22.9kV 배전선로 비행점검 방법 적용에 관한 연구 (The Study on Application of Flying Inspection Method for the 22.9kV Distribution Line)

  • This paper describes flying inspection apparatus for 22.9kV distribution line. This apparatus is composed of multi-copter(more than 4 propellers), camcorder and remote controller. The existing inspections, such as hot-line inspection job and optical inspection method and distribution Line Checking Robot, have many restrictions. A electric working vehicle and hot-line job license are essential in hot-line inspection job. Besides its high cost, it can't be applied to the electric pole over 18m and road-blocked area. Optical method can't inspect upper side of electric facilities mounted on the electric pole. Robot method can't be applied to the corroded overhead earth wire and nothing of overhead earth wire. To solve the problems, in Korea Electric Power Co., we have applied flying inspection apparatus to the 22.9kV distribution line. The results of trial application show that this paper is practical and effective for the inspection technical method in 22.9kV distribution line

  • 본 논문에서는 커널기반 관리 방식의 모바일 그리드의 구조를 제시하였다. 모바일 그리드 패러다임은 모바일 사용자들로 하여금 효과적이고 안전하면서 투명하게 분산된 자원에 접근할 수 있도록 한다. 각각의 모바일 사용자가 작업의 수행을 요청하면, 작업을 수행하기에 적합한 자원을 찾고, 할당된 시스템에서 작업을 수행하며, 수행된 결과를 작업의 요청자에게 전달하게 된다. 그러나 모바일 그리드 환경에서는 한정된 모바일 장비의 성능과 모바일 장비의 이동성 등의 제한점들을 고려해야 한다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 모바일 장비의 한정된 자원의 제한성을 극복하기 위해서 커널기반의 모바일 그리드 어플리케이션을 위한 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였으며, 성능평가를 통하여 제안한 구조의 효율성을 제시하였다.

  • In an industrial Era, OJT(On-the-Job Training) has been accepted as the field learning. But in a breaking up era, traditional field training needs to change and make an evolutionary model. Also, we need to make evolutionary model for various changing ways and means and need means to maximize the transformation of learning by operating learning organization. In knowledge based society, as people work and learn new knowledge in order to pass the experience knowledge and capabilities, they are not the traditional relationship between trainer and trainee but maximize work and learning, development and performance through several different ways. So, the study about new learning model is needed because the learning is creating the value and makes low cost and high efficiency about the elements of cost and time. We study the evolutionary model, OJF(On-the-Job Facilitating) - new learning methodology - through operating learning organization in S Electronics and its application practices.

Research Trend on Internal Marketing of Medical Service Organization

  • In this research aimed to deduce internal marketing factors, purpose, and their practical application by analyzing preceding researches on internal marketing of Korean medical service organization and investigating the recent trend of its research. Subjects of research are ten preceding researches that have been published in KCI records for the last five years from 2011 to 2016. Summarize result of researches, first, internal factors that were most frequently used were internal communication, compensation system, and education and training, which were used by 8(.8). Second, occupations that had most interest in the internal marketing research appeared to be nursing(.9) and administration(.3). Third, the practical application of the internal marketing appeared to be job satisfaction(.8), followed by customer orientation(.6), and organizational commitment(.4). Suggestion do, necessary to develop subordinate factors regarding the realistic internal marketing, such as both-sided internal communication enhancement, education and training, compensation system differentiated by individuals and teams, fairness in performance rating, work environment improvement, delegation of authority, career development, shared organizational vision in order to maximize job satisfaction, job commitment, and organizational commitment of employees as internal customers, before establishing strategies to satisfy patients and guardians who are external customers.

병원행정직 종사자들의 창의적 행동이 직무열정에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Creative Behavior on Passion about One's Job for Hospital Administrative Staff Members)

  • This study was undertaken to investigate the effectiveness of a hospital organization targeting both hospital administrative staff members and internal/external customers under a rapidly changing organizational environment, where the effect of creative behavior on passion about one's job was controlled with the participation of 55 people from two larger general hospitals, with 103 people from four general hospitals, with 51 people from eight regular hospitals. Thus, data from a total 209 people were collected. The creative behavior of hospital administrative staff members working for general hospitals and larger general hospitals significantly affected job engagement, showing that 'Relevant knowledge, maintaining status, and application appetite' were higher than the scores of 'new knowledge pursuit activities.' However, a weaker relationship between creative behavior and job engagement was found in medical institutions than for hospitals.

  • 현대인의 네일숍 방문과 시술 빈도 증가에 따른 지나친 업무강도와 네일숍 방문고객으로부터 받는 스트레스는 네일 미용인의 직무 심리에 부정적 영향을 미치고 있다. 이에 네일 미용인의 네일 시술기법을 통한 직무 효능감과 직무 만족도를 상승시킬 현실적이고 구체적인 방안 마련 필요성에 따라 네일 케어, 젤 매니큐어, 프렌치 스컬프쳐, 네일 그라데이션 등의 네일기법 시술 시 지각하게 되는 직무 효능감과 직무 만족도에 대한 연구모형과 가설을 바탕으로 연구하였다. 연구 결과 네일 그라데이션기법이 네일 미용인의 직무 효능감을 가장 높게 유발하는 것으로 나타났으며, 젤 매니큐어기법을 시술할수록 네일 미용인의 직무 만족도가 증가하는데 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 다양한 네일기법 간 복합적인 응용이 가능해지고 네일 미용인의 직무 심리 양상에 대한 좌표를 제시함과 동시에 직무환경 개선과 새로운 네일 시술기법 개발을 위한 기초자료로 작용하리라 사료한다.

스트레스 관리 프로그램이 호텔조리사의 직무스트레스에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of a Stress Management Program on Job Stress in a Hotel Culinary Staff)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of a stress management program on Job Stress in culinary staff at a Hotel. Method: This was a quasi-experimental study using non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 52 culinary staff members(head culinary. first culinary) working at a S hotel. (25 in the experimental group. 27 in the control group) The experimental group was provided with an individual counseling program for 12 weeks and 30 min/week. The control group was provided with booklets. Data were analyzed with SAS Program using repeated measures ANOVA. Results: The stress management program was effective to improve job stressors and especially to relax interpersonal conflict among the sub-factors of job stress based on the results mentioned above. Conclusion: This program was effective in reducing job stress. However. further studies are required to measure persistent and long-term effects through the application of the program. which is specifically designed for reduce to job stress. for over 12 weeks.

응급실 간호사의 직무특성과 조기몰입 및 이직의도와의 관계 (The Relationship between Job Characteristics and Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intention in Emergency Department Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the relationship of emergency department(ED) nurse's job characteristics, organizational commitment and turnover intention. Method: This study was conducted through a survey of 171 nurses from ED in nine general hospitals of Band U cities. The data were collected by self-report questionnaires and analyzed with the SPSS WIN 17.0 program using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The mean score for job characteristics was 3.37. Job characteristics according to position, number days night duty, and monthly income showed significant differences. Turnover intention according to age, total career, and monthly income showed significant differences. A significant positive correlation was found between job characteristics and organizational commitment. Significant negative correlations were found between job characteristics and turnover intention, organizational commitment and turnover intention were found. The significant factors influencing turnover intention were organizational commitment, monthly income, and total career, which explained 27.6% of the variance. Conclusion: The findings indicate that nurse managers should analyze the reasons for high turnover intention, focusing on the main factors affecting turnover intention and consider solutions for decreasing turnover intention.

Job Satisfaction of Industrial Women Specializing in STEM in The Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam Region

  • A survey was conducted on 300 working women(one woman/company) who specialize in STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) in the Busan region(south of Korea) to determine their job satisfaction. The overall response of women working in industry is relatively positive although they do experience a certain limit as female workers. The serious difficulties are long work hours and restriction of behavior in consequence of being the minority. Respondents anticipate an increase in number of working women in the STEM field due to the enforcement of women resource policies in Korea. Survey results about career development show that some of the most important factors in professionalism are responsibility, gumption and cooperation. The expectation of promotion is very low. Sexual discrimination is distinctly appearing in wages and promotions. If they decide to quit their job in the midstream, the key reason is in the difficulties of compatibility between home and occupation. Survey results about job satisfaction to work in industry reveal that 31.0% of respondents are satisfied because their job is consistent with their specialty; 30.7% of respondents are working where they wanted. Among respondents who intend to change their job, only 20.7% of respondents wanted to keep their specialties. Two factors involved in the respondents' satisfaction during work are special technical achievement and practical application of their knowledge. But, they are unsatisfied in terms of implementing their leadership.

계산 그리드를 위한 서비스 예측 기반의 작업 스케줄링 모델 (Service Prediction-Based Job Scheduling Model for Computational Grid)

  • Grid computing is widely applicable to various fields of industry including process control and manufacturing, military command and control, transportation management, and so on. In a viewpoint of application area, grid computing can be classified to three aspects that are computational grid, data grid and access grid. This paper focuses on computational grid which handles complex and large-scale computing problems. Computational grid is characterized by system dynamics which handles a variety of processors and jobs on continuous time. To solve problems of system complexity and reliability due to complex system dynamics, computational grid needs scheduling policies that allocate various jobs to proper processors and decide processing orders of allocated jobs. This paper proposes a service prediction-based job scheduling model and present its scheduling algorithm that is applicable for computational grid. The service prediction-based job scheduling model can minimize overall system execution time since the model predicts the next processing time of each processing component and distributes a job to a processing component with minimum processing time. This paper implements the job scheduling model on the DEVS modeling and simulation environment and evaluates its efficiency and reliability. Empirical results, which are compared to conventional scheduling policies, show the usefulness of service prediction-based job scheduling.
