서울과 부산지역 특급호텔 조리사 직무만족 요인들의 비교분석 (A Comparison of Cooks' Job Satisfaction in Luxury Hotels in Seoul and Busan)

  • This study examines whether job satisfaction of cooks working in the luxury hotels in Seoul significantly differs from those in Busan. The data for this study was collected from randomly chosen luxury hotels located in both areas. Out of 264 cooks who participated in the study, 130 and 134 turned out to be from Seoul and from Busan, respectively. SPSS 14.0 version was used for factor analysis to combine job satisfaction variables, identifying five factors; competence development, work environment, salary and employee benefits, co-worker relations, superior relations. While this study used t-test for identifying whether there is a significant difference between the two cities and between the part of demographic variables, ANOVA was applied in other demographic variables such as education, age, job position, and income.

경력단절 여성의 노동시장 재진입 욕구형태에 따른 진로행동 분석 (Analysis of Career Behaviors on the Women's Second Labor Market Transition)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze career behaviors(job exploration, job hunting) of the need mode in the women's second labor market transition. To obtain this objective 501 women, who quitted their job in 780 women randomly sampling completed questionnaire. To analyze data, $x^2$, ANOVA were executed. Research results were explained, there were no difference career behaviors, experience of career counseling, experience of career education, aspiration of career behaviors by the need mode in the women's second labor market transition. But, there were difference motivation of labor market entry, career barriers, preference of occupations, level of job competence of career behaviors by the need mode in the women's second labor market transition. The implications of the results on women's second labor market transition of developing career education and counseling programs were discussed and finally suggestions for further study were made.

  • In the rapidly changing era of knowledge revolution, user-centered IT services are emerging as a very important component of modern business. However, in order to lead IT services into success, traditional capabilities and competences are not good enough. Development of IT services involve service planners and designers as well as traditional systems developers. This detailed segmentation of job and corresponding competences among involved in IT service development brings in new type of conflicts and contradictions that may require special attention for IT services to be properly development and implemented. This study aims to explore and define competences and roles of newly emerging job groups in IT services: planners, designers, and developers. In order to identify underlying competences of these emergeing groups, two stage interviews were conducted. At the first stage, general competence framework is developed across these groups with different skills for similar competence catogories. Using the categories developed at the first stage, members of each groups were asked to rate and assess the competences of other groups. Comparisons of these reciprocal assessment revealed the conceptual differences and biases across these groups. Detail differences are discussed and implications are discussed.

  • The goal of the research is to identify the relationship between organizational justice, job satisfaction, and work attitudes in the context of job rotation. The competence and loyalty of the employees of an organization are critical to the organization's success. Therefore, organization should invest in developing their employees, including creating effective procedures and human resource management policies. A job rotation program is one of the critical policies in developing employees, as through this program employees can develop and actualize their abilities. However, there are some challenges in practice regarding implementing the procedures of job rotation. One of the challenges is related to the concept of organizational justice, which then impacts on employees' job satisfaction and work attitudes. This study was conducted in focused group discussions. The sample is 272 of a state-owned organization. In this study, the concept of organizational justice, with the dimensions of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice, were used along with the discussion of job satisfaction and other work attitudes. The results were issues of fairness in perceiving organizational justice in the job rotation context, and the most significant response lies in procedural justice.

간호업무 현장에서의 태움 예방 및 극복방안: P-S-O-R 프레임워크를 기반으로 (Prevention and Overcoming Strategies for Taeoom in the Nursing Workplace: Based on the P-S-O-R Framework)

  • 최근 간호인력들의 높은 이직률과 직무스트레스 증가로 인한 문제가 사회적 이슈로 크게 부각되며, 간호 조직 내의 '태움' 문제에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구는 간호업무 현장에서의 괴롭힘을 포함한 태움 문제에 대한 해결책 모색이 시급한 상황에서 이 문제에 대한 예방 및 극복방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 S-O-R 프레임워크 및 선행연구를 기반으로 직무스트레스 및 이직의도를 태움의 결과변수로, 커뮤니케이션능력을 선행요인으로 도출하였으며, 이러한 태움의 영향 메커니즘에서 마음챙김과 사회적지지가 문제 극복을 돕는 조절변수 역할을 수행할 것으로 보고 연구모형을 구성하였다. 최근 1년 내 태움을 경험한 간호인력 300명을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하고, 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 가설을 검증한 결과, 간호인력의 커뮤니케이션능력이 높을수록 태움 피해를 적게 인지하는 것으로 나타났으며, 태움으로 인한 피해는 높은 직무스트레스를 거쳐 이직의도로 이어진다는 사실을 밝혀내었다. 또한, 마음챙김과 사회적지지는 각각 태움이 직무스트레스에, 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 정(+)의 영향을 유의하게 약화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기존의 S-O-R 프레임워크에서 사전예방 단계를 추가하여 확장된 P-S-O-R 프레임워크를 제안하였으며, 추가로 마음챙김과 사회적지지 변수의 조절효과를 검증했다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. 본 연구결과를 통해 실무에 적용 가능한 태움 예방 및 극복방안 마련을 위한 구체적인 지침을 제시할 수 있기를 기대한다.

  • 본 연구는 의료정보 분야 산업체에서 요구하는 현장 실무 전문인력을 양성하기 위한 교육과정 개발을 위해 졸업생들이 취업하고 있는 의료정보 분야 산업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수행되었다. 설문조사는 의료정보 분야 산업체에서 요구하는 졸업생에 대한 기대정도, 직무수행능력, 교육과정에 대해 자기평가 기입식 방법을 활용하였으며, 직종업종직위별로 상관분석, 빈도분석, 회귀분석을 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 의료정보 분야 산업체에서는 대학이 전공에 대한 전문지식 보다는 개인의 인성교육에 대한 기대가 컸으며, 현장실습교육과정을 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 대학에서 추진하고 있는 취업률 향상을 위한 교육과정 개편에 본 연구결과가 긍정적으로 반영될 것으로 기대한다.

중소기업의 ERP시스템 사용자의 직무특성과 임파워먼트가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Job Characteristics and Empowerment on Job satisfaction of ERP System Users of Small/Medium Businesses)

  • 본 연구는 중소 제조 및 서비스업체의 ERP시스템을 사용하고 있는 사용자들을 대상으로 사용자의 직무특성과 임파워먼트가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 직무특성의 세부 요인인 효율성, 권한위임, 복잡성은 ERP 사용자의 직무만족에 유의한 영향요인으로 분석되었고, 임파워먼트 요인의 업무영향력, 자기결정력, 과업의미성은 사용자의 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다. 그러나 역할수행력은 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 요인으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석 결과에 따라 ERP 시스템을 사용하고 있는 중소 제조 및 서비스 기업에서는 ERP 시스템의 사용으로 인하여 대부분의 사용자들은 자신들이 담당하고 있는 직무에 만족하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

50·60세대 취업 포털 사이트 구직자의 특성 및 구직 요구 분석 (Analysis of the Sociodemographic Characteristics and Desire for Employment of Job seekers in their Fifties and Sixties Using Portal Site)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze basic data on socio - demographic characteristics, occupational careers, and desire for employment of job seekers in their Fifties and Sixties using a portal site. Methods: For this research, secondary data were collected by the researcher from 704 job seekers and were statistically analyzed using the SPSS package. Results: The results of the analysis are as follows: Most job seekers want a job that suits their competence and career trajectory, but the reality is that as their age increases, jobs suitable for those in their fifties and sixties are hard to find; thus these job seekers accept simple labor or functional jobs. Conclusions: Differences were found in work conditions such as occupation level, job position, total career years, desired employment type, and expected salary depending on socio - demographic variables. Consequently, improvements should be made for various job searching paths for older adults as well as increasing the accessibility of job searching information.

아버지의 놀이참여도가 유아의 사회적 유능성과 자기조절능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Fathers' Play Participation on Young Children's Social Competence and Self-regulation)

  • This study examined the effects of fathers' play participation on young children's social competence and self-regulation. The subjects consisted of 180 fathers with children at ages between 4-7 years old from 2 preschools and 3 kindergartens located in Y city in Gyeonggi province. The analyses used for this study included the t-test and multiple regression analysis. The main findings are as follows. First, fathers' play participation was not different by sociodemographic characteristics such as fathers' age, educational level, and job. Second, fathers' participation in functional play, role play, and constructive play was positively related to social activator, reassurance, and cooperation among subscales on children's social competence. Also, fathers' participation in games was negatively related to reassurance among children and positively related to hypersensitivity among children. Third, fathers' participation in role play and functional play was positively related to children's self-monitoring and self-control. These findings suggest emphasizing fathers' play participation to improve children's social competence and children's self-regulation, and it can be helpful to underline fathers' education and to develop programs for fathers' play.

  • 제조업 창업은 일자리 창출 효과가 큼에도 불구하고 제조업 창업과 육성에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 국내 제조업 분야의 창업 기업 201개사를 대상으로 창업자의 경험과 기술 능력이 창업 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 창업자의 기술 능력이 창업자의 경험과 창업 기업의 성과 사이에 매개역할을 하는지 분석하였다. 분석결과 본 연구에서 제안한 가설이 모두 채택되었다. 본 연구를 통해 제조업 분야의 창업 기업에서 창업자의 경험과 기술 능력이 창업 초기부터 중요하다고 밝혀졌다.
