학교 영양(교)사의 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 - 인간관계 유형의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (Effects of Job Stress on Job Satisfaction in School Dieticians and Nutrition Teacher - Focus on the Moderating Effect of Interpersonal Relationship Type -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of job stress on job satisfaction according to interpersonal relationship type among school dieticians and nutrition teachers. The online survey was conducted from Oct. 26th to Nov. 7th, 2017 in 2,000 randomly selected dieticians and nutrition teachers in the capital area. A total of 453 collected questionnaires were used for analysis. SPSS v.21.0 Statistical Package Program was used for the statistical process. For the results regarding interpersonal relationship type of dieticians, open-type (73.3%) was the highest, followed by self-assertive-type (23.0%), isolated-type (2.6%), and careful-type (1.1%). Regarding overall job satisfaction, 'human relation' was the highest, followed by 'job itself', 'working environment', and 'personal rating & welfare system', in that order. According to interpersonal relationship type, in the case of 'open-type' or 'careful-type', job satisfaction was relatively high. Regarding overall job stress, 'job demand' was the highest, followed by 'lack of reward', 'organizational system', 'interpersonal conflict', 'occupational climate', 'job insecurity', and 'insufficient job control', in that order. In accordance with interpersonal relationship type, overall job stress index was high in terms of 'self-assertive-type' or 'careful-type'. For the results of analyzing the correlation between job satisfaction and job stress index, all areas showed statistically significant negative correlations. Multiple regression analysis was performed to study the effects of job stress on job satisfaction mediating interpersonal relationship type. Job stress had different effects on job satisfaction in terms of 'open-type' and 'self-assertive type'. In conclusion, different strategies are needed for dieticians with different interpersonal relationship types to improve job satisfaction and to reduce job stress.

간호대학생의 지각된 스트레스와 대학생활적응의 관계: 대인관계능력의 매개효과 (Relationship between the perceived Stress and College Life Adjustment in Nursing Students : Interpersonal Relationship Ability)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 지각된 스트레스, 대인관계능력, 대학생활적응 간의 관계를 파악하고, 지각된 스트레스와 대학생활적응과의 관계에서 대인관계능력의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구참여자는 B시의 간호대학생 281명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석, sobel test로 분석하였다. 대상자의 지각된 스트레스 평균 2.62±0.62점, 대인관계능력 평균 3.74±0.62점, 대학생활적응 평균 3.38±0.58점이었다. 대상자의 대학생활적응은 지각된 스트레스(r=-.478, p<.001)와 부적상관관계, 대인관계능력(r=.617, p<.001)과 정적상관관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 지각된 스트레스와 대학생활적응과의 관계에서 대인관계능력이 부분매개효과(β=.629, p<.001)를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 대학생활적응을 높이기 위하여 지각된 스트레스를 줄이고 대인관계능력을 높일 수 있는 교육 및 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

A Study on Relationship between Interpersonal Relation, Communication Skills and Work-related Stress in Physical Therapists

  • In this research, we performed to investigate the relationship between interpersonal relation, communication skills and work-related stress in physical therapists. The subjects of this study were consist of 388 physical therapists from general hospitals and medical rehabilitation centers in Gyeonggi region. Data were analyzed using the PASW 18.0. Work-related stress showed statistically significant differences according to the demographic characteristics of clinical experience. Interpersonal relation found significant negative correlation for work-related stress except job-demand stress. Also, this study found negative correlation between communication skills and work-related stress, and significantly correlated interpersonal relation with communication skill. The results of this study suggest that in developing programs to manage work-related stress for improving interpersonal relations and communication skills in physical therapists.

  • 본 연구에서는 치위생과 학생들의 대인관계 능력, 대인관계 만족도 및 스트레스 정도를 확인하고, 학과만족도와의 관련성 규명을 통하여 대학 생활 적응에 필요한 긍정적 방안을 마련하고자 치위생과에 학생들을 대상으로 편의 추출하여 자기기입식 설문방법을 이용하여 실시하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS Statistics version 22.0을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 유의수준은 0.05로 하였다. 연구대상자의 대인관계 능력, 대인관계 만족도, 스트레스, 학과만족도와의 상관관계를 시행한 결과, 대인관계 능력은 학과만족도와 양의 상관관계가 있고, 스트레스는 학과만족도와 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 치위생과 학생의 학과만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 학과 이해도, 대인관계 능력이 학과만족도에 정(+)적 영향을 주어 치위생과 학생의 학과만족도에 영향을 주는 요인은 대인관계 능력과 학과 이해도로 나타났다. 본 연구는 일부 치위생과 학생을 대상으로 연구가 진행되어 일반화에 제한이 있으나, 학과만족도와 관련된 요인에 대한 보완자료로 의의가 있으며, 학생들의 학과만족도를 높이기 위한 방안으로 대인관계능력 및 학과 관련 정보제공 프로그램을 개발 및 적용하는 것이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 대인관계 조화, 스트레스 대처방식이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 경북지역 2개 대학 간호학과 1, 2학년 재학생 231명이며, 2015년 12월 1일~11까지 설문조사 하였고, 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 대학생활 적응은 대인관계 조화 및 스트레스 대처방식과 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응은 일반적 특성 중 학년, 간호학 지원동기, 간호학 전공만족도 및 학업성적에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대학생활 적응에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 대인관계 조화(${\beta}=.27$, p<.001), 문제중심 대처(${\beta}=.25$, p<.001), 정서적 대처(${\beta}=-.25$, p<.001), 소망적 사고 대처(${\beta}=-.20$, p<.001)로 나타났고, 이들 변수의 대학생활 적응에 대한 설명력은 23%이었다. 결론적으로, 적절한 스트레스 대처방식과 대인관계 조화능력을 증진시키는 것은 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응을 향상시키는데 효과적인 전략이 될 수 있다.

The Impacts of Social Welfare Worker's Interpersonal Stress on Job Burnout and Turnover Intention - Focusing on Moderating Effects of Stress Coping Ability

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between interpersonal stress and job burnout, turnover intention of social welfare worker's in social welfare center and efficient response of welfare worker's. In order to accomplish this study purpose, the interpersonal stress of social welfare worker's in social welfare center as an independent variable, interpersonal stress as a dependent variable of job burnout and turnover intention, and stress coping ability as a moderating variable were selected. The causal relationship between interpersonal stress and job burnout, turnover intention and the moderating effect of stress coping ability were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the interpersonal stress of social welfare worker's showed a significant effect on job burnout and turnover intention. Also, moderating effects of stress copying ability were significant. Based on the results of this analysis, the theoretical implications and policy implications of this study are suggested, and the directions and limitations of this study are suggested.

간호·간병통합서비스병동과 일반병동 간호사의 피로, 수면의 질, 대인관계 스트레스 비교 (Comparison of Nurses's Fatigue, Sleep Quality and Interpersonal Relationship Stress between Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Wards and General Wards)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the differences in fatigue, sleep quality and interpersonal relationship stress levels between nurses in comprehensive nursing care wards and in general wards. Methods: Data were collected using self-reported structured questionnaire from 14 August to 17 September 2018. The participants were 220 nurses from 6 hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 23.0 program, descriptive statistics, t-test, ${\chi}^2-test$, Fisher's exact test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: The subjects' fatigue, sleep quality, and interpersonal relationship stress were not significantly different between the comprehensive nursing care services wards and the general wards. The interpersonal stress with a superior was statistically higher among general wards than comprehensive nursing care services wards. The relationship stress between patient and caregiver was higher in comprehensive nursing care services wards than in general wards. Conclusion: A follow-up study is needed to develop a strategic method to reduce interpersonal stress in nurses.

Stress, Interpersonal Relationship, Learning Perception and Self-Efficacy of Nursing Students in Team Based Learning Simulation Practice

  • The purpose of this study was to identify differences in stress, interpersonal relations, learning perceptions and self-efficacy of nursing students participating in team based learning simulation practices. The study group consisted of 24 students in the third grade who attended nursing college. Data were collected using questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 22 version's descriptive statistics, t-test, and paired t-test. The results showed that stress and learning perceptions were significantly different according to gender, leave of absence in pre and post - test. After the practice of team - based simulation, the stress of nursing college students decreased and interpersonal relations and self - efficacy were improved. The results of this study showed that nursing students' gender and absence of school should be considered in the team - based simulation. Further research on team based simulation practice involving interpersonal relationships is needed.

초보간호사의 대인관계능력, 직무 스트레스, 스트레스 대처유형이 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 직무 스트레스를 중심으로 (Impact of Interpersonal Relationship Ability, Job Stress, and Stress Coping Type on Turnover Intention of Nurses in the Early Stage of their Careers: Focusing on Job Stress)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effects of interpersonal relationship ability, job stress, and stress coping type on the turnover intention of nurses in the early stage of their careers. Methods: Data were collected from 136 early stage nurses from two general hospitals and one tertiary hospital in Chungbuk province. An early stage nurse was defined as the nurse with a work experience of 3 to 36 months. The collected data were analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Mann-Whitney U test, Person's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: It was seen that turnover intention had a negative correlation with interpersonal competency (r=-.20, p=.020) and a positive correlation with job stress (r=.56, p<.001). Job stress due to work over load, inadequate compensation and working environment, interpersonal relationship ability, and length of clinical career were significant factors influencing turnover intention (p<.05). These variables explained for 50.4% of the variance in turnover intention. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an interpersonal relationship ability improvement program to decrease turnover intention among early stage nurses by helping them to successfully adapt to their job. Moreover, it is important to bring about continuous improvements in terms of provision of adequate workload and appropriate rewards, and creation of a suitable work environment to reduce the job stress of early stage nurses.

에니어그램 집단상담 프로그램이 간호대학생의 대인관계, 자아존중감 및 스트레스 대처에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Enneagram Group Counseling Program on Interpersonal Relationship, Self-esteem and Stress Coping Strategy in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 에니어그램 집단상담 프로그램이 간호대학생의 대인관계와 자아존중감 및 스트레스 대처에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 G시와 J시에 소재한 3학년 간호대학생으로 전체 대상자는 총 69명(실험군 31명, 대조군 38명)이었다. 프로그램은 8회기로 구성되었고, 2016년 11월 23일부터 2016년 12월 15일까지 실시되었다. 연구변수는 대인관계와 자아존중감 및 스트레스 대처이며 자가보고 설문지로 조사되었다. 연구결과 에니어그램 집단상담 프로그램 실시 후 실험군은 대인관계(t=3.41, p=.001)와 자아존중감(t=2.60, p=.012)이 대조군에 비해 유의미하게 변화되었다. 그러나 스트레스 대처 (t=.10, p=.925)는 유의하지 않았다. 이에 본 에니어그램 집단상담 프로그램은 간호대학생의 대인관계와 자아존중감을 향상시키는데 적합한 프로그램이었음을 알 수 있었다.
