미래 유망 산업/직업 그리고 자격 예측을 위한 의사결정 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Decision Making Method for Prospective Industry/Occupation and Qualification)

  • Nowadays, many countries have strived to promote prospective industries and occupations at the national level under the global circumstances such as green growth, job creation and so on. For this reason, the decision making method for qualifications foresight which will be available for the mentioned category-prospective industry and occupation- is required for it's feasibility. Pilot surveys on future workforce demand and promotion policies on service industries which are selected as a prospective industry or occupation by government parties were conducted through this research. Based on them, available qualifications-including not only national(skill) qualification but also private qualification- which can be created for prospective industries and occupations related to green growth and job creation were predicted. On the other hand, observing the change of service industry, occupation and qualification abroad, this research attempts to present the decision making method for verifying the decision' validity on qualification in Korean service industry and related occupation. Applying multicriteria decision making, a preference was examined for checking the validity of the created qualifications by prospective service industries and occupations in both sides-experts and laypeople. Based on it's result, the research was conducted regarding a validity of new qualifications in prospective industries and occupations.

  • 본 연구는 주로 지각된 과잉자격의 부정적인 영향에 초점을 둔 기존연구의 관점에서 벗어나 지각된 과잉자격이 창의적 행동에 미치는 긍정적인 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 중국에서 금융업에 종사하는 종업원 282명을 대상으로 설문조사하여 구조방정식모형분석을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 지각된 과잉자격은 종업원의 창의적 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지각된 과잉자격과 창의적 행동 간의 관계에서 감정소진과 잡 크래프팅은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지각된 과잉자격이 창의적 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 가져온다는 것은 지각된 과잉자격의 영향효과에 대한 연구를 어느 정도 풍부하게 하였으며, 창의적 행동, 감정소진, 잡 크래프팅, 조직지원인식의 관계를 실증함으로써 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하였다. 과잉자격 인식에 대한 논의는 주로 종업원 개인 수준에 머물러 있으며 향후연구는 팀 수준 또는 조직 수준으로 확대해서 연구할 필요성이 있다.

직무분석을 통한 컴퓨터 운용사 자격검정 출제기준 개선 연구 (Job Analysis for the Improvement of criteria for preparation of Qualification test of Computer Operation Engineer)

  • 이 연구는 컴퓨터운용사의 구체적인 직무 분석을 통하여 컴퓨터 운용사 자격의 출제기준을 개선하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 산업계, 학계 전문가 7명으로 구성된 직무분석 위원회에서 데이컴(DACUM: Development A curriculum)법으로 직무분석을 실시하여 직무범위, 등급, 응시자격, 검정 기준, 출제 기준, 검정 방법 등의 구성 내용을 추출하였다. 또한 이 연구에서는 컴퓨터 운용사의 출제기준을 개발을 위한 직무분석의 모형을 절차별로 정리 제시하였는데, 1단계는 직무분석 준비(자료 조사 및 면담, 전문가 선정), 2단계는 직무모형 설정(1차 전문가 협의회 및 1차 현장 검토)하였고, 3단계는 지식, 기능, 도구 추출(2차 전문가 협의회 및 2차 현장 검토), 4단계는 코스 및 교과목 선정(3차 전문가 협의회), 5단계는 출제기준 설정(3차 현장 검토)의 과정을 통하여 컴퓨터운용사의 자격의 출제기준을 제시하였다.

대졸자의 자격보유가 취업과 일자리적합도에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis of the effects of college graduates' qualifications on employment and job suitability)

  • 본 연구는 자격을 보유하고 있는 대졸자들의 특성을 파악하고, 학교소재지에 따른 취업과 일자리적합도 분석을 통해 자격의 경제적, 비경제적 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2016년 "대졸자직업이동경로조사" 자료를 SPSS 25를 사용하여 기초통계, 로지스틱회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 선행연구에서 밝힌 취업의 효과성을 재확인하였으며, 특히, 비 서울권 대졸자의 자격보유는 취업 및 일자리적합도를 높이는데 일부 긍적적인 영향을 주는 것으로 조사되었다. 결론적으로, 개인속성과 학교소재지에 따른 자격의 효과성은 다를 수 있으나, 이를 고려한 적절한 자격보유 독려와 취득 지원은 대졸자의 취업과 일자리적합도에 도움을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다.

  • 본 연구는 지각된 과잉자격이 영역초월행동과 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 중국에 있는 VR기술을 개발하는 기업 연구원들을 대상으로 총 373부의 설문지를 수집하였다. 설문조사를 통해 수집된 데이터는 통계프로그램 SPSS V.22과 AMOS V.22를 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모델 등으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석을 통해 확인된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지각된 과잉자격은 직무성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것이다. 둘째, 구성원 지각된 과잉자격은 영역초월행동에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것이다. 셋째, 구성원의 영역초월행동은 직무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것이다. 결론 및 토론 부분을 통하여 본 연구의 이론적 시사점, 실무적 시사점과 연구의 한계와 향후 방향에 대한 심도 있는 논의를 제시하였다.

IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis)를 활용한 제조업 보건관리자의 자격별 직무분석 (Job Analysis with IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) based on the Qualification of Occupational Health Managers Working in Manufacturing Work-sites)

  • Purpose: To provide the data of health manager education program in order to improve the quality of work-sites health management with qualification based job analysis of health managers (Occupational Health Nursing, Industrial Hygienist, Environmental Engineer). Methods: A descriptive research on 132 health managers using IPA and SPSS/WIN. Results: The overall average of importance of health management job was 8.0 (10 being the maximum score). Nurses had significantly higher score in the level of importance per areas and health management jobs. The overall average of performance of health management job was 6.7 (10 being the maximum score). Nurses had higher score in the area of health management. IPA matrix distributions per health management job area showed the correlations in qualification backgrounds and all of 3 main areas. Conclusion: There was difference in the level of importance and performance on health management jobs based on the qualification backgrounds of health managers. To improve the health of workers, an integrated health management must be provided. And to provide this, it is necessary to offer the additional education to health managers with an institutional complementary plan.

  • With industrial competitions more severe, most enterprises in Korea are placed in critical point to meet the changes. The tradition seniority systems of this country stand in the way to be more competitive in personnel sector especially . The purposes of this paper are to search the effective ways and methods in introducing and operating Job-performing Qualification System(JQS), one of the personnel systems based on human capability. To meet these purposes, various subjects - how to classify job groups, proper job grades number, how to define job grade, up-grading criterions, how to design the relations between personal rating system and JQS, and between compensating system and it - are reviewed and commented.

산업안전보건관리 분야의 NCS기반 신(新)자격 설계 자격종목의 필요성과 타당성에 관한 연구 (A study on the necessity and validity of NCS based neo-qualification plan qualification item in Occupational Safety and Health Management field)

  • The study conducted questionnaire analysis to 413 industrial safety field employees in order to examine the necessity and validity of industrial safety field's 17th neo-job classification based on National Competency standards(NCS). As a result, 50.1% of industrial safety management field and 43.3% of industrial health management field answered that classification details of occupational safety and health management field are classified by job(duty) performance. Industrial safety management field recognizes that management and engineering section play a significant role in their work, while industrial health management field recognizes worker's health care and work environment management and overall control of work environment assessment to be significant in their work. Furthermore, industrial safety management field recognizes that separating qualification and foundation of 'construction safety manager', 'chemicals(safety and health) manager', '(toxic)risk assessment evaluator or risk factor manager' to be highly significant. The study is meaningful in that it suggests industrial safety field's qualification items practical in industrial sites.

남녀직장인의 인적자원개발이 직무만족과 임금수준에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Human Resource Development on Employed Workers' Job Satisfaction and Wage)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of human resource development on the job satisfaction and wage among employed workers. A sample of 3,578 employed workers was selected from Korea Labor Panel Data. For data analysis, t-test and multiple regression were used. The major findings were as follows: First, the employed workers who had experiences of human resource development had more certificates of job-related qualification, more employed in government-invested organization or foreign company regularly than the counterpart. Second, the employed workers' wage was affected by gender, age, educational attainment, as well as whether they had experiences of human resource development. Third, the factors that influence employed workers' job satisfaction were gender, age, educational attainment, job regularity, having certificate of job-related qualification or not, and having experiences of human resource development or not. From the findings, it can be concluded that the employed workers' wage and job satisfaction were improved by the human resource development.

전문응급처치 강사자격 교육과정 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Advanced Emergency care Instructor Qualification Course)

  • The purpose of this study which was conducted by framing of standardized advanced emergency care instructor qualification course outline and training competent instructor Course development based on following educational principle and it would be expected more improved aspect. Advanced Emergency care Instructor Qualification Course Development (1) based on advanced emergency care instructor job analysis and paramedic job description. (2) Learning of emergency care instructor qualification course is continuous. It is important to begin at the learner's level of knowledge and to relate new learning to information the learner needs. (3) Learning of emergency care instructor qualification course is purposeful and must make sense to the learner. Progress in learning must make sense to the learner. Progress in learning must be constantly appraised through feedback. The purpose of learning BLS information and skills must be kept in sharp focus. (4) Learning involves as many senses as possible. The more stimulating a learner activity is to the senses, the longer the information will be retained. Conservative figures indicate that 75% of what is heard is for-gotten after 2 days. It has been said that learners remember (5) Learning activities must be appropriate for the emergency situation through the PBL educational method. In BLS lecture skill learning, the greatest proportion of class time should be spent in manikin practice, using performance sheets as a learning tool or guide. (6) Learning must be stimulating. Instructors can motivate learners by helping them achieve higher levels of proficiency and encouraging other levels of course completion, such as instructor and instructor trainer. (7) Learning is affected by the physical and social environment. The physical environment should be conducive to both the kind of learning taking place and the activities used for learning. Advanced emergency care instructor qualification course organized educational psychology, educational methodology I,II,III, educational material making skill, lecture & conversational skill, BLS theory & pratice lecture skill, minic lecture designed PBL module. test of minic lecture & pratice lecture skill. Advanced emergency care instructor qualification course continued to active instructor training and motivated to active EMS system.
