The purposes of this study were to : a) develop the quality assessment tool of hospital foodservice management, b) evaluate the S hospital's foodservice quality by this tool, and c) do the feasibility study about this tool in hospital food-service field by establishing quality management strategies. The developed quality assessment tool of hospital food-service management was consisted of 20 items for quality evaluation by Likert 5 point scale and two additional questions with the most satisfactory item and the most unsatisfactory item. As a result of evaluation, S hospital's foodservice quality was somewhat high, on the factor 'personnel attitude', especially. The IPA technique proved nine items including Q5, Q7, Q8, Q11, Q12, Q13, Q15, Q16, Q17 were in 'Doing Great, Keep It Up' and seven items such as Q1, Q2, Q3, Q6, Q9, Q18, Q19 that got high expectation and low perception needed to be focused in quality management strategy.

The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized scale to diagnostic life planning in late adolescence. A preliminary 32 item scale was developed through a literature review & a survey. 896 people responded to an online survey using the preliminary scale. A series of test, such as test-retest, item-to-total correlation, factor analysis and Cronbach' ${\alpha}$ reliability were conducted using the survey data and a scale comprising 31 items was constructed finally. The diagnostic scale for life planning in late Adolescence consisted of seven factors : (1) complete growth minds (2) life- plan (3) variety experiences (4) close relationships (5) management of healthy body (6) practical finance-plans (7) active preparation of future job. The scale is useful as a guideline for managing life of the late Adolescence. And it is helpful to them to make plan for the better life.

This research analyzed about inconsistence and cause of the audit result on national defense quality management system in certification company. Direction of research analyzes corelation with distribution by items at national defense quality management system standard by Investigated number and occurrence of examination report slight and critical incongruity on 2008 and 2009. Study finding slight and critical incongruity happened to first examination average 10.2 items, renewal examination average 7.0 items. By incongruity occurrence appeared high in item that there are a lot of examination item shares of standard requirement, it was studied by correlative thing between the examination with standard. Factor of incongruity occurrence was proved to comprehension insufficiency for quality management system, quality procedure insufficiency, didn't fulfil proceedings, business was unripe. In this papers, we contribute to propose direction for improvement of national defense quality management system comprehensive faculty elevation and national defense quality certification in this treatise.

This study was conducted to develop the Home Literacy Environment Rating Scale(HLERS) and to analyze its item discrimination, reliability, and validity. The participants of this study were 438 parents whose children were three to five years old. The item discrimination, determined by comparing the highest and lowest group using Chi-square($x^2$) and Cramer's V, was found to be satisfactory. The Cronbach's $\alpha$ for internal consistency reliability was .78. Factor analysis revealed that the structure of the HLERS consisted of three factors: 'reading books,' 'reading behavior and modeling of parents' and 'literacy learning.' The concurrent validity was also identified by correlation between the HLERS and two sub-tests of EC-HOME. In conclusion, these results demonstrated that the Home Literacy Environment Rating Scale is reliable and valid to examine the home literacy environment for Korean families.

To propose the evaluation criteria of substantial sustainable low-carbon long-life housing, this study subdivided an existing planning item composed of the simple enumeration type by coding system of high/middle/low classification according to the core technology, and it was subdivided by a total 203 piece item. In other words, it subdivided 4 divisions by apartment unit, building, park and equipment, and classified elemental technology and system were divided by passive/active elemental technology and system according to the design process of long-life housing. Besides that, this paper presents the restructure results of checklist with quantitative criteria that classified by the weighting factor and compatibility between law system and current planning criteria in domestic long-life housing.

To maintain the public office buildings, the related government employee uses cost under the limited budget. it is difficult to execute the budget as is assigned to maintenance items with contemplating the characteristics such as frequency, cost/item, weighting factor, and etc. As a precedent study about this cost-efficiency model, this study is intended to show the expenditure trends, frequencies, and cost distributions of maintenance items for the development of cost-efficiency model by analyzing time series data from the surveys on maintenance costs of the selected public office buildings.

The purpose of this study was to develop a rating scale for measuring children's temperament. The subjects were 622(324 boys and 298 girls) 3-to 7-year-old children. The temperament rating scale was composed of 50 items(4-point Liken scales) was based on mother's interview, RITQ and PTQ. The raters were the subjects' mothers. The data were analysed on dimensions of validity, reliability, and item discrimination. Statistical methods were factor analysis, ${\chi}^2$-test, and calculations of Pearson's r Cramer's V and Cronbach's $\alpha$. On validity 5 factors were extracted, which explained 84% of the total common variance. The 5 factors were named 'malleability', 'activity', 'sensitive reactivity', 'eating habits & physical constraints', 'physiological rhythmicity'. Regarding reliability, Cronbach's $\alpha$ appeared between .66 and .81 among the 5 factors. Regarding item discrimination, the degree of discrimination on all 50 items was significant and acceptable.

This paper examined the risks perceived by consumers in apparel buying situation by 1) measuring the contents and perception level of risk, 2) categorizing each risk into meaningful factors (risk types), 3) analyzing the relationships between risk types and consumers' demo-graphic variables. 224 respondents deliberately selected to include each level of S demographic variables were contacted with 37-item question3.ire. Factor analysis showed that 32-item perceived risk could be categorized into 6 risk types: psychological. social, economic, time/convenience loss, fashionability loss, performance risk. Psychological risk were perceived highest in terms of perception level while social and performance risk showed relatively low perception level. 4 of 5 demographic variables including sex, education level, income, occupa-tion showed partial relationship with each risk type after ANOVA and Duncan test. Sex had the greatest influence on risk perception level and each age level (20's, 30's, 40's) showed different risk structure.

At present, the market size of electronic commerce has increased and also the construction of internet shopping mall has expended. But it raises question about issue that the manpower who develope user interface lack of the comprehensive and systematic approach. For that reason this study identified the main factor of the user interface contents in internet shopping mall and suggested the contents item based on the reliability, safety and ease of uses for the customer. Eventually, the developed basic contents items are company information, the protection policy of private information, user agreement. product information, settlement information, order process, delivery process and customer support.

The construction industry in South Korea is experiencing great changes: it is becoming developed on a larger scale, specialized to a high degree and rapidly incorporating with other industries. This development has resulted in higher demand of construction industry. Accordingly, the transparency and an objective method of evaluation in the process of projects in the construction industry are gaining more importance. Clients' and customers' needs also require more specific objective evaluation to find whether their projects are successfully performed or not. This study aims to discuss problems on the current post-evaluation items including the qualitative item analysis such as customer satisfaction. Moreover, this paper suggests the improved ways in which enable the application of the effective evaluation system to the construction industry.
