This study is to suggest architectural types and identify design characteristics of traditional style public buildings of reinforced concrete structure. Because the types of such buildings are very diverse, proper classification criteria is essential for future design and evaluation. The demand for such buildings is increasing, however the quality of design is not quite satisfying, therefore it seems important to identify the present design condition, and being able to suggest desirable direction for better design. The research analyzed 44 examples of public buildings in Southern Jeolla Province, where there are large number of traditional style public buildings than anywhere else in korea. and tried to analyzed the Siteplan and Elevation, Elements and evaluated overall design level of the buildings. The study could be able to roughly identify the problems of existing design as well as the future possibility of design which could be improve in the future.

고도의 기술발전과 함께 한 다양한 형태 및 기능을 지닌 자동차 출현과 더불어 운전자의 감성을 고려한 자동차들이 등장하고 있다. 최근 이러한 변화는 외관의 형태를 우선으로 하는 익스테리어 뿐만 아니라 사용자의 사용성을 고려해야 하는 인테리어 부분에도 적용되고 있다. 그러나 감성을 고려한 자동차 인터페이스 디자인에 대한 연구가 그 기술발전 속도를 따라가지 못하고 있다는 반성의 소리와 함께, 쉽게 과거의 연구결과를 접어둔 채 새로운 기술에만 의존하려는 경향을 보이고 있는 것 또한 사실이다. 이에 인간-기계 시스템에 있어서 운전자의 감성을 고려한 자동차 인테리어 설계에 관한 연구가 다양한 각도로 시행되어야 하는 점과 사용자의 감성을 고려하여 설계된 인터페이스 디자인 검증에 대한 필요성이 인식되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 감성디자인 중 최근 주목 받고 있는 레트로 스타일을 적용한 자동차 인테리어의 인터페이스 디자인을 통하여 새로운 자동차의 인테리어 디자인의 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다.

Landscape Architecture is the everlasting theme while the architecture is the concretionary symbol. In other words, greening system is the only living infrastructure in city. Understanding the consumer changed life styles are integrated, mutual complement for user's worth and consciousness, the life of consumption, etc. Recently, Apartment Model House has built for distribute to Apartment house When they enter the units after 2 or 3 years. So, Interior designer make an inference from the changed life styles. But, We don't have enough information to trace the design trend about residential space design. Design database is correspond with interior space and structured entity relationship. There are three parts in this Database, Type, Elements and Relation information. Type are composed size, ages, style, and space, Elements are materials and space elements. Relation information are publishing, designer, exhibition, construction company, remodeling, Intoner design and User favorite styles are the development in web environment. This research supplies interior design information for Web environment and trend analysis supports collaboration with development of interior design information database.

The purpose of this study is to examine losely how the Rococo style, which reached its summit in the history of French furniture, was realized in its social background and mode of life. Based ion this examination , this study will explore desirable directions for developing our domestic furniture design. For this purpose , existing literature will be referred to and analyzed to arrange into a new system. Rococo furniture style was the product of joyous and aristocratic living . This was based upon the historical development of French interior design, established by the national mode of Versailles Palace. Hereafter, royal style came into fashion paralleled with the luxuries of the court. Pursuit of new , interesting or beyond-expectation fashions encouraged the creation of new and imaginative forms and designs . The elegnant taste of customers, the new techniques of furniture manufacturing , and the unique sales strategies of merchants were social phenomena which contributed to the development of Rococo furniture. Furthermore , Louis XV`s private and personal life led to society`s pursut of comfortable and convenient living . Under these circumstances, small and cozy rooms for various uses came into the interior. Accordingly, the scales of furniture became smaller and any types of furniture with their own uses and feminine nature were manufactured , especially by the bnistes. Rococo furniture with fmine beanty and refined line, beatifil proportion and elegant sculpture, and solidity and clarity in general , is not only furniture for the use of man, but also furniture in harmony with man. As we see the stages of development and the characteristics of Rococo furniture, development of Korean furniture is a common task which can be accomplished through the participation of the designer, manufacturer, seller and consumer. Based on this co-operation , the furniture industry must make an improvement in furmture design, lestablish a permanent store in which new works are displayed. publicize activities and sales, promote exhibitions and seminars, and encourage technical development through the government and other interested organizations.

The atmosphere of a caf is one of the most important elements for cafe interior design since it is linked directly with profit. As human sensibility ergonomics which is recently signified In various fields is an attempt to quantitatively analyze factors of human sensibility and apply it to design operation, it can be apt for analyzing caf atmosphere. Employing human sensibility ergonomics this study examined issues to be considered for preferred caf interior design. The outcome of this study indicated that the most significant caf design factors are "'style', 'artificiality' and 'enjoyment'. It also suggested a design guideline by evaluating features of each factor. Constructing a successful interior design can be achieved by applying this design guideline.

Modern interior design is expanding diversely, with the rapid development of technology and change of era. The basic of interior space that is rapidly changing consists of floor, wall and ceiling, and these are formed by materials, materials for structure or finishing materials. In the modern interior space, materials are utilized to present an atmosphere that meets the trend of the dissolution of post-modernism and the trend of minimalism. Accordingly, in this study, designers who take serious view on the relation of space and material, and the relation focusing on completed works, in modern interior design were investigated. The interrelation of the representation of each material, organic space, minimal space, and the space of Oriental fusion style were investigated through the works of modern interior designers, such as Karim Rashid and Ettore Sottsass.

Frank Lloyd Wright, a master of the 20th Century Ar-chitecture, contributed tremendously in creating a wholly new form of American architecture called Prairie Style. His idea behind the development of the building structur-al system, organic relationships between inner and outer space, horizontal vertical lines, and idea of extending and expanding interior spaces came from nature. He had completed over 390 projects throughout his life and 90% of those projects were residential design. The most typical characteristic shared by many of his residential design was that each design element, whether it is functional or aesthetical, has close relationship to or-ganic nature, human scale, theoretical floor plants, and maximum emphasis on horizontal lines in respect to na-ture. His concept of "flow of spaces" reformed common the-ory of room next to room in a enclosed space. His sense of "wall" was no longer the side of a box. Careful selec-tion of finishing materials, colors, and natural images en-hance the design as well. F.L. Wright was an artist, designer, and architect who believed the exterior space should have direct relationship to the interior space. His architectural philosophy was not only to design exterior of architecture but also to ful-fill his space through the careful development of interior elements such as furniture, and lighting fixture. Even the patterns for leaded glass windows were designed to have unified appearance from outside to inside of the house. The objective of this study was to analyze floor plans, spatial organizations, and interior design elements of the houses which represent the best of F.L. Wright's design principles and philosophy behind Prairie Style. The meth-od used to collect informations for this study was based on books, articles, journals, and actual site visits. actual site visits.

Nowadays the increasing improvement of quality of life have been required more diversified housing environment. And it also focused on concern about Korean traditional housing style, Hanok. There were several studies applied to traditional style design on Hanok. but few on Hanokstyle apartment. So the purpose of this study were to identify the consumer awareness on Hanok style apartment plan and its design details. The research were done by questionnaire methode. It were distributed to 130 city and rural residents. 109 questionnaires were analyzed by frequency, Percentage, $x^2$-test, F-test, ANOVA, t-test, and factor analysis. The major results were as follows. First, 70% of respondents revealed their intention to live in Hanokstyle housing if it has improved conveniency and lowered maintenance expenses. Second, they preferred under 5 story row house type or apartment type Hanok located in suburbs. Third, Hanokstyle apartment characteristics were expected to have visual openness, good view, traditional decor, functional, rhythmical and transitional space. And also they wanted traditional Madang(inner garden) and Maru(a wooden floor room) located next to living room.

This study aims at developing the interior design method of Guest Room Space in resort condominium. There needs new concepts in Guest Room Space in resort condominium where we felt sleeping, eating, in the past. And the behavior in the Guest Room Space in resort condominium become various such as refreshing, making a group, harmony a family and so on. Nowadays, The resort condominium change to complex style and it's space design reflecting user's needs. This study treats with the design item such as unit space plan, furniture, furnishing and equipment of Guest Room Space in resort condominium. As a result of this study, the interior design methods of Guest Room Space in resort condominium must reflect of fitting material, color plan, user's needs and functional divide space. (Living, Dinning, Kitchen, Toilet and Foyer) These result will become basic data future interior design in Guest Room Space in resort condominium.
