차량용 블랙박스는 교통사고 예방 및 원인 규명을 위해 충분한 정보를 제공하고, 그 정보 데이터베이스는 개인의 사생활 침해를 최소화하는 범위에서 적절하게 공개되어 전 국민에게 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 차량용 블랙박스는 정부 기관이나 보험 업체뿐만 아니라 관련 업계 전체에 긍정적 파급 효과가 큰 지능형 요소 부품이다. 본 논문에서는 차량용 블랙박스의 도입이 추진되고 있는 현 상황에서 차량용 블랙박스의 기술적 내용과 국내외 기술 현황을 조사하고, 국내외에서 출원된 특허 분석을 통하여 차량용 블랙박스에 대한 특허 출원 현황 조사 결과와 핵심 특허 기술의 심층 분석 내용을 제시한다. 또한, 국내외에서 진행되고 있는 표준화/법제화 동향 등을 서술하고, 이에 대한 대응방안으로서 표준화 제정 및 블랙박스 제품기술 개발 방안들을 함께 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 개개인의 복합적 속성과 요구를 반영한 통합된 개인 맞춤형 서비스와 지능정보기술을 기반으로 의료서비스 접근성을 향상시킬 수 있는 개방형 서비스플랫폼의 구축방안에 대하여 설계하였다. 먼저, 데이터 수집 및 저장단계는 데이터 추출, 변환, 로딩을 반복하며 신속하고 정확하게 처리한다. ETL 모듈로부터 생성된 데이터는 분산 파일 시스템에 저장한다. 데이터 분석단계는 스토리지에 저장된 과거 의료 데이터들을 기반으로 기계학습과 데이터 마이닝 분야에서 사용되고 있는 분석 알고리즘을 적용하여 다양한 패턴들을 생성한다. 데이터 처리단계에서는 데이터를 신속히 처리해야 하므로 보통 작업을 병렬 및 분산 처리하여 성능을 향상시킨다. 데이터 제공방식은 디바이스별 운영하는 플랫폼에 독립적으로 동작해야 하며, 데이터 전송 시 네트워크 부하가 적고, 다양한 형태의 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 Open API 형태로 제공한다.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 네트워크와 함께 IT 및 ICT 융합 서비스 개발을 통하여 미래 신성장 동력을 발굴하기 위한 정부, 기업 및 학계에서의 관심이 높다. 본 논문에서는 2000년 중반 이후 ICT 융합 키워드에 대한 트렌드 분석을 통하여 일반인들의 이해와 관심도를 측정하고 효율적인 정책 추진 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위하여 융합의 개념과 발전 단계를 짚어보며, 한국정보통신기술협회에서 선정한 ICT융합 서비스들에 대한 검색어를 분석한다. 융합 서비스를 스마트 홈 워크 교통, Health ICT, RFID USN, M2M IoT, e-Navigation, 지능형 로봇으로 분류하여 키워드 트렌드를 분석한 결과, 시간의 흐름에 따라 관심도가 바뀐 서비스와 일정하게 유지되는 서비스들을 알 수 있으며 M2M IoT, 원격진료, 스마트워크, 지능형 로봇 등과 같이 최근에 검색 트렌드가 높은 서비스들과 가전 로봇, Health ICT, 스마트 교통 등과 같은 새로운 개념의 서비스들을 구분할 수 있다. 효율적인 ICT 융합 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 최신 정보기술의 개발, 표준화 문제, 법 제도 규정의 정비 및 정책 지원과 함께 수요자들의 원하는 맞춤형 ICT 융합 서비스 발굴이 요구된다.

최근 건설업체는 주택상품 기획시 홈네트워크를 차별화 요소로 사용하고 있으나 공급자로서의 역할만 하고 있을 뿐 앞으로 창출될 거대한 규모의 홈네트워크 시장에 대한 적절한 수익모델을 발견하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 관련업계에서는 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous)시대를 대비하여 국가성장동력으로 삼으려는 정부의 정책하에 관련 가전, 통신, 방송업계의 시장선점을 위한 각축이 진행중이다 한편 인구구조 및 라이프스타일의 변화 등으로 인해 디지털화된 주거환경에 대한 소비자의 요구도 높아지고 있다 그러나 현재 거주자들에게 제공되고 있는 대부분의 홈디지털 서비스는 정책적 뒷받침의 부족과 분양가상승 우려 등으로 초보적인 수준에 머물러 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 미래주거환경을 선도해야할 건설사들에게 고객특성별 수요분석을 통한 품목 개발과 적극적인 수용의지가 요구되고 있다.

Nevertherless, a structural depression with high expense of costs-low degree of efficiency and high price of commodities-low degree of growth during the last few years. And hotel companys were doing endeavor for conquer this depression with reshuffle of the personnal system and that systematizing an enterprise and production control. Hotel has more increase personnel expenses percents than increase sold price percents so that hotel reducing cook and as result, hotel has a problem from production selling of food service because that is insufficient of cook man power. On studying this research, an importancy of cusine department in inquire hotel and an efficiency man power control of cusine department influence on hotel marketing were made use of analysis for hotel kitchen management. The result of this study is like that. First, the quality of a hotel employee is directly related to that of hotel service, which is functioned as a principle factor on which success or failure of the hotel very largely depends. Second, fair evaluation of merits. Third, cognition for job as expert. Fourth, the roles and competences of the employees were affected much by the inner or outer environmental changes surrounding the hotel enterprises. Fifth, do not underestimate an intelligent ability and will power of employee, and hotel company have to manage that the employees consult themselves about their things of department and improve with the master sense for job. Sixth, pay increase and intensive system. This system can raise the will to achievement for employee's job, and company can get many benefits from government. Seventh, the employees should be encouraged to have memberships of academic organizations, to actively participate in academic meetings, workshops, conferences, and forums in the area of job performance.

정부는 정책적으로 ICT 기반 시설원예의 첨단화로 농작물의 생산성을 높이고 에너지 절감형 스마트 온실의 보급 확대를 계획하고자 한다. 그러나 농업 분야에 있어서 모니터링 및 제어의 다양성 및 연계성은 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 자동화된 시설원예를 활용하여 다양한 모니터링 및 제어를 위한 복합형 알고리즘을 활용한 농업생산 전주기적 과정의 지능적 시스템화를 위한 현장 중심형 사물인터넷 기반 스마트팜 융합 서비스 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 따라서, 농업분야 ICT 현장적용 관련 국내 외 연구 동향을 소개하고 이로부터 시설원예 분야에 접목 가능한 ICT 기반 미래 핵심기술을 분석 및 제시하고자 하였다.

관광과 정보통신기술(Tourism and Information Communication Technology: ICT)의 결합은 관광산업 전체에 있어서도 ICT의 획기적인 변화를 야기하고 있다. e-관광(eTourism), 가상 관광(Virtual Tourism), 스마트 관광(Smart Tourism) 등의 다양한 용어들이 지난 10여 년간 등장하였지만, 스마트폰의 등장으로 인한 관광에서의 새로운 패러다임은 관광산업과 학계를 통틀어 충분히 논의된바 없다. 관광에서 ICT의 역할에 대한 기존문헌을 살펴보면 사용자 관점에서 관광객의 행동, 커뮤니티, 멀티미디어와 웹, 지능형 시스템, 스마트 관광의 5가지 주요흐름이 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 스마트 관광의 개념을 기반으로 하여 스마트 관광 생태계에 대해 살펴보려고 한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 스마트 관광 생태계(Smart Tourism Ecosystems)는 관광객, 유통채널, 공급채널, 정보, 지자체 등의 이해관계자들이 가치를 창출하는 개념이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 "공유가치 창출(Creating Shared Value)"이라는 관점에서 스마트 관광 생태계를 조망하고자 한다.

최근 지능형 교육서비스로봇을 이용한 교육적 효과가 입증되면서, 유치원에 상용화가 시작되었으며, 2010년에는 초등학교 방과후 학교 영어수업을 위한 기술 개발과 필드 적용 연구가 진행되어 로봇보조학습, 즉 서비스로봇에 의한 r-Learning 패러다임의 본격적인 도래를 예고하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육용 로봇의 개념과 종류를 정의하고, 관련 연구 동향을 살펴보았다. 또한 서비스 로봇에 의한 로봇보조학습으로서의 r-Learning의 특성을 살펴보고, u-Learning과의 차별성을 분석하였다. 그리고 로봇보조학습의 콘텐츠와 서비스에 대해 정의하였으며, 로봇보조학습 서비스 모델과 서비스 현황을 살펴보고 관람 진화적인 측면을 비교하였다. 마지막으로 빠르게 성장하고 있는 로봇보조학습 서비스 시장을 위하여 교육 및 연구기관, 정부기관, 로봇산업체가 준비해야할 사항들을 제언하였다.

Due to the development of information technology, Convergence and Creative Economy became hot issues. For example, products become more intelligent and services are likely to be connected and integrated around core services or provided as bundle solution. Meanwhile products and services are integrated in the context of mutual supplementation, which leads to Servitization of Products and Productization of Services in many industries. Previous studies have addressed Convergence with different terms and definitions such as Convergent, Multicategory Multifunctional Product, Clouding Service, Bundle and so on from one perspective such as consumers, suppliers or technology according to a wide range of academic approaches. Thus, this study attempted to suggest the most typical convergence products released in the convergence environment and categorize those products. Furthermore, this study has pointed out the problems in the New Product Development Framework discussed in the studies on marketing by taking the situation of the public sector into account and then suggested "New Service Development Framework in the Public Sector" that are different from traditional e-Gov. approach basically and will enable the government to create public information service and provide them to enterprises or citizens. It also emphasized the importance of Business Conceptualization Stage in the framework; argued that there is a necessity of an integrative study from the perspective of technology on the basis of the approach from the perspective of marketing and Policy such as a study of consumer behaviors, design and marketing channel and Policy Integration for the development and dissipation; and furthermore suggested the cases-the development/Diffusion of Transportation Card Service in Seoul and CFC (Call for Collaboration) in Singapore-in order to verify the framework. There is a need to supplement New Service Development Framework so it is able to reflect the distinct characteristics of the public sector from the academic perspective and be used as practical guidelines for SI (System Integration) business to shift into IT Service business. Last but not the least, this study has suggested the limitations and the directions for the future studies.

Industrial Revolution is a concept and a development that has fundamentally changed our society and economy. Industry 4.0 focuses on the end-to-end digitization of all physical assets and integration into digital ecosystems with value chain partners. At present, we find ourselves at the beginning of this fourth stage, which is characterized by so-called "Cyber-Physical Systems". These systems are a consequence of the far-reaching integration of production, sustainability and customer-satisfaction forming the basis of intelligent network systems and processes. If South Korea ran toward global ICT with the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, North Korea has adhered to a unique Juche science and technology. ICT in South Korea and North Korea seems very difficult to find common interests. However, as seen in the Internet and intranets, information and communication technology can find similarities in many areas than in general science and technology. There are many differences not only in the level of ICT and science and technology but also in the direction. And IT terminology and all technologies are also different. What are we preparing for the unification of North and South Korea? If we look at the science and technology sector at present, there seems to be no systematic preparation by the government. South Korea and North Korea need to be prepared for science and technology cooperation. First, it is necessary to understand the exact situation of North Korea's science and technology. In this study, we will perform research to establish mid and long term plans for revitalization of ICT cooperation between the two Koreas. In this study, we will determine the extent to which the two Koreas utilize ICT based on available ICT capabilities and technologies. To do this, we conducted research to measure and evaluate the ICT development index of North Korea using ICT international index.
