Study on the Effect of Creative Characteristics of Culture and Arts Organization Workers Regarding Self-efficacy and Business Performance

  • The creative characteristics of Culture and Arts organization workers who connect consumers and producers of culture and arts(artists, creators, and producers) are very important in the culture and arts field. Where the cultural and arts organization workers are very important as their achievements are directly related to the appreciation of culture and art. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of creativity on cultural and artistic organizations workers regarding self-efficacy and work performance. The research was conducted on 208 people in national and public cultural organizations and art organizations in Gwangju Jeollanam-do. As a result of the research, originality and challenge of creative characteristics have a positive effect on self-efficacy. However, openness did not have a statistically significant effect on self-efficacy. In addition, self-efficacy has a positive effect on job performance.

  • The water resources project of 320 Ha second stage reclamation, in which including an University City, out of 800 Ha Ndata Farm, Malawa, had been under studied in this research. The challenge of C value of runoff coefficient was obtained as 0.8, by introducing the attenuation factors method, proposed by second author, an IDF dimensionless method customary used in Taiwan, proposed by the third author, is translated further to solve the project design rainfall; Rational Method, thus, obtains 11.5 CMS as the 5 year recurrence storage. The final job, completed by the third author's on-site performance, includs field alignments and discussions with the trustee, Malawa President H. E. Dr. Bingu Wa Mutharika, when a special concern of anti-theft. In order to provide sufficient supply up to an amount of 44,000 M3 during April to November, the sketch package includes 6 measurements: one water barrage, one sluice gate, one intake, one sediment reservoir, one water reservoir, and 3199 Km long gravity-driving hydraulic pipe.

자기위로능력이 청소년상담사의 직무환경 스트레스와 심리적 소진의 관계에 미치는 매개 효과 (Mediating Effect of Self-Soothing Ability in Relationship of Youth Counselors' Job Environment Stress and Psychological Burnout)

  • 본 연구는 자기위로능력이 청소년상담사의 직무환경 스트레스와 심리적 소진의 관계에 미치는 매개 효과를 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2015년 5월 5일 충남 청주에 소재한 한국교원대학교에서 개최된 청소년 상담 학술대회에 참가한 전국 공공기관 상담실, 학교상담실, 대학부설 상담실, 일반 기업상담실 등 청소년상담 현장에서 활동하는 경력이 풍부한 전문상담사와 수련감독 150명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 최종 분석에는 113부의 설문지가 사용되었으며, SPSS v.20을 활용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력과 근무조건은 직무환경 스트레스에서 집단 간 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 직무환경 스트레스의 하위요인 중 '도전기회의 부족'과 '역할모호성'이 심리적 소진에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 자기위로능력 중 '회복력'과 '자기노출'이 심리적 소진에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 직무환경 스트레스와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 자기위로능력이 매개효과를 발휘하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 경력이 풍부한 청소년상 담사들은 물론 전반적인 상담사의 심리적 소진에 대처할 수 있는 대안 개발을 위한 유용한 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

출신고교에 따른 외식조리학과 재학생들의 교육만족도와 직업선호도 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Satisfaction with Education and Job Preference among Culinary Students Based on Their High Schools)

  • 본 연구는 조리학과에 재학생을 대상으로 졸업고등학교를 변인으로 하는 학업만족도와 직업선호도에 관계를 규명하고 이를 바탕으로 하여 대학에서 조리교육 프로그램을 계획할 때 바람직한 방향을 제공하기 위해서 실시되었다. 그 결과 기본적인 정보에서 학생들은 스스로 학과를 결정하는 비율이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 학생들 대부분은 조리분야의 직업이 힘들고 어려운 것을 알고 있었고, 그렇지만 이를 극복하고 성공하겠다는 도전적인 의지가 강하게 나타났다. 출신학교별로 학업만족도에서는 조리관련 고등학교 출신학생들이 실습프로그램에 낮은 만족도를 보였고, 실업계 학생들의 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 반면 인문계 학생들은 이론과목에 만족도가 다른 학생들보다 높게 나타났으며 학과선택에서도 높은 만족도를 보였다. 출신학교별 직업선호도는 커다란 차이를 보이지 않는 것으로 검증되었다. 학업만족도와 직업선호도간에 관계에서는 학업만족도가 높으면 직업선호도 역시 높게 나타났으며, 해외 취업을 계획하고 준비하는 데는 학업만족도에 관계없이 대부분의 학생들이 해외취업을 염두에 두고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 결과들을 중심으로 조리관련 고등학교 졸업생들에 대한 차별화된 프로그램의 도입, 실업계 고등학교 출신 학생들의 실습교육 적응프로그램 개발과 학업만족도에 따른 그룹에 있어서 높은 그룹은 자기주도적인 진로설계를 유도하는 반면 하위그룹에게는 해외취업과 같은 동기부여를 통해 학습만족도를 높이는 프로그램을 제시하였다.

체육계열학과 대학생들의 긍정심리자본과 경력계획 및 취업준비행동의 관계에 관한 연구 (The Study of Relations between Positive Psychological Capital, Career Planning, and Job Preparation Activities of Physical Education Students)

  • 이 연구는 체육계열학과 대학생들의 긍정심리자본과 경력계획에 따른 취업준비행동의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 예비조사와 본 조사로 구분하여 실시하였다. 먼저 예비조사는 2015년 9월 경북 D대학교 재학생 중 3, 4학년 80명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 본 조사를 위한 설문조사는 2015년 9월에 앞서 예비조사를 실시했던 D대학 3, 4학년 재학생을 제외한 나머지 영남권에 있는 체육계열학과 대학생들을 대상으로 실시하였다. 본 조사에서 회수된 설문지는 310부였다. 그러나 수집된 자료 중 응답이 불성실, 불명확하거나 무응답 7명을 제외하였고, 총 303명으로 수집하여 빈도분석을 사용하였다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 SPSS 23.0 for Windows 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 하였으며, 다음과 같은 연구결과가 나타났다. 첫째, 체육계열학과 대학생들의 긍정심리자본 중 복원력, 희망, 낙관주의는 경력계획에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 체육계열학과 대학생들의 긍정심리자본 중 낙관주의, 복원력, 자기효능감은 추업준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 체육계열학과 대학생들의 경력계획 중 구체성, 도전성 순으로 취업준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

작업장에서 사용 가능한 방독마스크 정화통 교체주기 프로그램의 개발(I) - 폐정화통을 이용한 파과시간 예측 실험 (Development of exchange period program for chemical cartridge feasible in the work spot (1) - Experiment of estimated breakthrough time using discarded cartridges)

  • Many researches for service-life of chemical cartridges of respirators have been performed in many countries. On the result of these researches a few softwares programs were eventually developed to be used. In spite of that, it is difficult to apply these researches and softwares practically in the work spot because of too many factors that influence on service-life of chemical cartridges. This study was the first of two conducted for the purpose of developing program for estimating exchange period or service-life of chemical cartridges available feasibly in the workplaces. Collecting plan of cartridges discarded after use is in principle that three cartridges from three workers at a time, three steps of 1/2 exchange time due to smelling, just routine exchange time and 1.2 to 1.3 expanded time of routine exchange, total nine cartridges are collected in the same job site. 33 cartridges for organic vapor were collected in paint spray process of ship yard and paint factory, and 6 cartridges for acid were collected in plating process. These cartridges were analysed the remaining breakthrough time in 3M Innovation Center. Challenge vapor and breakthrough concentration were complied with Korean regulation for chemical cartridge respirators. Estimated breakthrough time was determined from previously used time plus breakthrough time for the remaining. Exchange period of cartridge would be the shortest time among three estimated breakthrough times. On the result breakthrough time for organic vapor was found to be relatively easily estimated, but that for acid aerosol or vapor was difficult to be confident. Even though this method was difficult to be precisely predicted exchange period of cartridge, it could be an alternative program practically available in the job site.

  • Facing to millenium, The new development of maritime and Fisheries education schemes will be cultivated in order to challenge global maritime nations as the new target of marine education which was established new index and problems of maritime education in place. First, The index of Marine and Fisheries education of 21st century was aimed at the spirits of expansion of territories of the era of ambassador of Jang Bo Go Sylla dynasty where marine trade had been prevailed between sylla and china leading to the spirits of marine pioneer in the northeastern Asian regions. and we must maintain the great desire and frontier spirities toward the marine industry also, adjust to the development and frontier spirits. Secondly, In order to cultivate the prominent man power for the marine industry, the government shall be specialized for the agency of marine education system, expand the educational installation, reforms the content of curriculum, to be adjust the global education system, also, enlarge the scholarship for the student, exemption tuition fees, installed the dormitory for the student, professors and teachers engaging in this parts have to lead the students with the pride and confidence and must provided the chance of job after he had completed for their on boarding life. Thirdly, for the secure responsible officer, the authorities has a schedules for enlarging the chance of studying and training also have to accumulate the practical experience and should enforce the retraining to the prof's and teachers also improve the leaders quality, on the other hand. The position of prof's and teachers will be elevated with the gaining of education philosophy and special treatment by the authorities. Fourth, to receive the positively marine industry educational system. First of all, have to provide the cooperation of industries and academy and they satisfy their job and change the their way of thinking and should notify the importance of government strategical industry by the mass-media system. Against the new marine era, we must participate the marine industry positively, have to elevate the culture of mankind and also, have provide the basement of prominent man-power for the marine industry in future.

보건교사 교육실습생들의 학교현장실습경험 분석: NVivo 10 활용 (Research on School Health Preliminary Teacher's Teaching Practice to the Use of NVivo 10 in Analyzing)

  • Purpose: This study was designed for understanding their experiences through qualitative research method. There is a growing concern about what the trainee school health teachers experience during teaching practice period, the first experience as a teacher. Method: Data collection was conducted on 2012-2014, using the student teaching practice self-reports. Participants included 43 school health preliminary teacher's teaching practice from G colleges. The study conducted a qualitative analysis by utilizing computer assisted qualitative data analysis software(CAQDAS), NVivo 10. Results: The trainees experienced that tension, excitement and fear was changed to joy, rewarding and gratitude. They defined the practice as a standard of the possibility in the capacity of a future teacher. It was a hard job without a sense of accomplishment. They thought that too much works in school health teacher and thanks to the school and teacher for the teaching opportunities. They think teaching as a hard job to endure without a sense of accomplishment. Conclusion: Findings of this study allow for a comprehensive understanding of trainees. It was investigated the suggestions for the improvement of a teaching practice. The challenge need to the expand school health teacher placement and more research.

전직지원 프로그램의 자기결정성 요인이 자기효능감, 심리적 안녕감, 학습성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Outplacement Program's Self-determination Factors on Self-efficacy, Psychological Well-being and Learning Performance)

  • The economic growth has made our lives more prosperous than the past, and the development of science fueled the era of 100-year lifespan. It is now distinct to us that preparation for life after retirement is not a choice but an imperative. In the meantime, outplacement programs have driven many to challenge and start a new chapter in life. This paper measures the characteristics of outplacement programs based on the self-determination factors; empirically examines how those characteristics influence on learning performance through self-efficacy and psychological well-being; concludes by proposing effective and productive ways for young adults and senior employees who are in search for new jobs. To test the research hypothesis, a survey was conducted among job searchers who have been previously provided with outplacement programs. The results are as follows: First, self-perceived autonomy has significant influences on self-efficacy and psychological well-being. Second, self-perceived competency has significant influences on self-efficacy and psychological well-being. Third, perceived relationship has no significant influence on self-efficacy and psychological well-being. Fourth, self-efficacy showed significant influences on psychological well-being, while not showing on learning performance. Fifth, psychological well-being has no significant influence on learning performance. This paper finds its academic significance in its theory-based approach to outplacement service program; research variables and examination are not based on researcher's arbitrary choice. This paper is also practically significant in that it discovered that outplacement service alleviates psychological stress caused by job relocation, and guarantees stable life after retirement.

공간 미스매치 실업과 지역노동시장권의 효용성에 대한 연구 (Analysis of Spatial Mismatch Unemployment and the Efficient Local Labor Market Areas)

  • 공간적 미스매치 문제는 수요부족형 실업문제와는 달리 기업의 노력과 국가경제의 회복만으로는 개선이 어려우며, 근본적으로 공간구조적인 개선이 필요하다는 특징을 가진다. 본 연구는 이러한 측면에서 구조적 실업, 특히 공간적 미스매치로 인한 실업의 문제를 살펴보고, 이를 해결하기 위한 시사점을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 우선적으로 공간적 미스매치가 전체 실업 중에 차지하는 양상을 확인함으로서 공간 미스매치의 실태에 대해 간접적으로 확인하였다. 또한 이러한 공간미스매치 문제 해소를 위한 대표적인 수단인 지역노동시장을 직종별로 획정하고, 이러한 지역노동시장이 공간 미스매치를 개선하는데 있어 효율적인지를 검토함으로서 이의 효용성을 확인하고자 하였다. 끝으로 본 연구의 분석을 통해 일자리 관련 정책을 추진함에 있어 개별 지역 정책과 일자리 창출 정책 외에도 지역 간 연계를 통한 공간적 매칭 등 다차원적인 정책 개발이 필요하다는 것을 시사하고자 하였다.
