일부지역 대학생의 자아존중감과 취업, 외모의 관련성 연구 (The Relationship between Self-Esteem and Employment, Appearance of University Students in Some Regions)

  • 본 연구는 2015년 5~6월 기간 동안 D지역 대학교 학생 483명을 대상으로 성별, 학년별, 전공계열별 자아존중감, 취업, 외모 관련성을 조사하였다. 자아존중감은 1, 4학년에서 높게 조사되었으며 소속계열별 군사경찰대학, 의과(학)대학이 높게 조사되었다. 취업스트레스는 4학년이 가장 높게 조사되었으며 세무경영대학, 의료공과대학이 높게 조사되었다. 취업준비행동은 4학년이 가장 높게 조사되었고 재활복지교육대학이 가장 높았다. 외모관심도와 외모관리행동은 여학생, 4학년이 높게 나타났고 세무경영대학에서 높게 나타났다. 자아존중감 상위군이 하위군보다 취업준비행동, 외모관심도, 외모관리행동 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났고 자아존중감, 취업, 외모의 상관관계 분석결과에서 자아존중감이 높으면 취업준비행동도 높은 것으로 나타났으며 취업 스트레스는 적은 것으로 조사되었다. 그리고 취업스트레스가 높으면 취업준비행동도 많이 하는 것으로 조사되었다. 결론적으로 대학생활에서 자아존중감을 높이는 교육이 취업스트레스를 감소시키고 취업준비행동을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

암환자 간호사의 소진 영향요인 분석 (Predictors of Burnout among Oncology Nurses)

  • Purpose: this study was to identify influencing factors of burnout on oncology nurses. Method: the data was collected using a questionnaire from October 18, 2002 to November 20, 2002 in five general hospitals at Seoul. Participants of this study were the nurses who worked in the wards occupied by more than 50 percent of cancer patients. The collected data were analyzed by using the SPSS10.0 program. Result: 1. The burnout of the subjects show a mean score of 2.72 using the 5 point Likert scale. There were statistically significant difference in burnout between the general characteristics; age, marital status, educational background, job experience, position, nursing service period, and attitudes on nursing job. 2 The self-esteem of the subjects show a mean score of 3.72 using the 5 point Likert scale. The spiritual well-being of the subjects show a mean score of 3.83 using the 6 point Likert scale. The social support of the subjects show a mean score of 3.74 using the 5 point Likert scale. The job stress of the subjects show a mean score of 2.16 using the 4 point Likert scale. 3. The result of correlation between burnout and other variable was that relationship between the burnout and job stress(r=-.206, p<.05), self-esteem(r=-.417, p<.01), spiritual well-being(r=-.403, p<.01), social support(r=-.386, p<.01) were significant variables. 4. The result of the Stepwise Multiple Regression was that self-esteem (17.4%), spiritual well-being(7.9%), social support(3.4%) and job stress(2.3%) explained 31% of burn out.

자기애적 성격과 직무스트레스와의 관계에 대한 고찰 (A study of relationships between narcissism and job stress)

  • As the modern society is called the narcissistic society, the narcissism is widespread in the personality of individuals and the society at large. In consideration of this side, this study explored for several characteristics of the narcissistic personality and the job stress, and explored for the relationships between the two things theoretically. The narcissism is an attempt to repair self-esteem weakened by the splitting anxiety, the lack and the pathological fusion of self-structure. The job stress is a factor that a characteristic of the job influenced on the behavioral and affective response of the person on the job directly or indirectly. This study selected organizational justices, organizational constraints, role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload, organizational climate, interpersonal relations and career development as factors of the job stress. This study viewed that the stress is made from an interaction between environmental stimulus and personal particular reaction by defining the stress as an interaction model of stimulus-response and personal reaction is caused by psychological adjustment process, personal differences. On this occasion, this study discussed that the narcissistic personality is easy to get stress and weak in the job stress with regarding the personality as a mediation variation of psychological process. As a result, the narcissists estimated themselves positively and their self-esteem is high, but they excessively showed a self biased cognitive and affective response about the negative feedback to protect themselves. Moreover, this positive estimate on themselves and high self-esteem was vulnerable and weak in the self threat. In this view, the narcissistic personality is easy to get more job stress such as organizational justices, organizational constraints, role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload, organizational climate, interpersonal relations and career development.

간호대학생의 직업존중감, 직업관, 전공만족도 연구 (A Study on Nursing Students' Job-esteem, Work Values, and Satisfaction of Their Major)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the nursing students' job-esteem. Methods: The data were collected from March 1 to 30, 2011 using questionnaires. The subjects were recruited from the department of nursing at a college in Kyungnam. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation, t-test and ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. Results: The significantly factor which is a variable predicting best job-esteem of college nursing students by ability and opportunity to getting accounting for 13.4% (${\beta}$=.277) of the prediction, followed by work conditions, lifestyles, and sense of honor that accounted for 27.6%. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, nursing educational program and curriculum development should give nursing students a variety of experience for their career.

대학생의 자아존중감과 스트레스에 미치는 영향 요인 (Factors affecting the Self-esteem and Stress of University Students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate self esteem and stress of students at their universities for the development of a program related to school life and guidance. Methods: The survey were carried out in 5 universities located in Gyounggi Do, Gyungbuk Do, Busan city and Daegu city from 2014. October 1. to November 30. Out of a total of 500 Questionnaires answered by 500 students, 489 Questionnaires, were analyzed with SPSS version 12.0. Results: The total mean of the self esteem point of college student's school living was $3.41{\pm}0.44$ points. The total mean of the general stress point of college students was $2.67{\pm}0.52$ points. Affecting factors of the self-esteem of subjects(multiple regression analysis) were important things of school living(p<0.05), human and friendship(p<0.05), protector's job(p<0.001), home economic states(p<0.001), and friendship(p<0.001). Based on multiple regression analysis, affecting factors of the stress of subjects were important things of school living(p<0.05), human and friendship(p<0.05), religion(p<0.001), protector's job(p<0.001), friendship(p<0.001), and arbeit job(p<0.05). Conclusions: The results of this study help to provide a basis for development of a strategy to improve the self-esteem and solve problems of stress for university students. Also relevant programs should be developed and provided by related authorities and universities.

은퇴에 대한 태도 및 은퇴준비에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Effect of Variables on Attitudes and Preparations toward Retirement)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors causing the attitudes and preparations toward retirement. Tow hundred eight employees participated in this study. The results of this study are as fellows: First, income, age, sex, self-esteem, attitudes toward job, family, and leisure affect the attitudes toward retirement. Second, income and attitudes toward leisure affect economic preparations. Third, age, attitudes toward family and leisure affect psychologic preparations. Fourth, age, self-esteem, locus of control, and attitudes toward leisure affect physical preparations.

중환자실 간호사의 직무 스트레스 관련 변인들 간의 구조모형 분석 (Structural Equation Model for Job Stress in Intensive Care Unit Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was to construct a structural equational model for explaining and predicting job stress of intensive care unit (ICU) nurses based on the Integrated model of stress of Ivancevich and Matteson (1980). Methods: The subjects of this study were 220 nurses at ICU. The data were collected from August 5 to 30, 2013 through self-reporting questionnaire survey. Results: According to the hypothetical model of this study, perceived nursing practice environment, perceived role conflict, perceived transformational leadership and perceived self-esteem showed statistically significant effects on job stress of ICU nurses directly. Professional self-concept indirectly affect job stress of ICU nurses. In conclusion, job stress of ICU nurses was directly influenced by nursing practice environment, role conflict, transformational leadership and self-esteem. Professional self-concept of the relationships among variables did not have a direct impact on job stress. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is needed to develop stress management measures and programs considering these variables in order to adequately manage job stress of ICU nurses.

장애인 거주시설 물리치료사의 직무 만족이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향과 융합적 이직 요인 (The Convergence Factors of Turnover and Effect of Job Satisfaction of Physical Therapist in Residential Facility for the Disabled on Job Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 장애인 거주시설에 근무하고 있는 물리치료사들의 직무 만족이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향과 이직요인을 알아보았다. 장애인 거주시설에 근무하는 물리치료사 122명을 대상으로 직무 만족도(23문항)와 조직 몰입도(11문항)를 알아보았고 이직 요인 9문항, 일반적인 특성 7문항으로 구성된 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 조사였다. 연구결과, 장애인 거주시설에 근무하고 있는 물리치료사의 직무 만족은 3.16, 조직 몰입도는 3.29로 중간 정도로 나타났다. 직무만족도 중 자부심, 상사 및 복지제도, 의사소통, 동료 요소가 정서적 몰입도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 장애인 거주시설에서 근무하는 물리치료사들은 상사와 동료와의 불협화음, 근무환경 열악, 급여문제, 과다한 업무를 이직 요인으로 지적하였다. 장애인 거주시설에 근무하는 물리치료사들의 조직 몰입을 높이기 위하여서는 그들의 업무에 대한 존중과 상사와 동료와의 관계 개선이 필요한 것으로 보인다.

Effects of Autonomous Community Gardening Activities in the Workplace on Job Stress, Organizational Effectiveness and Self-Esteem of Public Officials Working in Shifts

  • This study was conducted to examine effects of community gardening on job stress and job satisfaction experienced by public officials in general administration working in a 24-hour shift. The subjects were public officials at the Center for Missing Children in the Department of Women and Adolescents at the National Police Agency. The center receives initial reports of disappearance of missing children, the elderly with dementia, and people with intellectual disabilities, sends out the report to each police station, and clears the report after the missing individual is found. Twelve public officials working at the center in a double shift (full day off after a night shift, four-day interval) were grouped into four teams and total 11 of them participated in the experiment. They engaged in autonomous community gardening activities such as sowing seeds, cultivating plants, harvesting, or cooking in the workplace for five weeks from August 19 to September 22, 2018. The findings were as follows. After five weeks of autonomous gardening activities, job stress of the subjects decreased significantly. Their mean scores of job satisfaction and organizational commitment under organizational effectiveness showed a significant increase after the activities. Finally, there were significant differences in their self-esteem after participating in the gardening activities in the workplace. These results suggest that gardening activities in the workplace can help to manage job stress and quality of work life for shift workers.

보육교사의 자아존중감, 직무스트레스가 교사효능감에 미치는 영향 (Influencing Factors of Self-esteem and job stress on Teacher Efficacy for Childcare Teacher)

  • 본 연구는 보육교사의 교사효능감의 정도를 알아보고 자아존중감과 직무스트레스가 교사효능감에 미치는 영향을 파악한 연구이다. 연구대상자는 G도에서 보육교사로 근무하는 280명을 대상으로 하였고, 자료분석은 SPSS WIN/21.0을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차, t-검정, 일원분산분석, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회분귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 보육교사의 교사효능감은 $3.59{\pm}0.38$점으로 나타났다. 교사효능감은 연령(F=3.493, p=.016), 경력(F=5.654, p=.001), 직위(F=6.681, p<.001), 학급연령(F=2.759, p=.043), 자녀양육경험(t=5.269, p=.022)에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 연구대상자의 교사효능감은 자아존중감과 순상관관계(r=.236, p<.001), 교사효능감과 직무스트레스는 역상관관계(-.251, p<.001)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자아존중감과 직무스트레스로 확인되었고 이러한 요인들은 보육교사의 교사효능감을 11.7%로 설명하였다. 보육교사의 교사효능감을 높이기 위해 반복연구를 통하여 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고, 교사효능감을 높일 수 있는 실제적인 중재들이 요구된다.
