Water lubricated guide bearing was newly released and has been applied to actual hydro turbines with vertical shaft. As a result, they can have not only high bearing performance but environmental advantages in meeting the demand for reducing river pollution by oil leakage from oil lubricated guide bearing. The PTFE composite guide bearing was tested by experimental equipment operated under conditions similar to those of actual hydro turbines. Circumferential and axial tilting bearing segments help to improve the bearing performance and efficiency due to low friction loss in the bearing system. Furthermore, bearing cooling systems could be eliminated and maintenance periods could be extended, thus the initial investment and operating costs of the hydroelectric power plant are reduced.

This study is objected by suggesting rationalization method of management and maintenance cost for railway investment assessment. The estimate of rational benefit and cost are a work of vital importance to decide railway investment as preliminary feasibility investigation is institutionally reinforced since January 2007. In particular, railway management and maintenance cost have to be applied to realistic and detail cost as railway investment assessment guide. For example, types of railway, construction of new line, improvement of conventional line, double tracking, railway electrification. However, railway investment assessment is inconsistency because of estimating the railway management and maintenance cost using existing unrealistic management and maintenance cost. Therefore, this study is performed parametric analysis effecting on the railway management and maintenance cost considered new technique, enhanced facilities and improved standard. Also, it suggests the itemized standard management and maintenance cost. Finally, it will be helped to establish the base of railway investment through the rationalization method of management and maintenance cost.

The difference the guide specifications of between housing and land development has been caused many problems, since Korea Land Corporation and Korea Housing Corporation were merged into LH (Land and Housing Corporation) in 2009. Those are that specification criteria to establishing lower level specifications are disordered; duplicated investment on sites; management systems are conflicted site to site, which are based on different operation system from old land and housing corporations, etc. Thus, this paper aims to suggest a direction of integrated guide specification system of LH including improved and advanced classification hierarchy and specification.

In this study, a pile-guide mooring system (PGMS) was designed for an offshore liquefied natural gas bunkering terminal (LNG-BT), which is an essential infrastructure for large LNG-fuelled ships. The PGMS consisted of guide piles to restrict five motions of the floater, except for heave, as well as a seabed truss structure to support the guide piles and foundation piles to fix the system to the seabed. Singapore port was considered for a case study because it is a highly probable ports for LNG bunkering projects. The wave height, current speed, and wind speed in Singapore port were investigated to calculate the environmental loads acting on the hull and PGMS. A load and resistance factor approach was used for the structural design, and a finite element analysis was performed for design verification. The steel usage of the PGMS was analyzed and compared with the material usage of a gravity-based structure under similar LNG capacity and water depth criteria. This paper also describes the water depth limit and wave conditions of the PGMS based on estimation of the initial investment and the present value profit difference. It suggests a suitable LNG-BT support system for various design conditions.

Railway is the most effective transportation than any other traffic. But due to the its expensive maintenance fee and various components like roadbed, rail, rollingstock, electric and signal etc, the construction cost of the railway is usually higher than highway. Such a reason, a lot of cost and period are needed to complete the railway project. In addition that considering the decreasing of the SOC budget, the investment in the railway industry is getting hard than ever. This study analyzed the cost, term of work, freight & passenger transportation demand of the wide area railway electrification project and main line improvement project. And it compared the estimation value and real value of the projects like cost and period etc. And this study surveyed the economic feasibility including factors which are not considered in the feasibility study guide. With those results, This study suggest the project management and evaluation method to enlarge the efficiency of the railway construction project.

Korea's overseas construction awards reached US $750 bn for more than 50 years since it first entered the market in 1966. In particular, the company won US $540 bn over 10 years from 2007, achieving 72% of the total contracts. However, in recent two years, awarded amounts have decreased by 40% each year. The most significant decline is due to the impact of international oil prices, which have plummeted since end of 2014, as oil-producing nations, which are Korea's major target countries, are struggling to cancel or postpone infrastructure orders. In order to lessen the impact of raw material price fluctuations, the recent trend is that even countries with relatively loose government financing conditions are rapidly changing their ordering methods to investment development forms such as PPP. The Korean government and companies have been already preparing for this for several years, but they are still not doing so well. The main reason is the lack of understanding about the investment development type project, especially financing methods and the aggravated fear of exposing it to various risks due to the characteristics of the development project, which takes a long time to collect the investment. In this paper, I propose a more systematic solution to financial process and risk management, which is recognized as a obstructive factor for Korean companies, in line with the recent government-led establishment of overseas infrastructure development support organizations. I would like to serve as a investment guide.

The study on semiconductor industrial accident in korea has been focused on frequencies of each type, employee, characteristics, cause and un-safety condition, behaviour and so on. Those attributes of semiconductor industrial accidents were usually analyzed independently, so that it was hard to provides a well-process and systematic guide lines for efficient safety management. There fore, there were a few studies based on comprehensive survey in terms of sharp-type of safe management. The questionnaire survey carried out for the workers(284) who were responsible for safety management in to center with corporate company with semiconductor industry the factor analysis showed that there were three factor of safety management. They were 1) Investment and operation and management for accident prevention, 2) Unsafe, safety management 3) General human error and behavior the industries of respondents were correlative with three group. Three Groups showed a statistically significant differences on the number of cases. Actually, the group with the larger investment and the better unsafe cause, human error a of accident prevention had a smaller cause of accident cases.

This Research suggested direction of development and analyzed necessity and given condition of CM(Construction Management) operation system of SOC private infrastructure project which is judged to grow up continuously from now on, Direction of development which is suggested in this research is largely there, (1)development of SOC private infrastructure project CM work standard process guide, (2)development of SOC Private Investment project feasibility study Performance standard, (3)checklist of SOC by stages and functionally private investment projects risk. Through this development, later we judge effect not only supply of a model case to artivate CM system but heightening of efficiency in domestic construction industry.

With the development of information and communication technology, online fractional investment platforms have emerged through the convergence of online platform technology and new investment techniques for asset-backed derivatives. In this study, the concept and previous studies of the online fractional investment platform business, commercialization models and service processes, market status, and pending discussions and alternatives were presented. Recently, the Securities and Futures Commission's decision on securitization of split ownership has become an important guide to the stable business sustainability of platform operators, but academic research is needed according to the current status and case analysis. To identify specific market issues, examples of representative online fractional investment securitization platform businesses such as "MusiCow" for music copyright, "Tessa" based on art, "Kasa" for real estate, "Piece" based on real assets, and "BangCow" for Korean beef shipments were analyzed. Through the case analysis of this study, the characteristics of the business model according to the basic assets of the online fractional investment platform were compared and presented. Since most business models are judged to be securitic, they must comply with the provisions of the Capital Markets Act or be recognized as the target of innovative financial services. From a practical point of view, it is meaningful in that it presented improvement directions that online fractional securitization platform operators should consider and organized institutional considerations for investor protection.

Although more interests are displayed concerning the business opportunities over the technologies developed in government-funded research centers or the universities, overall business performance does not meet the level of investment. As a consequence, it is hotly debated about stock investment for research enterprise and venture founded on the technologies of the government-funded research centers and the need and the required measures for the foundation of technology holding company that provides incubation service. This paper attempts to identify the critical success points in the foundation and the operation of technology holding company by observing the cases of overseas public research centers and to provide the future guide.
