보안성과 성능에 따른 침입탐지시스템의 품질평가 모델 (Quality Evaluation Model for Intrusion Detection System based on Security and Performance)

  • 침입탐지시스템은 컴퓨터 시스템 내 외부의 비정상적인 사용을 실시간으로 탐지하는 시스템으로 기업의 보안을 강화하고 불법적 의도를 사전에 감지하는 적극적인 보안 방안이다. 침입탐지시스템의 성능은 침입탐지시스템의 영역에 해당하는 정보수집, 침입분석, 침입대응, 침입탐지 결과 검토 및 보호, 대응행동, 손실방지 등에 관해 제 역할을 수행하고 있는가를 판단해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 침입탐지시스템의 요구사항과 소프트웨어 제품평가에 관한 ISO 국제표준을 근간으로 평가모델을 구성하였다.

  • The purpose of the study was to explore effective satisfaction factors for continuous partnerships between fashion companies and artists. A questionnaire was developed by the researchers and results were collected from a total of 273 people who were working for a fashion company or working as an artist. Data was analyzed by the use of a frequency test, a reliability test, an exploratory factor analysis and a structure equation model analysis using AMOS 18.0. The results of the study were as follow. First, profitability and adequacy had significant effects, but awareness had no effect on confidence concerning the partnership. Second, awareness and profitability showed significant effects, but adequacy showed no effect on the flow among those in the partnership. Third, confidence had a significant effect on flow. Fourth, among the partnership factors, confidence and flow had significant effects on partnership satisfaction. Fifth, flow showed a significant effect on the intent for a continuous partnership, but confidence showed no effect.

패션 소셜미디어 품질, 정보 이용행동, 구매의도 간 관계 연구 (The Relationship among Fashion Social Media, Information Usage Behavior, and Purchase Intention)

  • Purpose - This study aimed to identify the sub-dimensions of fashion social media quality (information quality, social quality, service quality, system quality) and investigate how they affect purchase intention through fashion information use behavior (information acceptance, information diffusion). Research design, data, and methodology - Data collection was carried out twice for systematic verification of the research model. In the first data collection, the reliability and validity of research variables were verified through 238 respondents and questionnaires were revised and supplemented based on their responses. In March 2018, the final survey was conducted from 755 respondents the age of 20 to 49. Using SPSS 23.0, descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis were performed. In order to test hypotheses, structural equational modeling technique was employed using AMOS 23.0. Results - First of all, fashion Social media quality consists of four factors including information quality, social quality, service quality and system quality. Second, fashion Social media information quality, social quality, and system quality were shown to have a positive(+) effect on information acceptance behavior, and social quality, service quality and system quality were shown to have a positive(+) effect on information diffusion behavior. It was also determined that the acceptance and diffusion behaviors of fashion information through fashion Social media had positive(+) influence on purchase intention. Conclusions - This study holds academic significance in its identification of the components of fashion Social media quality and for conducting an empirical analysis on the causal relationship between fashion information acceptance and diffusion behaviors, and purchase intention. The results of this study indicate that fashion involvement is the key factors in determining the quality of Social media, the acceptance of information through Social media, and, by extension, the purchase of fashion products. Practitioners in the fashion industry may use the findings of this study in order to build more effective Social media strategy.

모바일 앱 콘텐츠 특성이 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 카카오톡의 사용을 중심으로 (The Effect of Mobile App Contents Characteristics on the Continuous Use Intention: Focused on Using KakaoTalk )

  • 본 연구는 서울, 수도권 지역을 중심으로 카카오톡 앱 사용자를 대상으로 하였으며, 카카오톡의 콘텐츠를 통해서 지속적으로 앱을 사용하는 의도에 대한 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인들을 검증하는 연구이다. 여러 콘텐츠 특성 중에서 다섯가지 변수를 통해서 지속사용의도에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 변수부터 영향을 미치지 않은 변수를 검증하고자 하였다. 다섯 개의 가설을 검증한 결과 편리성, 유희성, 정보성, 지각된 유용성은 지속사용의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 친밀성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이로써 다수가 앱 콘텐츠를 사용한다는 것은 친밀감이 있어서 사용한다기 보다, 앱을 사용하는 것은 유용하고 정보성이 있기 때문이라고 사용하는 것이라 판단할 수 있다. 이와 같이 본 연구의 목적은 향후 모바일 앱 산업 전반 및 현업에서 모바일 앱 개발 시 콘텐츠의 기술 설계 측면에서 뿐만 아니라 서비스 기획단계에서 고려되어야 할 우선순위 도출에서 지속사용의도와 밀접한 영향관계 요소에 실증적 도움을 제공하고자 하는데 그 의의가 있다.

스마트폰 앱 선택요인과 구매요인의 차이에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Explorative Study on the Difference between Smartphone Application Selection Factors and Purchase Factors)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 어플리케이션 앱 선택과 구매에 대하여 사용자들이 인식하는 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 스마트폰 앱 사용이 많은 사용자 층을 대상으로 모바일 앱 다운로드 선택 요인을 조사하였다. 또한, 서로 다른 특성을 보이는 유희성 앱과 유용성 앱 등 유형별 앱 구매요인을 조사 분석하고 앱 선택 요인과 각각 비교, 분석하였다. 109개의 표본을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 앱 선택 요인과 구매요인간의 유의한 차이가 발견되었다. 선택시 구전, 유용성, 호환성, 기능, 편리성, 디자인, 경험 등이 영향을 미쳤다. 선택, 구매시 모두 과거의 앱 사용 경험이 강하게 영향을 미쳤으며 구매시에는 앱의 유형에 따라 구매 요인의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 유용성 앱의 경우, 유용성, 비용, 기능을 중요시하였으며 유희성 앱의 경우, 즐거움을 많이 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 사용자들의 스마트폰 앱 선택을 구매 결정으로 연계시키기 위한 주요 요인에 대한 이론적 실무적 이해를 높일 수 있으며, 앱 설계와 마케팅시에 영향 요인들을 반영하여 소비자들의 구매를 증진시켜 나갈 수 있으리라 기대된다.

UHDTV서비스 이용에 대한 구조 모형 분석: 상징성 조절효과 (Structural Model Analysis on UHDTV Service Usage: Control Effects of Symbolism)

  • 본 연구에서는 UHD방송 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 중심으로 구조모형 분석을 실시했다. UHDTV에 대한 인지된 품질, 개인의 혁신성향, 가격 민감도 등 독립변인이 인지된 유용성과 인지된 사용용이성에 미치는 영향, 나아가 이것들이 UHDTV 이용의사에 미치는 영향을 분석했다. 특히 신기술 채택이 갖는 상징성 요인에 주목해 이를 조절변인으로 사용했다. PLS로 분석한 연구결과, 인지된 품질의 영향력 계수가 다른 변인에 비해 크게 높았다. UHD콘텐츠 등 이용자가 기대하는 서비스 품질, 사용경험(UX)이 가장 중요한 요소임을 알 수 있다. 그러나 상징성과 인지된 품질이 결합된 조절효과는 인지된 유용성에 (-)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 이용자들이 UHD이용의 상징성을 중요하게 생각할수록 UHD품질과 유용성에 대한 평가가 부정적인 것을 알 수 있다. 2017년 5월 지상파 UHD본방송 시작과 함께, 무엇보다 이용자들이 원하는 양질의 콘텐츠 제작과 유통이 가장 큰 과제로 남는다.

의료서비스에서 물리적 환경, 공정성, 지각된 대기시간이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Physical Environment, Perceived Justice and Perceived Waiting-Time on Repurchase Intension)

  • 본 연구는 의료서비스이용자의 편의성을 증대시키기 위하여 의료서비스접점에서 물리적 환경과 공정성, 그리고 지각된 대기시간이 매개변수인 서비스품질평가와 부정적 감정을 통하여 재이용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 조사 분석하였다. 특히 의료서비스에서 물리적환경과 공정성이 부정적 감정에 어떠한 영향이 미치는지를 처음으로 확인하고자 시도하였다. 연구결과 의료서비스접점에서 첫째, 물리적환경요인은 서비스품질평가에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 부정적인 감정은 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공정성은 서비스품질평가나 부정적인 감정에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었으며, 셋째, 지각된 대기시간은 서비스품질을 낮추고 부정적 감정은 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 서비스품질은 재이용의도에 긍정적 영흥를 미치고 있으나, 부정적 감정은 재이용 의도에 영향을 미치지 않고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 의료서비스도 물리적환경의 중요성이 증가 하고, 대기시간의 단축노력이 필요하다. 또한 부정적 감정은 재이용의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나 의료서비스의 특수성에 따른 전환장벽이 해결될 경우 이탈가능성이 존재하고 있으므로 부정적 감정의 최소화를 위한 노력이 요구된다.

챗봇의 특성, 서비스가치, 고객만족 간 관계 연구 (The Relationship among Chatbot's Characteristics, Service Value, and Customer Satisfaction)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the chatbot's characteristics (ease of use, social presence, playfulness, usefulness) on service value, customer satisfaction and reuse intention when consumers purchased fashion products in the mobile shopping environments. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected from Korean consumers from ages 20 to 59 who have experienced using chatbot in a mobile shopping for fashion products. After a pilot survey to 53 customers, the preliminary questionnaire was revised for the final test, and the final questionnaire was administered to 1500 customers. Out of these, 300 were collected. After deleting 48 incomplete ones, 252 questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. Frequency analysis and exploratory factor analysis using SPSS 23.0 and confirmatory factor analysis and structure equation analysis using AMOS 18.0 were employed for data analyses. Results - First, four factors were extracted for the chatbot's characteristics: ease of use, social presence, playfulness and usefulness. Second, regarding the effect of chatbot's characteristics on service value when purchasing fashion products in the mobile shopping environment, ease of use, playfulness and usefulness of chatbot significantly affected service value. Social presence did not have significant effects on service value. Third, in terms of the effect of the chatbot's characteristics on customer satisfaction when purchasing fashion products in the mobile shopping environment, social presence, playfulness and usefulness of chatbot significantly had an effect on customer satisfaction. Ease of use did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Fourth, service value of chatbot when purchasing fashion products in mobile shopping environment was found to have an effect on customer satisfaction with chatbot. Fifth, service value of chatbot on reuse intention when purchasing fashion products in the mobile shopping environment was found to have an effect on reuse intention of chatbot. Sixth, customer satisfaction with chatbot had a significant impact on the reuse intention of the chatbot when purchasing fashion products in the mobile shopping environment. Conclusions - The present study provide dimensions on the chatbot's characteristics and these may provide helpful data for further studies in this area and for marketers as well.

집단간 지식공유의 영향요인에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on Factors Influencing Knowledge Sharing among Groups)

  • Knowledge sharing, as well as knowledge creation, is the basis for an organization to maintain its competitive advantage. Organizations trying to use knowledge resources for strategic purposes or pursuing knowledge management are now paying more attention to methods to facilitate knowledge sharing. This study aims to find out the answers to the questions below. (1) Which relational or structural factors influence the intentions to share knowledge among groups? (2) Does the intension to share knowledge among groups really influence the knowledge sharing behavior? (3) What are the roles of accessibility on the relationship between intention to share knowledge and behavior of knowledge sharing? (4) Does the behavior of knowledge sharing really improve the effectiveness of knowledge sharing among groups? Findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, the positive relations of the relational and structural factors with the intention to share knowledge among groups are found. However, crisis intensity was found to have no meaningful influence on the intention to share knowledge among groups. After all we could see through additional analysis that it is in curvilinear relation, not linear relation. Second, we examined relation of the intention to share knowledge with the behavior of knowledge sharing among groups. Multiple regression analysis showed that intention to share knowledge among groups had a statistically significant influence on the behavior of knowledge sharing among groups. Third, the moderating effect of accessibility on the relation between the intention to share knowledge and the behavior of knowledge sharing was found to be statistically significant. Fourth, the relation between behavior of knowledge sharing and the effectiveness among groups was found to be statistically significant, but in a negative direction. The findings imply that the quantity of knowledge sharing does not always lead to the effectiveness of knowledge sharing.

병원의 지식경영 도입방안에 관한 연구 -병원 지식경영 단계모델 구축- (A Study on the Implementation of Knowledge Management in Hospital)

  • In the meantime hospital system of Korea has institutionally performed its errand in stable circumstance, however the system now faces with new environment of change of customer's satisfaction, of regime, deepening of competition, and opening market. Under the rapidly and complicatedly changing circumstance, the hospital system is required to promote getting a dominant position in the competition, enhancing outcome, creating value added, and customer satisfaction in both internally and externally likewise other organizations, as they continuously introduce a knowledge management and originate, accumulate, and put the knowledge to practical use. This organization capacity of knowledge management involves a process of management that requires great change of all organizations and individuals and it is brought up through four steps which are Initiation, Propagation, Integration, and Networking. The main factors of successful knowledge management are intension of the chief executive officer(CEO), organizational culture, appraisal and compensation of work, knowledge controlling system, and organizational structure, and each of these five stage has got different characteristic. To be successful by introducing knowledge management, hospital organization should be based on these premises. Not only CEO or the director of a hospital, but also the constituent members should be fully aware of knowledge, the characteristic of knowledge management, and successful factors of this operation. Should understand step-by-step characteristic of knowledge management, therefore able to analyse a situation of specific hospital and see which step corresponds to that hospital. By analysing, constituents should make up for the weak points and ready to move on to next step. CEO or the director of a hospital should be aware of knowledge management as a strategic factor which is able to get a dominant position in the rapidly changing environment, and also it should be firm in the director's intention to introduce the knowledge management into the hospital. By continuously carrying out education and training constituent members, the director of a hospital should promote their interest and participation in knowledge management, and build an organization culture that ultimately creates, accumulates, shares, and put the knowledge to practical use. The hospital organization needs to systematize an institution of objective compensation that corresponds to objective appraisal of knowledge management outcome. The hospital ought to build knowledge controlling system in stages, in order to take the initiative in rapidly changing environment. By considering the characteristic of hospital system, it is required to change the organizational structure into self-managing team which is a sort of horizontal structure that allows members to make decisions and take the responsibility by themselves. The limitation of this study is experimental study. Positive investigation about successful factors of hospital knowledge management and characteristic of each steps is expected with following study.
