In this paper, we propose the AI certification standardization activities for systematic research and planning for the standardization of trustworthy artificial intelligence (AI). The activities will be in two-fold. In the stage 1, we investigate the scope and possibility of standardization through AI reliability technology research targeting international standards organizations. And we establish the AI reliability technology standard and AI reliability verification for the feasibility of the AI reliability technology/certification standards. In the stage 2, based on the standard technical specifications established in the previous stage, we establish AI reliability certification program for verification of products, systems and services. Along with the establishment of the AI reliability certification system, a global InterOp (Interoperability test) event, an AI reliability certification international standard meetings and seminars are to be held for the spread of AI reliability certification. Finally, TAIPP (Trustworthy AI Partnership Project) will be established through the participation of relevant standards organizations and industries to overall maintain and develop standards and certification programs to ensure the governance of AI reliability certification standards.

Purpose: The Korean government has implemented a Barrier Free Certification System since 2008 to create a secure and convenient environment for the socially disadvantaged. The drastic increase in the number of BF-certification facilities is expected due to the revision of the system and increasing the number of certification institutions. An analysis of individual evaluation items needs to be made for the BF-Certification with public confidence. Method: Korean standard, International Standard(ISO/FDIS 21542, 2011), German Standard(DIN 18040-1, 2010), Austrian Standard(${\ddot{O}}NORM$ B 1600, 2017) and Swiss Standard(Norm SIA 500 / SN 521 500, 2009) were investigated and analyzed. A comprehensive improvement plan is proposed by comparing details of the aforementioned standards and the evaluation items of BF-Certification. Results: Many problems arise in applying existing Barrier-free standards due to changes in population structure, environmental change and the use of powered wheelchairs. International standards are being improved to solve these problems. The korean standards also require improving of the Barrier Free Law and Certification System, which reflect these trends. In korean cases, standards such as the size of the doors (width and height), the Unobstructed Manoeuvring Space and Clear Space at the Latch side of the Door are required to improve standards in accordance with international standards. In addition, the expression of laws and evaluation items of BF-Certification should be clearly defined. And the application of visual contrast standards for the enhancement of perceptions presented in international standards should be considered. Implication: Barrier Free related legal standards and evaluation items of BF-Certification that are used in Korea are required to be revised in consideration of social and environmental changes. Comprehensive improvements should be made through detailed review.

Purpose: The ramp is an important facility for the barrier free access and vertical circulation of users of various buildings, including users of walker, wheelchair users, stroller users, and baggage carriers. The installation standards for ramps in Korea have various problems during construction and BF certification. It is necessary to improve the criteria for ensuring practical mobility and safety. Method: Korean standard, International Standard(ISO 21542, 2011), German Standard(DIN 18040-1, 2010), Austrian Standard(OENORM B 1600, 2017), Swiss Standard(Norm SIA 500, 2009), Canadian Standard(Building Standards Guide, 2017), American Standard(ADA Standards, 2010) were investigated and analyzed. A comprehensive improvement of the ramp installation standards is proposed. Results: The ramp is a necessary facility for the barrier free access and vertical circulation of the disabled. It shall be installed with comprehensive consideration of the appropriate slope of the ramp, the distance of the continuous slope, the handle and upstand for pedestrian safety. In order to improve convenience, setting the proper slope and limiting the length of the slope are very important, and improvements are required to the levels presented by international and foreign standards. The unclear standards of Korean law and BF certification standards should be clearly improved so as not to be misinterpreted in construction and Barrier Free Certification. Implication: International and foreign standards should be reviewed to ensure practical mobility and safety. And comprehensive improvement measures should be presented through continuous research.

In relation to a certification system recently, it is coming out complains about make a rule of thumb certification, problems of after-service and duplication with government certifications. Also there is confusion in operating certification system to lack of properly rule to international standard. These impose a heavy burden on company in terms of times and costs and enhance competitiveness. Nevertheless, the survey was not built yet for the status and problems of the cooperation group standards certification System. So, this study purposes that research on the actual condition and development of operational guide for cooperation group standards certification system. In addition it ultimately improve the certification system for reliability and international competitive power. For more detail on this study, it would be considered conformity assessment, domestic/international conformity assessment and certification criteria. Also comparing survey result on the actual condition with international standards, develop operational guidelines to meet international standards.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to introduce the development trend of international standard in the innovative management system and propose the application method of the standard for SME certification system. Methods: This study is based on literature studies and case studies considering the initial stage of development of standards as well as lack of domestic and international research examples. In the literature review, we focused on the characteristics of the innovation management system standards at the national, regional and global level. We examined case studies of Spain and Portugal as case studies. Besides, the evaluation items and certification status of domestic innovative SMEs certification were also searched to find out how to introduce them in Korea. Results: The results of this study can be summarized in three major points. First, new international standards of innovation management are being developed under the ISO management system standard and are currently in the DIS stage. Second, in the case of Spain adopting the national innovation management system standard, it has been reported that the innovation management system standard has a significant effect on the innovation ability and management performance. Third, it was not easy to establish a standardized innovation process between the innovation based on creativity and the standardized based product. The Oslo manual was not enough to provide enough guidance in this area. Conclusion: Companies that want to strengthen their organizational innovation capabilities from a management system point of view and Policymakers that want to plan the upgrading and integrated certification operating system of the domestic innovation SME certification need to consider the ISO 50500 series as a global level standard other than the Oslo manual.

국제표준인증은 제품 및 서비스를 공급하는 공급자의 국제표준인증 기준에 만족하는 정도를 평가하여 공급자의 품질보증능력과 신뢰성을 인정함으로써 다양한 분야에서 발생 가능한 국제무역규제를 해소하고 글로벌 파트너십의 네트워크 강화에 중요한 기여를 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국제표준인증을 획득한 우리나라 수출입 제조기업 153개 기업을 대상으로 설문을 수거하여 연구를 진행하였고, 연구방법은 구조방정식모형(Structural equation model)으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 가설검증 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 글로벌 무역공급망 통합에 있어서 국제표준인증 요인 중 자원관리 요인이 CRM만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 국제표준인증 요인 중 측정, 분석 및 개선 요인이 CRM만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, CRM만족도는 기업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 우리나라 수출입 기업들은 글로벌 무역공급망관리에서 글로벌 비즈니스 파트너십의 국제표준인증 획득 여부는 기업의 사업성과를 향상시키는데 있어서 중요한 요인으로 작용한다는 연구결과가 도출되었다.

The inclusion of software and wireless communication devices in vehicles has raised concerns regarding automobile security. In its response, UNECE WP.29 implemented the first-ever international standard for automotive cyber security in June 2020. Yet, the existing disparity between national standards for automotive certification systems and 「UN Regulation No. 155」 has caused confusion among auto makers. This discrepancy not only jeopardizes the security of domestic vehicles but also poses challenges to the seamless import and export of automobiles. Hence, there is a need to enhance the automotive cyber security certification system; however, there is a dearth of scholarly discourse on this topic. Consequently, this study presents a proposal for enhancing the domestic automotive cyber security certification system. In view of this, existing legal frameworks such as the 「Motor Vehicle Management Act」 and the 「Self-Driving Vehicle Act」 were reviewed, along with domestic and international automotive certification systems. The recommendations for improvement, derived from the findings, encompass institutional, legal, and operational aspects. This study is highly significant as it examines both domestic and international automotive certification systems in an area where there is a lack of academic discussion.

서비스 관점에서 국제표준기구가 요구하는 수준의 인증 서비스를 SW 개발과정에 도입하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 그 이유는 우리 산업에서 ICT가 차지하는 비중이 매우 높을 뿐만 아니라, ICT 관련 SW에 대한 국제적인 수준의 인증은 필수적이기 때문이다. 그리고 이를 위해서 ADONIS와 같은 과학적이며 체계적인 도구를 기반으로 한 인증 서비스가 절대적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시대적, 사회적 요구에 부응할 수 있는 하나의 새로운 방법 체계를 제시하였다. 이 체계는 우리 산업에 국제적인 수준에서 요구되는 SW의 안전성에 대한 인증 서비스를 제공하였고, 이러한 서비스는 다른 영역에도 적용될 수 있다. 이러한 체계를 설명하기 위해 EU우주항공국의 표준안 중 ECSS-E-40의 인증을 위한 서비스의 설계와 이에 대한 보증이 어떻게 이루어지는지 서비스 공학 측면에서 살펴보고, ADONIS를 통해서 보여주고자 한다. 본 논문은 E-40 표준안의 항목 중 SW의 명세와 검증에 관해 집중하며, 검증의 대상은 안전성(Safety)을 우선으로 한다.

Today, the market and customer requirements for safety-related products in the Railway industry are continuously increasing, and companies that supply these products continue to make related efforts. However, the international standard requirements for making safety-related products are high, so small and medium-sized business companies are having difficulty developing them due to problems in time and cost to achieve them. This study examined government-centered international certificate policies and cases and suggested improvement measures based on the research results. In addition to supporting international certification costs, the government needs to expand technical consulting and expert training for them to solve problems in obtaining an international certificate.

Nowadays, the demand of civil application of an UAV has been being increased all over the world. And many projects are going on to develop a new regulatory system for an UAV to access a national airspace. Especially, to fly UAV over the non-restricted airspace as a standard airworthiness standard, many authority funded research institutes and associations are studying regulatory environment. For the UAV to access civil airspace, the certification system of the aviation regulation have to allow this. FAA of US, CASA of Australia and European authorities are now issuing an experimental airworthiness certificate to a civil UAV. This is the first step of issuing a standard airworthiness certificate. And many people believe that civil UAV can fly over a NAS if some technical issues are resolved. In this study, I would like to present an international trends of a civil UAV regulation system, reliability trend of unmanned aerial system and would like to bring up a our regulatory environment and suggest an UAV regulatory policy.
