Lead Container를 이용(利用)한 임파조영술(淋巴造影術)에 대(對)한 고찰(考察) (A Study on the Lymphangiography Used Hrdro-Static Pressure)

  • For eighteen months from May, 1977, to November, 1978, I found out the following conclusion with the references when the author had the test of Lymphangiography for malignant lymphoma and cervix cancer of uterus who had the suspicion of nodal metastasis who amounted 56 patients. 1. According to the test 40 patients among 56 were succesful, almost 71% of t-them, injecting needles at both pedis, and it showed some technical difficulties in Lymphangioraphy comparing with other diagnostic measure. 2. As the result of Lymphangiography of 56 patients, they complained pains, edema of foot. In the course of finding out lymphatic vessel there was exudation due to high pressure at the insected part. At the process and at that test there have been frequent complains by the patients about some sort of pains and some times severe pains.

X선 단순촬영에 있어서 신장결석의 출현에 관한 검토 (A Study on the Phenomena of Renal Stone in Simple Radiography)

  • This paper investigated on influence on the distinguishability of renal stone in the accordance with thickness of object, x-ray tube voltage and base density. In the relationship between object and renal stone shadow, object and tube voltage, the obtained results can be summarized as the following. 1. When thickness of object was thin, the distinguishability increased in base density $2.0{\sim}2.5$, but for adults was best shown in base density 1.5. 2. In the relationship between object and tube voltage, the distinguishability increased at lower tube voltages ($50{\sim}60\;kVp$), using grid. As mentioned above, it was thought that this method was very effective in describing the phenomena of renal stone in film density 1.5, tube voltages 60 kVp.

  • This PWM inverter are used bridge circuit of two pair complementary transistor at each phase. The operation signals are 3 level PWM wave of W type and M type modulation, Which were obtained from switching time data by switching position calculation of triangular and sine wave. The output voltage waveforms of this inverter have the 5 level phase voltage and the 9 level line voltage of PWM.

  • In order to establish the photographic effects and sensitivity of various screens, fluorescence meter is used with convenience. When the radiation quality has been fixed the fluorescence has increased in proportion to X-ray dose. However, the response of fluorescence meter has the dependency of X-ray quality in accordance with KVP. as well as the difference of screen and scatter fraction can influence on the response of fluorescence meter. Using accurate fluorescence meter as a radiation detecter and as for a proper supervision the sensitive materials, we have to aware of the meter's dependency of X-ray quality and the scatter fraction.

  • There are various kinds of methods to estimate the image quality of x-ray film. The Hawlet-chart is one of the methods to estimate the depiction power of x-ray film image. Authors made a test using the Hawlet-chart in clinical field and demonstrated the superiority of utility value.

  • In this paper, we compose of the utility phovoltaic system with the stepdown chopper and the current source inverter to reduce pulsation of dc current and dc reactor. We study that control several ways(twice frequency of utility voltage square pulse and without the chopper) of chopper part. Therefore if voltage across the dc reactor equal to zero, it is decreased. And we control modulation factor of the chopper to operate at maximum power point around of solar cell.

  • 성인 남자 106명, 여자 55명을 대상으로 사위량을 측정한 결과, 정위는 11명으로 6.8%에 불과했다. 내사위는 90명으로 55.9%였고, 외사위는 55명으로 34.2%를 차지했다. 또한 좌안기준 우안상사위는 33명으로 20.4%였고, 우안기준 좌안상사위는 38명으로 23.6%를 차지하고 있었다. 수평사위량은 대부분이 $10{\Delta}$ 이하였으며, 수직사위량은 $5{\Delta}$이하였다.

  • This paper represented constant voltage power source equipment using voltage fed inverter. This system drived syncronizing power source, charged battery connected to DC side, and constantly maintained regardless of power source voltage variation and load variation. Output made good wave with PWM method and we proved stabile constant voltage output when AC power source is failure.

  • Modified polypropylene was made of melt blending using thermostable-filler and polypropylene polymers. Modified PP were characterized for the purpose of improving a thermal-property of PP polymer with the composition of 5wt %, 10wt % of thermostable-filler. The structure and thermal-property were determined from IR, DSC, TGA, and SEM instruments. From the results of this study, it found the following facts. Firstly, it was found that the modified PP was mixed with PP and thermostable-filler qualitativly. Secondaty, thermal property of modified PP was improved steadily according to increase of ratio of thermostable-filler.
