MRP와 JIT에 부합하는 DBR 제약일정계획문제 해법 (Solution of the Drum-Buffer-Rope Constraint Scheduling Problems incorporated by MRP/JIT -)

  • The drum-buffer-rope(DBR) system is a finite scheduling mechanism that balances the flow of the production system. DBR controls the flow of materials through the plant in order to produce products in accordance with market demand, with a minimum of manufacturing lead time, inventory, and operating expenses. This paper integrates the best of MRP push system and JIT pull system with DBR system, efficiently adapts these logics to capacity constraint resources, and contributes to the evolution of synchronous manufacturing. The purpose of this paper is, thus, threefold. The first objective is to identify the frame of theory of constraints(TOC) and the logic of DBR scheduling. The second objective is to formulate the DBR constraint scheduling problems(DBRCSP) in a job shop environments. Finally, the paper is to suggest the solution procedure of DBRCSP for embedding TOC into MRP/JIT along with an numerical expression. In addition, illustrative numerical example is given.

  • Recently, the companies can't avoid the change toward the jobbing production from mass production because manufacturing types are changed from manufacturing-oriented to customer-oriented for the security of competitive power among the related companies. The jobbing production system usually has such problems as low productivity, high unit cost, much stocks, long manufacturing time and one-sided decision of delivery date compared with the mass production. In order to settle these problems in the jobbing production system, we introduced the JIT production system including 3 regulations & 6S activities and Kanban system etc. The effective operation of JIT production system makes the processes efficiently and reduces the unneeded stocks and maximizes the revenue of company.

  • 최근 기업 환경에서 아웃소싱(outsourcing)이라는 단어가 많이 사용되고 있다. IMF와 함께 몰아닥친 지속된 불황은 기업의 불필요한 조직을 축소하게 하는 구조조정을 .가능하게 하였고 우리 기업이 가지고 있던 '고비용 저효율'(비효율적이고 비경제적인 생산방식)의 구조를 무너뜨리는 기회를 제공하였다. 이러한 환경 변화는 건설업에서도 예외가 아니었으며 하도급, 외주, 하청이라는 단어로 이미 많은 부분에서 아웃소싱을 도입, 시행하고 있다. 건설업에서의 성공적인 아웃소싱을 위해서는 상호간의 긴밀한 유대관계와 협조가 선행되어야 하며 이러한 관계를 개선시켜 주는 도구가 JIT 시스템이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설업에서의 아웃소싱이 차지하는 비율과 그 중요성을 인식하고, JIT시스템이 건설업에서 적용될 수 있는 효용성과 요소를 체계적으로 검토하여 궁극적으로 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다.

  • A CIM implementation case is introduced in this paper. It is accomplished through the integration of two fundamental approaches to production planning and control; JIT and MRP. The resultant system is a hybrid where some JIT methodologies prevail, but the benefits of the MRP are also required. A new BOM structure called 'Family-BOM' is designed for the load leveled production with small lot size and the synchronized production. The overall production planning concept is described with actual data.

  • 생산성 향상, 재고의 최소화, 납기일의 준수, 자원의 최대활용등을 위해 그동안 많은 생산관리 기법이 제시되어 왔으며 그중 GT, MRP, JIT 기법이 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. 각각의 시스템은 모두 장단점을 가지고 있기 때문에 이들 시스템을 혼합하면 상호간의 단점을 보완할 수 있을 것이다. GT 기법은 부품의 유사성을 이용한 기존자료의 검색 및 그룹가공을 통한 생산성 향상에 유용하며, MRP 기법은 기초자료를 이용하여 생산 및 자재계획을 동시에 수립할 수 있기 때문에 계획수립에 유용하며, JIT 기법은 낭비의 제거, 재고의 제로화, 간판을 이용한 현장관리 등을 할 수 있기 때문에 실시단계에 유용하다. 본 연구에서는 GT, MRP, JIT 기법을 비교 분석하고 이를 상호 보완할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하여 GT, MRP, JIT 혼합 생산시스템의 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This study aims at establishing JIT production management system to enable manage the resources input into from procurement through construction based on correct identification of the process, an analysis on the amount of input materials and information sharing. This study has focused on the process control and working process of rebar work in domestic apartment house construction where the overall scope of Process from the planning phase to the construction phase has been analyzed in this study. Also construction phase was selected for the application of a sample case. A basic model for JIT production was generated with these processes. Furthermore A questionnaire and the on-site survey with process, checklist and control data were prepared and performed for the application of JIT production management model into rebar work. The governing scopes of JIT production management system include process management, material management, yard loading and moving management and inventory control, and the operation of each control item

JIT구매 하에서의 단일제품의 통합재고모형에 관한 연구 (An Integrated Inventory Model for a Single Product and its Raw Materials in Just-In-Time Purchasing)

  • In this paper, we consider an integrated inventory system where a single supplier purchases and processes raw materials in order to deliver finished goods to a single buyer for effective implementation of Just-In-Time purchasing. An integrated JIT lot-splitting model of facilitating multiple shipments in small lots is developed in a JIT purchasing environment. Also, an iterative solution procedure is developed to find the order quantity for the finished goods and raw materials, and the number of shipments between buyer and supplier. We show by example that the integrated policy adopted by both buyer and supplier in a cooperative manner can provide them a greater economic benefit than seeking the local optimal inventory policy independently.
