This study to investigate Mobile service quality factors influencing on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention for the research purpose. This study collected data by a survey method for an empirical. A total of 340 replies were used for data analysis. While 340 replies were collected from Chinese users of Mobile e-commerce. Our results support previous researches to results of SPSS analysis all of the 7 hypotheses, 4 hypotheses are adopted and 3 are deleted. After an empirical analysis of this study, the academic implications are as follows. As there have not been many academic studies related to mobile commerce quality, this study can be a meaningful framework when quality factors associated with mobile commerce are being analyzed. This paper as the mobile commerce industry is very sensitive to environmental changes, academic research that can be used to cope with these changes is continuously required. Further studies should be carried out to overcome limitations that have not been analyzed by this study.

The development of science and technology oriented knowledge society accelerates the convergence between scientific theory and industrial technology and increases the complexity problem of social and economic sectors. These cause the difficulty of securing the reliability and objectivity of science and technology policy. These also are barriers of balanced evaluation between rational science and technology policy making, management, and policy coordination. In this regard, Advanced countries in science and technology develops policy support system and promotes the program of evidence-based SciSIP(Science of Science and Innovation policy) together. This paper introduces a new approach developing science service of science and technology policy utilizing business intelligence technology in Korea. Also, it proposes the integration method of policy knowledge base and component-based service supporting S&T policy decision-making process and introduces services case studies.

As service robots are applied to various fields, interest in an image processing processor that can perform an image processing algorithm quickly and accurately suitable for each task is increasing. This paper introduces an image processing processor design method applicable to robots. The proposed processor consists of an AGX board, FPGA board, LiDAR-Vision board, and Backplane board. It enables the operation of CPU, GPU, and FPGA. The proposed method is verified through simulation experiments.

로봇은 인공지능(AI) 기술을 비롯해 빅데이터, 센서기술, 클라우드 등 다양한 신 분야의 축적된 기술력과 노하우를 필요로 한다. 코로나 19 여파로 비대면 서비스에 대한 수요가 증가하고 정보통신기술이 발전되고 있는 가운데 청소용, 잔디 깎기, 가사용, 동반자, 엔터테인먼트 및 레저용, 노약자 및 장애인 지원 로봇 등 우리생활 주변에서도 서비스 로봇이 빠르게 도입되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 3년간(2018.1~2020.12) 중앙지, 경제지 등 54개 언론사 기사를 빅카인즈와 데이터랩을 이용하여 서비스 로봇&인공지능을 키워드로 관계도 분석, 키워드 트렌드, 연관어 분석을 하였다. 연관어 키워드 빈도수로는 인공지능(534), LG전자(157), 드론(112), 자율주행(101), 빅데이터(81), 로보티즈(61), 사물인터넷(34) 순으로 서비스 로봇의 성장은 인공지능을 비롯한 4차 산업혁명 관련 기술과 연관성이 매우 컸다. 2016년~2020년 기간에 산업용 로봇은 1.89배 증가했으며, 서비스 로봇은 5.21배 증가하여 서비스 로봇의 수요가 다양한 분야에서 확산됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

Recently, the focus of research interest in artificial intelligence technology has shifted from algorithm development to application domains. Industrial sectors such as smart manufacturing, transportation, and logistics venture beyond automation to pursue digitalization of sites for intelligence. For example, smart manufacturing is realized by connecting manufacturing sites, autonomous reconfiguration, and optimization of manufacturing systems according to customer requirements to respond promptly to market needs. Currently, KSB Convergence Research Department is developing BeeAI-an on-site end-to-end intelligence platform. BeeAI offers end-to-end service pipeline configuration and DevOps technologies that can produce and provide intelligence services needed on-site. We are hopeful that in future, the BeeAI technology will become the base technology at various sites that require automation and intelligence.

"In the future, 80% of doctors will be replaced by advanced technology." It has been talked about for a long time. When I first heard this story, people said it was ridiculous. But now that AlphaGo has won the Go match against Lee Se-dol, and many global companies have come up with a variety of services and products based on artificial intelligence, the story has become no more than ridiculous. In other words, it is beginning to come true. Artificial intelligence technology is already widely used in manufacturing and service industries. This spread of artificial intelligence is sure to usher in an era of great change in our future. And it is safe to say that it is the "medical world" where the biggest changes will be made. So how on earth does artificial intelligence replace medical personnel? If replaced, where would you stand out? In order to understand this, we must first be familiar with deep learning, which is the basis of medical artificial intelligence. And as the fourth industrial revolution gradually approaches reality, various occupational groups are becoming meaningless, as in the preceding industrial revolution, and in this paper we will learn about the impact of this situation on the medical community.

Business Intelligence(BI) is being used by the individuals who make decisions for management. Dashboard supports business intelligence by visualizing data, information, and knowledge so that they can be grasped at a glance. In this study, applications of dashboard were analyzed in the ARL libraries websites. Furthermore, the study suggested methods to establish and use the information system of the business intelligence and dashboard on the academic library websites in Korea. The findings of this study are expected to serve as the basic data to utilize the business intelligence and dashboard as a tool with which Korean academic libraries can demonstrate their value to the stakeholders in the academic community.

SMEs are constantly demanded of changes in the rapidly-evolving business environment, which involves the fourth industrial revolution and the COVID-19 pandemic. In this period, management consulting service becomes more in demand to provide technical and strategic solutions for management problems. This study aimed to empirically analyze the direct effects of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction and the indirect effects of such parameters as learning agility and self-efficacy on job satisfaction in management consultants. On the basis of a literature review, inter-variable association was designed in the research model. Based on an online survey of those in the Korean SME management consultants, this study collected 221 questionnaires then used structural equation modeling for statistical analysis. The results reveal that emotional intelligence significantly affected job satisfaction and, also significantly positively affected learning agility and self-efficacy. In addition, a significant indirect correlation could be found between learning agility and self-efficacy. Meanwhile, if learning agility and self-efficacy mediated job satisfaction, emotional intelligence had no significant effect on job satisfaction and fully mediated learning agility and self-efficacy. It is necessary to develop an emotional intelligence education program that can help management consultants improve their emotional intelligence with the objective of giving successful management consulting services.

MZ세대를 중심으로 자기관리를 열심히 하는 사람들이 증가함에 따라 화장의 기본이 되는 개인 피부톤(퍼스널 컬러)을 찾는 것이 중요시되고 있다. 현재 대다수 사람은 자신에게 어울리는 퍼스널 컬러를 찾기 위해 높은 비용을 지불하여 전문가를 이용하거나 객관적이고 정량화된 기준 없이 오랜 시간을 투자하여 스스로 퍼스널 컬러를 찾는 등 시간과 비용 측면에서의 한계점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 보완하기 위해 이미지 기반 인공지능 기술(객체 탐지, 객체 분할, BeautyGAN)을 적용하여 데이터 기반의 정량적인 기준을 생성하고, 퍼스널 컬러에 알맞은 화장품 추천 웹 서비스를 제안한다.
