From the past until now, political and economic relations among countries have been one of the most important issues among analysts and numerous studies have tried to analyze these relations from different theoretical perspectives. The dynamic system of games has introduced a new modeling method in the game theory. In this study, we use behavioral models (level- k) along with the dynamic system in games to model rational agent behavior. As an application, we study Russia- Norway economic and political relations (1970-2019). The dynamic system in games along with behavioral games theory can be used to predict the players behavior in the future.

To narrow the educational gap and balance the development of education, the Chinese Ministry of Education and various regional education offices are actively promoting government-funded normal education policies. In this study, the background, purpose, and main contents of government-funded normal education policy were identified through a literature review. Furthermore we tried to make an in-depth understanding of the motivation behind government-funded normal students' admission. The results of the analysis were classified as "unexpected motivation" at the individual level, "interim motivation" at the home and school level, and "mirror motivation" at the national policy and social level. "Parents and teachers' opinions" topped the list, followed by securing teaching positions, double-sided dailies (excluding tuition and dormitory fees, paying living allowances), teacher dominance and social status. Parents and teachers had a strong involvement in the admission of government-funded students. Economic factors are relatively more influential than the ideal job as a teacher, and it seems contrary to the original intention of the policy. In response, efforts should be made such as regarding the guidance of state-funded education policies and vocational identity education.

The study considers trends and prospects for developing virtual (augmented) reality and civil transactions in relation to digital property. In jurisprudence, there is a need to determine the legal status of virtual and augmented reality to regulate legal relations in the digital environment. Legal relations using new digital technologies require the creation of new legislative approaches and rules of their legal regulation. The article dwells on the legal status of virtual (augmented) reality and determines the methods of regulating legal relations in the sphere of digital property. The study utilized methods for collecting single and multiple facts in order to identify the main trends in the civil circulation of digital assets, as well as private law methods. The methods of generalization, concreteness, induction and deduction reveal the legal nature and main features of virtual (augmented) reality and digital property. The paper highlights the specifics of virtual reality and civil transactions in relation to digital assets. The research has concluded that the sale, exchange and other actions with digital objects in virtual reality have distinctive features, while digital property has also unique characteristics since it is involved in civil circulation and legal relations.

With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, it is particularly important to strengthen the development of start-up innovation among Chinese university students, that is, public innovation is no longer a slogan.College student start-ups can promote the constant development of society, provide more jobs to society, diversify college students' experiences, and help college students gain experience.However, currently, there are problems such as an imbalance in economic and educational development in China, which affects the aggressiveness of college student start-ups. This study aims to contribute to the development of innovative start-ups in Chinese university students by analyzing the influencing factors of innovative start-ups for college students and presenting solutions.

This study tried to analyze the case of character education class using reading for pre-primary early childhood teachers. To this end, the criteria for character education were established based on literature research, and a list of books appropriate for it was selected, and then applied to practice. The goal of character education class using reading for pre-school teachers is to cultivate the character that an early childhood teacher should have and to develop the ability to apply character education program through reading to young children. This study selected books based on the contents of personality virtues after taking a course on the concept and theory of personality contents for college students who are taking the 'personality and emotional reading' course in their major. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it presents contents that can be practiced in connection with the family as a personality education program that can be applied not only to pre-primary teachers, but also to early childhood teachers and young children.

This study selected college students in Anhui Province as the research subjects and used a questionnaire survey method to understand the current implementation status of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education. The survey results indicate that college students have insufficient awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship; Poor integration of curriculum construction. This study analyzes the reasons for the problems from four aspects: the government, enterprises, and universities, as well as the subjective will of students. Based on qualitative and quantitative research, the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: firstly, strengthen top-level design; Secondly, promote the integration of curriculum construction; Thirdly, expand the teaching staff; Fourthly, a practical platform for school enterprise co creation; Fifth, cultivate students' innovative awareness and guide innovative practice.

This study reviews the current status of Korean first graders, their experience with early care and education (ECE) programs, and their participation in private and after-school education. The research also examines how school adjustment during the first grade is related to family income, types of ECE programs, and participation in private and after-school education. Using the first year data of the Korean Child and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS) 2010, this study analyzes 752 first graders who attended only one of two types of ECE programs (child care centers or kindergartens), after which two 25% income extremes were examined. The analysis demonstrates that children from low-income households attended child care centers more often, while children from high-income households attended kindergartens more often. For both low-income and high-income groups, child care centers had a lower starting age and longer attendance periods than did kindergartens. High-income household children started attending ECE programs earlier, experienced more private and after-school education, and received a larger number of private and after-school educational lessons. For the second research purpose, children from low-income families showed better peer relations in school adjustment, while children attending child care centers showed better teacher relations than children attending kindergartens. Children with after-school education also exhibited better peer relations. These findings show the importance of government support for early learning, especially for low-income families and offer a foundation for developing private education polices for early childhood before and after school entry.

College students' perception of social responsibility is directly related to the development of the country. With the development of society, the social responsibility of university students is becoming more important, so research on it is being actively conducted in China. In order to understand the current research status of social responsibility education for Chinese university students, this study analyzed the research trends of the top 22 language networks among the key words that appeared in related studies from January 2015 to December 2021. As a result, many key words such as college student social responsibility (563), social responsibility education (340 times), college students (191), social responsibility (197 times), and responsibility (133 times) appeared a lot. In the case of connection centrality, the connection centrality of social responsibility education, college student social responsibility, college students, and social responsibility was high. In the case of proximity centrality, the proximity centrality of college students' social responsibility, social responsibility education, college students, and social responsibility was high.

This paper mainly studies the national impression of college students on South Korea, selects students from some key universities as the target population, and conducts an in-depth investigation from the overall impression of South Korea, diplomatic image, food culture, language culture, tourism, entertainment circle and other aspects. Through a questionnaire survey of Chinese college students, this paper studies the image of South Korea in the eyes of contemporary Chinese college students, including the following aspects: First, Research the current Chinese college students' perception of the overall image of South Korea; Second, it studies the current Chinese college students' perception of the image of South Korea in the diplomatic, language, food, tourism and entertainment circles, and analyzes the internal dimensions of the image of South Korea in the minds of Chinese college students; Third, it studies the current Chinese college students' cognition of the overall image of South Koreans, and analyzes the internal dimensions of the image of South Koreans in the minds of Chinese college students; Fourth, to investigate the evaluation of Chinese college students on the image of South Korea. The survey results are analyzed from the perspectives of all subjects and gender differences, combined with the theories of communication and intercultural communication, and suggestions and prospects for the future development of the national image are made.
