가상현실기술을 적용한 국내 장애인재활프로그램 연구동향 (Research trends in rehabilitation program for disabled applying virtual reality technology in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 장애인 재활을 위해 최신 공학기술과 재활프로그램을 융합한 가상현실 기술의 효과에 관련된 연구동향을 분석한 문헌연구이다. 2000~2014년에 발표된 국내 논문 60편을 대상으로 P.I.C.O방법을 준용하여 분석한 결과, 주로 성인 노인 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 가상현실을 적용한 장애인 재활 프로그램 관련 연구가 많았으며, 가상현실 구현을 위해 투사형 시스템이 자주 사용되었다. 중재효과 확인을 위한 종속변수로는 균형, 상지기능, 보행이 주로 사용되었고 이를 ICF의 구성요소로 재해석하여 도출한 연구주제로는 이동이 가장 많았다. 반면 교육, 직업, 여가 등 참여영역을 다룬 연구는 매우 적었다. 향후 장애인의 실생활에 유용한 가상현실 중재를 위해서는 사회적 관점에 초점을 두어야하며, 동시에 가상현실 기술의 개발 시에도 적용방법과 비용 측면에서 용이한 접근을 염두에 두고 공학기술과 재활서비스가 융합되어야 할 것이다.

  • 제4회 대전사랑·과학사랑 창의력대회에 참가한 3명 1조의 고등학생들에게 충남 서천군 한산지방에서 출토된 5각 12면체로 만들어진 속이 빈 토기의 12 면에 나타나 있는 기호를 해석하게 하고, 이 유물의 활용성 예측과 5각 12면체를 활용한 새로운 놀이 방법을 창안해 보도록 장기문제로 제시하였다. 그 결과 학생들은 5각 12면 체에 음각된 12개의 기호를 숫자, 십이지, 방위, 오행 등으로 해석하고 있었다. 특히 이 5각 12면체를 오늘날 놀이 도구로 활용할 수 있는 방안 찾기에서는 음양 오행진 놀이, 숫자 놀이, 말판놀이 등 아주 독창적인 아이디어들이 많이 제안되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 5각 12면체를 이용한 창의성 프로그램이 영재들의 창의성 교육에 활용될 수 있음을 제안하고자 한다.

  • trans-$[CrX_2([15]aneN_4)]ClO_4 ([15]aneN_4=1,4,8,12-tetraazacyclopentadecane; X=F, Cl)$의 전자흡수 스펙트럼을 리간드장 이론으로 해석하였다. AOMX 프로그램을 사용하여 관측한 스핀허용 전이와 계산값을 최적화시켰다. 결정한 CFT 파라미터를 AOM, NSH 및 여러 가지 다른 파라미터와 관련시켜 구하고, 이를 화학적 견지에서 논의하였다. 리간드장 해석으로부터 이들 착물에서는 F 리간드가 강한${\sigma}-$${\pi}-$주개인 반면에 Cl 원자는 Cr(III) 이온에 약한 ${\sigma}-$${\pi}-$주개 성질이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

뉴스 빅데이터를 통한 덕수궁 돌담길의 장소 담론 해석 (Interpretation of the place discourse of Deoksugung Doldam-gil through News Big Data)

  • 본 연구는 덕수궁 돌담길의 장소 담론을 뉴스 빅데이터 시스템인 빅카인즈(BIGKinds)의 메타데이터 및 연관어 분석 결과를 토대로 해석하였다. 연구 결과 덕수궁 돌담길은 '문화' 분야의 보도가 가장 많았으며, 그중에서도 '요리_여행', '전시_공연' 관련 뉴스가 거의 전 기간에 걸쳐 높은 비율로 보도되었다. 또한 보행친화도로로서의 '걷고 싶은 거리', 문화와 예술적 장소이자 대상으로서 '문화와 예술의 거리', 역사 문화적 장소인 '역사적 거리'로서 시기별로 다양한 문화적, 역사적 이슈들과 함께 보도되고 있었다. 본 연구는 언론을 통해 형성되고 재현되고 있는 덕수궁 돌담길의 장소 담론 해석을 시도했으며, 장기시계열적 뉴스데이터인 빅데이터를 활용했다는데 그 의의가 있다. 한편 본 연구는 정량적 분석결과를 토대로 정성적 해석으로서 보도량이 많은 분야나 이슈 외에도 보다 미시적이지만 이 장소 중요한 의미의 발굴과 해석을 위한 후속연구가 요구된다.

항암화학요법 관련 말초신경병증에 적용한 비약물적 중재의 효과: 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 (Effectiveness of Non-Pharmacologic Interventions in Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Neuropathy: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of non-pharmacologic interventions in chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). Methods: PubMed, Cochrane Library CENTRAL, EMBASE, CINAHL, and several Korean databases (Until August 2017) were searched. The main search strategy combined terms for peripheral neuropathy and presence of neoplasms. The risk of bias was assessed using the Cochrane's Risk of Bias tool for randomized studies and the Risk of Bias Assessment tool for non-randomized studies. To estimate the effect size, a meta-analysis of the studies was performed using the Rev Man 5.3 program of the Cochrane Library random-effects models were used in the analyses. Results: Twenty-two studies with a total of 954 participants met the inclusion criteria. Of the 22 studies, 12 were used to estimate the effect size of the non-pharmacologic interventions. The non-pharmacologic interventions used in patients with CIPN were exercise, acupuncture, massage, and foot bath. The acupuncture significantly reduced CIPN symptoms and signs (d=-0.71) and CIPN pain (d=-0.73) (p<.001). Massage and foot bath were also effective in reducing CIPN symptoms (d=-0.68; 95% CI=-1.05, -0.30; p<.001; $I^2=19%$).Exercises were effective in improving muscle strength and endurance(d=-0.55) and quality of life (d=-2.96), but they were not significantly effective in improving CIPN. Conclusion: Although these results provide little evidence of the effectiveness of acupuncture, massage, and foot bath in the treatment of CIPN, they suggest that these interventions can reduce CIPN symptoms in patients with cancer. However, the findings of this study should be interpreted with caution as there is a relative lack of data in this field, and additional well-designed studies are needed. 무지 외반증 각변형에 대한 디지털영상의 전산화 계측: 100%와 150% 확대영상에서의 계측비교 (Computerized Measurement on Angular Parameters for Hallux Valgus: Comparison of 100% and 150% Magnified Digital Radiography)

  • Purpose: To study computerized measurements of angular parameters on 100% and 150% resized digital radiography of hallux valgus deformity Materials and Methods: 30 digital radiography of standing foot anteroposterior view of hallux valgus patients were included. Two observers(A, B) independently measured hallux valgus angle (HVA), 1-2 intermetatarsal angle (IMA), and distal metatarsal articular angle (DMAA) in two times on both 100%-size and 150% magnified images respectively, using computerized measurement software tools. The results were interpreted with the statistical software program, Statistical Analysis System, version 9.2. Results: In repeated measurements of each observer, measurements on 150% magnified image showed no differences of all three parameters and with 100%-size image, there were differences of HVA (observer A) and 1-2 IMA (observer B) (p>0.05). When testing interobserver reliability, both observers showed differences in measurement of HVA and DMAA (p<0.05), but no differences in measurement of 1-2 IMA in both images. Within the 95% confidence interval, limits of error of measurements between two observers on HVA, IMA and DMAA were $2.7^{\circ}$ $1.4^{\circ}$ and $5.0^{\circ}$ respectively in 100%-size images, and $2.6^{\circ}$, $1.6^{\circ}$ and $4.7^{\circ}$ respectively in 150% magnified images. Conclusion: In computerized measurements for angular parameters of hallux valgus with digital radiography, 150% magnified images showed intraobserver reliability. Both 100% and 150% magnified images failed to show interobserver reliability. Measurement of 1-2 IMA in both 100% and 150% images showed less interobserver error.

타투 패션에 따른 패션감성과 감정연구 (Study on Fashion Sensibility and Emotion through Tattoo Fashion)

  • The objective of this study is to provide the basis to planning the design of commercial products and effective image coordination for various situation in investigating the existence of Tattoo with an examination of fashion sensibilities and emotions as well as in analyzing Tattoo fashions which have an effect on the unique image coordinations in the fashion collection. Stimulus pictures have collected from fashion photographs appeared Tattoo expression released on the fashion collection and selected 35 pieces of pictures out of total through the analysing process in many times. Valuation tools have used with 19 pairs of adjective as fashion sensibilities valuation tool and 13 questionnaire as emotion valuation tool. Data has been collected from August 30th to September 17th on the subject of 20's men and women who live in Busan city area and those data has been analyzed by using SPSS statistics package program. The summary and conclusion of verified outcomes on this study are as follows: 1. Main factors of fashion sensibilities about Tattoo fashion are composed of three factors, such as Attractiveness, Visibility, Maturity and those factors have explained by 60.9%. On the other han, the fashion emotions are composed of negative emotion and positive emotion and explained by 66.3%. 2. The image of Tattoo fashion has shown four groups; Sexy, Romantic, Grotesque, Natural. 3. The positioning according to the image of Tattoo fashion has interpreted that X-axis as Grotesque-Romantic, Y-axis as Simple-Dazzling according to design features.

교차형 와이드 거더를 이용한 아파트구조의 수치해석적 연구 (A Numerical Study on the Apartment Structure Using Crossed Wide Girder)

  • 본 연구는 교차형 와이드 거더를 이용한 건축구조로 최소한의 슬래브 두께로 가능한 최장의 스팬을 확보할 수 있도록 함으로써, 층고를 높이지 않으면서 실내 공간에 자유롭고 다양한 변화를 가져올 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 연구는 교차형 와이드 거더를 응력분포에 따라 일정 간격으로 연속 배치함으로써, 낮은 층고에서 해당 경계 공간을 무주 공간으로 형성시킬 수 있도록 하는 것이다 본 연구의 수치적 타당성을 검토하기 위하여 3차원 횡력 설계가 가능한 프로그램인 Midas Gen을 이용하여 기존의 벽체 시스템과 교차형 Wide Girder에 의한 연성골조 시스템을 해석한 결과, 구조적으로 횡변위 및 층간변위와 바닥의 처짐 등이 기존의 벽체시스템과 비교하여 크게 불리하지 않으며, 전체적인 콘크리트 물량이 기존 벽체시스템과 비슷하며 건축적인 가변성을 확보하는데 큰 장점이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

대학 기숙사 급식의 메뉴 운영 특성을 고려한 Menu Engineering기법 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Menu Engineering Technique for University Residence Hall Foodservice)

  • This article aims to summarize the development and application of menu engineering technique, 'Menu Engineering Modified by Preference (MEMP)'. The site selected for this project was a foodservice operation in Yonsei University residence hall. Sales and food costs data were collected from the daily sales reports for 1 month, and the survey of food preference was conducted during May, 1999. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SAS/Win 6.12 for descriptive analysis. The calculation for menu analysis were carried out with MS 2000 Excel spreadsheet program. This MEMP technique developed had 6 category criteria and 2 dimensions of the contribution margin (CM) and the menu mix modified% (MMM%) . The MMM% was calculated by the sales volumes and also weighted by food preference. The CM and MMM% for each item were compared with a mean menu CM as well as a 70% rule. Four possible classifications by MEMP were fumed out as 'STAR', 'PLOWHORSE', 'PUZZLE', 'DOG'. 'STAR' items were the most popular and profitable items and required to maintain rigid specifications for quality. The decision actions for 'PLOWHORSE' menu items which were relatively popular, but yield a low menu average CM included combining a plowhorse item with lower cost products and reducing the frequency of serving or serving size. There was a need for 'PUZZLE' items to be changed in the menu combination, improve recipe, and promote menu. The last DOG' items were desired to be deleted. This study demonstrates that menu information can be interpreted more easily with MEMP. The use of MEMP is therefore an effective way to improve management decisions about menu of university residence hall foodservice.

  • Analyzing the psychological and pedagogical literature, we showed the interest of researchers in the problem posed. The concept of competence is considered, which is interpreted as giving the key to solving a wide range of educational and life tasks. Research competence implies the ability to cooperate, enter into contacts, readiness for changes, for self-determination and is an integral quality of the individual, expressed in the readiness and ability to independently search for solutions to new problems and creative transformation of reality based on a set of personal and meaningful knowledge, skills, methods of activity and value attitudes.The article offers conditions that certify the improvement of forms and methods of training students in the formation of research competence of future specialists. The use of innovative technologies contributes to improving the level of training of future specialists: students are better prepared for classes, take an active part in the assimilation of program material in laboratory classes. It is noted that this creates a subject-subject relationship between the student and the teacher, and changes the attitude of students to classes. In the process of such organization of educational activities, students are convinced of the need for knowledge and its effectiveness, learn to compare, generalize, classify, establish cause-and-effect relationships, express opinions, defend their point of view, they ensure success in their studies, and develop research competence. It is proved that in order to apply the latest technologies, the teacher himself must know them well, that is, constantly improve himself, master new methods, techniques, ideas, which will help him create new pedagogical technologies and implement them in the educational process.
