본 연구는 오늘날 심각한 환경문제에 따른 환경성을 고려한 식공간 연출의 중요성을 제기하고자하며 재활용에 관한 소비자들의 인식 및 선호도를 살펴봄으로서 식공간에서의 재활용 연출에 대한 현재 위치를 살펴보고자 한다. 연구결과 아직까지 소비자들에게 있어 재활용 소재에 대한 인식 부족으로 인한 활용도 측면이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 레스토랑 식공간 및 재활용 소재를 활용한 식공간 이미지에 대해 성별에 따라 남성보다는 여성이 더 높은 관심을 가지는 것으로 나타났으며 결혼여부에 있어서는 기혼자들보다는 미혼자들이 더 긍정적으로 생각함을 알 수 있다. 학력에 따라서는 고학력일수록 재활용 소재를 활용한 식공간 연출을 많이 선호하지 않는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 수입에 따라서는 소득수준이 높을수록 직업에 따라서는 전문직일수록 실용적 측면을 중요하게 생각하는 것을 알 수 있다. 결론적으로 소비자의 재활용 소재에 대한 인식의 전환과 함께 재활용 소재를 활용할 수 있는 인식도를 높이기 위해서는 소비자로 하여금 사회적 책임을 느끼고 자원절약과 함께 재활용을 활용한 실생활에 적용할 수 있도록 교육 및 홍보의 역할이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of Puerariae flos herb-acupuncture on hippocampal neural cell proliferation. Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned into 4 groups; control group, control with herb-acupuncture group, alcohol group, alcohol with herb-acupuncture group group. Control groups were received with NaCl, while alcohol intoxication groups were injected intraperitoneally with alcohol (2 g/㎏) twice per day for 3 days. Herb-acupuncture groups were injected on Zhongwan (CV 12) for 5 consecutive days. Bromo-deoxyuridine (BrdU) was injected into all animal per day for 5 days. For the detection of BrdU-positive cells in dentate gyrus of hippocampus, immunohistochemistry was performed. In alcohol group, a significant decrease in BrdU-positive cells was observed compared to control group. In alcohol with herb-acupuncture group, BruU-positive cells increased significantly compared to alcohol group. In conclusion, the present results revealed that new cell proliferation is enhanced in the dentate gyros of young Sprague-Dawley rats through Puerariae flos herb-acpuncuture in an acute alcoholic intoxication condition.

본 논문은 외란관측기 개념을 이용하여 두 대의 협력적인 발전기를 갖는 풍력발전기의 발전 및 요잉 제어기 설계 방법을 제안한다. 협력형 풍력발전기란 날개축으로부터 공급된 풍력 에너지를 두 대의 발전기를 통하여 협력적으로 전기 에너지로 변환하는 차별화된 구조의 풍력발전기를 의미한다. 이 구조에서 두 대의 발전기는 독립적으로 제어가 가능하기 때문에 두 발전기의 발전부하를 적절하게 협력적으로 제어함으로써 발전과 동시에 추가적인 요잉 메커니즘 없이 넛셀의 요잉제어가 가능하다. 이러한 구조적 특징을 이용하여 본 논문에서는 협력형 풍력발전기의 발전 및 요잉제어가 안정적으로 실행될 수 있도록 외란관측기를 기반으로 하는 제어기를 설계하고 이를 소형발전기 시스템에 적용하여 그 성능을 실험적으로 검증하였다.

Objectives : To report cases of HIVD of L-Spine successfully treated with Korean medical treatment including Samul-tang(Siwu-tang) Gagam. and Chuna manual treatment. Methods : Three patients diagnosed with HIVD of L-Spine were treated with Korean medical treatment including Samul-tang(Siwu-tang) Gagam and Chuna manual treatment. Numeric Rating Scale(NRS), Oswestry low back pain Disablility Index(ODI) scores and EQ-5D were collected before and after treatment for comparison. Results : There was a significant decrease in NRS, ODI scores.And, there was a significant increase EQ-5D. The mean NRS score decresed from 10 to 1.33, ODI from 66.66 to 8.88. Tne mean EQ-5D score incresed from 0.225 to 0.856. Conclusion : The result suggests Korean medical treatment including Samul-tang(Siwu-tang) Gagam and Chuna manual treatment can be an effective treatment on patients with HIVD of L-Spine.

Purpose : Most pregnant women avoid laking medicine and acupuncture treatment because of its affect on the unborn baby. However, for a healthy pregnancy, appropriate treatments are needed. Until now, there hasn't been much research about acupuncture therapy on pregnant women in Korea. so we decided to review the kinds of research that have been done in the recent 10 years. Methods : We researched for papers associated with pregnancy and acupuncture. Type of research was limited to randomized controlled trials in the recent 10 years. Results : 58 papers were found. Researches associated with pregnancy and acupuncture could be divided into symptoms of pregnancy, childbirth, and infertility. General acupuncture treatment, acupressure band, and finger pressure therapy was used for morning sickness. General acupuncture treatment was most commonly used for pregnancy-related back pain. Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment were used for breech presentation. Conclusion : Further research needed for more acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in pregnant women.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships between variables related to the Suicidal Ideation of Adolescences. A total of 923 Middle school students residing in Daegu City completed questionnaires which assessed family adaptability, family cohesion, self-esteem, bullying victimhood, depression and suicidal ideation. The sample variance-covariance matrix was analyzed using AMOS 20.0, and a maximum likelihood minimization function. Goodness of fit was evaluated using the SRMS, RMSEA, and its 90% confidence interval, CFI, and TLI. The results were as follows : First, the variables of family adaptability and family cohesion did not have a statistically significant direct impact on adolescence's suicidal ideation, although they may well have an indirect effect on suicidal ideation through self-esteem, bullying victimhood and depression. Second, Self-esteem and bullying victimhood had significant direct effects on depression and suicidal ideation. Moreover, they also had an indirect effect on suicidal ideation through self-esteem. Third, depression had a substantial direct effect on suicidal ideation. Finally, self-esteem did not indicate a direct effect on bullying victimhood.

Stroke patient needs rehabilitation after receiving an acute treatment in a hospital. When stroke patient gets involved in an early discharge program, home care nurse plays a pivotal role to make them to gain a full strength and to come back to his/her prior life before he/she is sick. In spite of the importance of home care nursing intervention protocol for home care nurses to perform home care nursing autonomously, home care nursing intervention protocol for stroke patient is rarely developed. Therefore this study was conducted to develop home care nursing protocol that is applicable for stroke patients in home care nursing area. 41 home care nursing charts for stroke patients registered in home care nursing agencies from December 1st 1994 to August 31st 1999 at Y hospitals in Seoul and Won-Ju city were analyzed. 44 home care nurses who were having over three years' experience on stroke patients were participated in this study as a user validity validation group. The results of this study are as follows. 1. 28 nursing diagnoses were selected on the basis of evaluation of nursing diagnoses of stroke patients presented in a previous literature and case studies on home care nursing. 2. 17 nursing diagnoses were classified through the frequency analysis of home care nursing charts for 41 stroke patients who had received home care nursing. The order of sequence was like these: impaired skin integrity, risk for infection, nutritional deficit, impaired physical mobility, constipation, knowledge deficit, ineffective airway clearance, anxiety in family members, risk for aspiration, self care deficit, altered urinary elimination, ineffective individual coping, social isolation, risk for injury, self-esteem disturbance, impaired verbal communication, fatigue of family caregiver. 3. Based on validation on expert and user validities, 44 nursing interventions which were above ICV=.80 were chosen. 4. Nursing intervention protocols which showed above ICV=.90 were developed and were like these; pressure ulcer care, position change, preventive care for circulatory dysfunction, tube care : catheter, vital sign monitor, constipation/impaction management, artificial airway management, suction of airway secretion, environmental management : safety, and fall prevention.

Objectives This research was carried out to establish the clinical practice guideline(CPG) for Yin-Deficit Diurnal-Heat (Eumheo-oyeol) symptomatology of Soyangin disease. Methods Dongeuisusebowon(sinchuk edition) and several kinds of literatures including journal articles concerning this symptomatology of Soyangin disease were collected and classified. Sasang constitutional specialists' conference was held to make an agreement on the conflicting issues as well. Consensus was drawn as a result of the conference. Results & Conclusions 3 papers were selected as an inclusion and exclusion criteria for the relevant articles to Yin-Deficit Diurnal-Heat (Eumheo-oyeol) symptomatology of Soyangin disease. Yin-Deficit Diurnal-Heat (Eumheo-oyeol) symptomatology consists of two aspects : Yin-Deficit Diurnal-Heat (Eumheo-oyeol) severe pattern and Yin-Deficit Diurnal-Heat (Eumheo-oyeol) critical pattern. In Yin-Deficit Diurnal-Heat (Eumheo-oyeol) severe pattern contains 1 disease, namely, Clear Yang Depletion of Large Intestine (Daejang-cheongyang Moson) pattern (Lower wasting-thirst (Haso) pattern). In Yin-Deficit Diurnal-Heat (Eumheo-oyeol) critical pattern contains 2 diseases, Yin-Deficit Diurnal-Heat (Eumheo-oyeol) pattern and Yin-Deficit Diurnal-Heat (Eumheo-oyeol) advanced pattern. Yin-Deficit Diurnal-Heat (Eumheo-oyeol) symptomatology has several kinds of symptoms like dry mouth, disliking to drink much water, diurnal body fever, coldness on the back and nausea as well as body fever, chest discomfort, constipation or dry stool as a common symptoms of Interior Heat disease. Clear Yang Depletion of Large Intestine (Daejang-cheongyang Moson) pattern (Lower wasting-thirst (Haso) pattern) has above mentioned symptoms and much urine/turbid urine, thin thigh and knee joints and twinge of joint pain over the body. Yin-Deficit Diurnal-Heat (Eumheo-oyeol) pattern has symptoms like indigestion and epigastric discomfort, abdominal pain and vomiting in addition. Yin-Deficit Diurnal-Heat (Eumheo-oyeol) advanced pattern has symptoms like hematemesis as well.

Reactive oxygen species (ROS) play a significant role in intracellular signaling and regulation, particularly when they are maintained at physiologic levels. However, excess ROS can cause cell damage and induce cell death. We recently reported that eIF2α phosphorylation protects hepatocytes from oxidative stress and liver fibrosis induced by fructose metabolism. Here, we found that hepatocyte-specific eIF2α phosphorylation-deficient mice have significantly reduced expression of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and altered EGFR-mediated signaling pathways. EGFR-mediated signaling pathways are important for cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival in many tissues and cell types. Therefore, we studied whether the reduced amount of EGFR is responsible for the eIF2α phosphorylation-deficient hepatocytes' vulnerability to oxidative stress. ROS such as hydrogen peroxide and superoxides induce both EGFR tyrosine phosphorylation and eIF2α phosphorylation. eIF2α phosphorylation-deficient primary hepatocytes, or EGFR knockdown cells, have decreased ROS scavenging ability compared to normal cells. Therefore, these cells are particularly susceptible to oxidative stress. However, overexpression of EGFR in these eIF2α phosphorylation-deficient primary hepatocytes increased ROS scavenging ability and alleviated ROS-mediated cell death. Therefore, we hypothesize that the reduced EGFR level in eIF2α phosphorylation-deficient hepatocytes is one of critical factors responsible for their susceptibility to oxidative stress.

본 연구에서는 지반 특성에 관계없이 일률적으로 적용되는 피에조콘 관입속도 2cm/s 조건 하에서, 저소성 실트 지반의 경우 부분배수 내지는 완전 배수 현상이 발생된다는 관점에서 저소성 실트 지반의 비배수전단강도선과 완전배수 전단강도선 사이에서의 피에조콘계수($N_{kt}$)에 의한 전단강도 분포 경향을 기준으로 부분배수 전단강도를 평가하였다. 그 결과, 인천, 화성 및 군산 저소성 실트 지반의 부분배수 내부마찰각(${\varphi}^{\prime}$)은 $3{\sim}15^{\circ}$에서 분포하는 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, 강제치환 역해석 결과 및 비압밀비배수 삼축시험으로부터 얻어진 내부마찰각(${\varphi}^{\prime}$)은 소성지수 감소에 따라 $2{\sim}14^{\circ}$의 범위에서 분포되어, CPTU 데이터에 의한 부분배수 내부마찰각(${\varphi}^{\prime}$)과 유사한 경향을 나타내어 이에 대한 적용성을 확인할 수 있었다.
