병원 재고자산관리에 관한 병원직원의 태도와 만족도 (Personnel Attitude and Satisfaction with Hospital Inventory Management)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing the attitude and satisfaction with inventory management of hospitals. Data were collected from 344 employees in two hospitals located in Seoul and one hospital located in Choong-Chung Do, Korea, using a self-administered questionnaire. Items included in the self-administered questionnaire were hospital and socioeconomic characteristics of personnels such as the level of knowledge, practice, attitude, and satisfaction with inventory management of hospitals. Major findings were as follows; Job position was significantly associated with satisfaction with inventory management. According to age, sex, type of position and aptitude of personnel the level of positive attitude to and satisfaction with inventory management showed significant association. Generally, those who had higher level of knowledge and practice showed a higher tendency toward positive attitude of inventory management, except for those in medical support post. A higher tendency of satisfaction with inventory management was also observed, with the exception of personnel in nurse post. This study showed that major factors affecting attitude toward inventory management are level of knowledge and practice, and factors affecting satisfaction are job position and aptitude. The level of attitude and satisfaction explained by these factors were 46.8% and 12.2%, respectively. According to the results of this study, higher level of knowledge and practice, job position and aptitude appear to be essential for the implementation of effective inventory management. Factors affecting attitude and satisfaction of inventory management should be studied more in depth systematically so that other objective test and measurements can be developed.

일부 공무원들의 사회심리적 요인과 직무스트레스와의 관련성 (Relationship Between the Psychosocial Factors and Job Stress Among Clerical Public Officers)

  • 본 연구는 일부 사무직 행정공무원들의 직무스트레스 수준을 파악하고 사회심리적 요인(A형 행동유형, 통제신념, 자기존중감)과 직무스트레스와의 관련성을 규명하고자 시도하였다. 연구대상은 C도청에 근무하고 있는 공무원 634명(남자 505명, 여자 129명)이었으며, 자료 수집은 2013년 2월 18일부터 3월 10일까지의 기간 동안에 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 이용한 설문조사에 의하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상자의 직무스트레스 수준은 성별, 연령, 학력, 결혼상태, 직급, 근무경력, 공무원생활에 대한 만족도, 흡연상태, 음주상태, 수면시간, A형행동유형, 통제신념 및 자기존중감에 따라서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 사회심리적 요인과 직무스트레스 수준과의 상관관계를 보면, 업무요구도는 내적 통제신념과 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였으며, 업무의 자율성은 A형행동유형, 내적 통제신념 및 자기존중감과 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 상사의 지지도는 외적 통제신념과 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 위계적다중회귀분석 결과 직무스트레스 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 연령, 주관적인 건강상태, 직위, 잔업시간, 질병으로 인한 결근, 업무에 대한 만족도, 수면시간, 여가시간, 외래진료경험유무, A형행동유형, 통제신념 및 자기존중감이 선정되었으며 이들의 설명력은 32.1%이었다. 위의 모델에서 보면 A형행동유형, 통제신념 및 자기존중감 등의 사회심리적 요인이 추가됨으로 해서 15.0%의 설명력을 증가시켜 직무스트레스에 사회심리적 요인이 큰 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

제조업 사업장 남성 근로자의 직무스트레스 내용과 흡연습관과의 관련성 (Factors related to Suicide Ideation among Middle School Students)

  • 본 연구는 사업장 근로자들의 직무스트레스 요인과 흡연 유무와의 관련성을 알아볼 목적으로 제조업 사업장 남성 근로자 872명을 대상으로 2012년 2월 1일부터 4월 30일까지의 기간 동안에 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식 설문지(self-administrated questionnaire)를 사용하여 조사대상자의 기본적 속성, 흡연습관 및 JCQ에 의한 직무스트레스요인을 측정하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상자의 흡연률은 53.0%로 나타났으며, 기본적 속성에 따른 흡연상태를 보면, 흡연군은 연령, 직급 및 근무경력이 높은 군에서 그렇지 않은 군보다 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 직무스트레스 요인별 흡연상태에서는 직무 요구도가 높은 군과 상사의 지지도가 낮은 군에서 흡연군이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연령, 직위 및 근무경력을 조정한 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과 흡연에 대한 위험비는 업무요구도가 낮은 군보다 높은 군에서 유의하게 상승한 반면, 상사의 지지도가 낮은 군보다 높은 군에서 유의하게 감소하였다. 따라서 근로자들이 경험하는 직무스트레스 내용 중 업무요구도와 상사의 지지도는 흡연과 유의한 관련성이 있음을 시사한다.

제조업 남성 근로자의 신체부위별 근골격계질환 자각증상과 관련요인 (Musculoskeletal Disorder Symptoms and Its Related Factors among Male Workers in Manufacturing Industries)

  • 본 연구는 제조업 남성 근로자들의 신체부위별 근골격계질환 자각증상 호소율을 알아보고 그의 관련요인을 파악하고자 제조업에 종사하고 있는 생산직 남성 근로자 856명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 조사대상자의 신체부위별 근골격계질환 자각증상 호소율을 보면 어깨부위 61.2%, 허리부위 55.4%, 목 부위 55.3%, 다리/발 부위 38.6%, 손/손목/손가락부위 32.2%, 팔/팔꿈치부위 26.9%의 순위였다. 로지스틱회귀분석 결과 신체부위별 자각증상 관련요인을 보면, 목 부위는 결혼상태, 주관적인 건강상태, 흡연여부, 커피음용여부, 직무스트레스가 유의한 관련성이 있는 요인으로 나타났으며, 어깨부위는 근무경력, 교대근무여부, 업무상 질병으로 인한 외래진료여부, 직무스트레스가 유의한 관련성이 있는 요인으로 나타났다. 팔/팔꿈치부위는 수면시간, 업무상 질병으로 인한 결근여부, 직무스트레스가 유의한 관련성이 있는 요인으로 나타났으며, 손/손목/손가락 부위는 연령, 흡연여부, 커피음용여부, 주당근무시간, 직급, 근무경력, 업무상 질병으로 인한 외래진료여부, 직무스트레스가 유의한 관련성이 있는 요인으로 나타났다. 허리 부위는 학력, BMI, 수면시간, 직급, 근무경력, 업무상 질병으로 인한 외래진료여부, 직무스트레스가 유의한 관련성이 있는 요인으로 나타났으며, 다리/발 부위는 결혼상태, 직급, 근무경력, 업무상 질병으로 인한 입원경험여부, 직무스트레스가 유의한 관련성이 있는 요인으로 나타났다.

농촌지도 요원의 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Agricultural Extension Agents' Satisfaction with their Job)

  • This study examines the agricultural extension agents` satisfaction with their job and its related variables - personal characteristics, achievement motivation, and needs level. Based on die Job Descriptive Index, Brayfield-Rothe Index, and Porter Instrument, the survey was carried out on 127 agents. Results show 1) a significant difference in personal characteristics is found in position, farmer contact frequency, and service region applied for, but not in age, gender, scholastic ability, career, task, and another department contact frequency, 2) the achievement motivational level is related to job satisfaction, and 3) the needs level is not related to job satisfaction.

국내 패션기업 종사자들의 특성에 따른 직무만족, 조직몰입과 이직의도 (Job Satisfaction Organizational Commitment and Intent to Leave the Job According to the Characteristics of Korean Fashion Companies)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate differences in job satisfaction, organizational commitment and intent to leave the job according to the characteristics of employees of korean fashion companies. For the study, the questionnaire was developed by the authors and distributed to 350 employees of Korean fashion companies. A total of 315 questionnaires was collected and used for the final analysis. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, independent sample T-test, ANOVA and Tukey's test, using the SPSS 18.0 Package Program. First, men showed higher scores in job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and lower score in intent to leave their jobs than women. Second, those who were in their fifties or older had higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lower intent to leave their job than those who were in their twenties. Third, those who work in the sales department or merchandising department had higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lower intent to leave their job than designers. Fourth, managers and executives had higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lower intent to leave their job than lower position employees. Fifth, those with 15 years or longer job experience had higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lower intent to leave their job than those with less than three years. Finally, those who had a monthly income of three million won or more had higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment and lower intent to leave their job than those who had a monthly income of less than one million won.

항공보안요원의 직무만족요인과 서비스 제공의식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Job Satisfaction Factors and Service Delivery Perception of Aviation Security Screener Affecting Job Satisfaction)

  • This study, the cause of an aviation security employees' job satisfaction and dissatisfaction will be understood and the data can be used as evidence to explain the position of the employees. Moreover, the results of this study shall be conducted to increase the level of service delivery and also to remove unsatisfactory factors. Thus, according to this research survey shows the understanding of the job satisfaction and service delivery influences on the overall job satisfaction of a secure enterprise's security screeners. As a results, by improving the job satisfaction of aviation security screeners, the world's most safe, convenient service and quick airport service delivery could be achieved. Therefore, in order to improve the level of Korea and the international competitiveness of airlines, the promotion of job satisfaction of employees would be very important. Moreover based on the results of this study, the advanced research on the recognition differences for service evaluation between the customers and security screeners are needed.

경찰공무원의 직무스트레스 정도와 건강증진 행위와의 관련성 (The relationship between the level of job stress and health promotion behavior with police officier)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate health behavior, job stress of police officer in Korea. Methods: It was a descriptive study, and subjects were comprised 135 police officer by reported questionnaires. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA(Sheffe's test), and Pearson's correlation using SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results: The job stress level of the subjects was 41.30 and Dietary practice guideline score was 4.52, moderate activity practice day was 2.48, waling practice day was 3.87. There was a significant difference in the job stress among the characteristics of the subjects according to their work experience and position. Health promoting behaviors and job stress were negatively correlated with dietary practice guideline score and moderate exercise practice days, and positive correlation between smoking and drinking. Conclusion: Based on this study, it is necessary to develop a health program that can reduce the job stress of the subject and solve the job stress healthily.

중소 종합병원 간호사의 직무배태성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Job Embeddedness Factors on Turnover Intention of Nurses in Small and Medium Sized General Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate the influence of organization and community job embeddedness on turnover intention of nurses in small and medium sized general hospitals. Methods: The participants, 333 nurses, were recruited from small and medium sized general hospitals in Korea. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires on job-embeddedness and turnover intention and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA and $Scheff{\acute{e}}^{\prime}$, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The score for job embeddedness and it's 6 factors, and turnover intention were above 3 on a 5 point scale with the exception of organizational sacrifice. There was a significant difference in turnover intention according to age, marital status, salary, and position. There were significant negative correlations between the 6 factors of job embeddedness and turnover intention. Variables entered in multiple regression showed that organizational sacrifice, organizational fit and age were significant contributing factors to turnover intention. Conclusion: The findings suggest that there is a need for strategies to enhance job embeddedness, especially organization sacrifice and organization fit. These factors should be developed and used to decrease turnover intention of nurses in small and medium sized general hospitals.

임상간호사의 부서이동제도에 대한 인식과 조직몰입 (A Study on Nurses' Perception of Job Rotation and an Organizational Commitment)

  • This study was designed to investigate perception of job rotation and an organizational commitment of staff nurses working at K hospital and find the way of increasing an organizational commitment for the groundwork for efficient changes in the nursing staff. Data were collected from Aug. 20 to Aug. 28, 2004 through self reporting questionnaires taken by 318 nurses working at a hospital. The three structured instruments were used for collecting the data; Questionnaires for measuring the perception of job rotation, Questionnaires for measuring the utility and the problem of job rotation, and Mowday's Organizational Commitment Questionnaires. The Results were as follows : 1. 66.0% of 318 staff nurses approved of regular job rotation; 34.0% of them disapproved 34.3% of them wanted to get transferred to another department; 65.7% of them didn't. 2. Of general characteristics, age(F=17.469, P=.000), marital status(F=-2.781, P=.006), religion(F=5.688, P=.001), education level(F=8.816, P=.000), position(F=15.591, P=.000), a total clinical career(F=11.606 p=.000) and field in practice(F=4.206, P=.000) were significantly related to an organizational commitment. 3. There is relatively positive correlation between the perception of job rotation and an organizational commitment. In conclusion, the utility of on the job rotation and organizational commitment showed the positive correlation.
