등속운동을 이용한 관절계 역학적 특성치 정량화 방법의 유용성 평가 (Evaluation of the Identification method of Joint Mechanical Properties Using Isokinetic Movement)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the possibility of identifying joint damping property through commercially available isokinetic ergometer (BIODEX). The proposed method is to estimate the damping torque of the knee joint from the difference between the external joint torque for maintaining isokinetic movement and the gravity torque of the lower leg. The damping torque was estimated at various joint angular velocities, from which the damping property would be derived. Measurement setup was composed of the BIODEX system with an external force sensor and Labview system. Matlab was used in the analysis of the damping property. The experimental result showed that the small variation in angular velocity due to acceleration and deceleration of the crank arm resulted in greater change of inertial torque than the damping torque, so that the estimation of damping property from the isokinetic movement is difficult.

  • Vehicle body frame stiffness affects the dynamic and static characteristics. Vehicle frame structural performance is greatly affected by crossmember and joint design. While the structural characteristics of these joints vary widely, there is no known tool currently in use that quickly predicts joint stiffness early in design cycle. This paper presents the joint design factors affecting on low frequency vibration. The joint factors are joint panel thickness, section property, flange width and weld point space. To study the effect on vehicle low frequency vibration, case studies for these factors are performed. And Sensitivity analysis for section property is performed. The result can present design guide for high-stiffness vehicle.

Development and properties of jointed Bi-2223 superconductor tape

  • We evaluated the electric properties of Bi-2223 jointed tapes processed by both resistive- and supercondcuting-joint methods. For the resistive-joint, filler materials of wood metal, Pb/Sn, In, and silver paste were used, whereas, for the superconductive-joint, the lap joint method were used. In the resistive-joint tape, it was observed that the electrical properties such as current transport property, n-value, and contact resistance of the tape were significantly related to the resistivity of filler materials. On the other hand, in the superconducting-joint tape, the current transport property was dependent on the uniaxial pressure. Specifically, the current transport property varied 50 to 80% with uniaxial pressure, probably due to the irregular microstructure in the transition region.

  • In this study, the effect of bending strain on the transport property and critical current of lap and butt-jointed BSCCO tapes have been investigated. The samples were joined using a mechanically controlled jointing procedure. In order to ensure a uniform pressure application at the joint part, a single point contact has been devised and also to achieve a uniform thickness at the joint interface.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 관절계 댐핑특성을 상용 에르고미터(BIODEX)의 등속운동을 이용하여 파악할 수 있는지를 평가하는 것이다. 제안된 방법은 등속운동을 유지하기 위해 인가한 외부토크와 하퇴의 관성토크의 차로부터 슬관절의 댐핑토크를 계산하는 것이다. 댐핑토크는 여러 가지 관절각속도에서 산출되었고, 이로부터 댐핑특성을 유도하였다. 실험장치는 BIODEX 시스템과 별도의 힘센서 및 Labview 시스템으로 구성되었다. 댐핑특성의 해석에는 Matlab을 사용하였다. 실험결과로부터 등속운동의 기동 및 종료를 위한 크랭크 암의 가속 및 감속으로 인한 미세한 각속도의 변화가 댐핑토크의 영향보다 큰 관성토크를 유발하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 현재의 등속운동장비로는 댐핑특성을 추정하기가 어렵다고 보여진다.

Dynamic response and waterproof property of tunnel segmental lining subjected to earthquake action

  • In this study, a numerical model of a shield tunnel with an assembled segmental lining was built. The seismic response of the segmental lining of the section of the shield tunnel in Line 1 of the Chengdu Metro is analyzed as it passes through the interface of sand-cobble and mudstone layers. To do so, the node-stress seismic-motion input method was used to input the seismic motion measured during the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake, and the joint openings and dislocations associated with the earthquake action were obtained. With reference to the Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer (EPDM) sealing gaskets used in the shield tunnels in the Chengdu Metro, numerical simulation was applied to analyze the contact pressure along the seepage paths and the waterproof property under different joint openings and dislocations. A laboratory test on the elastic sealing gasket was also conducted to study its waterproof property. The test results accord well with the numerical results and the occurrence of water seepage in the section of the shield tunnel in Line 1 of the Chengdu Metro during the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake was verified. These research results demonstrate the deformation of segmental joint under earthquake, also demonstrate the relationship between segmental joint deformation and waterproof property.

  • 연구대상판결은, (1) 상속재산분할은 그 성질상 협의의 성립과 동시에 종료하고 그 후에는 그 협의에서 그 채무를 부담한 상속인과 그 채권을 취득한 상속인 간의 채권채무관계가 남을 뿐이라는 점, (2) 협의분할의 법정해제를 인정할 경우 소급효를 갖는 상속재산의 재분할이 불가피하게 되어 법적 안정성이 크게 저해된다는 점을 근거로 하여, 협의분할의 법정해제를 부정하였다. 그러나 (1) 상속재산협의분할은 실질적으로 공동상속인 상호 간의 지분교환 양도 포기에 상당한 처분의 성질을 가진다는 점, (2) 공동상속인 전원에 의한 협의분할의 합의해제에 있어서도 소급효를 갖는 상속재산의 재분할이 불가피함에도 불구하고 합의해제의 유효성을 인정하는 데 아무런 이론(異論)이 없다는 점에서, 협의분할이 실질적으로 공동상속인 간의 부담부증여와 같은 성질을 가지는 경우에는 협의분할에 대한 법정해제도 인정하는 것이 온당하다. 다만, 상속재산분할협의는 공동상속인 전원이 참여해야만 성립되는 계약이므로, 협의분할시 상속인 일방이 부담한 채무의 불이행을 이유로 하는 협의분할의 법정해제도 그 일방을 제외한 다른 공동상속인 전원의 의사표시에 의해서만 가능하다고 보아야 한다.

브레이징한 2상 스테인리스강 UNS32550의 미세조직 및 기계적 특성 (Microstructure and Mechanical Property of Brazed Joint in Duplex Stainless Steel, UNS32550)

  • The bonding phenomena and mechanical property of duplex stainless steel during brazing have been investigated. The UNS32550 was used for base metal, and the MBF50 was used for insert metal. Brazing was carried out under the various conditions (brazing temperature : 1473K, 1498K, holding time : 0∼1.8ks). There were various microconstituents in the bonded interlayer because of reaction between liquid insert metal and base metal. In the early stage of brazing, BN is formed in the bonded interlayer and base metal near the bonded layer. Cr made is formed in the bonded interlayer. The amount of BN and Cr nitrides decrease with the increase of bonding temperature and holding time. Superior shear strength of 550MPa is obtained by restraining the formation of nitrides. 590MPa급 고강도강 플래시버트 용접이음부의 기계적특성 (Mechanical Properties of the Flash Butt Welded Joint of 590MPa High Strength Steel)

  • Flash butt weldability of 590MPa dual phase steel is carried out under micro metallographical examination and macro mechanical property tests. The objective of present study is to investigate the cause that brings on bond line fracture, and is to improve mechanical properties of the flash butt welded joint. The joint of flash butt welding has a superior tensile property, but has bad formability due to oxide formed at bond interface. The HAZ softening in the weld joint does not show. It was found that mechanical properties were increased with optimizing welding parameters and making application of oil dripping and post-weld heat treatment.

패드 구조에 따른 Sn-Ag-Cu계 무연 솔더볼 접합부의 기계적 특성평가 (Mechanical Characteristic Evaluation of Sn-Ag-Cu Lead Free Solder Ball Joint on The Pad Geometry)

  • PCB와 BGA 패드의 형태가 무연솔더 접합부의 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향을 연구하었다. 현재 BGA/PCB 패드의 형태는 NSMD (Non-Solder Mask Defined)와 SMD (Solder Mask Defined) 두 가지 구조로 형성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 OSP 도금처리한 무연솔더(Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu, Sn-1.2Ag-0.5Cu)의 패드 형태를 NSMD, SMD로 달리하여 낙하충격시험, 굽힘충격시험, 고속전단시험을 통한 솔더 접합부의 기계적 특성을 연구하였다. 낙하충격과 굽힘충격시험의 경우 패드 구조에 따른 솔더볼 접합부의 특성수명은 동일한 경향을 나타내었으며, 솔더접합부의 기계적 특성은 SMD가 NSMD보다 우수하였다. 이 이유는 SMD의 경우 낙하충격 시험과 고속 전단시험 모두 IMC에서 파단이 일어난 반면에 NSMD의 경우 낙하충격 시험 후의 파단면은 패턴을 감싸고 있는 랜드 상단 모서리 부분에서 파단이 일어났기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 전단시험의 경우에는 NSMD 접합부에서 패드 lift현상이 발생하였다. 따라서 BGA/PCB의 패드구조의 조합은 SMD/SMD > SMD/NSMD > NSMD/SMD > NSMD/NSMD 순으로 기계적 특성 수명이 우수하였다.
