1. Objectives This study integrates and studied variable of Questionnaire for doctors and Questionnaire for patients. After, found extremely useful variable. 2. Methods Through the medium of statistical method and advice of the Department of Sasang Constitution Medicine specialist, found extremely useful variable. 3. Results and Conclusions 1) Through the medium of statistical method (STEPDISC, DISCRIM), The variable which is selected lastly above once from 36 taxon, In the Questionaire for doctors Taeyang items is 18, Soyang items is 16, Taeumin items is 21, Soeumin items is 20. In the Question patients Taeyang items is 50, Soyang items is 53, Taeumin items is 63, Soeumin items is 64. 2) The variable which got above 25 from the Department of Sasang Constitution Medicine specialist, In the Questionaire for doctors Taeyang items is 5, Soyang items is 8, Taeumin items is 7, Soeumin items is 12. items is 32. 3) The variable which got above 25 from the Department of Sasang Constitution Medicine specialist and got above 3 the selection frequency, the Questionaire for doctors Taeyang items is 4, Soyang items is 4, Taeumin items is 5, Soeumin items is 8. In the Questionaire for patients Taeyang items is 10, Soyang items is 17, Taeumin items is 24, Soeumin items is 23.

A 10-year old female Yorkshire terrier with nasal discharge and swelling was referred to the local animal hospital. Abnormal mass of right nasal cavity was detected in physical examination and radiography. According to the radiographs of the head, there was an evidence of bony destruction in right nose. Oronasal fistula was detected in right maxillary canine teeth. After surgical excision, the sample of nasal mass was refereed to Pathology Department of Veterinary Medicine in Jeju National University. Grossly, the enlarged mass was soft and 3 ${\times}$ 3 cm in size. Histopathologically, the neoplastic mass was composed of tubular to tubulopapillary structures which were lined by single to 6~7 layers of cuboidal to ciliated columnar cells. These neoplastic cells showed invasive tendency to adjacent normal parenchyma. They had uniform, round to oval nuclei, cytoplasm with small vacuoles and indistinct cellular margin. The number of mitotic figures was varied in different areas, ranged from 0 to 4 per high power field. Necrotic foci and infiltration of inflammatory cells including neutrophils, lymphocytes, and plasma cells also presented in the mass. Immunohistochemically, the neoplastic cells demonstrated strong positive reaction for cytokeratin (CK) 18 but were negative for CK 7 and 8. Based on the gross, histopathology and immunohistochemistry, this mass was diagnosed as nasal adenocarcinoma originated from respiratory epithelium.

The present study investigates the effects of bleed flow on heat/mass transfer and pressure drop in a rotating channel with transverse rib turbulators. The hydraulic diameter $(D_h)$ of the square channel is 40.0mm. The bleed holes are located between the rib turbulators on leading surface and the hole diameter (d) is 4.5 mm. The square rib turbulators are installed on both leading and trailing surfaces. The rib-to-rib pitch is 10.0 times of the rib height(e) and the rib height-to-hydraulic diameter ratio $(e/D_h)$ is 0.055. The tests were conducted at various rotation numbers (0, 0.2, 0.4), while the Reynolds number and the rate of bleed flow to main flow (BR) were fixed at 10,000 and $10\%$, respectively. The results suggest that the heat/mass transfer characteristics in the internal cooling passage are influenced by rib turbulators, bleed flow and the Coriolis force induced by rotation. For the rotating ribbed passage with bleed flow, the heat/mass transfer on the leading surface is hardly affected by bleed flow, but that on the trailing surface decreases due to the diminution of main flow. The results also show that the friction factor decreases with the bleed flow.

지금까지의 집합주거를 살펴보면 건축의 역사를 통해 일반적 혹은 보편적으로 생각되는 형태가 존재함을 알 수 있다. 왜냐하면 집합주거는 형태적으로 변화가 어렵기 때문이다. 최근 세계적인 해양강국인 네덜란드에는 이러한 전형적인 형태와는 매우 다른 집합주거 작품들이 많이 건립되었다. 이 연구는 바로 이러한 작품들의 형태적 특징에 초점을 둔다. 네덜란드 독특한 집합주거들은 현대사회의 다양한 요구를 만족시키기 위한 시도임과 동시에 근대건축의 전형적인 형태들을 탈피하고자 하는 노력의 결과이다. 일반적인 형태의 집합주기에 대하여 이러한 독특한 형태의 건축물은 유형학적 측면에서 볼 때 건축적 신-유형이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 이 연구의 목적은 현대 집합주거건축의 유형적 변화에 내재된 의미를 밝히는 것이다.

본 논문에서는 모바일 자동재난경보방송을 위하여 T-DMB 기반의 재난 정보 운영 방법과 이를 위한 T-DMB AEAS 수신 모델에 대하여 제안한다. 제안한 수신 모델에서는 T-DMB 방송 신호에 포함된 지리 정보와 DMB 신호를 전송하는 기지국의 위치 정보를 비교함으로써 현재 사용자 수신 지역을 재난지역, 인접지역 및 미경보지역으로 구문한 다음 각 지역에 따라 재난경보를 전송한다. 이 때 재난지역의 지리정보는 T-DMB 방송 신호 내에 FIG 5/2 EWS의 AEAS 메시지 내에서 얻어지며, DMB 기지국 위치 정보는 FIG 0/22의 TII 신호 내에 주 식별자와 보조 식별자의 위도 및 경도 정보와 TII 배분표를 이용하여 예측된다. 본 실험에서는 제안한 수신 모델을 화면부, 저장부, 방송 수신 모듈에 해당되는 DMB 모듈 및 제어부로 나누어 구현한 다음, T-DMB 신호발생기를 이용한 테스트 재난경보방송을 수행하였다.

The organic-inorganic thin film transistors (OITFTs) with ZnO channel layer and the cross-linked PVP (Poly-4-vinylphenol) gate insulator were fabricated on the patterned ITO gate/glass substrate. ZnO channel layer was deposited by using atomic layer deposition (ALD). In order to improve the electrical properties, $O_2$ plasma treatment onto PVP film was introduced and investigated the effect of the plasma treatments on the electrical properties of the OITFTs. The field effect mobility and sub-threshold slope (SS) values of the OITFT decreased slightly from 0.24 to 0.16 $cm^2/V{\cdot}s$ and from 9.7 to 9.2 V/dec, respectively with increasing RF power from 30 to 50 Watt. The $I_{on/off}$ ratio was about $10^3$ for all samples with $O_2$ plasma treatment.

In the course of screening for reactive oxygen species scavengers from natural products, two antioxidants were isolated from the edible mushroom Polyozellus multiflex and identified as polyozellin and thelephoric acid. Thelephoric acid inhibited 45.7% of the super oxide anion radical, 74.6% of the hydroxyl radical, and 44.0% of the DPPH radical at 0.1 mM, while the positive control ${\alpha}-tocopherol$ did 22.1%, 75.6%, and 26.5% of each radical, respectively. Polyozellin, the reductive acetylated form of thelephoric acid, showed almost same scavenging activity against above mentioned radicals. The isolated compounds showed scavenging activity on the superoxide anion radical in the ESR method ($IC_{50}$ of polyozellin and thelephoric acid were $218.0\;{\mu}M$ and $21.1\;{\mu}M$, respenctively). However, they showed no significant activity on the hydrogen peroxide radical.

최근 GPS, 이동 전화, 무선 네트워크 등의 발달로 인해 넓은 공간상에서 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화하는 이동 객체에 대한 위치 정보를 수집하여 실생활에 활용하는 다양한 위치 기반 서비스의 사용이 늘어나고 있다. 그와 함께 대용량의 이동 객체를 빠르게 검색하기 위한 효율적인 색인 방법의 필요성이 대두 됨에 따라 관련된 많은 연구가 현재 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 이동 객체의 궤적에 대한 색인 과정에서 필요한 개선된 궤적 분할 방법을 제안한다. 궤적의 적절한 분할 위치를 찾아 근사치 영역을 나타내는 최소 경계 사각형(MBR)을 만드는 과정에서 평균적인 질의의 크기를 고려하여 형성되는 확장된 최소 경계 사각형(EMBR)의 영역을 이용한다. 이에 따라 EMBR의 총면적이 최소에 가까운 분할을 만들어내어 색인 구성 후 질의 수행 과정 동안에 불필요한 탐색 공간을 감소시키는 이점을 보이게 된다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 궤적 분할방법의 우수성을 입증하기 위해 최적의 궤적 분할 방법과 기존의 궤적 분할 방법을 구현하여 각각의 EMBR 면적을 비교 분석한다. 비교 결과 제안하는 궤적 분할 방법이 기존의 방법보다 최적의 분할에 더 가까운 EMBR의 총면적을 나타내는 것을 알 수 있었다.

The ${\gamma}$-oryzanol, ferulic acid esters, which are well-known for their function on cholesterol lowering and prevention of inflammation, diabetes and cancer, are found in the seeds of cereal crops such as rice, corn, wheat and rye. Among them, rice has been reported to contain the highest ferulic acid esters. Since rice cultivation with green manure as a N source is an environmental friendly agricultural practice, it is necessary to identify and quantify as well as evaluate the variations in these compounds in rice samples as affected by different green manure conditions. A total of ten components of ${\gamma}$-oryzanol were isolated and cycloartenyl ferulate, 24-methylenecycloartanyl ferulate, campesteryl ferulate and sitosteryl ferulate were identified as the major components in Korean rice cultivars, 'Unkwang' and 'Hopum'. Comparing the ${\gamma}$-oryzanol contents of these varieties, 'Unkwang' showed clearly similar pattern with conventional type. With the PLS-DA (partial least squares of discriminant analysis) using SIMCA 11.0 ver., the specific pattern and cluster of ${\gamma}$-oryzanol scores with green manure conditions were confirmed, and thus distinguishing green manure effects were possible.
