Purpose: This study was performed to evaluate ethical ability among paramedic students by analyzing their moral intelligence and whistle-blowing intention. Methods: Data from 117 paramedic students were collected from September 7 - 14, 2015. The questionnaire measured the level of moral intelligence (7 components, 41 items) and whistle-blowing intention (8 items) of paramedic students. Results: The mean score of moral intelligence was 3.07 (${\pm}0.28$) and that of whistle-blowing intention was 3.13 (${\pm}0.42$). Moral intelligence and whistle-blowing intention showed a significantly positive correlation with each other (r = .328, p <.001). Conclusion: It is desirable to introduce moral education contents and methods for paramedic students in order to enhance their moral intelligence and whistle-blowing intention.

4차산업혁명 시대에서 공공도서관은 인공지능과 같은 외부 환경 변화에 능동적으로 대응하기 위하여 도서관 지능형서비스 추진 전략이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인공지능의 개념과 국내외 인공지능 관련 동향 및 정책, 사례 등의 분석 내용을 기반으로 도서관에서의 향후 인공지능 서비스 도입 및 발전 방향성에 대해 제안하였다. 현재 도서관에서는 딥러닝, 자연어처리 등 인공지능 기술 도입을 통해 자동으로 답변을 제공하는 참고정보서비스를 운영하며, 빅데이터 기반 AI 도서 추천 및 자동 도서 점검 시스템을 개발하여 업무 활용도를 높이고, 이용자 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 기업 및 산업 분야에서는 국내외를 막론하고, 사용자 개인 맞춤형 등을 기반으로 한 기술을 개발하여 서비스하고 있으며, 딥러닝을 사용하여 정보를 스스로 학습하여 최적의 결과를 제공하는 식의 형태로 개발하고 있다. 이에 따라 향후 도서관에서 인공지능을 활용하여, 이용자의 이용 기록을 기반으로 한 개인 맞춤형 도서 추천, 독서·문화 프로그램 추천, 도서 택배 서비스 시 자율주행 드론·자동차 등 운송수단을 통한 실시간 배송 서비스 도입 등 다양한 서비스 개발을 도모해야 한다.

본 연구는 요양병원 간호인력이 실무현장에서 겪는 폭력경험과 감성지능 정도가 간호서비스 질에 주는 영향을 분석한 서술적 연구이다. 연구 대상은 G도와 C도 지역의 9개 요양병원 간호인력 167명으로, 설문지를 통해 수집된 자료를 SPSS 23.0를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 폭력경험은 항목별로 일부 변동은 보였으나 언어적 폭력, 신체적 위협, 신체적 폭력의 순으로 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 폭력경험과 감성지능의 간호서비스 질에 대한 영향정도를 규명하기 위한 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 일반적 특성을 통제한 상태에서 폭력경험은 서비스 질에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였으나 감성지능은 간호서비스 질에 대해 유의한 영향력을 보였다. 본 연구 결과 비록 통상적으로는 폭력경험이 간호서비스 질을 위협하는 요인으로 간주되고 있으나 자신의 감성을 활용하고 조절할 수 있는 감성지능이 실제 더 중요한 서비스 질의 영향요인인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 감성지능은 교육과 훈련으로 향상될 수 있으므로 감성지능 향상을 위한 다양한 프로그램 개발 등의 방안 모색이 필요하다.

Recently, computational intelligence has received a lot of attention from researchers due to its potential applications to artificial intelligence. In computer science, computational intelligence refers to a machine's ability to learn how to compete various tasks, such as making observations or carrying out experiments. We adopted a computational intelligence solution to monitoring residual resources in cloud computing environments. The proposed residual resource monitoring scheme periodically monitors the cloud-based host machines, so that the post migration performance of a virtual machine is as consistent with the pre-migration performance as possible. To this end, we use a novel similarity measure to find the best target host to migrate a virtual machine to. The design of the proposed residual resource monitoring scheme helps maintain the quality of service and service level agreement during the migration. We carried out a number of experimental evaluations to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed residual resource monitoring scheme. Our results show that the proposed scheme intelligently measures the similarities between virtual machines in cloud computing environments without causing performance degradation, whilst preserving the quality of service and service level agreement.

본 논문에서는 예비 초등교사 13명과 현직 초등교사 9명을 대상으로 앱인벤터를 활용한 인공지능 교육을 실시하고 만족도 조사를 통해서 학생들의 배경 변인과의 관련성이 있는지, 그리고 두 그룹의 학생들 사이에 만족도의 차이가 있는지 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 현직 교사는 교육에 대한 흥미도, 난이도, 참여도를 묻는 문항에서 예비 교사보다 모두 만족도가 높았다. 또한, 교육이 인공지능의 학습 동기 부여에 도움을 주었는지, 향후 초등학교 수업에 적용해 볼 의향이 있는지를 조사하는 문항에서도 예비 교사보다 긍정적으로 나타났다. 예비교사는 대체적으로 현직 교사에 비해서는 부정적인 측면이 있으나 교육이 인공지능의 이해도 향상에 도움이 되었는지, 추가 교육에 참가할 의향이 있는지를 조사하는 문항에서는 현직 교사보다 긍정적으로 나타났다. 두 그룹 학생의 만족도에 의미 있는 차이가 있는지 Mann-Whitney Test로 분석한 결과 통계적인 유의미성은 없었다. 이는, 사전 조사 결과를 기반으로 유추하였을 때 두 그룹의 대다수 학생들이 이미 블록형 또는 텍스트형 프로그래밍 경험이 있었으므로 앱인벤터에 대한 특별한 거부감이나 어려움없이 교육을 따라올 수 있었고 이에 만족도가 두 그룹 사이에 유사한 수치로 높게 나타난 것으로 분석된다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 예비 및 현직 초등교사의 인공지능 교육을 위한 프로그램 개발 및 운영의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

기존의 온라인 상에서 제공되는 번역서비스의 경우 번역의 진행이 의뢰자와 번역참여자 외에 접근이 한정되어 폐쇄적으로 진행되며, 자동번역서비스의 경우 아직 번역문의 정확도와 완성도가 보장되지 않는 문제점을 안고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 의뢰자와 번역참여자 뿐만 아니라 불특정 다수의 참여자가 번역의 수정과 평가에 참여할 수 있도록 수익성 모델을 부여하여 결과적으로 집단지성을 갖게 되는 웹기반 번역서비스를 제안한다.

It is a wine recommendation application service designed for people who sometimes drink wine but lack information and have no place to recommend. This study is to develop UI display design method of wine recommendation service using chatbot. The research method was a case study on Korean wine market, a case study on artificial intelligence market, SWOT analysis of wine-related chatbots, and a competitor analysis of related industries. In addition, surveys and in-depth interviews examined the level of interest and understanding of chatbots, and what kind of chatbots they had encountered and what requirements and goals they faced. After grasping the needs and requirements of users, we created a service concept sheet according to them and produced an application UI design that users can use most easily. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it proposes a UI design that can search wine information more sophisticated and convenient than face-to-face communication through artificial intelligence service called chatbot and recommend wines that match the taste.

Guide robots that provide services in public places have recently emerged as a non-face-to-face solution with the spread of COVID-19 and are growing. However, most guide robots provide only the same level of intelligence and the same interaction in different and changing environments. Therefore, its usefulness is limited and customers' interest is quickly lost. To solve this problem, it is necessary to develop social intelligence that can improve the robot's environment and situational awareness performance, and to continuously maintain customer interest by providing personalized and situational services. In this study, we developed guide robot services based on social HRI components that provides multi-modal context-aware. We evaluated service usefulness by measuring user satisfaction and frequency of use of the service through the survey. We analyzed the service quality attributes to identify the differentiating factors of guide robot based on social HRI components.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to ascertain the effectiveness of job embeddedness and emotional intelligence on the performance of nurses working in medium and small sized hospitals. Methods : Data were collected from 283 nurses at 6 hospitals in G city. Structured questionnaires were used to assess the status of job embeddedness, emotional intelligence and nursing performance. The relationship and effectiveness between the factors were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Results : The scores of job embeddedness, emotional intelligence and nursing performance were 3.02, 4.50 and 3.56, respectively. It was shown that the sacrifice of job embeddedness, self-motion appraisal, others emotions appraisal and the of regulation of emotion were positively correlated with nursing performance. The fit of job embeddedness, however, was negatively associated with nursing performance. The results showed that the status of job embeddedness and emotional intelligence explained the nursing performance($R^2=35%$). Conclusions : It has been shown that job embeddedness and emotional intelligence are important factors to enhance nursing performance. Activities to promote job embeddedness and emotional intelligence might be needed to enhance nursing performance.

모바일 환경에서의 지리정보 서비스는 현장에서 필요한 정보를 즉시 얻고 그것을 현장에 동적으로 적용하도록 함으로써 서비스 대상자의 비용과 효율을 높여줄 수 있다. 현재 모바일 환경에서의 지리정보 서비스는 단순한 차량 내비게이션 정도에 머물고 있으며, 대규모 지형을 포함한 복잡한 지리정보에 대한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 시스템 사양에 최적화된 콘텐츠의 제공과 처리 기술에 대한 연구가 필요하다.
