Reliable Data Selection using Similarity Measure (유사측도를 이용한 신뢰성 있는 데이터의 추출)

  • For data analysis, fuzzy entropy is introduced as the measure of fuzziness, similarity measure is also constructed to represent similarity between data. Similarity measure between fuzzy membership functions is constructed through distance measure, and the proposed similarity measure are proved. Application of proposed similarity measure to the example of reliable data selection is also carried out. Application results are compared with the previous results that is obtained through fuzzy entropy and statistical knowledge.

Uncertain Rule-based Fuzzy Technique: Nonsingleton Fuzzy Logic System for Corrupted Time Series Analysis

  • In this paper, we present the modeling of time series data which are corrupted by noise via nonsingleton fuzzy logic system. Nonsingleton fuzzy logic system (NFLS) is useful in cases where the available data are corrupted by noise. NFLS is a fuzzy system whose inputs are modeled as fuzzy number. The abilities of NFLS to approximate arbitrary functions, and to effectively deal with noise and uncertainty, are used to analyze corrupted time series data. In the simulation results, we compare the results of the NFLS approach with the results of using only a traditional fuzzy logic system.

  • Since the organization of civil servants has been divided and stratified according to the characteristics of the bureaucracy, it is inevitable that the organization and personnel will increase when new tasks arise. Even in the process of informatization, only the processing method was brought online while leaving the existing business processing procedures as they were, so there was no reduction in manpower through informatization. In order to maintain or upgrade the current administrative services while reducing the number of civil servants, it is inevitable to use AI technology. By using data and AI to integrate the 'powers and responsibilities assigned to the officials in charge', manpower can be reduced, and the reduced costs can be reinvested in the collection, analysis, and utilization of on-site data to further promote intelligent informatization. In this study, as a way for the government's success in intelligent informatization innovation, we proposed a 'Civil Servants-AI Collaboration Platform'. This Platform based on the civil servant proposal system as a reward system and the characteristics of intelligent informatization that are different from the informatization. By establishing a 'Civil Servants-AI Collaboration Platform', the performance evaluation system of the short-term evaluation method by superiors can be improved to a data-driven always-on evaluation method, thereby alleviating the rigid hierarchy of government organizations. In addition, through the operation of Collaboration Platform, it will become common to define and solve problems using data and AI, and the intelligence informatization of government organizations will be activated.

  • The 4th Industrial Revolution, intelligent automobile application technology is evolving beyond the limit of the mobile device to a variety of application software and multi-media collective technology with big data-based AI(artificial intelligence) technology. with the recent commercialization of 5G mobile communication service, artificial intelligent automobile technology, which is a fusion of automobile and IT technology, is evolving into more intelligent automobile service technology, and each multimedia platform service and application developed in such distributed environment is being developed Accordingly, application software technology developed with a single system SoC of a portable terminal device through various service technologies is absolutely required. In this paper, smart device design for ontology design of intelligent automobile open platform enables to design intelligent automobile middleware software design technology such as Android based SVC Codec and real time video and graphics processing that is not expressed in single ASIC application software technology as SoC based application designWe have experimented in smart device environment through researches, and newly designed service functions of various terminal devices provided as open platforms and application solutions in SoC environment and applied standardized interface analysis technique and proved this experiment.

A Study on the Analysis of Spatial Characteristics with Respect to Regional Mobility Using Clustering Technique Based on Origin-Destination Mobility Data (기종점 모빌리티 데이터 기반 클러스터링 기법을 활용한 지역 모빌리티의 공간적 특성 분석 연구)

  • Mobility services need to change according to the regional characteristics of the target service area. Accordingly, analysis of mobility patterns and characteristics based on Origin-Destination (OD) data that reflect travel behaviors in the target service area is required. However, since conventional methods construct the OD data obtained from the administrative district-based zone system, it is hard to ensure spatial homogeneity. Hence, there are limitations in analyzing the inherent travel patterns of each mobility service, particularly for new mobility service like Demand Responsive Transit (DRT). Unlike the conventional approach, this study applies a data-driven clustering technique to conduct spatial analyses on OD travel patterns of regional mobility services based on reconstructed OD data derived from re-aggregation for original OD distributions. Based on the reconstructed OD data that contains information on the inherent feature vectors of the original OD data, the proposed method enables analysis of the spatial characteristics of regional mobility services, including public transit bus, taxi and DRT.

  • Errors included in Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) measurements degrade the performance of user position estimation but can be mitigated by spatial correlation properties. Augmentation systems providing correction data can be broadly categorized into State Space Representation (SSR) and Observation Space Representation (OSR) methods. The satellite-based cm-level augmentation service based on the SSR broadcasts correction data via satellite signals, unlike the traditional Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) and Network RTK methods, which use OSR. To provide a large amount of correction data via the limited bandwidth of the satellite communication, efficient message structure design considering service area, correction generation, and broadcast intervals is necessary. For systematic message design, it is necessary to analyze the influence of error components included in GNSS measurements. In this study, errors in satellite orbits, satellite clocks for GPS, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS satellite constellations ionospheric and tropospheric delays over one year were analyzed, and their spatial decorrelations and linear modeling characteristics were examined.

  • Neural oscillator is applied in oscillatory systems (Analysis of image information, Voice recognition. Etc...). If we apply established EBPA(Error back Propagation Algorithm) to oscillatory system, we are difficult to presume complicated input's patterns. Therefore, it requires more data at training, and approximation of convergent speed is difficult. In this paper, I studied the neural oscillator as synchronized states with appropriate phase relation between neurons and recognized the Korean alphabet using Neural Oscillator Phase model Synchronization.

Performace Improvement of Self-Validating Sensors Using Fuzzy Logic (퍼지 논리를 사용한 Self-Validating 센서의 성능 개선)

  • In case of sensor faults, they can be detected by examining the sensor output values and the typical values of the system. And then the types of the faults are recognized by the analysis of symptoms of faults. If necessary self-validating sensor values are synthesized according to the types of faults, and then they are used for the controller instead of the raw data. In this paper, fuzzy logic is introduced in SEVA sensors to improve the system performance. And then the method is applied to the control of a flexible link system with the sensor fault problems for exact positioning to show the applicability.
