KM 거버넌스 기반의 기업 전자기록물 관리 최적화 전략 연구 (Effective Corporate Electronic Record Management with KM Governance)

  • 1990년대 이후 대기업과 주요 공공기관을 중심으로 지식경영이 추진되어 왔으며, 이를 통해 많은 기업들이 새로운 사업영역 발굴 또는 경영활동의 효율 제고 등 경영성과를 높이고 있다. 그러나 지식경영 활동이 기업의 기록관리와는 별도로 추진하거나 그 연계성이 미흡하여 많은 문제점을 나타내고 있다. 본 논문은 기업의 지식경영 추진 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 기업 기록의 지식자원화를 위한 지식관리와 기록관리 연계의 필요성을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 기업의 기록관리 전략과 지식경영 정책과의 조정(alignment)이 요구되며, 또한 공공기록물에 비해 체계적이지 못했던 기업 전자기록물에 대한 관리 및 보존의 문제점과 개선 방안을 검토하였다. 특히 기업 전자기록물의 보존 효율화를 위해 전자기록물 특성을 고려한 생애주기 및 KM 거버넌스(governance) 기반의 기록관리 전략의 필요성과 방법론을 제시하였다.

위계적 회귀분석 모형에 의한 인구학적 요인, 방사선 지식수준, 방사선 인식도가 방사선 이익성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Demographic Factors, Radiation Knowledge Level, Radiation Awareness on Radiation Benefit by Hierarchical Regression Analysis Model)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that demographic factors, radiation knowledge level, and radiation awareness could be affecting the benefits of radiation. From July 2022 to July 2023, after receiving consent to participate by using the link of Naver through Social Network Service (SNS) for the general public, 312 people were surveyed by self-registration method without collecting personal information. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 25 questions following demographic factors (5 questions including age group by life cycle, sex, monthly household income, residence), radiation knowledge level (8 questions including basic physical, biological effects, radiation protection technology), radiation awareness (12 questions including risk, management, benefit). Independent sample T-test and ANOVA tests were performed for significant differences in the average radiation awareness between variables, and hierarchical regression was performed to identify influencing factors on radiation benefits. As a result, the benefit of radiation was significantly high among the radiation awareness, but the awareness of the danger of radiation was insufficient to the level of recognizing it as safe. Men had significantly higher awareness of radiation management and benefits than women, and the awareness of radiation management was significantly higher in the middle class with a monthly household income of 4.31 million won or more. The higher the knowledge level of radiation, the higher the awareness of the benefits of radiation. The factors that had a positive effect on radiation benefits were the high level of radiation knowledge and awareness of radiation management.

웰에이징을 위한 건강증진 및 만성질환 관리 교육요구도 조사 (A Study on the Education Needs for Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Management for Well-Aging)

  • 본 연구는 생애주기별 건강증진 및 만성질환 관리에 대한 교육요구도를 조사하여 웰에이징을 위한 건강증진 및 만성질환 관리의 교육 프로그램 및 교육안을 구축하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행되었다. 서술적 상관관계 조사 연구로 한국갤럽에 등록된 만 19세 이상 성인 330명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 수집하고 분석하였다. 연구 결과 주관적 건강 상태는 3.11점(SD=.72), 건강증진행위는 2.27점(SD=.47), 건강 관련 삶의 질은 0.92점(SD=.10)이었으며, 건강 관련 삶의 질은 주관적 건강 상태(r=.472, p<.001), 건강증진행위(r=.122, p<.026)와 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 건강증진 및 만성질환 관리에 대한 교육요구도 및 내용의 우선순위는 만성질환 관리에 대한 부분이 가장 높았고, 생애주기에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었으며(p=0.001), 장년기가 청년기보다 지식 정도, 교육의 필요도에 대한 인식 및 교육 참여 의향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 웰에이징을 위한 건강증진 및 만성질환 관리 교육 프로그램 개발 시 생애주기별에 따라 세분화 된 종합적인 맞춤형 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다.

산업장 건강증진 사업의 이론과 실제 (The Theory and Application of Health Promotion Program at Work Sites)

  • This study reviewed the, reference of health promotion program and investigated the status of health promotion program at work sites in U.S.A. Good health promotion program is essential for both employees and employers to reduce morbidity rate, to promote productivity and to enhance quality of life and so on. Health promotion aimed at modifying unhealthy life-styles by building awareness, knowledge, skills, and interpersonal support. And health promotion cycle is resemblance to the plan-do-check-act. The major contents of this study are briefed following as : 1) Links between life-style, environment, and health 2) Effect of work sites health promotion effort 3) Prevalence and contents of work site health promotion programs 4) Health promotion process 5) Program framework and structure 6) Stages in the health promotion cycle 7) Approaches for modifying organizational stressors In addition this, the survey was conducted to aim diagnosing the status of health promotion p개gram in work sites in Korea. The main finding-outs are summarized as follows: 1) In 4 large size work sites, there are working with 1 doctor in all work sites, 1 nurse per 3,000 employees and other health related professionals. They have clinic office(4 work sites), gymnasium(2 work sites), and other many facilities like physical therapy center. And only one company have a wellness clinic center. All employees use to exercise health gymnastics in terms of 5 minutes regularly 2 times in a day. 2) In 4 middle size work sites, there are no doctor, 1 nurse and 1 nutritionist in all work sites. They have also clinic, physical therapy center(1 work site), and all employees exercise health gymnastics regularly 2 times in a day too.

고교생의 모유영양 지식과 태도 및 모유수유 영양교육 요구 (A Study on Knowledges and Attitudes about Breast Milk Feeding and Needs for Breast Milk Feeding Education among High School Students)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the experiences of breast milk feeding information and education, breast milk feeding knowledge and attitude and needs for breast milk feeding nutrition education of high school students to encourage breast milk feeding. The subjects were 565 (male: 250, female: 315) high school students from first to third grade. The results obtained were as follows: In this survey, only 30.0% of subjects experienced breast milk feeding information and only 6.1% of subjects had breast milk feeding education. And the subjects showed the average scores of knowledge of breast milk feeding were 0.29 points of 1 point. Subjects knew well about ingredients of breast milk but they didn't know well about the physiology and method of breast milk feeding and benefits of breast milk feeding for mothers. The average scores of attitude of breast milk feeding were 3.03 points of 4 points, showed slight positive attitudes of breast milk feeding, but they had negative attitudes of emotional and practical aspects. The future plan of feeding practices was breast milk feeding 35.9% and 60.0% of formula milk feeding. A concern was that the students showed high ratio of formula milk feeding plan and they decided by incorrect knowledge of breast milk feeding. The 33.5% of students answered high school students will need breast milk feeding nutrition education, and they thought hospital faculties were the proper educators of breast milk feeding education, but dietitians were recomended as educators because of easy access at school and good knowledge of life-cycle nutrition. Therefore, to encourage breast milk feeding by mothers and supporters of breast milk feeding, breast milk feeding nutrition education is needed urgently among high school male and female students. And nutrition education programs will have to contain benefits of breast milk for babies and mothers and physiology and practical methods of breast milk feeding to improve emotional and practical attitudes for breast milk feeding. Nationwide campaign to promote breast milk feeding at public areas will be needed.

  • In many of the industrialized countries an increasing amount of infrastructure is ageing. This has become specifically critical to bridges which are a major asset with respect to keeping an economy alive. Life of this infrastructure is scattering but often little quantifiable information is known with respect to its damage condition. This article describes how a damage tolerance approach used in aviation today may even be applied to civil infrastructure in the sense that operational life can be applied in the context of modern life cycle management. This can be applied for steel structures as a complete process where much of the damage accumulation behavior is known and may even be adopted to concrete structures in principle, where much of the missing knowledge in damage accumulation has to be substituted by enhanced inspection. This enhanced and continuous inspection can be achieved through robotic systems in a first approach as well as built in sensors in the sense of structural health monitoring (SHM).

Regulatory Network of ARF in Cancer Development

  • ARF is a tumor suppressor protein that has a pivotal role in the prevention of cancer development through regulating cell proliferation, senescence, and apoptosis. As a factor that induces senescence, the role of ARF as a tumor suppressor is closely linked to the p53-MDM2 axis, which is a key process that restrains tumor formation. Thus, many cancer cells either lack a functional ARF or p53, which enables them to evade cell oncogenic stress-mediated cycle arrest, senescence, or apoptosis. In particular, the ARF gene is a frequent target of genetic and epigenetic alterations including promoter hyper-methylation or gene deletion. However, as many cancer cells still express ARF, pathways that negatively modulate transcriptional or post-translational regulation of ARF could be potentially important means for cancer cells to induce cellular proliferation. These recent findings of regulators affecting ARF protein stability along with its low levels in numerous human cancers indicate the significance of an ARF post-translational mechanism in cancers. Novel findings of regulators stimulating or suppressing ARF function would provide new therapeutic targets to manage cancer- and senescence-related diseases. In this review, we present the current knowledge on the regulation and alterations of ARF expression in human cancers, and indicate the importance of regulators of ARF as a prognostic marker and in potential therapeutic strategies.

공급자 관점에서 흡수역량과 지식보호성향이 신제품개발 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Effects of Absorption Capacity and Knowledge Protectiveness on New Product Development Performance from a Supplier Perspective)

  • 어느 때보다도 불확실해진 시장환경과 더욱더 복잡해지는 소비자의 요구는 신제품 개발의 중요성을 증대시키고 있다. 하지만, 점차 좁아지는 기술격차와 빨라지는 제품의 수명주기는 기업들로 하여금 외부조직과 연합을 통해 부족한 지식을 보완하는 현상을 가져왔다. 그러나 이러한 현상은 다른 조직과 지식의 교환과 조합이란 새로운 문제를 부각시키게 되었다. 신제품을 개발하기 위한 지식의 교환과 조합을 통해 가치있는 지식을 만들기 위해서는 지식 수령자의 흡수역량이 중요하게 고려되어야 하지만, 동시에 지식 전달자의 특징인 지식보호성향도 놓쳐서는 안된다. 하지만 이러한 요소를 동시에 고려한 연구는 매우 제한적이었다. 본 연구는 신제품 공동개발 과정에서 공급자의 흡수역량과 구매자의 지식보호성향이 신제품 개발성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 더불어 공급자의 흡수역량과 구매자의 지식보호성향의 상호작용효과에 대해서도 연구하였다. 이를 위해 신제품 공동개발이 자주 발생하는 자동차산업, 전자산업, 방위산업을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며 조절회귀분석으로 통계적 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 공급자의 흡수역량은 신제품 개발성과와 긍정정 관계가 있었으며, 구매자의 지식보호성향은 신제품 개발성과와 부정적 관계가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 아울러 공급자의 흡수역량과 구매자의 지식보호성향이 신제품 개발결과에 상호작용 효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 신제품 공동개발 시 공급자의 흡수역량이 중요한 요소로 작용하지만, 우수한 흡수역량을 가진 공급자라도 구매자가 지식 전달에 부정적인 자세를 가질 경우 신제품 개발성과에 부정적 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다.

그린 보증시스템을 위한 지식기반 퍼지로직 구축 (Construction of Fuzzy Logic Based on Knowledge for Greenery Warranty Systems)

  • 환경을 의미하는 녹색(Green)과 정보기술(IT)을 합성한 용어인 그린 IT는 에너지 절감과 탄소배출 감축을 목표로 IT 기술을 활용하고 있다. 그린 IT는 IT산업을 친환경화 하기 위한 범위를 벗어나서, 최근에는 IT를 활용한 타 산업분야의 그린화를 포함하여 기후변화 대응 방안으로까지 개념이 확장되고 있다. 전체 온실가스 배출량의 85%를 에너지 부문이 차지하고 있으며, 그 중에서도 수송부분이 20%를 차지하고 있는 만큼 자동차 산업 분야를 위한 IT의 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 자동차와 같이 보증 클레임이 빈번하게 발생되는 산업 분야의 온실가스 배출과 관련된 수명주기 분석을 제공하기 위하여 지식 기반 퍼지 로직을 이용한다. 온실가스 배출 관련 자동차 배기 시스템에 대한 보증 전문가 지식, 과거 오작동 테스트 결과, 과거 현장 분석 및 보증 데이터를 이용한 보증 클레임 분석 방법을 제안하였다. 또한, 수명 지식 기반의 GWS(Greenery Warranty System)를 제안하였다. 지식기반 퍼지 로직을 직접 구현하여, 실무에 적용함으로써 친환경 자동차 산업에 IT의 적용성을 증명하였다.

4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비한 고객 중심의 신제품 개발 필요성 인식 제고 (Recognizing the Necessity for Developing Customer-Oriented New Products for the 4th Industrial Revolution)

  • It is expected that the Fourth Industrial Revolution will have a great impact on the manufacturing industry, especially as it will cause big changes in industry, economy as well as socio-cultural. To cope with this situation, each country is promoting the policy of cultivating its manufacturing. This study derives the effect of the fourth industrial revolution on product lifecycle management for smart manufacturing through expert's cognitive analysis. The knowledge area of product lifecycle management is divided into Project Portfolio Management, Collaborative Product Design, Customer Needs Management, Direct Material Sourcing, Product Data Management, Digital Manufacturing & Engineering, R&D Foundation, New Product Development through academic research. The expert survey was conducted in five different perspectives: Importance, Insufficiency. Then, using the results of the survey and the academic research the implication about Product Lifecycle Management were derived. The significance of this study is that it derives the change areas and factors of the product life cycle management knowledge domain in preparation for the fourth industrial revolution according to the perspective of importance and insufficiency.
