SRM의 고속구동을 위한 제어시스템 설계 (A Design of High Speed SRM Drive System)

  • This paper proposes a high speed SRM drive system for blower application with a new 4-level inverter and precise excitation position generator. For a high speed blower, a proper inverter and control method are proposed and the output characteristics are analyzed. In order to get a fast build-up and demagnetization of excitation current, a 4-level inverter system is proposed. The proposed 4-level inverter has additional charge capacitor, power switch and diode in the conventional asymmetric converter. The charged high voltage is supplied to the phase winding for fast current build-up, and demagnetization current is charged to additional capacitor of the 4-level inverter. In addition, a precise excitation position generator can reduce turn-on and turn-off angle error according to sampling period of digital control system. The proposed high speed SRM drive system is verified by computer simulation and experimental results.

  • The next generation domestic high speed railway system is a power distributed type and uses vector control method for motor speed control. Nowadays, inverter driven induction motor system is widely used. However, recently PMSM drives are deeply considered as a alternative candidate instead of an induction motor driven system due to their advantages in efficiency, noise reduction and maintenance. The next-generation high-speed train is composed of 2 converter units, 4 inverter units, and 4 Traction Motor units. Each motor is connected to the inverter directly. In this paper, the effects of IPMSM parameter variation to the system operation characteristics of the multi inverter driven high speed train system are investigated. The parallel connected inverter input-output characteristics are analyzed to the parameter mismatches of the IPMSM in 1C1M control using Matlab/Simulink, then the reliability of the simulation results are verified through experimental results.

  • In this paper, the photovoltaic inverter system with instantaneous sinusoidal current tracking control is proposed to improve the utilization factor of photovoltaic power system which would be connected utility interactive system. The proposed inverter is designed to track maximum power point by two-state value control method and utility interactive operation, and to decrease output harmonics component. Optimal operating region is described by state space averaging method, and present tracking condition of standard guide line. The experimental result shows the effectiveness of inverter system using the instantaneous control method.

  • A company needs to maintain its machines always workable in order to keep the manufacturing time minimal. If any troubles un, they should be fixed as soon as possible. But, the complexity of modem machines make the trouble shooting difficult. So, it is important that the monitoring system for automated production system to fix every trobule easily. In this paper new, inverter control system for TG feedback a formula Control was developed. The motor control system with TG feedback controller as an effect of load disturbance, it is very difficult to guarantee the robustness of Control System. The function of the implementation are TG feedback type, and temperature scheme. The Inverter Control System approach is based on master-slave control concept. To show validity of the developed new inverter control system severial experiments are illustrated.

  • 본 논문에서는 철도차량 추진시스템을 위한 3-레그 인버터와 5-레그 인버터의 성능을 비교/분석하고 철도차량에 5-레그 인버터를 적용함에 있어 최적의 동작 조건을 제시한다. 5-레그 인버터는 두 대의 3-레그 인버터에 비해 2개의 스위치가 감소되며, 하나의 제어보드로 두 대의 3상 전동기를 독립적으로 제어할 수 있다. 이로 인해 두 대의 3-레그 인버터를 이용할 경우보다 시스템의 비용 감소와 소형화가 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 도시철도 차량에서 사용중인 유도전동기 제어 기법과 PWM 방법을 분석한다. 다음으로 5-레그 인버터의 기본 동작과 특징을 분석한다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 동일한 유도전동기 제어 기법과 PWM 방법을 3-레그 인버터와 5-레그 인버터에 적용했을 때 유도전동기의 속도와 토크 특성을 비교하고 분석한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 프래쉬버트 용접에서의 용접성을 향상시키기 위하여 인버터를 대용량 시스템에 적용하여 타당성을 검증하였다. 제안된 시스템은 풀브릿지 인버터방식을 채택하고, DSP제어기를 사용하였다. 인버터시스템으로 동작 주파수를 향상시키면서 기존의 위상 제어형 용접기의 용접성과 비교하여 스패터가 저감되는 등 용접성이 개선되는 것을 여러 가지 금속학적인 방법들을 이용하여 확인하고, 인버터 시스템의 타당성을 검증하였다.

Grid-Connected Photovoltaic System Based on a Cascaded H-Bridge Inverter

  • In this paper a single-phase Cascaded H-Bridge (CHB) inverter for photovoltaic (PV) applications is presented. Based on the presented mathematical analysis, a novel controller is introduced which adjusts the inverter power factor (PF) and manipulates the distribution of the reactive power between the cells to enhance the operating range of the CHB inverter. The adopted control strategy enables tracking of the maximum power point (MPP) of distinct PV strings and allows independent control of the dc-link voltages. The proposed controller also enables the inverter to operate under heavily unbalanced PV conditions. The performance of the CHB inverter and the proposed controllers are evaluated in the PSCAD/EMTDC environment. A seven-level CHB-based grid connected laboratory prototype is also utilized to verify the system performance.

고 효율, 저 잡음 특성을 가지는 양방향 태양광 인버터 (Bi-directional Photovoltaic Inverter with High Efficiency and Low Noise)

  • Due to merits cost and efficiency, the transformer-less type photovoltaic (PV) inverters have been popularized in the solar market. However, the leakage current flowing through a parasitic capacitor between PV array and ground can cause adverse effect in the transformer-less PV system. In this paper, a bi-directional PV inverter with high efficiency and low noise is proposed for the PV system with an energy storage device. The proposed inverter is a transformer-less type and performs the bi-directional power control between dc sources and grid with high efficiency. In addition, the proposed inverter can suppress the leakage current and obtain low noise characteristic. Finally, 3-kW prototype was implemented to confirm validity of the proposed inverter.

A Cascaded Hybrid Multilevel Inverter Incorporating a Reconfiguration Technique for Low Voltage DC Distribution Applications

  • A cascaded hybrid multilevel inverter including a reconfiguration technique for low voltage dc distribution applications is proposed in this paper. A PWM generation fault detection and reconfiguration paradigm after an inverter cell fault are developed by using only a single-chip controller. The proposed PWM technique is also modified to reduce switching losses. In addition, the proposed topology can reduce the number of required power switches compared to the conventional cascaded multilevel inverter. The proposed technique is validated by using a 3-kVA prototype. The switching losses of the proposed multilevel inverter are also investigated. The experimental results show that the proposed hybrid inverter can improve system efficiency, reliability and cost effectiveness. The efficiency of proposed system is 97.45% under the tested conditions. The proposed hybrid inverter topology is a promising method for low voltage dc distribution and can be applied for the multiple loads which are required in a data center or telecommunication building.

  • Recently, it is increased to adopt inverter system to household electrical appliances, especially in ai conditioner and refrigerator. Inverter system is adopted for improving the efficiency. But Inverter system makes acoustic noise caused by switching frequency. In household electrical appliace, it is important to reduce acoustic noise. And in some cases it is possible to magnify the acoustic noise caused by switching, by system which may have different transfer characteristic. In this paper, random PWM method was adopted in inverter refrigerator using 8 bit microprocesso. We found useful PWM frequency and adoptation method.
