우리나라의 산업표준규격인 KS 규격에 건축용 전기설비 부분은 아직까지 국가 규격이 제정되지 않았으나 세계규격중 각국의 큰 관심을 갖고 제정하는 분야가 건축용 전기설비이다. 그 이유는 건축용 전기설비는 교류 1000V이하, 직류 1500V 이하의 고객측 전기설비기준을 국제규격으로 제정하고 있어 각국의 전기공사 방법이나 가전제품 등 일반 전기기기의 제품규격에 상당한 영향을 주고 있기 때문이다.

우리나라는 국제 피뢰설비규격인 IEC62305시리즈를 그대로 번역, KS C IEC62305로 규격화해 2007년부터 시행해 오고 있다. 그런데 아직도 필드에서는 NFC 17-102, NFPA780과 같은 규격이 혼재하고 있는 실정이어서 실무에 혼선을 가져올 우려가 있다. 본고는 실무자들이 이들 규격을 올바로 알고 제대로 적용할 수 있도록 먼저 NFPA780규격을 수뢰부의 배치방법에 관한 사항들을 중심으로 소개한다. 그리고 이와 관련된 NFPA780과 IEC62305 - 3규격의 내용들을 비교 고찰한다.

흑백, 컬러 프린터(잉크젯 포함), 복합기들의 토너카트리지, 잉크카트리지에 대한 공정하고 객관적인 프린트 매수 측정을 위한 규격제정을 통해 소비자에게 정확한 정보를 제공하고자 지난해 한국광학기기협회에서는 기술표준원에서 ISO 관련 규격을 토대로 KS규격제정 용역을 받아 추진한 바 있다. 이번 호에서는 세 번째 순서로‘전자 사진 방식의 흑백 프린터와 프린터를 포함하는 복합기에서의 토너 카트리지 수명 결정 방법’에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

This paper dealt with a design guide of LED luminaires to replace the surface and watertight fluorescent lamp (FL) fixtures for naval vessels. Several standards such as Korean Industrial Standard (KS), Korea Defence Standard (KDS) and US Military Standard (MIL) were compared in terms of safety and performance of lighting fixtures. The electrical and optical characteristics like power consumption, total luminous flux, and illumination distribution of the FL fixtures were experimentally analyzed to acquire design rules for LED luminaires. Based on the results, four types of LED luminaires were fabricated, and we proposed a design guide of LED luminaires for naval vessels which save power consumption of 44~51 [%] and increase total luminous flux of 8~13 [%].

A KS draft of the measurement of sound insulation in buildings and of building elements using sound intensity: laboratory conditions is proposed. It is based on ISO 15186-1. In order to make it as a KS, some contents are carefully tested.
