산림치유 프로그램 참여가 보호대상아동의 자아탄력성 및 대인관계에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Participation in a Forest Therapy Program on the Ego-resiliency and Interpersonal Relationships of Children Requiring Protection)

  • This study investigated the effects of participation in a forest therapy program on ego-resiliency and interpersonal relationships to strengthen the independent capabilities of children requiring protection. The participants were divided into two groups: the experimental group (n=87; age, 16.40±1.90 years) and control group (n=90; age, 16.97±1.39 years). The study was conducted from July to August 2020. The experimental group participated in a forest therapy program operated by the National Center for Forest Therapy, Yeongju, for 2 nights and 3 days, whereas the control group lived routine life. The participants' ego-resiliency and interpersonal relationships were tested at the beginning and end of the forest therapy program. In the experimental group, ego-resiliency was improved and interpersonal relationships were significantly altered. Therefore, forest therapy programs may serve as effective interventions that can positively affect the social adaptation and growth of protected children into healthy adults.

집단 프로그램을 통합한 의사소통론 교과목 운영의 개발과 효과 (The Development and Effects of a Comprehensive Communication Course for Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to: (a) develop a comprehensive communication course combined with a group program for improving communication skills; and (b) examine the effects of the comprehensive communication course on interpersonal communication, relationship change, self-esteem, and depression in nursing students. Method: The experimental group consisted of 82 nursing students, and the control group, 108 nursing students. Both groups each took communication courses from March to June, 2002 and 2003. A group program for improving communication skills was conducted for each 8 subgroups of the experimental group for 90 minutes once a week during the 6 weeks, while the existing communication lecture was conducted for the control group. Both groups were post-tested after the intervention for verifying the difference of variables between the two groups, and the experimental group was also pre-tested for verifying the difference between before and after the treatment. Result & Conclusion: Interpersonal communication score of the post-test in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group and the depression score of the post-test in the experimental group was significantly lower than in the control group. Interpersonal communication, relationship change and self-esteem scores were significantly increased and the depression score was significantly decreased in experimental group after the treatment. In conclusion, the comprehensive communication course that was developed in this study had positive effects on communication skills in nursing students.

고령 경비원의 직무스트레스와 관련요인 (Occupational Stress and Related Factors among Aged Security Guards)

  • Purpose: Occupational stress is a determinant risk factor for cardiovascular disease and work disability. This study aims to describe occupational stress and identify its related factors among aged security guards. Methods: A random sample of 76 aged security guards were interviewed by three research assistants. The criteria of the subjects were as follows : 50 or older male with 40 or more working hours a week working with colleagues ranged from 3 to 50. The data were collected in September, 2007 and analyzed by multiple regression using SAS Version 9.1. Results: The mean score of occupational stress among aged security guards was 47.2. The mean scores of its sub-scales were 31.3(physical environment), 33.8(occupational demand), 80.8occupational control), 44.6(interpersonal conflict), 51.3 (occupational insecurity), 53.6(occupational system), 57.5(lack of reward), and 30.3(work environment). The scores of occupational control, interpersonal conflict, and occupational insecurity were higher than the scores of Korean average occupational stress sub-scales. Significant variables affecting occupational stress and its sub-scales were work place, work type, and employment type. Conclusion: In order to reduce occupational stress among security guards, sufficient occupational control and interpersonal conflict control, appropriate reward, and employment stability should be considered. Also long working hours and work shift should be improved.

청소년의 인터넷 사용요인과 인터넷 중독과의 관계에서 대인관계와 감각추구의 조절효과 (Use of the Internet and Internet addiction of youth in the relationship of interpersonal relationships and a sense of control of the pursuit)

  • 본 연구는 청소년의 인터넷 사용요인과 인터넷 중독과의 관계를 탐색하고, 감각추구와 대인관계의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 경기도에 거주하는 고등학생 347명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구방법은 SPSS win 13.0 프로그램으로 신뢰도 계수산출과 상관분석을 하였고, 가설검증을 위하여 조절회귀분석(MMR)을 실시하였다. 분석결과 인터넷 사용요인이 인터넷 중독에 영향을 미칠 때, 대인관계와 감각추구의 변인들의 상호작용에 의해서 긍정적인 조절효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 검증결과, 인터넷 사용요인이 인터넷 중독에 정적(+)영향을 주었다. 인터넷 사용요인이 인터넷 중독에 영향을 미칠 때, 대인관계와 감각 추구는 각각 상호작용을 하여 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

의사소통 훈련 프로그램이 간호사의 의사소통능력, 감성지능(EQ), 자존감 및 대인관계능력에 미치는 효과에 대한 사례연구 (A case study on the effect of communication training program on nurse's communication ability, emotional intelligence (EQ), self - esteem and interpersonal ability)

  • 본 연구는 의사소통 훈련을 받은 실험집단과 그렇지 않은 대조집단 사이의 의사소통능력, 감성지능, 자존감과 대인관계능력의 차이를 비교하는 비동등성 유사실험 연구이다. 연구대상은 C시 소재의 D대학병원에 근무하는 21명의 간호사를 실험집단으로, 21명의 간호사를 대조집단으로 구성하여 2017년 4월부터 5월까지, 실험집단에게는 의사소통능력, 감성지능, 자존감 및 대인관계능력 향상을 위한 의사소통 훈련 프로그램을 주 1회 2시간씩 총 4회기를 진행하였고, 연구의 효과성 검정을 위하여 사전, 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS for Window 23을 이용하여 사전사후검사의 평균과 표준편차, 독립표본 Mann-Whitney의 U검증, 대응표본 Wilcoxon 부호 순위 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 실험집단과 훈련을 받지 않은 대조집단에서 의사소통능력(Z=-3.361, p<.05), 감성지능(Z=-2.209, p<.05), 자존감(Z=-1.633, p<.05), 대인관계능력(Z=-2.577, p<.05)으로 나타나, 의사소통훈련 프로그램 후 실험집단의 의사소통능력, 감성지능(EQ), 자존감 및 대인관계능력 점수가 모두 유의하게 증가하였으며, 모든 가설은 지지되었다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 임상현장에서 간호업무 수행 시 의사소통 훈련프로그램을 활용한다면 의사소통능력, 감성지능(EQ), 자존감 및 대인관계능력의 향상으로 치료적인 의사소통과 효과적인 간호를 제공하여 환자의 만족감을 높이고 간호의 질 향상에도 기여할 것이다.

간호대학생의 도덕적자아, 도덕적행동, 자기통제력, 공감, 대인관계능력이 융복합시대의 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Nursing College Students' Moral Self, Moral Behavior, Self-Control, Empathy, and Interpersonal Competence on Nursing Professionalism in Age of Convergence)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 간호전문직관에 영향요인을 파악하여 올바른 간호전문직관 확립을 위한 교육프로그램을 마련하고자 시도되었다. G도 간호대학생 169명이며, 자료수집은 2019년 3월 15일부터 4월 30일이며, IBM SPSS 21.0으로 빈도와 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression를 사용하였다. 도덕적자아는 3.39점, 도덕적행동은 3.72점, 자기통제력은 3.68점, 공감은 3.53점, 대인관계능력은 3.69점, 간호전문직관은 3.90점이었다. 간호전문직관은 자기통제력, 공감, 대인관계능력와 순상관관계가 있었다. 대상자의 간호 전문직관에 영향요인은 전공만족도-만족함(β=.232, p=.002), 공감(β=.222, p=.003), 대인관계능력(β=.178 p=.016)순이었다. 설명력은 18.5%이었다(F=13.69, p<.001). 간호전문직관 향상과 올바른 확립을 위해서는 전공만족도와 공감, 대인관계능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 성격과 학과적응정도를 고려한 맞춤형 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다. 본 연구결과는 간호전문직관 향상을 위한 프로그램마련의 기초자료로 활용될 것이며, 간호전문직관 향상을 확인하는 추가연구에 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

The Effects of Interpersonal relation disposition and Emotional intelligence on Interpersonal relation competence of Allied Health College Students

  • 본 연구는 보건계열대학생들의 대인관계능력에 대한 대인관계성향 및 정서지능의 영향요인을 조사하기 위하여 2019년 11월 29일부터 12월 16일까지 B시의 일 대학교 간호학과 및 물리치료학과 재학생들에게 질문지조사를 시행하였다. 총 275명의 자료가 수집되었으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 보건계열대학생들의 대인관계능력은 평균 4.10, 8개 대인관계유형 중 사려성-비사려성의 평균점수가 가장 높았으며, 정서지능 평균은 2.73이었다. 보건계열대학생들의 대인관계능력에 대한 유의한 영향을 끼친 대인관계성향은 주도성-동조성, 공격성-비공격성이었고, 설명력은 29.4%였으며, 가장 영향력이 큰 대인관계성향은 주도성-동조성이었다. 또한 대인관계능력에 유의한 영향을 미친 정서지능은 자기감정표현, 타인조절, 동기화였고, 이들의 설명력은 24.0% 이었으며, 가장 영향력이 큰 정서지능은 동기화로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 보건계열대학생들의 대인관계능력 향상을 위한 교육에 있어 그들의 대인관계성향과 정서지능 요인을 고려할 것을 제안한다.

재가 뇌졸중 환자를 위한 패턴화된 감각향상(PSE) 상지운동 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (The Development and Effects of an Upper Extremity Exercise Program Based on Patterned Sensory Enhancement for Home-bound Stroke Patients)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and assess the feasibility of an upper extremity exercise program based on Patterned Sensory Enhancement (PSE) for home-bound stroke patients by measuring the level of upper extremity function, depression, and interpersonal relationship. Methods: The experiments were performed on stroke patients at three different rehabilitation centers in Incheon City. Twenty patients participated in the experimental group or in the control group. The program was executed three times a week for 6 weeks. Data were collected from August to October, 2006. Manual Function Test was used to quantify and evaluate upper extremity function. The depression level and the effectiveness of interpersonal relationship were quantified and measured using CES-D and Relationship Change Scale, respectively. Results: The effectiveness of upper extremity function of stroke patients who participated in the PSE upper extremity exercise program was higher than that of non-participating patients. The depression level decreased and interpersonal relationship improved in the stroke patients who participated in this program compared to those who did not. Conclusion: These findings prove that the PSE upper extremity exercise program for home-bound stroke patients was an effective strategy for enhancing upper extremity function, decreasing the depression level, and improving interpersonal relationships.

대학생의 모바일 인터넷 중독 정도에 따른 수면의 질, 불안 및 대인관계 간의 관련성 (The Relations among Mobile internet addiction, Sleep quality, Anxiety and Interpersonal relationship for University students)

  • Purpose. This study was to investigate the relationships among mobile internet addiction, sleep quality, anxiety, and interpersonal relationship in university students. Method. A descriptive study design was used. Between 10 and 31 March 2016, 213 subjects completed a questionnaire consisting of questions on mobile internet addiction, anxiety, sleep quality, and interpersonal relationship. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, One way-ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient SPSS/WIN 21.0 programs. Results. Among mobile internet addiction there were significant differences between gender (t=3.40, p<.001), grade (F= 2.31, p<.001), majority field (F=5.34, p=.005), and take exercise (t=3.50, p<.001). This study has shown that mobile internet addiction were associated with sleep quality (r=-.40, p<.001) and anxiety (r=.14, p=.037). In addition, a correlation has been found significant between anxiety, and sleep quality (r=.48, p<.001), and sleep quality has associated with interpersonal relationship (r=-.46, p<.001). Conclusion. In this study, we revealed the observed a meaningful significant correlation between mobile internet addiction, sleep quality and anxiety. Therefore, it is important to emphasize control of mobile internet addiction for university students. The results of this study can be used as a basis on which to develop a mobile internet addiction intervention program.

일상생활에서 나타나는 청소년기 우울증의 정서적 증상 - 대인맥락 변화를 중심으로 - (Manifestation of Affect States Across Daily Interpersonal Contexts Depending on the levels of Adolescent Depression)

  • The goal of this study was to investigate the daily manifestation of positive and negative affect states of early adolescent depression across daily interpersonal contexts. Forty-five boys and 44 girls in the second `year of middle schools participated and were classified into 3 groups according to CDI scores. Among 89 students 59 students in the highest or the lowest CDI groups continued to participate in the next step of this study. Using the Experience Sampling Method(ESM), the 59 students reported their affect states 6 times per day across four daily interpersonal contexts: the contexts alone, with all classmates, with a few friends, and with family members. The major findings were as follows. frst, the high CDI group felt more worried, angrier, more hurried, less happy, less interested, less control, and less relaxed than the low CDI adolescent group. Second, the negative affect states of the high CDI adolescent group did not vary across the interpersonal contexts, whereas their positive affect states were the highest in the context with a few friends. Implications of the findings were discussed in illuminating the phenomenology of adolescent depression.
