  • The objective of this study is to present a prototype of organic content, using 3 Screen as the basic concept, and to examine the possible applications of such models. Organic content is something with the characteristics of an organism, which adapts to each unit while maintaining connectivity without losing identity, according to the situation of the user and the characteristics of each unit, opposed to contents that exist without connectivity among units. To this end, I produced a prototype called "Fishing Phone," which crosses over TV, 모바일 and PC. In the Fishing Phone, the fish adapts to each unit as it interacts differently with users while maintaining its own identity. It is an organic content that travels freely through the 3Screen. Fishing Phone was created by using technology and products widely used and serviced today, such as WiFi, java networking, flash player 7, omnia2, and space censors. It demonstrates that organic content can transcend the limitations of space in existing contents, generating new value, realizing complex interaction, and ultimately providing advanced applications for marketing.

  • This is the time we need differentiated strategy due to consumer's standard of purchasing is becoming more complicated and corporate marketing war is intensely competitive. For a long-term strategy, making competitive corporate image is important because companies have their own competitiveness. In addition, importance of having a relationship with customer is magnified through consumers'direct and indirect experience. "The corporate complex cultural space is designed place for experiential marketing to convey its meaning to consumers." Under above concept, this study analyzed the theory of experiential marketing and conducted a survey which is based on experiential marketing strategic module (SEMs) using the analyzed theory. This study drew expression characteristics of space through case analysis and conducted a survey to have more effective corporate complex cultural space. As a result, the experience in the space enables people to understand of the space through five senses, not consist of simply chucks of sense-date, and this result emphasizes the importance of 'Event' because people tend to escape from restriction for reality to relive stress and have emotional satisfaction. In addition, it shows expression characteristics which provide sympathy as a flexible interaction through symbolical image. The result of the expression characteristics' survey is showed up to improve effect of corporate complex cultural space. This study is analyzing the corporate complex cultural space through experience marketing for the company which wants provide differentiated experience of various space expression methods and catching current position. Also, this study places its significance to give a way to increase space preference and effect of corporate complex cultural space. • Today\\`s wide variety of component-based development environments supports the component framework that can be used only for the specific type of components. And many researches have shown that it is necessary for the component-based development environment to support recursive component composition, various kinds of component composition patterns and the multi-tier component architecture for the real benefits of software component composition. In this paper we propose the component composition specification which can not only specify the interaction contracts between components but also supports recursive component composition, and we also propose the component composition model based on this component composition specification. The proposed component composition specification can express the contractual properties that existing component specification techniques cannot specify, and it can be also used to implement the component architectures with multi-tier concept and the tool for component composition through supporting the various kinds of component composition patterns.

  • Focusing effect of a metallic layer in a severe accident depending on the aspect ratios and cooling conditions of top plate and side wall was investigated. Experiments were carried out for Rayleigh numbers and aspect ratio in the range of $8.49{\times}10^7{\sim}5.43{\times}10^9$, 0.135~0.541 respectively. In order to achieve high Rayleigh numbers, the heat transfer experiments were replaced by mass transfer experiments based on the heat and mass transfer analogy. A sulfuric acid-copper sulfate ($H_2SO4-CuSO_4$) electroplating system was adopted as the mass transfer system. The experimental results agreed well with the Rayleigh-Benard natural convection correlations of Dropkin and Somerscales and Globe and Dropkin. When compared with the standard Rayleigh-Benard problem, the cooling by the side wall is even higher than the top. For a shorter height, the interaction between the heated and cooled plumes increases due to decrease of the height. Thus, the heat transfer increases.

  • Due to development of digital technology, a concept of stage design management is being changed. In addition, stage management technique is changing a viewpoint of the audience watching a stage through the convergence of analogue and digital technology. Three-dimensional media such as LED and hologram and works combining with previous stage performances are rising, and the audience's requirements about spectacles on the stage are increasingly higher. Interaction between a stage, audiences and actors is a communication tool by a work story and its direction. In other words, stage design should newly focus on not only concluded work story but also comprehensive delivery of direction and the expression and extreme delivery. Therefore, this study aims to examine how to combine analogue and digital direction elements in the stage design. To this end, this study looks into everything the audience feels through performances and analogue and digital elements directed for performances and then analyzes and arranges them to present a possibility of various types of work performances. Stage structure, set, and lighting that are analogue direction elements are the basis of stage performance. Analogue direction elements mean a media vehicle that can differentiate except for basic direction of each work. This study aims to analyze new performance culture when analog and digital direction elements are combined through stage performance and a possibility of new stage performance. In addition, through this it desired to seek for a development possibility of Korean leisure culture and art culture. As the work cases, this study shows 10 works through actual stage performances held in Korea and introduces elements directed in those works.

  • Microbial fuel cell (MFC) is a device to produce a electricity from the oxidation of organic materials using microorganism. Recently many researchers have been studying MFC which is focused as regeneration energy source. Previews studies have focused every each factor that influence the production of electric power. However they didn't study a lot about the correlation among the factors. In order to improve the MFC, we analysed the factors which influencing the generation of electric power of MFC. Also, we made a new compartment to verify the correlations among the factors efficiently. Based on the result obtained from the experiments in the laboratory, we analysed the factors and we suggested a new concept of waste water treatment system to produce electrical energy during the treatment of waste water.

  • As a result of the detailed site investigation performed for the design of a 4.3 km long tunnel, geological anomalies of four fault zones and a rock boundary were discovered on the tunnel route. Most of all, it was confirmed that pyrite, which may corrode steel material, is contained inside the geological anomalies, and pressured ground water flows out of the fault fractured zone. To overcome these geological conditions, antisulfur concrete for the concrete lining and anticorrosive swelling rock bolts are designed in the pyrite-containing sections. For the sections where a great amount of groundwater outflows, water blocking methods including grouting are applied according to the result of numerical analyses on the seepage. In addition, since the past earthquakes occurred around Korea have take place mainly near fault zones, seismic analyses were performed based on the Soil-Structure Interaction (SSI) concept and the strength of concrete tunnel lining is designed to be 27 MPa from 24 MPa in order to reinforce the tunnel structure.

  • There is a close interaction between the linguistic-syntactic representation system and the affective representation system that appear in the mathematical process. On the other hand, since the mathematical conceptual system is fundamentally metaphoric, the analysis of the mathematical concept structure through linguistic representation can help to identify the source of cognitive and affective obstacles that interfere with mathematics learning. In this study, we analyzed the problem-solving protocols of mathematical gifted children from the perspective of cognitive language and meta-affect to identify the relationship between the functional characteristics of the text and metaphor they use and the functional characteristics of meta-affect. As a result, the behavior of the cognitive and affective characteristics of mathematically gifted children differed according to the success of problem solving. In the case of unsuccessful problem-solving, the use of metaphor as an internal representation system was relatively more frequent than in the successful case. In addition, while the cognitive linguistic aspects of metaphors play an important role in problem-solving, meta-affective attributes are closely related to the external representation of metaphors.
