중학교 가정교과서의 국제비교 연구 (An International Comparative Study on Home Economics Text Books of Middle School)

  • This study was conducted to compare the outward aspects, objectives, and the contents of Home Economics text books of middle schools of Korea, Japan, U.S.A. and England. The results were summarized as follows. 1. The outward aspects of tex books: The Korean text books were small in size and the quality of paper was inferior to those of foreign countries. The Japanese text books were written by many authors, contained many lab works and data. Text books of U.S.A. were big in size made with good quality paper and contained many colour pictures. Text books England contained many problems and lab works. 2. Objectives of the Home Economics and Unit objectives: The objective of the subjects of Home Economics was written only in Korean text books. The unit objectives were described most concretely and detailedly in Korean text books comparing with other countries. 3. Contents: Korean text books covered all six areas of foods, clothings, housing, home management, family and occupation and theoretical explanations prevailed. Japanese text books contained numerous lab works, lacked two areas of home management and occupation, thecontents included a few practical lab works two areas of home management and occupation, the contents included a few practical lab works. In the text books of U.S.A. contained all six areas of Home Economics were covered and special emphasis was placed on self discovory and self development, and vocational guidance was also stressed. The text book of England contained only three areas of Home Economics, clothing, foods and housing; the number of area was limited but the basic theories of covered area was intended to lead to self comprehension through questions and lab works.

매화시제(梅花詩題)를 통해 본 매화 완상(玩賞)의 대상과 경관 특성 (Objects and Landscape Characteristics of Japanese Apricot(Prunus mume) Appreciation through the Poem Titles)

  • 본 연구는 조선시대에 신위(申緯), 정학연(丁學淵)이 명료한 계절성과 시간성을 지닌 매화를 완상하며 읊은 연작시(連作詩) 두 편의 시제(詩題)와 매화와 잘 어울리는 대상을 구체적으로 제시한 중국 송대(宋代) 문인 장자의 기록물을 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 매화 완상의 대상을 유형화하고 매화 완상에 관련된 경관 특성을 다음과 같이 규명하였다. 첫째, 매화 완상의 대상은 '매화의 형태', '경물(景物)', '식재 장소', '경색(景色)', '행태'로 구분되었다. 둘째, 선비들은 매화의 형태에 있어서 매화 가지의 기괴한 형상이 돋보이는 독립수를 즐겼다. 또한 고고하고 맑은 정서를 제공하는 백색 홑꽃을 가진 매화를 선호하였으며, 도교적 이미지를 가진 홍매를 즐기기도 하였다. 셋째, 선비들은 매화와 어울리는 경물인 절개와 강인함을 상징하는 소나무와 동백나무, 외로운 선비를 연상시키는 학과 함께 매화를 완상하였다. 넷째, 선비들이 물에 반영된 매화의 모습과 시적 감흥을 불러일으키는 창문 앞에 식재된 매화의 정취를 즐겼던 사실에서 선호했던 매화의 식재 장소를 알 수 있다. 다섯째, 담담한 정신의 경지에 조응하는 달과 눈이 매화 완상에서 중요한 기상 현상이었으며, 새벽과 저녁 등 추운 날씨가 매화 완상에 어울리는 경색 조건이었다. 여섯째, 선비들은 매화꽃을 일찍 보기 위해서 병매(甁梅), 분매(盆梅), 감매(龕梅), 심매(尋梅), 묵매(墨梅)라는 방식으로 매화를 완상하였다. 또한 선비들은 적극적으로 매화를 즐기기 위해서 종이 휘장, 주렴, 거울, 얼음등[氷燈]을 이용하였으며, 피리나 거문고 소리를 즐기고, 바둑을 두고, 차를 끓이고, 절개있는 우아한 미인과 함께 하는 등 매화 완상에서 다양한 행태가 이루어졌다. 살펴본 바와 같이 선비들은 매화 자체의 형태미, 식재 장소와 매화와 짝이 되는 동물, 식물을 포함하는 경물은 물론이고, 기상 기후, 시간 계절과 같은 경색, 그리고 인간의 행태 등 변화하는 요소를 매화 완상의 대상에 포함하여 다채로운 경관을 즐겼다.

한국과 일본의 공동주택 관리제도 비교 (The Comparison of Apartment Management System Between Korea and Japan)

  • This research is carried out to inspect the Apartment Management System of Japan, to examine the similarities and differences between the Korean Apartment Management System and the Japanese Apartment Management System. First, as the basis law of apartment management, there exists the Building Unit Ownership Act, the Promotion Law fur Adequate Mansion Management of Japan, the Housing Law, Housing Execution Law and Rule of Korea. Second, the Association of Apartment Owners, an organization of owners of apartments in Japan and the Commission of the Representatives of the Occupants in Korea become the subject of maintenance. The Japan structure is made of the Assembly, the Director and the President. The Korean structure is made of Regular and Temporary Conferences and elected Officers(1 president, at least 2 directors and at least 1 inspector). The Commission of the Representatives of the Occupants and the Organization of Owners of Apartments make bylaws and diverse maintenance rules. Third, the foremost reason why the Korean structure of maintenance of apartments is less efficient than Japan is because of the small number of people dispatched to the living-environment maintenance team and their short terms. It is necessary to grow professionals related to this sector and to have enough public servants that specialize in this. Fourth, although it is compulsory to make long term plans for maintenance based on the Housing Law, because the reserve fund is decided by the maintenance rule(with no compulsory standards of reservation) of each apartment, it is difficult to reserve an adequate amount of reserve fund. So as in the example of the state of Hawaii in America, based on long term plans for maintenance, an execution rule of the Housing Law should be made which enforces to reserve at least 50 percent of future maintenance expenses.

일본 중등학교 가정교과서 주생활영역의 교육내용 분석 (Content Analyses of Housing Unit of Secondary School Home Economics Textbooks in Japan)

  • 본 연구는 일본 중등학교 가정 교과서 주생활영역 교육내용 분석을 통하여 우리의 가정 교과서 주생활영역 집필, 내용 수시보완 및 교육내용 재구성 시의 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 분석대상은 현재 사용되는 2009년판 중학교의 '기술 가정' 교과서 '가정분야' 2종과 고등학교의 '가정총합' 6종이며, 분석내용은 외형체제, 본문내용, 용어해설, 읽기자료, 표자료 및 활동자료의 내용이었다. 연구결과의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주생활영역의 교육내용을 학교급의 증가에 따라 학습의 연계성을 갖고 계통성 있게 심화할 수 있도록 구성하면, 주생활영역의 학습목표를 학생들에게 명확하게 구현할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 앞으로 개정되는 중등학교 교육과정과 가정교과서의 주생활영역은 학년별, 학교급별로 교육내용의 연계성을 갖도록 구성한다. 아울러 2009년 교육과정에 제시된 한 시점에 집중이수하는 방식은 교육효과가 낮을 것이므로 교육과정의 검토가 요망된다. 둘째, 주생활영역의 교육내용 구성 시 관점은 생활의 주체인 개인이나 가족을 중심으로 주거환경, 근접환경, 광역환경 차원을 반영하여 학습자가 자신과 사회와의 관계를 중시하고, 지구환경을 생각하며, 전통문화를 계승 발전시킬 수 있도록 구성한다. 셋째, 주생활영역의 교육내용 구성 시 수준은 학교급별 이해수준을 감안하여 이해도가 낮은 중학교에는 실험이나 실습과 같은 체험활동을 포함하고, 고등학교에는 스스로 문제를 연구하고 실생활에 적용하며 실천할 수 있도록 구성한다.

일제강점기 조선시가지계획령에 고시된 부산 소재 도시공원의 변천 (Transitions of Urban Parks in Busan noticed by the Chosun Planning Ordinance in the Japanese Colonial Period)

  • 본 연구는 일제강점기에 계획된 부산 도시공원 32개소를 대상으로 도시의 성장과 발전에 따른 공원의 변화과정을 고찰했다. 특히, 도시공원의 변화과정을 도시계획적 관점에서 검토하기 위해 부산시에서 편찬된 도시계획사 관련 서적, 부산시보 고시공고, 도시공원 유원지 녹지현황 내부 자료, 결재문서 등을 조사 분석했다. 그 결과, 일제강점기 일본 거류지역 일본인에 의해 조성된 대정공원, 고관공원, 용두산공원은 시가지 공원계획 이전부터 공원으로 이용되었으며, 이러한 공원을 포함한 1944년 법적으로 명시한 32개소의 공원은 방재기능을 고려하여 계획되었다. 해방이후, 한국전쟁의 혼란한 시기와 도시계획 재정비로 인해 공원부지는 무허가 건축물 난립, 주택건설, 상업지, 공공청사 및 학교 건립 등으로 이용되었으며, 그에 반해 도심지에 위치한 도로공원과 대부분의 소공원은 폐지되었다. 하지만, 그린부산 정책과 더불어 일제강점기 당시 도심 외곽에 계획된 미집행 공원은 도시 성장으로 도심지에 위치한 주요 공원으로 자리 잡아, 쾌적한 도시형성을 위한 공원사업으로 연지공원, 양정공원, 당곡공원이 조성되고 있다. 이렇게 일제강점기에 계획된 32개소의 공원은 부산 도시형성 과정의 시대상을 반영하여 폐지 또는 조성되었다. 폐지된 공원은 개발압력에 토지매입 효율성이 낮다고 판단된 공원이며, 조성되고 있는 공원은 개발이 용이하지 못했던 위치에 입지한 공원이다. 따라서, 공원이 사회공통자본으로 인정받기 위해서는 공원 부지의 토지매입 여건에 대한 충분한 검토가 필요한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

한국.일본건축의 공간구성 비교 (A Study on Spatial Composition of Korean Architecture and Japanese Architecture)

  • Architectural space consists of the interior and the exterior. The layout and form of architectural space has a great variety of characters by region and culture. In other words, it can be understood which has a priority between the interior and the exterior in developing the layout and the form of architectural space. Belonging to the culture area of Chinese characters with Korea, Japan has maintained its own identity. It has an identity in the layout and form of architectural space as well. Therefore, the architecture and architectural theories of the two countries were compared and analyzed with priority given to the traditional architecture extending to the contemporary architecture, also the backgrounds of architecture and architectural theories of two countries were examined in this study. This study shows that each country has different characters in how to introduce nature, how to expand space and how to compose windows, including the view of nature and the cult of space. As a result, the space in Korean architecture has relatively the exterior-oriented character but in Japan architecture spatial character is interior-oriented. The interior-oriented character can be relevant to the word ‘reduction’ and the exterior-oriented character to ‘extension’ after all. Also it can be thought that each character has a great relation with climate and idea of people in power

서울 가회동11번지 도시한옥주거지의 필지형성과정 연구 (A Study on The Process of Land-dividing of Urban-Hanok Area in 11 Gahoe-dong, Seoul)

  • Urban-Hanok emerged as a result of urbanization of Hanok in the modern period. In particular, Urban-Hanok has been mass-produced from the early 1920s, when the population is concentrated in cities, until the middle. Large-scale development by the professional developer has been developed in large-scale land rather than individual client because housing shortage was serious problem. 11 Gahoe-dong was made in 1935-36 is representative Urban-hanok area of Bukchon. It was formed through division of large-scale Land in 1930's. In the 1930's, the large-scale development projects of Urban-Hanok was triggered by the two events. One is Land Investigation Project performed by the Japanese government to capitalization of property, another is the pro-japanese bought the large scale-land in Gahoe-dong at bargain price from The Japanese government. Each lot has still a topographical characteristics such as land-dividing quality, the way of development, characteristic quality of urban-tissue. 11 Gahoe-dong, Urban-hanok area was developed two ways. First, development have been adapted to the topography. The lots have reflected topographical conditions such as land cutting area, a retaining wall, land-diving was maintaining the original topography almost. Second, it was street oriented development. The lots have developed sequentially along the street. So, the lots's shape and size is different each. For this reason, this area distribute various type of Hanok.

일본 장애아 보육시설의 시설설치기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Legal Regulations and Design Guidelines on the Child Care Centers for the Children with Disability in Japan)

  • A study on child care centers has been developed with a focus on normal children. Also the child care centers which take care of children with disability are rare. In Seoul, Korea, only 2% of children with disability are taken care of in child care centers. And even the disabled children at the child care centers are mostly mentally or emotionally disabled because the building, programs and services of the centers are restrictive to the children with severe physical disabilities. In Korea, it is not yet an obligation for child care centers to adopt Disability Accessibility Guidelines to make facilities accessible by the disabled. Also, Korea does not have specific design guidelines or legal standards. This study aims to review the legal standards and design guidelines which are applicable to child care centers for children with disability through a reference review. Japanese legal standards and references were collected and analyzed. As a result, we categorized the guidelines according to contents such as locations, areas, space organizations, nursing spaces, sanitary spaces, and doors and corridors. The goal of this study is to provide the basic information to develop domestic design guidelines to ensure that the child care centers are welcoming and usable for everyone possible.

지방도시 환경색채현황에 대한 기초조사 - 군산시를 중심으로 - (The Study on Landscape Colors in Gunsan City)

  • The inconsistent city planning damaged the city's landscape & identity, the old days. Nowadays the central and local governments are interested in the city's landscape design for residents, economic reason, etc. Color is most efficient one of design elements to improve a city landscape. So to establish the uniqueness and beauty of Gunsan city landscape, this study was performed to find out Gunsan landscape colors to survey the landscape color, by priority. There are nature environment of sea, river, reservoir, mountains and plain and artificial environment of buildings used japanese occupation period, them in early modern era and modern things. It found out the color palette has extracted from the present colors in the city landscape. There were mostly colors with low chroma, middle value and the next thing was them with high value. The blue among hue was strong. The Chroma was very low to be concentrated in $L^*$ axis. So achromatic color or blue/green of middle value and low chroma were recommended for dominant color and the similar color of former color was good for assort color in Gunsan city landscape.

지방 중소도시 주택의 성능개선 및 구옥 리모델링 제안 - 게스트 하우스의 특성을 반영한 구옥의 리모델링 - (A Study on Performance Improvement and Remodeling of Old House - Old House Remodeling for Guest House -)

  • The study aims to investigate problems underlying in an old local house in Iksan, Jeollabuk-do and hence improve performance and remodel the house. Based on a survey regarding current conditions of the house and several case studies on other successful renovation projects, this study suggests new renovation concepts for the old house into a guest house. The study analyzes the current state of Iksan in which the location is faced with population decline - especially among the young - and the lack of community facilities and infrastructure, and finally the unfavorable situation in the residential environment. the case study involves four successful renovated guest house projects: three renovated old single houses in Seoul and Jeonju, and a renovated old Japanese housing complex in Kunsan. The renovating concepts for the local old house is as follows: renovating for performance improvement (i.e. lighting, ventilation, heating, plumbing, insulation, structure, and water proofing), utilizing the local house to a guest house for a growing number of tourists, adding new guest rooms, installing convenient facilities in order to provide better living environments for the visitors, and improving community and street landscapes.
