University libraries need the development of a common Internet-based reference request system in order to prevent duplicated investment and provide interoperability among them. This paper proposes a standard of Internet-based reference recluest system that serves reference request-responses and that provides reference source sites on the world wide web. Using this system, university libraries can cooperate other libraries with reference databases and may perform tasks of reference service efficiently.

This paper proposes a DGPS (Differential GPS) mobile reference station. The proposed systems can provide user with real-time correction data when the internet connention is possible. Since the GPS receiver part and network hardware are designed in a module, it can be easily moved and fixed. In order to verify the proposed system, several tersts have been carried out and the test results show the validity of the proposed system.

The adaptive adjustment of reference or weight vectors in decomposition-based methods has been a hot research topic in the evolutionary community over the past few years. Although various methods have been proposed regarding this issue, most of them aim to diversify solutions in the objective space to cover the true Pareto fronts as much as possible. Different from them, this paper proposes a knee point-based reference vector adaptive adjustment strategy to concurrently balance the convergence and diversity. To be specific, the knee point-based reference vector adaptive adjustment strategy firstly utilizes knee points to construct the adaptive reference vectors. After that, a new fitness function is defined mathematically. Then, this paper further designs a many-objective evolutionary algorithm with knee point-based reference vector adaptive adjustment strategy, where the mating operation and environmental selection are designed accordingly. The proposed method is extensively tested on the WFG test suite with 8, 10 and 12 objectives and MPDMP with state-of-the-art optimizers. Extensive experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method over state-of-the-art optimizers and the practicability of the proposed method in tackling practical many-objective optimization problems.

Dynamic scene deblurring is a complex computer vision problem owing to its difficulty to model mathematically. In this paper, we present a novel approach for image deblurring with the help of the sharp reference image, which utilizes the reference image for high-quality and high-frequency detail results. To better utilize the clear reference image, we develop an encoder-decoder network and two novel modules are designed to guide the network for better image restoration. The proposed Reference Extraction and Aggregation Module can effectively establish the correspondence between blurry image and reference image and explore the most relevant features for better blur removal and the proposed Spatial Feature Fusion Module enables the encoder to perceive blur information at different spatial scales. In the final, the multi-scale feature maps from the encoder and cascaded Reference Extraction and Aggregation Modules are integrated into the decoder for a global fusion and representation. Extensive quantitative and qualitative experimental results from the different benchmarks show the effectiveness of our proposed method.

Non-reference P frame coding is used to enhance coding efficiency in low-delay encoding configuration of Internet Video Coding (IVC), which is being standardized as a royalty-free video codec in MPEG. The existing method of non-reference P frame coding which was adopted in the reference Test Model of IVC (ITM) 4.0 adaptively applies a non-reference P frame with a fixed coding structure based on the magnitude of motion vectors (MVs), however, which unexpectedly degrades the coding efficiency for some sequences. In this paper, the existing non-reference P frame coding is improved by changing non-reference P frame coding structure and applying a new adaptive method using the ratio of the amount of generated bits of non-reference frames to that of reference frames as well as MVs. Experimental results show that the proposed non-reference P frame coding gives 6.6% BD-rate bit saving in average over ITM 7.0.

This study presents a reference model (RM) and the architecture of a cognitive health advisor (CHA) that integrates information with ambient intelligence. By controlling the information using the CHA platform, the reference model can provide various ambient intelligent solutions to a user. Herein, a novel approach to a CHA RM based on evolutional cyber-physical systems is proposed. The objective of the CHA RM is to improve personal health by managing data integration from many devices as well as conduct a new feedback cycle, which includes training and consulting to improve quality of life. The RM can provide an overview of the basis for implementing concrete software architectures. The proposed RM provides a standardized clarification for developers and service designers in the design and implementation process. The CHA RM provides a new approach to developing a digital healthcare model that includes integrated systems, subsystems, and components. New features for chatbots and feedback functions set the position of the conversational interface system to improve human health by integrating information, analytics, and decisions and feedback as an advisor on the CHA platform.

Due to the inferior condition of local library reference service, an air of indifference about users, and the increase in Internet resources, cooperative reference service in domestic libraries tend to be stagnant. The increase in Internet resources was reconsidered, aside from traditional library reference service, based on question and answer service. It shed new light on the importance of indirect service, which is focused on reliable knowledge base construction. This study analyzed cooperative reference service, which is managed by the Japanese Diet library that pursued indirect service contrary to ours. Based on that, it suggested a new takeoff possibility for Korean cooperative reference service.

The objective of this study is to provide the basic data for the elements and form of bibliographic reference for citing internet sources. The analysis study through various styles were conducted for the purpose. In this paper, documentation styles recommended by MLA APA, CBE and Chicago manual, IS0690-2, SIST-02 are introduced. And, elements and forms of documentation styles for documenting information are carefully analyzed. Also, examples of reference for documenting internet resources were followed.

Barrage language is a new media language based on Internet video. It is a representative expression of the Internet environment regardless of its format and content. As a unique movie viewing characteristic provided by the barrage function, the timeliness of feedback, entertainment, and interactivity of the content are excellent. Characteristic. Barrage language itself is closely related not only to the value of linguistic research, but also to the spread of the Internet in the Internet environment. Based on the current situation of Chinese video sites, this thesis explores how Barrage is an organic cycle of culture and consumption in a specific platform and group, and analyzes its propagation methods and effects.
