  • This study aims to conduct a comprehensive meta-study from the perspective of content analysis to explore trends in Korean academic research on the sharing economy by using the big data analytics. Comprehensive meta-analysis methodology can examine the entire set of research results historically and wholly to illuminate the tendency or properties of the overall research trend. Academic research related to the sharing economy first appeared in the year in which Professor Lawrence Lessig introduced the concept of the sharing economy to the world in 2008, but research began in earnest in 2013. In particular, between 2006 and 2008, research improved dramatically. In order to grasp the overall flow of domestic academic research of trends, 8 years of papers from 2013 to the present have been selected as target analysis papers, focusing on titles, keywords, and abstracts using database of electronic journals. Big data analysis was performed in the order of cleaning, analysis, and visualization of the collected data to derive research trends and insights by year and type of literature. We used Python3.7 and Textom analysis tools for data preprocessing, text mining, and metrics frequency analysis for key word extraction, and N-gram chart, centrality and social network analysis and CONCOR clustering visualization based on UCINET6/NetDraw, Textom program, the keywords clustered into 8 groups were used to derive the typologies of each research trend. The outcomes of this study will provide useful theoretical insights and guideline to future studies.

  • More than twenty-five major international bodies of water bear the names of particular nations or states. Many of these are not names are widely accepted, but considerable disagreement has developed in some cases. A systematic examination of the level of conflict over the use of national names for international bodies of water indicates that conflict is most likely to develop where shifting power relations among interested states produce concern about the hegemonic ambitions of the state after which the body of water is named. This is the case in the three situations where considerable contention exists over the use of a national name for an international body of water: the Persian Gulf/Arabian Sea, the Sea of Japan/East Sea, and the South China SealBien Dong. Cases evidencing little contention are those where either no state has a significant interest in the naming issue, or where the name that is attached to the body of water is that of a state that has not been a historic threat to others in the region. Naming international bodies of water after nations or states is potentially problematic because such appellations can connote ownership or control by a single people or political entity. An understanding of the controversies surrounding these place names requires consideration of the geopolitical context in which they are embedded.

  • In my article published in 2008, I offered an inferentialist account of indicative conditionals. In her recent paper, Professor Seawha Kim raises three objections. First, I misunderstand Sellars-Brandom in that I take only concept-constitutive inferences as materially valid inferences. Second, Sellars and Brandom talk about the common features of all kinds of conditionals including counterfactual conditionals, but I construe their view as the analysis of the indicative conditionals only. Third, either my analysis is incompatible with Sellars-Brandom inferentialism or my analysis is too general. In this paper I argue that Seawha Kim's objections are all based on insufficient understandings of Sellars's and Brandom's views. First, it is Sellars's view that materially valid inferences are restricted within concept-constitutive inferences. Second, neither Sellars nor Brandom proposes a specific theory about the indicative conditional. Instead, they argue for the expressive role of the conditional. What I accept from their views is this expressive role of the conditional. The detailed proposals about the indicative conditional in my aforementioned article are my own. Third, the differences among conditionals have no direct bearing on Sellars-Brandom inferentialism. In addition, the meaning and role of the conditional expression 'if-then' do not require more than what I have argued for it.

  • Purpose - The Northeast Asian Logistic Hub strategy was established to create a national competitive advantage in northeast Asia. Countries in this region are competing fiercely to become the central base distribution port as the volume of container shipping continues to increase due to the northeast Asian (especially Chinese) economic growth. The primary method by which shippers are improving their customer service and distribution is enhancing profits by minimizing call ports on the key route through strategic affiliations and the use of large vessels. Each nation is planning large-scale investments in the construction of sea ports that can accommodate large vessels. This paper proposes ways by which the logistical strategies of domestic corporations can keep pace with changes in government policy concerning the Northeast Asian Business Hub policy. It examines the logistics system in the Northeast Asian region, analyzes the government's Northeast Asian Business Hub policy, and suggests logistical strategies for domestic corporations through an analysis based on a questionnaire designed to grasp domestic firms' needs and goals. Research design, data and methodology - The purpose of this study is to determine how shipping companies establish partnerships with third-party logistics providers and draws out the implications of the results. The survey methods used were personal interviews and questionnaires distributed to a sample population through e-mail, fax, mail, and telephone. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, of which 165 were returned. Among these, ten were excluded due to insufficient content; ultimately, 155 were used for the sample. The statistical data collection process was analyzed through data coating and a statistical package program. Results - This study argues that greater flexibility in policies, administration, and systems will be needed to significantly improve established business practices. In this dissertation, we primarily identify that in order to become a center of northeast Asian logistics, Korea must adopt a new paradigm and abandon the existing systems that are based on the economic and social systems that have stemmed from bureaucracy, inflexibility, chauvinism, and equalitarianism. Flexible policies, administration, and systems will be necessary to improve business practices. Domestic corporations must establish a strategic logistics hub and related network while simultaneously pursuing value-added logistics businesses by increasing their manpower and building a logistics information system. This will strengthen their competitive edge and lead to system improvements. Conclusions - Domestic corporations must adopt a new paradigm and use more reasonable business laws, systems, and policies that are based on market-driven flexibility and transparency. Moreover, social norms and regulations should be established to help ensure political and social security. Korea must also develop a culture of tolerance for foreign companies. Finally, the paradigm defining the policy governing the development of the capital city and its satellite cities in this context must be changed.

  • The Purpose of this study is to find out differences among the leader's traits on the hierarchy of Nurse managers in Nurse system of the hospital. In this study 152 managers over head nurse working in 6 University hospitals and 5 general hospitals were selected and the questionary paper answered by them was collected from 1st to 30th in September in 1997. The measuring instrument used in this study is the one integrated and classified by Stogdill (1981), which nurse professor and 2 students of the master's course translated and modified with myself. And its validity was verified through making a test on 130 nurses. The measuring instrument used in this study is made up of 4 items about physical characteristics, 3 items about social background, 4 items about intelligence and ability, 17 items about personaity, 6 items about task-related characteristics, 9 items about social characteristics and 8 items about general background in the triats of leader. And this instrument is made to be marked using five point Likert type. It's reliability is Cronbach's Alpha =.93. The data for study were analyzed through SPSS/PC+ The result of this study are as follows: 1. The order in importantly perceptible degree of the leader's traits showed like these: the intelligence and ability (M=4.683), the task-related characteristics (M=4.605), the personality (M=4.39), the social characteristics (M=4.327), the social back-ground (M=4.056), the physical characteristics (M=3.601). 2. The order in degree to percept the importance of 44 detailed items of the leader's traits showed like these: the judgement and decisiveness (M=4.967), the sense of responsibility (M=4.904), the activity and energy (M=4.796), the self-confidence (M=4.776), the creativity (M=4.748), the intelligence (M=4.743), the responsibility in the pursuit of objectives (M=4.743), the enthusiasm (M=4.717), the objectivity (M=4.704), the moral sense and ethical conduct (M=4.704), the ability to enlist cooperation (M=4.694), the strength of conviction (M =4.678), the enterprise (M=4.691), the administrative ability (M=4.678) and the cooperativeness (M=4.638) 3. As the result of analyzing the leader's trait differences on the hierarchy of nurse managers in six factors of the leader's traits, the social background showed the meaningful differences(F=4.983, P=0.008). 4. As the result of analyzing the leader's traits defferences made from the upper first to 15th rank among the detailed items of the leader's trait factors on the heirarchy of nurse managers, the meaningful defferences appeared in the following items: the objectivity(F=3.413, P=0.033), the creativity (F=3.550, P=0.031), the sense of responsibility(F=3.345, P=0.049), and the administrative ability (F=3.363, P=0.037). 5. As the result of analyzing the leader's trait factors in general background, only the social background of 6 leader's trait factors showed the meaningful differences according to the working place (F=4.057, P=0.008). The study shows that we should consider the above leader's trait factors in selecting nurse managers and that we should develop the educational program for hierarchy of nurse managers urgently.

  • Nursing process is an essential part for nursing practice. Nursing faculty members must focus on the clinical application for students and try to identify the possible problems that students might face in the fields. The purpose of this study is to examine the actual condition of nursing process education in curricula and to investigate the response of students in clinical experience of nursing process. From 462 students in the 6 associate programs(ADN) and the 6 baccalaureate programs (BSN) data was collected by questionnaire. The results were as followed. 1. Seven programs (58.3%) opened the nursing process in mainly sophomore (BSN) or freshman(ADN). If not opened, the nursing process was taught at the major subjects(espcially fundamental nursing or adult nursing). 2. All Students responded they we supposed to use nursing process in preparing the case report. The majority(94.6%) used NANDA lists for nursing diagnosis and 55.7% of subjects consulted the Korean terms by KNA when translating. The tutors for nursing process in clinical settings were the professor in charge of the subject (68.6) or clinical instructors (48.1%) , assistants(34%). 3. The problems in clinical application that students experienced consisted of 17 items and the mean was 2.27. The biggest problem was 'the lack of the model for RN of applying the nursing process in clinical settings'(2.97). Next the big problem was 'the lack of the competency for implementing the established nursing plans'(2.69). All items were significantly different according to the level of educational programs(ADN or BSN). ADN students had more problems in applying the each step of nursing process and BSN students perceived the NANDA as a guidance of nursing diagnosis and the inconsistency of advices from several instructors or practicum to be mere problematic. 4. The mean of merits after application of nursing process was relatively fair (2.82). The best merit was 'they can identify nursing problems more exactly'(3.07). The second high merit was 'they can study the rational of nursing action' (3.03). BSN than ADN and the subjects of second year than of one year in clinical experience perceived the use of nursing process to be better. Based on this results we need to enforce the application of nursing diagnosis in the class. The use of sample cases can be the efficient method. Students can identify the possible health problems for patient from the cases in imaginary world and discuss them each other. Also we can use the discussion session after practice every other day or as needed. All this is on the good interaction between tutor and student. We must consider to have enough time for student to seize the essence of the nursing process.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of emotional regulation between clinical practice stress and nursing professionalism in nursing students. Participants were 192 nursing students and data were collected from September to November, 2015. This study has shown that nursing professionalism is negatively associated with clinical practice stress (r=-.40, p<.001) and positively associated with emotional regulation (r=.55, p<.001). In addition, a negative correlation has been found significant between emotional regulation and clinical practice stress (r=-.20, p<.001). In a final model of hierarchial multiple regression, professor support (${\beta}=.19$, p<.01), satisfaction with nursing as a major (${\beta}=.14$, p<.05), clinical practice stress (${\beta}=-.19$, p<.01) and emotional regulation (${\beta}=.32$, p <.001) were associated with nursing professionalism. In this study, we also have shown that emotional regulation does not play a moderating role on the relationship between clinical practice stress and nursing professionalism. The results of this study suggests that, in order to improve nursing professionalism, it is important to promote support system, develop clinical-practice-stress-relief programs, and enhance emotional regulation training for nursing students.

  • This study aims to examine the effect of leader' behavioral integrity on subordinate's change-oriented OCB via their team commitment along with the moderating effect of LMX. For this, 395 soldiers from military organizations where external factors were relatively well controlled besides their personal characteristics were selected and surveyed using hierarchical regression methods. First, the results showed that leader' behavioral integrity was positively related to subordinate's change-oriented OCB. Second, the positive relationship between leader' behavioral integrity and subordinate's change-oriented OCB was mediated by team commitment. Third, the aforementioned mediated relationship was moderated by LMX. Although this study targeted members of military organizations with more restrictions on behavior than private organizations, such as corporations, it could be meaningful in that it confirmed that the leader's behavioral integrity lead to subordinate's voluntary behavior of change-oriented OCB, which should be followed by efforts to make it more general by comparing a variety of public and business organizations.
