인공지능, 사물인터넷의 기술준비도가 의료인력 고용대체인지도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Technology Readiness Index of Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things on the Recognition of Substitute Employment of Medical Personnel)

  • Purpose: This study was to figure out relationships of perceived Technology Readiness Index(TRI), usefulness, acceptance intension, and the recognition of substitute employment of medical personnel on the artificial intelligence (AI) and internet of things (IoT) among main technologies. Methodology: To achieve the purpose, this study utilized structured survey tools to conduct a questionnaire survey of nursing, administrative and medical technology professionals at six university hospitals in Korea metropolitan area. A PLS(Partial Least Square) Path analysis was utilized To analyze the material. Findings: In the relation with the technology readiness and perceived usefulness, it had a positive influence to the perceived usefulness when the optimism and innovativeness were higher and the discomfort was lower. In the relation with the technology readiness and acceptance intension, it showed a positive influence when the innovativeness was higher and the discomfort was lower. In the relation with the perceived usefulness and acceptance intension, it had a positive influence to the acceptance intension when the perceived usefulness was higher. In the relation with the acceptance intension and the recognition of substitute employment, it showed a positive influence to the recognition of substitute employment when the acceptance intension was higher. Practical Implications: Judging based on the above study results and reference reviews, it confirmed that it is necessary to prepare in the level of hospital organization in the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution. They should increase the efficiency of human resources through the technological factors or changes of employment types for the additional demands of human resources to handle increasing medical demands or induce to secure necessary abilities which are changing at the right time by performing the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution related re-training continuously to develop the value of existing human resources.

페이스북 광고의 구성요인이 구전의도에 미치는 인과모형: 광고 적절성인식 매개효과 (A causal model of the influence of the constituents of Facebook advertisement on the WOM intension: Ad fitness mediation effect)

  • 본 연구는 페이스북 광고의 구성요인이 광고적절성 인식과 구전의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 부가적으로 광고 적절성 인식의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 이를 위해 페이스북 사용자를 대상으로 371개 자료를 수집하였다. 연구방법은 요인 분석과 공변량구조분석을 활용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 페이스북 광고의 광고흥미성 속성은 광고적절성 인식과 구전의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 페이스북 광고의 맞춤정보성 속성은 광고적절성 인식과 구전의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 주변인반응성 속성은 광고적절성 인식과 구전의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 페이스북 광고적절성 인식은 구전 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 광고흥미성과 맞춤정보성 및 주변인반응성 속성은 완전매개효과를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과는 소비자들에게 페이스북 광고로서 정체감이 있는 광고와 효과적인 광고를 제작할 때 고려해야할 속성이 무엇인가에 대한 자료를 제공할 것이다.

  • Big data is prominently used as a prediction method in achieving a goal, because it can analyze the regularities to predict future results from a vast amount of past data. Furthermore, big data has huge influence in very diverse academic fields. On such awareness, this study analyzed the regular effect of e-Commerce usefulness from the effects which expectations on big-data service affect the usage purpose of e-Commerce usefulness. This study categorized e-Commerce usefulness into quality recognition, service, and ease, and studied how each category works between the relationship of big-data service expectation and the use intention.

농가의 컨설팅 수용태도에 따른 특성 분석 (Analysis on Farm Consulting Reception With Socio-Economic Characteristics)

  • Various government-based consulting techniques are being adapted to increase competitive power and to achieve management innovation of Korean farms. These business consulting services are offered by free or paid consulting. This study focuses on what socio-economic characteristics are affecting farmers' intension of adapting consulting services, based on 169 surveyed data from Chunchungnam-do. Logit Model is used to identify the relationship between the probability of consulting intent and factors representing farm characteristics. The model was applied on each of free and paid consulting. According to the results, degree of consulting recognition, age, education, raised crop are significant factors affecting farmers' intension of adapting consulting service in the case of free consulting at 10% of significance level. In the case of paid consulting, level of farming, age, income, insufficiency of farming, and education were identified as significant factors. In terms of elasticity of each variable, most variables for free consulting service are inelastic to consulting intent, whereas age, level of farming, and education are elastic for paid consulting service. Overall results implies that more public relations are required to activate free consulting services for the farms with moderate level of farming. In the case of paid consulting, it is effective to adapt consulting services for younger farms with higher level of farming and education.

금연 성공률을 높이기 위한 전략

  • Although it has been well known that smokimg is one of the major cause of various disease and conditions, the smoking rate is still very high in Korea. A variety of smoking cessation program are provided by public organization and also by healthcare institutions. In this social enviroment, the smoker's intension and trial rates for smokimg cessation increasing, but it is also true that the succes rate is low about 30%. Therefore this study was conducted to suggest the strategies for providing the effective smoking cessation programs by exploring the factors related to recognition and behavioral intention or programs. To explain the health behavior for smoking and smoking cessation programs, the behavioral model was constructed. The model is composed of five-stages such as recognition of the program, past exprience, present smoking status, intention for smoking, and behavioral intention for cessation programs. It is results that there were very low recognition and and purchase rates for most of smoking cessation programs. Evidenced-based and effective smoking cessation progrms need to be encouraged to smokers by medical doctors, and the strategies of eucationm public realtions, and advertisement are recommended. In addition, cotinuing legal and systematic supports for smoking cessation would lower the smoking rate and ultimately ontribute to the nation;s health promotion, Recognitionm Behavioral Intention.

백화점 독점 수입브랜드 자산에 대한 소비자와 유통업자 간 평가 차이와 성과와의 관계 (The Relationship between Difference of Evaluation of the Brand Equity from Consumers and Retailers toward Exclusive Imported Brands at Department Stores and the Performance)

  • This study aimed to clarify the difference between consumers and hands-on staff in evaluation of the attributes importance of asset evaluation attributes and the relationship between difference from consumers and hands-on staff in evaluation of the attributes and the performance. Subjects for the quantitative research, quota sampling was adopted in the areas where the subject brands were in place, and 452 questionnaires (141 of hands-on staff, 311 of consumers) were analyzed. The results were as follows; 1. The factors that hands-on staff and consumers regarded as most important as to asset evaluation attributes of department store-exclusive importation brands included preference and product quality in the order, and then image, recognition, reliability, and country of origin in the case of hands-on staff, and reliability, image, recognition, and country of origin in the case of consumers in the order. 2. As a result of examining the effect of the difference between hands-on staff and consumers regarding exclusive importation brands(GAP, ZARA) of certain department stores on business achievement and consumer attitude, it turned out that the smaller the difference between the two groups with regard to evaluation, the higher the business achievement and consumer attitude.

A Multimodal Fusion Method Based on a Rotation Invariant Hierarchical Model for Finger-based Recognition

  • Multimodal biometric-based recognition has been an active topic because of its higher convenience in recent years. Due to high user convenience of finger, finger-based personal identification has been widely used in practice. Hence, taking Finger-Print (FP), Finger-Vein (FV) and Finger-Knuckle-Print (FKP) as the ingredients of characteristic, their feature representation were helpful for improving the universality and reliability in identification. To usefully fuse the multimodal finger-features together, a new robust representation algorithm was proposed based on hierarchical model. Firstly, to obtain more robust features, the feature maps were obtained by Gabor magnitude feature coding and then described by Local Binary Pattern (LBP). Secondly, the LGBP-based feature maps were processed hierarchically in bottom-up mode by variable rectangle and circle granules, respectively. Finally, the intension of each granule was represented by Local-invariant Gray Features (LGFs) and called Hierarchical Local-Gabor-based Gray Invariant Features (HLGGIFs). Experiment results revealed that the proposed algorithm is capable of improving rotation variation of finger-pose, and achieving lower Equal Error Rate (EER) in our homemade database.

공동 브랜드 전략을 위한 푸드 코트 이용고객의 선택속성 분석 (An Analysis on Choice Factors of Food Court Customers to Co-Branding Strategies)

  • Co-branding of food courts is turning into a trend with the activation of recent entrance of famous restaurants into shopping departments and other large-size buildings. This research analyzes the effects of co-brand food courts on the choices of dining enterprises by dealing with the customers of these newly activated food courts in shopping malls and large-size buildings. By analyzing the effects of the present status of customers' using food courts according to the characteristics of their choices of dining enterprises, food and brand elements were found to have an effect on the restaurant brand recognition of food courts, and price factor was found to have an effect on an visitors' recommendation intension. Therefore, customers who set importance on food and brand elements tend to take the brand of food courts into consideration as well; therefore, the maintenance of food quality and strengthening of brand image are mandatory in case of food court operation.

  • As life expectancy becomes longer, reduction of human muscular strength threatens quality of human life. Many robotic devices have thus been developed to support and help human daily life. This paper deals with a new type of in-wheel actuator that can be effectively used for the robotic devices. BLDC motor, drive board, brake, ARS (Attribute Reference System), and torque sensor are combined in the single actuator module. The torque sensor is used to recognize human intention and the in-wheel actuator drives walking aids in our system. Its feasibility was tested with the active walking aid device equipped with the in-wheel actuator. Based on it, we designed an admittance filter algorithm to react on uphill and downhill drive. By adjusting mass, damping, and spring parameters in accordance with the ARS output, it provided convenient drive to the old on uphill and downhill walks.

소프트웨어 개발인력의 직무만족이 조직몰입도와 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Software Developer's Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intension)

  • 최근 들어 소프트웨어 인력의 가치가 높아짐에 따라 현재 IT기업을 비롯한 많은 기업들은 소프트웨어 인력을 확보하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 중소기업의 비율이 월등히 높은 국내 소프트웨어 시장에서는 인력의 부족률과 높은 이직률은 해결이 되고 있지 않으며 그 중에서도 개발인력의 부족률과 이직률은 가장 높은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 소프트웨어 개발인력의 직무만족도가 조직몰입도와 이직의도에 영향을 미친다고 보고, 이직의도를 낮추기 위해 소프트웨어 개발인력의 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 바람직한 인력운영 및 업무환경 조성에 시사점을 제공하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 연구결과, 직무만족 영향요인 중 안정감, 자율성, 일-생활의 균형, 업무환경이 소프트웨어 개발인력의 직무만족에 영향을 준 것으로 검증이 되었다. 또한 소프트웨어 개발인력의 직무만족이 조직몰입도를 높이고 이직의도를 낮추는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 조직몰입도는 직무만족과 이직의도 사이를 부문매개효과를 갖는 것으로 확인되었다.
