This paper describes the safety condition of power utilities installed on underground premises when flooding occurs. As advance preparations, the statistical data were investigated based on the rainfall trend; the flooding damage; the power utilities installation; the electric shock accidents, and domestic md foreign regulations pertaining to the power utilities installation on underground premises were also compared and analyzed. After the preliminaries, the safety condition of underground power utilities was inspected at site and the results were reflected on considering countermeasures. Based on the further studies, the regulations closely related to the underground power utilities installation can be modified.

In rats with water deprivation for 72 h (rats with dehydration), hepatic cytochrome P450 2E1 (CYP2E1) was 3-fold induced with an increase in mRNA, and glucose supplementation instead of food during 72-h water deprivation inhibited the CYP2E1 induction. Chlorzoxazone (CZX) is metabolized to 6-hydroxychlorzoxazone (OH-CZX) mainly by CYP2E1 in rats. (omitted)

DSME has developed Sub-assembly Welding Robot System(SWRS) in order to increase the productivity of arc welding and to improve hazard and unclean environments in shipbuilding. DSME's SWRS includes a number of equipments such as four overhanging 6-axis articulated robot manipulators(10kg pay-load), gantry system, vision system detecting the workpiece automatically, and OLP system using the CAD data and a central control system integrating an anti-collision module. The SWRS was installed in CAS(Component Assembly Shop) of DSME's OKPO shipyard in August 2006, and now SWRS is running well in site.

The resistivity of soils around ground electrodes is changed considerably according to the factors such as soil types, water contents, grain size, temperature and pressure. In this study, ionization characteristics of different soil types containing the same amount of water content due to the impulse voltages are investigated. In order to analyze soil ionization phenomena, critical electric field intensity for ionization and pre-ionization and post-ionization resistances are measured and discussed.

Neuroscience and molecular biology studies show that inappropriate butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) activity as well as acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity increases the risk and/or progression of Alzheimer's disease. BuChE may also regarded to participate in the transformation of Abeta (${\beta}$-amyloid) from an initially benign form to an eventually malignant form associated with neuritic tissue degeneration and clinical dementia. 현재 우리의 사회에는 인간보다 기계가 하는 것이 더 효율적인 일에 대해서 많은 부분이 자동화가 되어가고 있다. 그중 떠오르는 미래산업인 항공산업에서 원활한 이/착륙을 위해 승무원들이 항공기 내부를 돌아다니며 승객과 의자 등받이 체크를 하는 등의 과정에서 번거로움과 어느 정도의 시간이 걸리는 것에 대한 문제를 생각했고, 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 승객 탑승 여부, 승객 착석 여부, 안전벨트 착용 여부를 한눈에 볼 수 있게 표시하고, 승무원과 승객의 불필요한 말과 감정을 만드는 일이 줄어들어 승객과 근무하는 승무원 모두 쾌적하고 원활한 비행을 위해 본 연구를 추진하였다.
