임신중 유방간호가 산모의 모유수유 실천에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Antenatal Breast Care on Breast Feeding practice)

  • The purpose of this research was to study the effects of antenatal breast care on decreases in breast discomfort and increases in the breast feeding rate during the postpartum period. A nonequivalent control group posttest research design was used. The experimental group consisted of fifty -one pregnant women(primigravida) who were receiving antenatal care in the OBGYN clinics of four hospitals between March 5 and May 30, 1991. The control group was made up of seventy - five postpartum women who delivered at two hospitals OBGYN clinic and one midwife clinic between May 4 and June 15, and between September 5 and October 15, 1991. Data were collected via telephone interviews on the seventh postpartum day and at the end of the second month. Data analysis methods used frequencies and the x$^2$- test. The results were as follows : 1. The rate of breast feeding practice at two months was higher in the experimental group(70.6%) than in the control group(25.3%) (p<.01). 2. Nipple soreness in the early breast feeding period was lower in the experimental group(14.6%) than in the control group(25.3)(p<.01). 3. Severe breast discomfort in the early breast feeding period was lower in the experimental group (12.5%) than in the control group(39.2%)(P<.01). 4. There was a significant relationship between the breast feeding practice and the planned feeding method(p<.05), and between breast feeding practice and nipple soreness(p<.01) in the experimental group, and the presence of a job(p<.01), the sex of the infant(p<.05), and the first feeding time(p<.05) in the control group. 5. The reasons for unsuccessful breast feeding were a deficiency of breast milk (66.7% in the experimental group, 30.4% in the control group), poor sucking on the part of the baby(13.3% in the experimental group, 21.4% in the control group).

가동 중 원자력발전소의 인적 오류 예방 기술 개발 (Research Activities and Techniques for the Prevention of Human Errors during the Operation of Nuclear Power Plants)

  • This paper describes several current research activities and the field techniques for the prevention of human errors during the operation of nuclear power plants(NPPs). The human aspects such as 'fitness for the duties', 'job competence and suitability', 'types of communication', 'behaviors of field workers', 'teamwork of main control room crews', 'task procedures', etc. have been investigated for improving the performance of operating personnel in NPPs. We decide to develop a set of the complementary techniques for the reduction of human errors. The set of techniques developed includes teamwork criteria, jobs fitness analysis, procedure enhancement guide, 3-way communication, campaign posters, a behavior based safety program, a procedure guideline, and a task hazard identification method for the field practitioners in NPPs. These can offer a set of significant human error countermeasures to be considered for analyzing and reducing human error in NPPs as well as other fields of industry.

간호조직에서의 리더십에 관한 논문 고찰 (A Review of Studies on Leadership in Nursing Organization)

  • Purpose: The objective of this literature review study was to identify patterns and trends of studies on leadership among nurse managers in nursing organization and suggest the direction of future researches. Methods: Research Studies on the leadership were selected from thesis and related journals, which had been conducted from 1975 to 2006.5. Search Terminologies were used "leadership". The Total number of the collected studies were 69. Results: The number of studies on leadership has been increased rapidly since 1990's. In research design, Quantitative studies were 68 except for a Qualitative study. Correlation research were 45(65.2%) among quantitative studies. Conceptual frameworks, research questions and hypotheses were involved 31.9%, 98.6%, 31.9%. In subject, General nurse is 46.4%, Head nurse and General nurse was 23.2% and Head nurse is 2.9%. All the studies used questionnaire in data collection method. Measurement tools were used 50% for Bass' MLQ(MLQ-5X). For the statistical analysis, Correlation, ANOVA, t-test were used for 20.3%, 17.4%, 10.5% respectively. The number of leadership related variables were work-related, organization-related, personal recognition or attitude, empowerment, personality. The sub-variables were used for 31 Job satisfaction. Further studies were suggested the develop of leadership program, measurement for the effect of leadership, repeated studies on leadership, the development of measurement about leadership. Conclusion: These results will be used to provide the basic data for developing leadership theory on nursing organization.

품질비용관리시스템 구축을 통한 품질비용 개선효과 및 성과에 관한 사례연구 (A case study on the improvement effects of quality cost by establishing a quality cost management system)

  • Many companies have endeavored to build a quality cost management system in order to be more productive business organization. This study shows the detail procedures of constructing a quality cost management system which is believed to be appropriate for their business system. That is, the method to calculate the quality cost and the linking logic between the quality improvement and its financial impact are explained based on a particular industry case. In this sense, the changes of business performance measures such as market share, customer satisfaction, etc. were analyzed in the longitudinal perspective for the consecutive 4 years (2003~2006). As the quantitative results of this study, the improvement activities based on the quality cost management system resulted in the 32% reduction of quality cost and the 121% increase of business profit, compared 2005 with 2006. In the qualitative perspective, the successive practice of quality cost reduction and the job information sharing in business unit were obtained by providing the best practices and bench-marking cases. Finally, the customer satisfaction has increased so that the customer-friendly management system has been accomplished. With these efforts, the 3.4% increase of the market share and the 3% increase of the customer satisfaction were obtained in 2005. As the future study, the current study can be extended to the concept of COPQ (cost of poor quality) which focuses on the hidden quality cost of the whole business activities. Such extension of analysis will help us understand the wider role of a quality cost management system in the business.

중소병원 간호사의 긍정심리자본과 심리적웰빙이 직무열의에 미치는 융합적 영향 (A Convergence Effect of Positive Psychological Capital and Psychological Well-being on Work Engagement of Medium and Small Hospitals Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 직무열의에 미치는 융합요인을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구방법은 B광역시 3개 병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 2016년 4월 18일부터 4월 30일까지 설문조사한 자료 198부를 IBM SPSS/WIN 21.0 program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 직무열의는 긍정심리자본, 심리적웰빙과 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 직무열의에 미치는 융합요인은 심리적웰빙(${\beta}=.300$, p<.001), 긍정심리자본(${\beta}=.363$, p<.001)이 직무열의를 52.7%, 교육정도(${\beta}=.102$, p=.040), 직무만족(${\beta}=.109$, p=.044), 간호직 만족도(${\beta}=.137$, p=.022)는 직무열의를 4.4% 설명하였다. 이를 토대로, 중소병원 간호사의 긍정심리자본과 심리적웰빙을 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발 및 검증이 필요하다.

공동주택의 설계VE단계에서 주체별 요구항목 분석을 통한 대상선정 개선방안 (Improved Method for VE Items Selection by Analysing the Required Items of Stakeholder on the Apartment in Design Phase)

  • VE는 대상 시설물의 가치향상을 위하여 설계내용에 대한 경제성 및 현장적용 타당성을 기능별, 대안별로 검토하는 체계화된 절차를 말한다. VE의 업무절차 중 준비단계의 주요 목적은 원활한 VE수행을 위하여 관련된 집단의 협력체계 구축과 공동목표를 달성하기 위하여 분석단계에서 요구되는 충분한 자료를 확보하는데 있다. 그리고 사용자 및 발주자 등 프로젝트 이해당사자들의 요구사항을 측정하는 데는 주로 품질모델(Quality Model)이 사용되며, 이러한 품질모델은 VE활동 시 대안이 발주자의 요구사항에 적합한지를 확인하는 평가척도로 활용된다. 하지만, 현행 준비단계 업무는 단순히 발주자 및 사용자의 요구사항을 확인하는 수준이며, 이를 통해서 대상선정 및 기능분석단계의 명확한 목표 및 방향을 제시해주지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사례분석과 전문가 설문조사 및 면담조사를 실시하여 현행 준비단계 업무의 문제점을 분석하고, 각 주체별 요구항목을 정확히 반영한 새로운 대상선정 모델을 제안하고 사례를 통해 효용성을 검증하였다.

조리실습에 대한 인식 조사를 기반으로 한 조리교육 활성화 방안 연구 (Identifying the Best Approach to Revitalize High School Culinary Education Curriculum in Korea)

  • The aim of this study was to identify the most effective methods with which to revitalize Korean high school culinary education. To achieve this aim, a culinary recognition questionnaire survey of 616 students from 9 culinary high schools was carried out. The 9 surveyed schools represented the following of 7 regions: Chungnam, Busan, Incheon, Daegue, Jeonbuk, Gyeongbuk, and Gwangju. Collected data were subjected to descriptive analysis, $x^2$-test, t-test, and one-way ANOVA using SPSS(version 14.0). The results of this study are as follows. Culinary practice interest and learning demand of most students were high. 6.8% of students indicated that initial theory learning, followed by video education, and finally live demonstration is an effective teaching methodology. They preferred practicing on actual ingredients as the primary teaching and learning method, nominating technician cooking as the most favorite. As for areas needing improvement in culinary practice education, difficulties with material preparation and insufficient learning hours were identified as prominent factors by 66.8% of respondents. There was unanimous agreement that culinary practice education can be enhanced by highly skilled teachers, while interest for the discipline itself can be fostered by initiating and encouraging cooking participation in the home. Freshmen and special high school students suggested that a cooking related website is necessary to expand the current information interface, which is currently limited to colleagues and employers. In relation to culinary education revitalization, consistent promotion of departments, or high schools that have proven student satisfaction rates and effective culinary curriculum are required. Furthermore, teachers can also aid this process by more effective student pastoral care in order to improve school life satisfaction. However, teacher job satisfaction is an important component of this process, and better employment conditions and remuneration packages reflecting extra work must be considered as part of an attractive teacher-incentive employment policy.

  • 현대의 복잡한 사회구조와 사회 구성원의 의식변화에 따라 사회 구성원의 직업수행방식과 능력도 바뀌어 가고 있다. 이러한 사회환경변화에 따른 사회구성원의 직업 수행능력과 적응력 제고를 위해 학습자의 자율적 학습체제의 필요성이 대두되었다. 이러한 해결점으로 모듈식 교재 개발의 체제적인 접근방법이 요구되었고, 특히 직업을 수행할 수 있는 능력을 중심으로 한 모듈식 교재체제를 개발하고 적용하는데 본 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 광고디자인 직무분석을 토대로, 각 직무를 수행할 수 있는 학습 능력을 추출하고 각 능력별로 학습영역을 설정하여 각 영역별 지식, 기능, 태도를 추출하였다. 이러한 과정을 집대성한 것이 모듈식 교재체제 개발의 기초가 되는 것이다. 본 연구를 시작으로 광고디자인 분야뿐만 아닌 다른 분야에서도 적극적으로 모듈식 교육체제를 개발${\cdot}$적용하길 바란다.

건설업의 외국인 근로자 고용안정을 위한 제도적 개선방안 도출 연구 (A Study on the Institutional Improvement for the Employment Stability of Foreign Workers in the Construction Industry)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 국내 건설업 분야에 종사하는 외국인 근로자들의 고용안정을 위해 필요한 제도적 개선방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 외국인 근로자 현황을 조사하기 위해 통계청 및 관련 보고서를 분석하였고, 이를 기반으로 한 제도 개선 방안을 마련하였다. 연구결과: 현시비교우위지수(RCA) 분석을 통해 내국인 근로자 대비 외국인 근로자의 기술주준을 평가한 결과 형틀목공, 철근공, 콘크리트공, 석공(타일공), 방수공의 순으로 분석되었다. 결론: 건설업 활성화를 위해 부족한 현장인력 문제를 해결하기 위해 도입된 외국인 근로자 근무제도를 활성화하고 문제점을 개선하기 위해 건설현장에서의 고용허가제 운용을 개선할 필요성과 고용허가제를 도입하는 건설업 규모를 제한할 필요가 있다.

선수제약 다기간 선형계획 배낭문제 (The Cardinality Constrained Multi-Period Linear Programming Knapsack Problem)

  • In this paper, we present a multi-period 0-1 knapsack problem which has the cardinality constraints. Theoretically, the presented problem can be regarded as an extension of the multi-period 0-1 knapsack problem. In the multi-period 0-1 knapsack problem, there are n jobs to be performed during m periods. Each job has the execution time and its completion gives profit. All the n jobs are partitioned into m periods, and the jobs belong to i-th period may be performed not later than in the i-th period, i = 1, ${\cdots}$, m. The total production time for periods from 1 to i is given by $b_i$ for each i = 1, ${\cdots}$, m, and the objective is to maximize the total profit. In the extended problem, we can select a specified number of jobs from each of periods associated with the corresponding cardinality constraints. As the extended problem is NP-hard, the branch and bound method is preferable to solve it, and therefore it is important to have efficient procedures for solving its linear programming relaxed problem. So we intensively explore the LP relaxed problem and suggest a polynomial time algorithm. We first decompose the LP relaxed problem into m subproblems associated with each cardinality constraints. Then we identify some new properties based on the parametric analysis. Finally by exploiting the special structure of the LP relaxed problem, we develop an efficient algorithm for the LP relaxed problem. The developed algorithm has a worst case computational complexity of order max[$O(n^2logn)$, $O(mn^2)$] where m is the number of periods and n is the total number of jobs. We illustrate a numerical example.
