The purpose of this study is to identify the clinical effects of Jujadanggui-hwan in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with cold hypersensitivity. Jujadanggui-hwan mentioned in Dongeuibogam has an effect on leucorrhea and cold hypersensitivity of hands and feet, lower abdomen and lumbus. Jujadanggui-hwan were prescribed to 24 dysmenorrhea patients with cold hypersensitivity of hands and feet or with leucorrhea three times a day for 13 weeks. After the treatment, numerical index for the pain was obviously reduced 'tot' point 2.12. It means that pain index as the patient can't do everyday occurrences reduce to 3 grad enough to do ordinary experience. So this study shows that Jujadanggui-hwan has remarkable effects on dysmenorrhea with cold hypersensitivity.

Objective : This study is to report the effect that taken by using oriental treatment on the patient with Fibromyalgia Syndrome(FMS). Methods : We have observed this case of patient treated by Acupuncture therapy, pharmacopuncture therapy and herbal medication. Results : There was improvement in condition of the patient who had Fibromyalgia Syndrome(FMS) after treated by using oriental treatment. Conclusion : Oriental treatments such as Acupuncture therapy, Pharmacopuncture therapy and herbal medication can be effective for the Fibromyalgia Syndrome(FMS).

Autoimmune regulator gene (Aire)는 흉선에서 발현되며 promiscuous genes으로 알려진 흉선에서 자가항원 발현을 조절한다. Aire 와 promiscuous genes은 흉선에서 T세포 tolerance와 자가면역에 관여한다. 말초 조직 즉 림프절에서 Aire의 역할을 알아보고자 림프절 구성 세포중 하나인 fibroblastic reticular cell (FRC)을 분리 확립하였다. 마우스 림프절로부터 분리된 FRC에서 Aire의 발현을 확인하였고 또한 promiscuous antigen인 insulin의 발현도 확인하였다. Aire 과발현 플라스미드로 형질전환 후 배양 FRC에서 Insulin의 발현이 증가하였다. 이것은 Aire가 FRC에서 promiscuous gene의 발현을 조절한다는 것을 보여주며 peripheral selection과 연관되어 있을 수 있다는 것을 제시한다.

벼의 생산에 있어 가장 큰 문제 요인 중 하나인 벼도열병의 발생 원인균인 벼도열병균은 다양한 기작에 의해 방제 약제에 대한 내성을 가지는 것으로 알려져 있다. 막 운반단백질인 ABC transporter의 경우 환경으로부터의 다양한 독성 물질들을 배출하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이미 알려진 벼도열병균의 게놈 서열로부터 생물정보학적 분석을 통하여 ABC transporter 단백질의 도메인 특성을 보이는 33개의 유전자군 서열을 예측하였다. 이중 3개의 경우는 이미 알려진 유전자로 판명되었다. Southern Hybridization 분석에 적용한 20개의 유전자들이 모두 게놈상에 단일 copy로 존재함을 확인하였다. 새로 예측된 30개의 유전자중 11개는 RT-PCR을 통하여 전사단계에서의 유전자 발현이 확인되었다.

본 연구는 기존의 실내 환경 관리시스템의 단순함에 퍼지이론을 부가하여 지능적으로 관리하는 것을 제안한다. 이 장치는 실내의 온도, 습도, 공기 오염도를 센서를 사용하여 측정한 후, 이를 아두이노를 활용한 제어 프로그램으로 보낸다. 계절별 적정 환경을 기준으로 만든 퍼지 규칙을 통해 쾌적한 실내 환경을 만들 수 있도록 에어컨, 제습기, 공기청정기를 제어하여 자동으로 실내의 환경을 관리해주는 지능적인 IoT 환경을 구축한다.

본 논문에서는 Linux 운영체제에서의 kernel hardening을 설계한다. 커널 내에서 panic 이 발생할 경우 복구가 가능한 경우에는 정상적인 동작이 될 수 있도록 한다. 이렇게 함으로써 Linux Kernel Hardening 기능은 안정적인 커널의 동작을 보장한다. 본 논문에서 Linux Kernel Hardening을 보장하기 위하여 커널 내 ASSERT(), BUG() 함수를 중심으로 설계를 한다.

The following case study illustrates the administration of Bojanggunbi-tang in the treatment of a man diagnosed as having Crohu's disease. The usual gastrointestinal symptoms of Crohu's disease are diarrhea, abdominal pain and weight loss, in addition to anemia and rectal bleeding. A l6-year-old man diagnosed with Crohn's disease, who was treated at our clinic, had symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, weight loss, anemia and rectal bleeding. He was treated with Bojanggunbi-tang. For the two months the symptoms were considerably reduced. The result supports the clinical efficacy of Bojanggunbi-tang for the treatment of the symptoms of suspected Crohn's disease.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to report the effects of Chukyu (spine-healing) pharmacopuncture treatment in patients with lumbago and skelalgia. Methods: This clinical study included 45 patients who were treated for lumbago and skelalgia at the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Dong-Eui University College of Oriental Medicine, from July 5, 2011, to January 31, 2012. Subjects were randomly divided into two groups: Chukyu (spine-healing)-pharmacopuncture-treated group (experimental group, n = 23) and normal saline-pharmacopuncture-treated group (control group, n = 22). Patients in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture and Chukyu (spine-healing) pharmacopuncture while those in the control group were treated with acupuncture and normal saline pharmacopuncture. To estimate the efficacy of controlling pain, we checked the visual analog scale [VAS], and to estimate the improvement of the symptoms, we evaluated by pain rating scale [PRS] and the Oswestry low-back pain disability index [ODI]. Results: A comparison of the experimental and the control groups showed more significant improvements in the VAS, PRS, and ODI for the experimental group than for the control group. Conclusions: Chukyu (spine-healing) pharmacopuncture can be used for effective treatment in patients with lumbago and skelalgia.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to find out proper method for clinical application of acupoints in Bell's palsy patients by using of digital infrared thermographic imaging(DITI). Methods : We investigated 44 cases of patients with Bell's palsy and checked thermal differences between abnormal and normal acupoint sites by using of DITI. Then we drew a comparison between acupoints of DITI and HBGS, ENoG, NET. We used Pearson's correlation for statistical analysis. Results : The HBGS was significantly correlated with ENoG, NET. The thermal difference of ST3 was significantly correlated with HBGS, Lip and Buccal abnormal site of NET. And the thermal differences between ST3 and GB21 were significantly correlated with ENoG, Forehead abnormal site of NET. Conclusions : Severity of Bell's palsy can be evaluated through DITI.
