We propose an eFuse one-time programmable (OTP) memory cell based on a logic process, which is programmable by an external program voltage. For the conventional eFuse OTP memory cell, a program datum is provided with the SL (Source Line) connected to the anode of the eFuse going through a voltage drop of the SL driving circuit. In contrast, the gate of the NMOS program transistor is provided with a program datum and the anode of the eFuse with an external program voltage (FSOURCE) of 3.8V without any voltage drop for the newly proposed eFuse cell. The FSOURCE voltage of the proposed cell keeps either 0V or the floating state at read mode. We propose a clamp circuit for being biased to 0V when the voltage of FSOURCE is in the floating state. In addition, we propose a VPP switching circuit switching between the logic VDD (=1.8V) and the FSOURCE voltage. The layout size of the designed eFuse OTP memory IP with Dongbu HiTek's $0.15{\mu}m$ generic process is $359.92{\times}90.98{\mu}m^2$.

Heterocyclic amines (HCAs) are food mutagens and carcinogens that are found in cooked fish, meat, and protein-rich foods. This study examined the inhibitory effect of marinades containing a Nelumbo nucifera leaf fraction on HCA formation in cooked beef steak. As a result of the Ames assay, cooked beef marinated with the N. nucifera leaf butanol fraction (2.0 g) cooked at $190^{\circ}C$ showed a 61.5% reduction in overall mutagenicity. However, these data revealed no significant difference in mutagenicity in the ethanol, ethyl acetate, or water fractions. Formation of MeIQx (2-amino-3,8 dimethylimidazo[4,5-f]-quinoxalin) and PhIP (2-amino-1-methyl-6-phenylimidazo[4,5-b]-pyridine) was inhibited 60.7-63.5%. Cooked beef marinated with the water fraction of the N. nucifera leaf significantly (p<0.05) reduced the formation of MeIQx, PhIP, and DiMeIQx (2-amino-3,4,8 trimethylimidazo[4,5-f]-quinoxaline) by 65.3, 67.6, and 73.9%, respectively. These results show that marinades containing the N. nucifera leaf fraction could be an alternative method for reducing HCA formation in cooked beef steak.

Platelets are activated at the sites of vascular injury by a number of molecules, including adenosine diphosphate, collagen and thrombin. The full platelet aggregation is absolutely essential for the normal hemostasis. Glycyrrhiza glabra is a well-known medicinal herb that grows in various parts of the world and is known to have various effects such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-atherogenic, anti-osteoporotic and skin-whitening. However, the platelet inhibitory effect of Glycyrrhiza glabra extract (GGE) has not been identified. In this study, we investigated if GGE inhibited platelet aggregation. We observed that GGE inhibited collagen-induced platelet aggregation, Ca²⁺ mobilization, and thromboxane A2 generation. In addition, GGE suppressed phosphorylation of phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase (PI3K), Akt and elevated phosphorylation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor (IP3R), vasodilator stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP). Taken together, GGE showed strong antiplatelet effects and may be used to block platelet-mediated cardiovascular diseases.

컴퓨터와 네트워크의 보급이 일반화되면서 인터넷을 통한 정보 전달이 일상생활처럼 되고 있다. 또한 인터넷, 무선통신, 그리고 자료 교환에 대한 증가로 인해 다른 사용자와 접속하기 위한 방식은 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 침입 차단 시스템과 침입 탐지 시스템과 같은 시스템 외부방어 개념의 보안대책은 전산망 내의 중요한 정보 및 자원을 보호함에 있어서 그 한계를 갖는다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위해 본 논문에서는 해킹으로 판단되는 침입에 대하여 라우터의 구조적 변경 없이 효율적으로 역추적하여 공격자로부터 능동적으로 정보 및 자원을 보호할 수 있는 iTrace 메시지를 이용한 역추적 시스템을 설계 및 구현 하였다.

The heterojunction structures of BiOCl/$Bi_3O_4Cl$, exhibiting considerable visible-light photocatalytic efficiency, were prepared by a simple wet-chemical process at ambient condition. The prepared nanocomposites were characterized by XRD, TEM, and UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectra. Under visible light (${\lambda}\geq$420 nm) irradiation, BiOCl/$Bi_3O_4Cl$ exhibited an enhanced photocatalytic activity in decomposing 2-propanol (IP) in gas phase and salicylic acid (SA) in aqueous solution, whereas the bare BiOCl and $Bi_3O_4Cl$ showed negligible activities. It is deduced that the remarkable visible-light photocatalytic activity of the BiOCl/$Bi_3O_4Cl$ originates from the hole $(h^+)$ transfer between VB of the $Bi_3O_4Cl$ and BiOCl semiconductors.

본 논문에서는 스테레오 비전 알고리즘을 ARM9 프로세서를 사용하는 SoC의 IP 개념으로 구현하였다. 구현하고자 하는 스테레오 비전 시스템을 기능에 따라서 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 모듈로 나누어서 성능을 최대화할 수 있도록 설계하였다. SAD correlator는 한 쌍의 이미지에 많은 계산을 필요로 하기 때문에 성능을 우선시하여 하드웨어로 구성하였고, 소프트웨어는 프로세서를 초기화 시키고, 인터럽트 처리와 SAD correlator, TFT-LCD controller, 메모리 등의 하드웨어를 제어하는 역할을 하는 firmware로 구성을 하였다. 메모리에 기저장된 영상정보를 스테레오 비전 알고리즘을 이용한 결과를 외부 TFT-LCD 모듈에서 필요로 하는 포맷에 맞게 변환시켜서 depth map을 출력하는 시스템을 ARM922T 프로세서가 내장된 Altera Excalibur를 target으로 설계하여 테스트 보드에서 정상적으로 동작하는 것을 확인하였다.

In this paper we present a switch wrapper for an AMBA AXI, which is an efficient on-chip-network interface compared to bus-based interfaces in a multiprocessor SoC. The AXI uses an idea of NoC to provide the increasing demands on communication bandwidth within a single chip. A switch wrapper for AXI is located between a interconnection network and two IPs connecting them together. It carries out a mode of routing to interconnection network and executes protocol conversions to provide compatibility in IP reuse. A switch wrapper consists of a direct router, AHB-AXI converters, interface modules and a controller modules. We propose the design of a all-in-one type switch wrapper.

We report a new distribution of Sedum kiangnanense D. Q. Wang & Z. F. Wu on the Korean Peninsula. This species was first reported in China and is distributed in Anhui and Zhejiang provinces. We found this species on Hongdo Island in Heuksan-myeon, Shinan-gun, Jeollanam-do in the Republic of Korea. S. kiangnanense is well distinguished from other species in Korea by 4- or 5-verticillate leaves on the sterile stems and a spatulate leaf shape. We provide its morphological description, detailed illustrations, and a key to related taxa. We have given this species a new Korean name, Ip-kkot-dol-na-mul, which means flower-like leaved sedum.

IEC61162-3 known as NMEA2000 protocol is approved as a standard network of SOLAS ship by ISO and used for the instrument network which exchanges data in real-time. For easy the development of ship network equipments, this study is focused on the development of SoC which can convert to NMEA2000 protocol from various kind of protocols such as TCP/IP, NMEA0183, RS422 and others using FPGA and u-Blaze. In this paper, we composed NMEA2000 protocol stack on FPGA and verified NMEA2000 network communication of FPGA system by connecting with commercialized devices through PC Hyper-terminal and network monitoring program.

This paper is on realization of the speed-sensorless vector control of an induction motor using the RLS(Recursive Least Square) algorithm. The speed estimator is including the RLS algorithm and a rotor flux observer. The RLS algorithm has speed and rotor time constant as parameter vectors and rotor flux observer is designed to have robustness to stator resistance variation and through the IP(Integral and Proportional) speed controller stable performance is obtained for estimating rotor speed. Finally the total algorithm are realized in induction motor drive system and its effectiveness is verified.
