  • J2ME service technology has advantage that can embody independent and, more soft system in DICOM 3.0 and medicine reflex administration server, client's OS that is medical treatment reflex standard in radio Internet. Also, intranet that do web basedspread, and develop by system that can alternate existent client-server structure rapidly. Specially, posibility of improvement is much because is connecting being limited in internet environment that medical equipment and information system of various kinds of machine are wire in medical institution and so on.   • Knit is classified into two such as basic texture and applied one according to knitting principle, and the basic texture of weft knitting consists of single knit. rib knit, purl knit and interlock knit. The basic texture of warp knitting consists of double knit texture, double code knit texture and double vandyke knit texture. Fourteen costumes were produced with eighteen (18) different types and twenty four (24) raw materials, and we were trying to show a wide range of costumes produced with knitting by making two different brands at random and making different designs depending on four seasons. Knitting technique is very important element in that it allows special surface effectiveness and decides the characteristic of knitting materials. Knit designer plays very important roles such as selection of raw thread, deciding knitting technique and type of knitting machine in designing the knit. Therefore, the knit designer requires the ability to utilize the function of knitting machine to the maximum, the effort to acquire the variety of knitting technique, develop the new knitting technique and for the improvement of knitting design.

Strut-tie model evaluation of behavior and strength of pre-tensioned concrete deep beams

  • To date, many studies have been conducted for the analysis and design of reinforced concrete members with disturbed regions. However, prestressed concrete deep beams have not been the subject of many investigations. This paper presents an evaluation of the behavior and strength of three pre-tensioned concrete deep beams failed by shear and bond slip of prestressing strands using a nonlinear strut-tie model approach. In this approach, effective prestressing forces represented by equivalent external loads are gradually introduced along strand's transfer length in the nearest strut-tie model joints, the friction at the interface of main diagonal shear cracks is modeled by the aggregate interlock struts along the direction of the cracks in strut-tie model, and an algorithm considering the effect of bond slip of prestressing strands in the strut-tie model analysis and design of pre-tensioned concrete members is implemented. Through the strut-tie model analysis of pre-tensioned concrete deep beams, the nonlinear strut-tie model approach proved to present effective solutions for predicting the essential aspects of the behavior and strength of pre-tensioned concrete deep beams. The nonlinear strut-tie model approach is capable of predicting the strength and failure modes of pre-tensioned concrete deep beams including the anchorage failure of prestressing strands and, accordingly, can be employed in the practical and precise design of pre-tensioned concrete deep beams.

Changes of Flame Retardant and Physical Properties of Cotton Knitted Fabrics after Flame Resistant Treatment (면편성물의 방염처리에 의한 방염성과 물성변화)

  • Effect of fixation methods and relaxation treatment on the flame retardant(FR) and physical properties of MDPP/HMM treated cotton weft-knitted fabrics were studied. Combination of four different fixation methods - relaxation, swelling agent treatment, pad dry cure fixation, and wet fixation - were applied to flame retardant finish of cotton weft-knitted fabric with MDPP/HMM. As the results, 1. Swelling agent and wet fixation method helps FR agent penetrate the fiber efficiently. Interlock showed relatively higher values of LOI than single jersey. 2. Interlock showed relatively higher values of bending rigidity(B), shear rigidity(G) and coefficient of friction(MIU) than those of single jersey before and after flame resistant treatment. 3. An increase in internal volume of cotton fiber by relaxation treatment increased the bending rigidity(B), shear rigidity(G) and compressional energy(WC). 4. The cotton weft-knitted fabric treated wet fixation, which crossliked FR agent efficiently, showed higher bending rigidity, shear rigidity(G) and lower compressional energy(WC). Retention of swelling ability of cotton weft-knitted fabrics treated with MDPP/HMM, which increased the internal volume of cotton weft-knitted fabric, showed lower bending rigidity.

A Three-Dimensional Material Nonlinear Analysis of Reinforced Concrete (철근콘크리트의 3차원 재료비선형해석)

  • Objection of this study is to present the three-dimensional material nonlinear analysis of reinforced concrete. A concrete is idealized with three-dimensional 16-node solid element including triaxial nonlinear stress-strain behavior, cracking, crushing and strain softening: a steel with three-dimensional 3 node truss element including elastic-plastic behavior with strain hardening. The cracked shear retention factor is introduced to estimate the effective shear modulus con sidering aggregate interlock after c:racking and a modified newton method is used to obtain a nu merical solution. Numerical results in a gauss point is displayed graphically. Numerical examples of Krahl's reinforced concrete beam and Hedgreds shell are selected to compare with the experimental and numerical results.

  • This paper describes electric shock accidents on a 4.16 kV class circuit breaker for power plant. Electric shock accidents mostly involve damage of human life, in comparison with electrical fire, rate of human death tend to be higher in electric shock accidents. Specially, in a high voltage facilities rate of human death comprised about 43.7% by electric shock accidents. If electric shock accidents happen in a 4.16 kV class circuit breaker for power plant, then the power plant discontinue power production. Electric shock accidents in a power plant have a great ripple effect such as an electric power shortage. In this paper, we analyzed electric shock accidents on a 4.16 kV class circuit breaker for power plant. From the analysis results, we confirmed a cause of electric shock accidents on a 4.16 kV class circuit breaker, it happened by defect of interlock equipment or occurrence of breakdown between first feeder contactor and shielding plate. In order to reduce electric shock accidents on a 4.16 kV class circuit breaker, the power plant should consider improvement of interlock equipment and insulation of feeder contactor in circuit breaker.

  • Access-control of hazard zone in a steel manufacturing industry is studied in terms of safety management. Based on the results of risk evaluation for hazard zone, three risk zones with low, middle and high level are categorized. These zones have different color door and locking shape depending on their risk levels. At the high level, red door and key-based locking system are employed to accessed-controled path. Furthermore, tagout, lockout, interlock system for emergency stop, warning and flashing are also introduced. New standardized procedure of access-control for various hazard zones, which could help to greatly contribute to the prevention of accidents in advance, is proposed considering the risk level and the condition of given hazard zones. The standardized procedure of access-management suggested in this study will take an effective role as one of safety guide lines for hazardous workshop of manufacturing industries.

  • 4세대 방사광 가속기는 선형가속기와 언듈레이터를 활용하여 파장이 0.1 nm인 X선을 빔라인 사용자들에게 제공하는 것을 목표로 하여 2011년부터 건설되고 있다. 이 장치에서 진공시스템은 전자빔 발생장치인 RF Gun을 포함하는 입사장치(Injector)와 빔을 가속시키는 선형가속기(Linac) 그리고 결맞음 방사광을 발생시키는 언듈레이터로 나누어진다. 본 논문에서는 최종 수정 설계 후 제작 및 설치 중인 진공시스템의 건설 현황에 대하여 집중적으로 보고하고자 한다.

  • The finite element method is applied to analyze the complicated behavior of reinforced concrete beams. The nonlineartiy in concrete and reinforcement steel has been considered. The effects of bond-slip and aggregate interlock have been also taken into account. It is found that realistic analysis requires those major nonlinearities to be included in the analysis.

  • This paper proposes a code optimization algorithm for dealing with hazards which are occurred in pipelined architecture due to resource dependence between executed instructions. This algorithm solves timing hazard which results from resource conflict between concurrently executing instructions, and sequencing hazard due to the delay time for branch target decision by reconstructing of instruction sequence without pipeline interlock. The reconstructed codes can be generated efficiently by considering timing hazard and sequencing hazard simultaneously. And dynamic execution time of program is improved by considering structral hazard which can be existed when pipeline is controlled dynamically.
