조직간 정보시스템에서 지각한 상호작용성이 조직애호도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of Perceived Interactivity with Inter-Organizational System on the Organization Loyalty)

  • The purpose of this research is on the identification of the effects of perceived interactivity formed by the electronic collaborative referral system on the organizational loyalty. Two channels through which the effects proceeded were investigated. One is the "system channel" which consists of "interactivity of the inter-organizational system ${\rightarrow}$ intention of using the system ${\rightarrow}$ organization loyalty" (hypothesis 1, 2), that is the channel which anticipates that a better understanding on the interactivity of the inter-organizational system makes the intention of the using the system strong, and this strong intention results the higher organization loyalty. The other is "organization channel" which consists of "interactivity of the inter-organizational system ${\rightarrow}$ perceived interactivity on the counterpart ${\rightarrow}$ perceived relation benefits with the counterpart ${\rightarrow}$ organization loyalty" (hypothesis 3, 4, 5). The channel means that as the perceived interactivity of users on the inter-organizational system becomes greater, the perceived interactivity with the counterpart is increasing. And this makes the users feel that more benefits can be obtained by the relationship with system providing organization, and finally makes the organization loyalty that is the intention to maintain the relationship greater. The corroborative evidence data confirm the two channels are obtained by questing on the electronic referral system of Samsung Medical Center to the doctors of the first and second collaborated hospitals or clinics, and by analyzing statistically. The verification result for the "system channel" showed that as the perception on the interactivity of inter-organizational system was increasing, the intention for consistent using increased(support hypothesis 1), and then the organization loyalty that is the relationship maintaining indication by using the referral system also increased(support hypothesis 2). And the confirmation result for the "organization channel" indicated that the perceptive interactivity on the counterpart increased as the understanding on the interactivity of inter-organizational system increased(support hypothesis 3), consecutively, with the intuitive relation benefits increase with the counterpart(support hypothesis 4) the organization loyalty means the intention to maintain the relationship was confirmed to increase(support hypothesis 5). These results demonstrate that when the perceived interactivity in using many systems at the collaboration between organizations is increasing, the positive image on the systems creates the consistent system using intention, and the positive image increases the wants for preserving the relationship with counter organization. In addition, the perceived interactivity of inter-organizational system users affects directly on the perceived interactivity of the counter organization, so the important role of inter-organizational system in promoting the interactivity between cooperative counterparts was recognized. And the perceived interactivity on the counter organization become greater, the influence on the perceived benefits from cooperation is positive. Therefore, the perceived interactivity by using inter-organizational system was confirmed as a prerequisite for the continuous relationship.

  • With the progress of IT, the strategic use of information systems (IS) has been applied to the inter-organization business areas, that is called Inter-organization Systems (IOS). Previous IT diffusion researches or IT adoption researches have been focused to newly emerged IT but confined into individual organization. However, IOS such as internet relates with between organizations. In this sense, this research has analysed the IT diffusion factors affected by IOS based on the previous studies of IT adoption. This study employed a research model using the factors of adopting IOS in organization, and conducted an empirical research with questionaries with top domestic 80 firms. And the finding is that the factors of the CIO support, business partners and an industry community have significance but other factors such as the size of firm, the degree of IS maturity, the degree of firm centrality, the complexity or suitability of IOS does not.

e-Marketplaces를 통한 물류서비스 성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of the Logistics Service through e-Marketplaces)

  • Although logistics service quality is considered an essential strategy for success and survival in today's internet environment, there are still a lot of question: what variables determine the extent of logistics service effect, how difficultly do the determinants affecting logistics service effect and how accomplish the decision making in the implementation of inter-organization information system. The purpose of this study is to examine a model to utilize the application and effect of logistics service through e-marketplaces. The results of empirical analysis are mentioned as follows; First, among the interorganization information system factors, four variables(top management support in organization characters, competitive degree in environment characters, relative advantage and information efficiency in innovation characters) have been shown to be primary determinant of the effect of logistics service quality. Second, the type of independent variable used results in a significant difference in the effect of logistics service quality. Third, Korean firms have to pursue the corporate strategy focused on logistics service quality.

  • Characteristics of the motivation and performance of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) adoption in university organization are explored through case studies in this study. Generally, the modules for production, sales, and logistics management in a manufacturing company are substituted with new modules for student support, lecture operations, and research management in ERP for university organization. The motivation of ERP adoption is closely related to the purpose of improvement of business process operations and information system control rather than the environmental factors such as inter-organizational competition or increase of market uncertainty, differentially from enterprises cases. In addition, the financial performance such as cost reduction, labor substitution, and increase of productivity is relatively lower evaluated than the performance on organizational aspects or information system control.

  • SCM system is required inter-industrial cooperation as well as inter-organizational cooperation. It means not only standardization of inter-organization but also standardization of inter-industry. SCM makes possible one circulation from fiber to retail industry in the respects of information and product flows. QR is the SCM of textile apparel industry, which satisfy customer need with least cost and maximum profit. Customer-oriented supply chain system focused on information sharing, cost reduction, inventory control, lead time reduction, quick response on customer demand. How we can measure the performance of successful SCM is issued on the approach of Balanced Scorecard which evaluates 4 perspectives such as customer perspective, internal business perspective, financial perspective, and innovation and learning perspective. This can project the blueprint of textile fashion business to right direction with vision.

웹 EDI 도입에 따른 기업의 운영성과에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Operational Benefit of Web-EDI)

  • Recently firms which have been using traditional VAN-EDI are adapting Web-EDI at very rapid pace. Based on the Internet, Web-EDI is easier to install, is cheaper and more accessible than VAN-EDI. Web-EDI establishes an electronic hierarchy as a type of Inter-Organization Information System. An electronic hierarchy connects two legally separate firms in an electronically mediated relationship. The primary reasons for establishing an electronic hierarchy is to improve the flow of materials and information between firms. This paper suggests two hypotheses that describe the possible impact of Web-EDI on firms in the Web-EDI network, and empirically tests them using data from a case study based on a discount store. The result is as follows. First, the more a firm utilizes information shared through Web-EDI, the higher the inventory turns. Second, a higher level of information sharing does not necessarily increase the inventory turns of Web-EDI adopters who are coerced to implement the electronic networks by the champion. These findings imply that the operational performance of Web-EDI adopters can be improved only when the firms intensively utilize the information shared through Web-EDI for their business processes.

  • The application of Internet-technologies to support inter-business transactions and relationships (also termed business-to-business, B2B, electronic commerce) has recently received tremendous attention. Recognizing the importance of the Internet as a powerful business tool, many companies including public organization such as KEPCO(Korea Electronic Power Corporation) have moved quickly to take advantage of electronic commerce. This study explores the impact of Internet-based technology on the procurement function, howe-procurement is helping organizations to enhance their competitiveness and the challenges to its adoption. The study also presents the findings from a survey conducted to gain insight into the adoption of e-procurement by KEPCO. Specifically, it seeks to uncover the prevalence of and extent to which public organization is adopting e-procurement, the benefits reaped and the barriers encountered in the course of implementation.

  • 본 논문은 액티브네트워크 상의 웹 캐싱을 위한 서비스 컴포지션에 관하여 언급하였다. 액티브네트워크에서는 사용자의 요구사항에 맞게 서비스들을 빠르게 재구성하기 위한 서비스 컴포지션에 대한 요구사항이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 요구사항을 지원하기 위해서 우리는 액티브 네트워크상에서 웹 캐싱을 위한 서비스 컴포지션의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 언급하였다.

  • Efficient use of scientific and technical information is indispensable for research and development. This study is aimed at new system design of Agricultural Information for RDA Library operation by an expeditious system for appropriate support of research activities through information service. Current Library management factors such as organization, budget, collections, staff. space, and information service was surveyed and user's requirements was also evaluated. In order of optimize the information system performance the new designed system was suggested as follows : 1) Existing dispersed library functions have to be unified as a whole 2) Library could be reorganize as a independent unit 3) Construction of inter-library network between libraries engaged in the same field highly recommand for the exchange of information.

  • 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 도입과 활용으로 클라우드 서비스를 제공하는 많은 업체가 생겨났다. 또한, 기존에 다양한 서비스 사업자들도 클라우드 형태의 서비스를 제공하기 위해 클라우드 환경으로 이동하여, 사용자들에게 클라우드를 이용한 다양한 형태의 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 이러한 클라우드 기반의 서비스를 이용하기 위하여 사용자 인증 및 인가, 관리기술은 중요한 문제로 대두하고 있다. 특히, 타 클라우드 간 IAM(Identity and Access Management) 기술을 이용하기 위해서는 인증 및 인가 기술이 새롭게 적용되어야 한다. 이 기술은 타 클라우드 사용자 간의 손쉬운 자료 공유와 정보전달 등에 꼭 필요하다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 사용자가 이미 가입한 기관의 인증 정보를 이용하여 타 클라우드 서비스를 이용하고자 한다. 한 기관의 클라우드 사용자가 타 기관의 클라우드 서버에 접근하여 자료를 획득하려고 할 때, 인증 정보 중 일부를 IAM 서버로 전달한다. 그 후 각 기관이 사전에 정해 놓은 Access Agreement를 이용하여 타 기관의 정보 접근 권한을 부여받는다. 사용자는 시스템을 통해 확인된 접근 권한을 토대로 타 기관의 정보에 접근할 수 있다. 이러한 방법을 이용하여 효율적이고 보안상 안전한 클라우드 간의 인증 시스템을 제안한다.
