the unit price of coal with a HHV of 4,000 kcal/kg was 57% of the reference coal having 6,080 kcal/kg. Considering the negative effects leading to a decrease in the thermal performance, heating value compensation, and increased parasite load, the corrected unit cost for the coal with 4,000 kcal/kg was 90.7% of the reference coal. Overall, the cost saving by imported coals was not high as expected.
