With the development of online shopping and the rapid growth of IT technology, among various forms of online shopping the intense competition also more deepen. So in online shopping and offline shopping can get differentiation characteristics of competitiveness, so our marketing target is the couples and planning to couples' activity is necessary. In this research, it is planning and implement an web site to design and implement sales strategies for the young people. For this, we analysis based on the existing commercial site's event planning of couples, design and suggest strategy for increasing sales, construct a web site with couples' birthday marketing strategy and various commemorative activities and customer visit web sites with activities more prominent as the goal, and with marketing planning and information configuration as the centre. This is expected to be through to increase effect of the part of the object by customer group activities to improve sales.

In the advanced information age, learning is an activity in which learners access information resources through computers and Internet to acquire and evaluate information on their own. The emergence of an online learning platform based on the fourth industrial revolution technology is developing into an environment in which elementary and secondary learners learn and study based on constructivism learning theory. In the online learning environment, the researches on the information retrieval ability of the elementary and secondary learners and the self-directed learning ability were found to be highly related. However, it is necessary to analyze the relation between information retrieval ability and self-directed learning ability through a cross-sectional study that is limited to specific curriculum and contents and expands the longitudinal research. In this study, the panel data of the Seoul Education Longitudinal Study collected over 8 years are used to find the difference in self-directed learning ability according to the longitudinal pattern of information retrieval ability and frequency.

This research has been conducted to investigate the satisfaction level of the learners on after school caring education and the mechanism to improve the drawbacks. In doing so, questionnaire has been carried out on the learners who have finished after school caring education. The results indicates that satisfaction level have been the highest in those who are not married(SD=27.18), has graduated high school(SD=25.55), earn between 2mil and 3mil Won a month(SD=27,42), participate in the program through internet(SD=25.91) respectively. In addition, there have not been significant differences in the level of satisfaction according to motivating factors including benefits for obtaining certificate(SD=27.12), benefits for finding job(SD=26.76), benefit for leisure activity(SD=26.20) and benefit for promotion(SD=24,32). These results imply that there needs to be educational facility and program which can satisfy the learners.

Sharing economy which is sharing and borrowing goods, space, and services as a social and economic activity based on the Internet and smart phones is a new research topic in convergence area. The most representative areas of shared economy are space sharing and vehicle sharing. This paper aims to explore the factors affecting sharing intention of vehicle. We have identified the independent variables which include economic benefit, social benefit, social influence, psychological benefit and perceived risk. We also have done how these variables affect on sharing intention. Unlike Korea, in China vehicle sharing is legally allowed and has a large scale economy. To prove the hypothesis, we performed questionnaire investigation in China and analyzed with SPSS program. The result of hypothesis is the followings: The economic benefit, psychological benefit, social influence and perceived risk are affects sharing intention, and social benefit is not affect sharing intention and sharing intention is affect sharing behavior.

Rapid growth in mobile communication and the proliferation of smart devices have drawn significant utilization of machine generated data. Behavior tracking technology now are utilized in the various fields based on extracting data using the sensor and device. We deploy IoT based behavioral intervention system in Suwon mental health center to improve the effectiveness of non-medicine care for senior people. Using smart activity trackers and BLE scanner devices, we proposed a location-based behavioral intervention system and verify the integrity of the harvested data.

The convenience and flexibility due to the spread of Internet allowed consumers to easily participate in marketing activity. Consumers want to participate in designing, manufacturing, delivering of products and service by expressing their opinions to the companies because they want to buy customized goods where their requirements are incorporated. We can expect that, through this interactive process of customization between consumers and companies, strong relationship quality may be built as a result of the interaction. The main purpose of this study is to examine the influence of consumer perception of customization on relationship quality in the e-business context. To accomplish this purpose, I reviewed the concept of customization, identified the perceptive factors of customization in e-business context (i.e., perception of participation level, assessment of flexibility), and examined the type of customization. Whether customization type generates varying degrees of perception of customization and relationship quality is revealed. As a result, collaborative product/service customization generated the highest relationship quality. Assembled product customization that was built based only on predicted consumer needs without any interaction between consumer and company showed a low level of relationship quality. And this type had no significant difference from standardized products. In short, there is a strong need for e-business companies to interact with consumers to improve relationship quality.

A real-time surveillance system of the inshore fishing ground was constructed to identify and detect discrete targets, such as illegal fishing vessels. This paper describes measurements made with a combination of sensors, such as radar, CCTV camera, and GPS receivers, for monitoring the fishing activity of small vessels within the fishing limit zones of the inshore waters. The CCTV camera system was used to confirm detection and to classify the type of target. The location of legal vessels distributed in coastal waters was acquired from each GPS system of ships connected to commercial satellite communication network. The surveillance system was networked via LAN to one host PC with the use of electronic navigational charts (ENC) and a radar link. Radar Target Extractor (RTX) for radar signal processing can be remotely accessed and controlled on existing PC via the internet, from anywhere, at any time. Results are presented that demonstrate the effectiveness of the newly constructed fisheries monitoring system for conducting continuous surveillance of illegal fishing vessels in the inshore fishing ground. The identification of illegal fishing vessels was achieved by comparing radar positions of illegal fishing vessels exceeding the warning limits in the surveillance area with GPS position reports transmitted from legal fishing vessels, and the illegal fishing vessels were marked with red symbols on the ENC screen of a PC. The methods to track the activities of all vessels intruding or leaving the fishing limit zones also were discussed.

An ubiquitous healthcare system for the home care of elderly persons was designed and implemented using wireless sensor network technology. The wireless technology for home-care purpose gives new possibilities for monitoring of vital parameter with wearable biomedical sensors, and will give the patient the freedom to be mobile and still be under continuously monitoring and thereby to better quality of patient care. Emphasis is placed on recent advances in wireless ECG system for cardiac event monitoring with particular attention to arrhythmia detection in patient. This paper presents a diagnostic system for cardiac arrhythmias from ECG data, using wireless sensor technology. The system also provides an application for recording activities, events and potentially important medical symptoms. The hardware allows data to be transmitted wirelessly from on-body sensor to the base station and then to PC/PDA. Data is also transmitted to a back-end server for analysis using wireless internet connection. Experiments were conducted using the system for activity monitoring, exercise monitoring and medical screening tests and present preliminary data and results.

With the recent drastic development of Internet technology, electronic prescription and prescription EDI system is used for the hospital and doctor's office and the medical business area is rapidly developed and considered as the one making a very great profit. The system to reduce inconvenience caused by the result of separation of medicine activity from drug one such as receiving prescription from hospital, providing it and waiting long at drug store is studied and the service quality for patient is improved by processing prescription per patient into database. In this thesis, the first achievement is that the standard format of prescription is designed, the second one is that the standard format of prescription is developed based on XML for user to issue prescription without setting up the separate environment and considering type of operating system and the last one is the database search result based on XML is implemented to help user to manage interface and maintenance easily.
