Superconducting current lead is one of the promising applications of the oxide high-Tc superconductors, because they have the advantage of decreasing heat conduction to low temperature region, comparing with a conventional cooper alloy lead. High critical current density is a key factor for the applications such as current lead. (Bi,Pb)$_2$Sr$_2$Ca$_2$Cu$_3$O$\_$x/ high Tc superconductor haute been investigated in terms of critical current density. Bi-2223 superconducting current lead made by CIP and solid state sintering process. Bi-2223 current lead that heat treated at 836$^{\circ}C$ for 240 h in 1/13 P$\_$O$_2$/ had over 150 A/$\textrm{cm}^2$ of critical current density at 77K. We knew that the superconducting properties of tube type current leads were better than rods type of them. And we investigated the relation of Bi-2223 formation and heat treatment condition by XRD and SEM analysis.

To facilitate the processes of e-learning resource description, discovery and reuse, e-learning objects should be appropriately described and classified using standard metadata that need to be published in a registry to reduce duplication of effort and enhance semantic interoperability. This paper describes how standard ebXML registries can be used for semantic grid computing for annotating, storing, discovering and retrieving e-learning object metadata. For semantic annotation of e-learning objects, IEEE Learning Object Metadata (LOM) is adopted as the metadata ontology. In order to support the e-learning metadata ontology in interoperable ebXML registries, a mapping scheme between LOM and ebXML Registry Information Model (RIM) is proposed. The usefulness of sharing e-learning object metadata is demonstrated by prototyping a semantic registry based on the scheme.

우리나라에서는 산림화재가 발생하면 산림청이 주관하여 지방자치단체와 산림청 지방기관의 직원들을 동원하여 통합진압대를 구성하여 산불진화활동에 나선다. 이 때 산림청은 산불진화에 있어 통합지휘권을 갖고 산불현장에 출동한 지자체 소속 공무원이나 산불감시요원 및 각종 진압요원, 출동한 소방공무원 등을 현장 지휘하는 구조로 운영되고 있다. 경기도 양평군에서 최근 5년 동안 발생했던 산불을 추적하여 산불의 발생에서 진압까지전 과정을 분석하였다. 일선에서 산불이 발생하면 주민들은 일상적으로 소방관서에 신고하고 있으며, 신고를 접한 소방관서는 즉각 출동하여 진화하고 마지막 잔불정리까지를 소방관서가 담당하고 있다. 소방관서에는 산불진화를 위한 예산지원이나 인력지원은 전무한 상태의 구조로 되어 있는 현재의 산불진화체계는 여러 문제점으로 인하여 산불의 효율적인 진화가 어렵고, 산불 발생 시 산불확대로 피해를 키우고 있다는 지적을 받고 있다. 이러한 산불진화체계의 제도적인 문제점을 파악하고 개선하여 산불진화의 최적화를 위한 개선책을 제시한다.

Antimicrobial peptides/proteins are ancient and naturally-occurring antibiotics in innate immune responses in a variety of organisms. Additionally, these peptides have been recognized as important signaling molecules in regulation of both innate and adaptive immunity. During mycobacterial infection, antimicrobial peptides including cathelicidin, defensin, and hepcidin have antimicrobial activities against mycobacteria, making them promising candidates for future drug development. Additionally, antimicrobial peptides act as immunomodulators in infectious and inflammatory conditions. Multiple crucial functions of cathelicidins in antimycobacterial immune defense have been characterized not only in terms of direct killing of mycobacteria but also as innate immune regulators, i.e., in secretion of cytokines and chemokines, and mediating autophagy activation. Defensin families are also important during mycobacterial infection and contribute to antimycobacterial defense and inhibition of mycobacterial growth both in vitro and in vivo. Hepcidin, although its role in mycobacterial infection has not yet been characterized, exerts antimycobacterial effects in activated macrophages. The present review focuses on recent efforts to elucidate the roles of host defense peptides in innate immunity to mycobacteria.

컴퓨터 교육에 있어 프로그래밍 교육은 그 중요성에도 불구하고 가르치고 배우는데 있어 많은 어려움 때문에 교육 현장에서 활발히 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위해 최근에 다양한 EPL이 많이 개발되었으며 국내에도 소개되고 있다. 그 중 스크래치 프로그래밍은 객체지향기반의 언어로 배우기 쉽고 한글화가 되어 있기 때문에 최근 들어 프로그래밍 학습언어로 그 기반을 넓혀가고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초등학생에게 적합한 스크래치 프로그래밍 학습 내용 설계 및 학습 절차와 방법은 살펴보았다. 이와 같은 연구가 초등프로그래밍교육이 활성화되는데 있어 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

According to the change in diverse tendency of residents, construction companies has developed the brands of apartments with the concepts of LOHAS, well-being, ubiquitous, etc. The purpose of this study was to suggest space requirement and planning for residents characteristics. The questionnaire survey was adopted in this study and 252 cases were used for data analysis. The survey analysis has been made by using of SPSS WIN 12.0. The major findings were as follows; (1) Resident opinion about the direction of each space was investigated into the need of South-facing in master bedroom highly. (2) The residents didn't want to decrease the current size of each space, the space which wanted to increase was livingroom. (3) The significant variables of space requirement and planning for residents characteristics were family life cycle, the age of householder, the occupation of householder, the size of apartment.

To investigate the influences of biological factors on stored rice and their interactions, the activities of red Hour beetle(Tribolium castaneum) and 2 species of Aspergillus was observed during 6 weeks at $28^{\circ}C{\pm}1^{\circ}C$. It was found that the red flour beetle could complete its life cycle on rice in six weeks. Its activity caused the increse of moisture content of rice(max. 1.3%) after 6 weeks, but the number of mold propagule on the surface of stored rice decreased. The growth of red flour beetle showed a stabilizing tendency on rice inoculated with Asp. repens while it was retarded with Asp. niger.

We have modeled the dust envelopes around carbon stars with close attention to the evolution of the structure of the dust shells. We use various dust density distributions to take account the effect of the superwind due to the helium shell flash by adding a density increased region. Depending on the position and quality of the density increased region, the model results are different from the results with conventional density distribution. The new results fit the observations of some carbon stars better. The IR two-color diagrams comparing the results of the super wind models and IRAS observation of 252 carbon stars have been made. The new results can explain much wider regions on the IR two-color diagrams.

도서관은 ‘인간의 기록지식을 사회적 기억으로서 체계있게 조직하여 제공하는 사회기관’으로, 도서관과 사회는 서로 영향을 주고받는 유기적인 관계이다. 세라(Jesse H. Shera, 1903-1982)는 문헌정보학계의 교육자이며 철학자이며 이론가로, 도서관이란 무엇인가를 사회적 측면에서 깊이 연구한 학자이다. 이러한 세라의 도서관과 사회의 유기적 관계를 설명한 사상을 중심으로 북한도서관을 살펴보고자 한다. 도서관과 사회가 어떠한 관계를 가지고 서로 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 보고, 이에 대해 북한사회와 북한도서관이 갖는 관계는 어떠하며 북한만이 갖는 특수성은 무엇인지를 살펴봄으로써 북한도서관에 관한 이해를 넓히고자 한다.

웹 기반 교육시스템에 컴포넌트 개념을 도입하여 재사용하는 연구는 소프트웨어 재사용 측면에서 생산성 증대에 기여한다. 이 논문에서는 웹 기반 교육시스템에 컴포넌트 개념을 도입하여 재사용성을 높이는 연구의 연장으로 개발자의 WBI에서 요구 사항에 부합되는 컴포넌트를 검색하기 위한 컴포넌트 명세 모델과 아키텍쳐에 기반한 컴포넌트 검색 모델을 XML형태로 명세하고 클래스 다이어그램으로 표기하였으며 더 WBI 시스템에 EJB model을 적용하여 EJB를 이용한 WBI 컴포넌트 개발에 관한 연구 진행하여 EJB기반의 교육컴포넌트를 설계 구현하기 위한 전 단계에 연구를 진행하였다. 이미 어느 정도는 정형화되어 있는 WBI 컴포넌트를 EJB컴포넌트로 전환하는 과정을 연구하여 재사용성과 이식성을 높이는 연구를 진행한다.
