Purpose : This study can provide various implications for the franchisors to expand activities related to franchise support or to develop andoperate an education program for foodservice franchise owners. Research design, data, and methodology : For those purpose, first, the literatureand literature related to the competency of domestic franchise owner were collected and reviewed through the Korea Education and Research Information Service (RISS). Second, the questionnaire was prepared based on the theoretical basis prepared through previous studies. Based onthe foodservice franchise owner's competency model presented by Kim & Lee (2019b), 13 franchise owner's competencies were marked with both 'What is' levels and 'What should be' levels. Therefore, the total questionnaire consists of 26 questions. Third, questionnaires were distributed and collected. This study used data from 55 surveys which were gathered from foodservice franchise owners in Seongnam-si. SPSS 25.0 was used to analyze the collected survey data. Descriptive and frequency analysis were conducted to analyze the demographic characteristics of the study subjects. Next, we conduct a t-test to analyze the difference between the level of 'What is' competencies by the franchise owners and the level of 'What should be' competencies. Descriptive statistics were used to derive the priorities of the 'What should be' competencies. The Locus for Focus model was used to derive the priorities of the required competencies. Result : Four competencies of team leadership, teamwork and cooperation, customer service, technical·professional·managerial expertise were found to be the first to be developed. Conclusions : The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, teamwork and cooperation competnecy, and team leadership competency, which are derived from the core competencies of foodservice franchise owners, are among the leadership competencies required as managers of organizations. Second, customer service competency and ttechnical·professional·managerial expertise competency derived from the core competencies of restaurant franchise owners belong to the job competencies. Third, the results of this study suggest that the foodservice franchisors will be able that will serve as a baseline to support the foodservice franchisors and franchise owners for sustainable mutual growth by encouraging their will and encouraging them to create results.

This study aims to explore the possibilities of social integration focused on the inclusionary housing scheme developed in the United States. Inclusionary housing is produced by inclusionary zoning with planning power. One of the main goals of developing inclusionary housing is to achieve social integration in neighborhoods. The author investigates the origin, evolution, characteristics, and mechanism of the inclusionary housing scheme in the United States. Results show that the inclusionary housing scheme utilizes market mechanism such as the incentives of floor ratio bonus, fast tract permit approach as well as the affordability obligation for the low-income households. Considering the policy orientation in the United States toward market mechanism, the inclusionary housing program has played a significant role in producing and preserving affordable housing for the underprivileged in affluent neighborhoods and has produced meaningful results in academic achievements, better job outcomes, health results, and social interaction even though it has been also criticized with by its superficiality. Finally, the author draws policy implications for housing policy in Korea from the lessons and limitations of the inclusionary housing mechanism.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the factors of cooking practice education environment, educational satisfaction, and preparatory behavior according to the social customized LINC+ fostering project. The study conducted a questionnaire survey using convenience sampling and analyzed using SPSS21.0. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that there were significant influences on educational programs, teaching ability, and cooking facilities, which are sub-factors of the cooking practice environment. Second, it was found that it had a significant effect on educational satisfaction and job preparation behavior. Third, it was found that it had a significant effect on the educational program and teacher ability, which are sub-factors of the cooking practice education environment. Lastly, through the results of the research, it is expected to provide basic data on policy, education environment, employment, and satisfaction in carrying out financial support projects in related majors. It is intended to provide evidence and implications.
Training, unlike education in holistic perspective, not only affects individual's potential of work competencies such as knowledge and technology, but also affects the job performance in organizational perspective. The effectiveness of training for civil servants who participated in mock jury trial learning of Suwon-si was verified using CIPP model. Participants valued the significance of the process of training rather than the conclusion that draws a certain solution, and based on the comparison and analysis of pre·post evaluations, the educational effect of mock trial training and its utilization at work in the future was higher than before the training, proving its effectiveness. In terms of the implications of training programs in addition to the program planner's evaluation, participant constitution in consideration of sex or employment period is needed for learning interaction among various learners, and information acquisition training on various local issues and conflict situations, as well as the combination of deliberation learning, are needed. in addition, it may be supplemented through customized conflict management raining related to pending projects for the effectiveness of training.

This research empirically analyzes the effect of internal marketing in public libraries on the quality of work life of public library librarians. To this end, a 59-day survey of incumbent librarians working at public libraries in Seoul was conducted on Naver Form from July 25, 2020, and 120 respondents were conducted using IBM SPSS 25, a statistical program, to conduct factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Research has shown that internal marketing of public libraries has a positive effect on the quality of librarians' work life. As a way to improve internal marketing in public libraries, it was suggested to prepare a systematic and sustainable internal marketing system, recognize experiences and compensate highly educated librarians, improve the compensation system of librarians, and promote an internal marketing system centered on supporting management and delegation.
Purpose: This study aimed to identify occupational stress and health problems as well as turnover reasons among leavers in novice nurses and to estimate factors which might affect turnover by comparing them to stayers. Methods: In this study, secondary analysis of data gathered from the Shift Work Nurse's Health and Turnover studies, was carried out. The data were collected from 204 stayers who have been working for 18 months since 2018 and 48 leavers who left within the same period at two tertiary hospitals in Seoul. The reasons for turnover, occupational stress, and 8 types of health problems were recorded. The data were analyzed using SAS 9.4 to obtain descriptive statistics. In parallel, Pearson's chi-squared test, Fisher's exact test, and independent t-test were also conducted. Results: The main reasons for turnover were job stress and difficult interpersonal relationships in the workplace. Occupational stress of leavers was higher than stayers, especially in the subscales of interpersonal conflict, organizational system, lack of reward, and occupational climate. Among the 8 types of health problems, the depression prevalence of leavers was higher compared to stayers and showed marginal significance. Unexpectedly, the sleep disturbance prevalence of stayers was significantly higher compared to leavers. Conclusion: To reduce the turnover rate of novice nurses, education on how to cope with occupational stress is needed. A customized program for novice nurses to overcome the difficulties of interpersonal relations would be helpful.

This study aims to develop a core competency model for adult college students. For this purpose, the core competencies of adult college students were derived by analyzing domestic and foreign literature studies. And the Delphi survey was conducted for the validity of core competencies. The SPSS 18.0 program was used for analysis. As results of the analysis, there are 11 core competencies of adult college students derived: communication, problem-solving and meta, interpersonal, personal management and development, digital information literacy, major knowledge, citizenship, convergence, character, professional job, and global. The core competency model of adult college students was developed by assigning numbers from 01 to 11 based on the results of the Delphi survey. Core competencies of adult college students were organically linked, so the cultivation of one core competency affects other core competencies.
Korea's rapid urbanization caused problems, such as destruction of the rural environment, loss of traditional culture and dissolution of communities, as the continuous outflow of the population from rural areas, aging and consequent labor shortages and deterioration of the living environment were connected like a vicious cycle. In order to solve the problems of rural areas and overcome their vulnerabilities, the ultimate goal is to find a way to reintroduce the population to the rural areas. In order to be reborn as a space with rural characteristics and pluralistic functions and various potentials in a space under threat of underdevelopment and extinction, the pushing factor from rural areas is improved, and the population inflow factor to the rural areas is improved to enhance rural attractiveness, focusing on creativity among the 4Cs of New Ruralism: Conservation, Cultivation, Community, Creativity. A case study of 'Creative space in rural areas' was studied and considered. In-depth interviews were conducted with four key stakeholders, and the research results were analyzed focusing on the grounded theory method to draw implications from the background of Gurye Natural Dream Park, characteristics that can be viewed as creative spaces, and examples of creative space creation in rural areas. The 'Creative space in rural areas' is a space that can solve the current issues and problems of rural areas. In the case of Gurye Natural Dream Park, the young population of Gurye is increasing through job creation, provision of living and cultural service facilities, and improvement of the education and medical environment. In this study, the existing rural problem-solving process in this process was viewed as creativity in rural areas.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to test the reliability and validity of an assessment tool for dental hygienists' consideration of patients with mild disabilities. Methods: Thirty-seven preliminary questions were compiled through literature review, and thirty-two questions were selected through content validity testing by eight experts. Two hundred and three dental hygienists completed the assessment tool as an online survey. The construct validity, internal consistency, and test-retest reliability of the tool were investigated using the SPSS 26.0 program. The construct validity was assessed using exploratory factor analysis. The internal consistency was assessed using Cronbach's alpha. The intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) value with 95% confidence intervals was calculated for test-retest reliability. Results: Ten items and four factors were selected through exploratory factor analysis. The internal consistency reliability of the tool was found to be Cronbach's alpha=0.658, and test-retest reliability was found to be ICC=0.812. Conclusions: An assessment tool of care for patients with mild disabilities by dental hygienists is a reliable and valid tool suitable for the job characteristics of dental hygienists. It can be used in clinical practice and research.
Purpose - In hotel industry, quality of leader-member exchange(LMX) relationship is very critical, because it impacts on the employee's work attitude and behaviors. Thus, this research examines the effect of LMX on employee loyalty in the context of hotel business and identifies mediating roles of work stressors, work role performance in the relationship between LMX and employee loyalty. This research suggests the guidelines for how hotel leaders should manage their employees and build employee loyalty that improve management and business performance. Research design, data, and methodology - This study tests the structural relationship between LMX, work stressors, work role performance, and employee loyalty. Work role performance divide into three sub-dimensions such as individual task proficiency, individual task adaptivity, and individual task proactivity. In order to examine the purposes of this research, research model and hypotheses were developed. All constructs were measured with multiple items developed and tested in the previous studies. The data were collected from 113 franchise hotel employees and were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3 program. Result - The findings of this research are as follows. First, leader-member exchange(LMX) have significant positive impacts on work stressors, work role performance, and employee loyalty. Second, work stressors have significant negative impacts on work role performance and employee loyalty. Third, work role performance has significant positive impact on employee loyalty. Conclusions - The outcomes of this research indicate that hotel leaders should focus on the dyadic relationship with their employees how to improve employee productivity through LMX relationship. In turn, the quality of this relationship influences employees's work attitudes and behaviors. As a result of increasing job demands in hotel business which relies heavily on human resources, the hotel leader must find ways to prevent or reduce stressors and associated strains. If hotel employees perceive the high quality of LMX relationship, they improve their work role performance which influences loyalty. Therefore, the hotel leaders should develop monetary or non-monetary reward system for the employees and, make an efforts to have unique social exchange relationships with employees.
