The purpose of this study is to see how career management affects employee retention in professional service businesses (PSOs). The role of knowledge and skills as moderating variables in the relationship between career management and intention to stay is also investigated. A review of the literature on career management, which includes promotion, training, mentorship, starting salary, and the laxity-stringency of organizational entry-exit rules, leads to the hypothesis that career management positively affects employees' intentions to stay. Such a positive impact may differ between knowledgeable and skilled employees and their less knowledgeable and skilled counterparts. Cross-sectional data is obtained from 200 professionals working for various PSOs. Stepwise regression is employed to analyze the data. The research found that career management positively affects the intention to stay. The impact of promotion, training and mentorship on the intention to stay is moderated by knowledge and skills. Conversely, knowledge and skills do not moderate the effect of starting salary and the laxity-stringency of organizational entry-exit on intention to stay. The study's findings imply that by implementing effective career management, talented professionals can be retained. However, the level of knowledge and skills should be carefully considered. These findings offer significant insights into human capital management, particularly in PSOs.

본 고에서는 멀티미디어 서비스를 위한 인터넷 QoS(Quality of Service) 기술요소를 살펴보았다. 즉 Intserv/RSVP 기반의 플로우 단위의 품질보장기술, Diffserv에 의한 CoS(class of service) 기술, SBM과 같은 대역폭관리기술 등을 살펴보고 이들 요소기술이 조합된 예를 살펴보았다. 또한 차세대 인터넷에서의 SLS(Service Level Specification)를 고찰했다.

본 연구에서는 중등 예비 화학교사가 사범대학의 삶과 교육을 통해 발달시켜가는 교사 전문성을 실천적 지식(PPK)의 관점에서 분석함으로써 예비 화학교사 교육을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 서울 소재 사범대학에 재학 중인 5명의 예비 화학교사가 실행 공동체(CoP) 활동을 통하여 사범대학 삶과 교육에 대한 반성적 논의에 참여하였으며, 논의의 내용을 분석한 결과 예비 화학교사의 실천적 지식의 5가지 영역 중 교과내용 지식은 방대한 화학 지식으로 편극화된 경향이 있고, 교육과정 지식은 교육과정 자료들을 비판적으로 선택 분석 응용하는 수준으로 이어지는 데 한계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교수 학습 지식에서는 특히 탐구실험 지도력이 부족하며, 교수 학습환경 지식은 사범대학-지역사회 간 연계부족, 교육 관련자들과의 소통의장 부족으로 인해 발달에 제한이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 예비 화학교사들은 교직에 목적을 두지 않는 주변인들로부터 부정적인 영향을 받고 있었고, 교사로서의 신념을 충분히 숙고할 수 있는 대화의 장이 학과 내 부족하여 교사자신관련 지식을 충분히 함양하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 예비 화학교사의 실천적 지식 향상을 위해서는 무엇보다 교사자신관련 지식을 강화시킬 필요가 있으며, 이를 위해 예비교사 현직교사 교수자 지역사회 담당자 교육행정가 교육 연구자 등이 함께 하는 전문적 학습공동체의 운영이 효과적일 수 있다. 또한 교과내용 지식의 깊이와 방향성에 대한 제고, 교육과정을 비판적으로 검토하고 재구성해볼 수 있는 기회의 제공, 탐구실험 지도력 향상을 위한 교과내용실험 과목의 개선, 교육봉사 활동의 개선이 예비 화학교사의 실천적 지식 함양에 도움이 될 수 있음을 제언한다.

본 연구는 초등예비교사에게 교수를 위한 수학지식을 적용할 수 과제를 제시한 후 그 반응을 살펴봄으로써 교사교육에 대한 시사점을 얻는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 교수를 위한 수학지식을 적용할 수 있는 과제를 제시한 후 교육대학교 3학년에 재학중인 예비교사 77명을 대상으로 과제에 대한 반응을 분석하였다. 예비교사의 교수를 위한 수학지식의 적용을 위해서 기존 교육과정에서 지도되지 않는 '연꼴'개념을 도입하여 지도하는 과제를 제시하였다. 자료 분석 결과, 예비교사들은 사각형 개념간의 관련성 및 지도계열과 관련된 자신들의 지식을 바탕으로 연꼴개념의 지도차시를 선택하고 이를 지도하기 위한 교재 및 수업지도안을 작성함으로써 자신들이 가진 교수를 위한 수학지식을 적용하였다. 반응을 분석한 결과와 더불어 교수를 위한 수학지식의 적용과 관련된 시사점을 제시하였다.

고령화 사회가 되면서 치매발병률 또한 증가하고 있다. 2017년 탈시설화와 통합돌봄의 본격적 도입으로 지역사회 기반 치매환자 돌봄이 더욱 중요해졌다. 치매에 대한 관점도 기존의 의료 모델, 사회적 모델에서 인간 중심 모델로 변화하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 장기요양재가이용시설인 노인주간보호센터의 돌봄 종사자들의 치매지식을 분석하여 치매서비스 개선방안을 제시하였다. 2곳의 주간보호센터에서 근무연한 2년 이상의 돌봄 종사자들을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 진행하여 7가지 영역에서 소주제를 도출하였다. 개선방안으로는 지역기반 서비스의 중요성과 규칙적 일상 실천, 치매와 함께 동행하기 위한 치매인식 개선, 개별성과 다양성을 기반으로 한 인간중심 서비스의 실천 등이 제시되었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate general tendencies in credit card use, and determine the causes of the use of cash advance service and deferred payment among college students. Socio-demographic variables(gender, year in college, allowance, family income, parents' education and occupation, having taken a personal financial management course), knowledge and attitudes toward credit card, and financial management practices were incorporated as antecedent variables. Logistic regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to test the hypotheses. The results were as follows ; First, $32\%$ of the college students with no regular income experienced deferred payment, and $60.4\%$ of them had used a cash advance service. Second, the frequency and amount of cash advance service use were affected by family income, financial practices, and allowance. The financial practice as a parameter was affected by their completion of a personal finance course and their allowance. Third, deferred payment of credit was affected by their knowledge on credit cards and their financial practices. The financial practices as a parameter were affected by the family income and their completion of a personal finance course, and the knowledge on credit cards was affected by gender. Lastly, implications and suggestions for credit card use behavior research and consumer credit education are discussed in this article.

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 테크놀로지 기기 활용인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히고자 현재 유아교육과에 재학중인 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고 그 결과를 SPSS 25 프로그램을 사용해 분석하였다. 분석결과 고등학교에서의 테크놀로지 교육경험은 TPACK과 TPACK의 하위요인인 테크놀로지 지식에, 대학에서의 테크놀로지 교육경험은 컴퓨팅 사고력, 테크놀로지 기기활용인식, TPACK 및 TPACK의 하위요인인 테크놀로지지식, 유아교육학지식, 테크놀로지 유아교수내용지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 테크놀로지 기기 활용인식은 TPACK, 컴퓨팅 사고력 간에 높은 상관이 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 테크놀로지 기기 활용인식에 미치는 영향력을 분석한 결과 컴퓨팅 사고력과 TPACK이 테크놀로지 기기 활용인식에 대해 42.3%의 설명력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 예비유아교사가 유아교육현장에서 테크놀로지를 효과적으로 사용하기 위해 우선적으로 컴퓨팅 사고력과 TPACK을 갖출 수 있도록 지원하는 교육시스템이 마련되어야 함을 시사한다.

Background: This study aims at making a survey on health care service providers' cultural competence and making an appraisal of Chinese medical tourists on service quality, health care service providers' cultural competence, perceived value, and satisfaction. Methods: The data was collected from August until November, 2014 and 150 health care service providers and 65 Chinese medical tourists from 12 medical institutions in Daegu were enrolled in analysis. Results: The results showed that health care service provider's knowledge on Chinese culture was very low with 33.5% of correct answer. Health care service providers were found to get 3.82 point on a 5 point-scale in cultural perception, 3.53 points in cultural sensitivity, and 2.85 points in cultural skills. Chinese medical tourists were analyzed to give 4.08 points on a 5-point scale to satisfaction on health care service, followed by 4.01 points to health care service quality, 4.00 points to perceived value of health care service, and last 3.85 points to a health care service providers' cultural skills. However, there was a difference in points in cultural skills between health care service providers and Chinese medical tourists. Chinese medical tourists' satisfaction with health care service in Daegu was found to be comparatively high, but in relation to satisfaction with communication, it was found to be relatively low. Conclusion: Through this research, health care service providers' knowledge level of Chinese culture and cultural skills were low while they seemed to take a half-hearted attitude towards educational experience for building up cultural competence and foreign patient service response.

This paper proposed the context awareness reasoning system to provide the personalized services dynamically in a ubiquitous mobile environments. The proposed system is designed to provide the personalized services to mobile users and consists of the context aggregator and the knowledge manager. The context aggregator can collect information from networks through Open API Gateway as well as sensors in a various ubiquitous environment. And it can also extract the place types through the geocoding and the social address domain ontology. The knowledge manager is the core component to provide the personalized services, and consists of activity reasoner, user pattern learner and service recommender to provide the services predict by extracting the optimized service from user situations. Activity reasoner uses the ontology reasoning and user pattern learner learns with previous service usage history and contexts. And to design service recommender easy to flexibly apply in dynamic environments, service recommender recommends service in the only use of current accessible contexts. Finally, we evaluate the learner and recommender of proposed system by simulation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify influencing factors affecting service quality provided by caregivers working for the elderly with dementia. Methods: Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire from 214 caregivers in a long-term care facility in D city. The data were analyzed with service quality, dementia knowledge, work value, and job performance confidence. For data analysis, the descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression were performed using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: There were significant differences in service quality depending on the health status. Factors influencing service quality were work value, and job performance confidence with R² value of 38%. The highly influencing factors were work value, and job performance confidence. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the effort to improve the service quality of caregivers should focus on work value and job performance confidence.
