유아교사 갈등관리 유형이 협동적 조직문화에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Early Childhood Teacher's Styles for Conflict Management Type on Cooperative Organizational Culture)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 갈등관리유형이 협동적 조직문화에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 연구대상은 중소도시 I시 유아교육기관에 재직 중인 교사 138명이다. 검사도구는 유아교사의 협동적 조직문화 및 갈등관리 유형에 대한 설문지를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 연구대상의 pearson의 적률상관 관계를 분석하고, 유아교사의 갈등관리 유형이 협동적 조직문화에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위해 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아교사의 협동적 조직문화와 갈등관리 유형 전체는 관계가 있었다. 협동적 조직문화 전체는 특히 갈등관리 유형의 통합형과 가장 높은 관계가 있었으며, 그 다음은 타협형, 배려형, 지배형의 순서로 나타났다. 반면 회피형과는 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 협동적 조직문화에 미치는 갈등관리 유형의 하위요인은 통합형이 가장 높은 영향력을 지니고 그 다음은 배려형이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 협동적 조직문화의 하위영역에서 협동적 지도성에는 통합형이 가장 높은 영향력 지니고, 그 다음은 배려형이 영향력을 지니고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교사의 협동성, 동료지원, 학습 동반자에는 통합형이 가장 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 유아교육 현장에서 유아교사의 갈등관리에 대한 중요성을 인식시키는 계기가 되었으며, 갈등관리 유형과 협동적 조직문화에 대한 인식을 제고하게 되었다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

미숙아를 위한 모유수유 중재 프로그램의 효과: 체계적 문헌고찰과 메타분석 (Effects of Breastfeeding Interventions Program on Breastfeeding for Premature babies: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis)

  • Purpose: This study is a systematic literature review and meta-analysis study conducted to identify the effects of breastfeeding intervention program on premature infants by integrating and analyzing the results of randomized controlled trials and non-randomized trials. Methods: The literature review process was based on the PRISMA (Preference Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyzes) guideline. Data retrieval and collection were conducted from May 25 to May 30, 2018, and the articles analyzed were all domestic papers retrieved from the database. Two reviewers independently select the studies and assessed methodological risk of bias of studies using the Cochrane criteria. The topics of breastfeeding interventions were analyzed using descriptive analysis and the effects of intervention were meta-analyzed using the R program. Results: Finally, eight papers were included in the systematic review and meta-analysis. The breastfeeding intervention program for premature infants showed a significant increase in the self-efficacy and the amount of pumping and baby's hight. Conclusion: This study has some limitations due to the few randomized controlled trials and non-randomized trials comparing breastfeeding for premature babies in Korea. Therefore, it needs to be integrated with the research conducted in other countries.

근로자의 뇌심혈관계 질환 예방을 위한 중재 연구의 분석적 고찰: 생태학적 모델을 기반으로 (A Systematic Review of Interventions for Workers with Cardiovascular Disease Risk Factors: Using an Ecological Model)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to review the research trends and to identify developmental direction of studies on community interventions according to the ecological model for workers with cardiovascular diseases (CVD) risk factors. Methods: Electronic databases including PsycINFO, PubMed, EMBASE, CINAHL, and Cochrane Library and the reference lists of articles were searched. All articles were assessed in relation to inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in 29 researches being reviewed. Each review was critically appraised by two authors using a guideline of PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses). Results: Nowadays, interventions in organizational level, integrated and web-based interventions are increasing to prevent CVD risk factors for workers. Even though the importance of psychosocial aspects to prevent CVD, the only 2 studies included psychosocial factors in the outcome variables. Also, 14% among 29 researches were based on theories. Conclusion: Psychosocial factors such as job stress, depression, and emotional labor could be CVD risk factors. Therefore, interventions including psychosocial aspects are needed to prevent workers' CVD risks more effectively. Theory-based interventions are needed to support interventions' effects and to develop the nursing science.

UML을 사용한 온라인 게임 엔진 프로젝트 설계 연구 (Study On the Object Oriented Design Project of Online Game Engine Using UML)

  • 게임개발 프로젝트의 설계는 프로세스 구성과 게임 소프트웨어의 프로그램 산출물과 태스크의 관리는 개발자간에 연계하여 구성해야 한다. 기존 개임개발 프로젝트 설계는 프로젝트 활동의 정의 및 변경을 지원하고, 형상관리 도구는 버전제어, 작업공간 관리, 빌드 관리 등을 지원한다. 본 논문의 설계도구는 UML을 사용하여 게임 컴포넌트 기반 개발 프로세스 모델을 설계하고, 프로세스의 진행 상태 기록, 변경 요청에 따른 처리, 태스크별 작업 진행 보고서 작성, 산출물 등록과 변경, 버전 기록, 산출물 또는 서식 검색 등의 기능을 연구하였다. 또한 시스템 설계를 사용함으로써 게임 공학 활동에 참여하는 개발자들이 분산 개발 환경에서 게임 소프트웨어 개발에 필요한 정보와 산출물 관리를 생산성 있게 할 수 있다. 이 시스템 구성에 따라 정보를 공유하면서 설계의 체계화 및 표준화를 수행 할 수 있다.

이러닝 학습자의 감정 상태에 따른 감성 피드백의 효과 (The effects of affective feedbacks according to the learner's emotions in e-Iearning)

  • 인간-컴퓨터 상호작용에서 감성 기술(affective computing)을 도입하기 위한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 정의적인 측면에서 감성적 기억은 인지적 처리 활동에 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 이러닝 환경에서의 학습자의 감성에 따른 정서적 피드백이 학업 성취도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 인간 교사가 면대면 학습 환경에서 제시하는 정서적 피드백 메시지를 선정하고 이를 콘텐츠에 적용한 시스템을 구현하였다. 학습자의 감성을 알아내기 위해 버튼을 이용한 자기 보고 방법을 사용하고 선정된 정서적 피드백을 제공할 수 있는 시스템을 교실수업에 적용한 결과 이러닝 환경에서 느끼는 학습자의 감정에 정서적 피드백을 제공하는 것이 학업 성취도에 긍정적인 영향을 줌을 알 수 있었다.

우리나라 골관절염 환자의 관절통증: 2012년 국민건강영양조사 자료를 이용하여 (Joint Pain in Patients with Osteoarthritis: Based on the 5th KNHNES)

  • Purpose:The purpose of this study was to examine the degree of joint pain, limitation of daily activities, and frequency of outpatient visits. Methods: This secondary analysis study used the data from the fifth Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHNES). The data about general characteristics, prevalence and treatment of osteoarthritis, limitation of activities of daily living (ADL) and frequency of outpatient visits and hospitalization in 424 osteoarthritis patients over 50 years old were derived from the database. Data were analyzed with complex samples in SPSS ver. 20.0. Results: Among people with knee joint pain, 79.3% reported they had more than 4 out of 10 points of the degree of pain. Meanwhile, 97.3% of people with hip joint pain reported that they had more than 4 out of 10 points of the degree of pain. People reporting 10 out of 10 point of pain were 21.4% of those with knee joint pain and 25% of those with hip joint pain. The mean of the degree of knee joint pain was 6.35, and the mean of the degree of hip joint pain was 6.89 out of 10 points. About 50% of people with osteoarthritis visited an outpatient clinic within the last 2 weeks, and 27% had limitation of ADL. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an integrated intervention program to improve quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis.

자동차 관련 업종에서의 근골격계질환 예방과 관리 (Prevention and Management of Musculoskeletal Disorders in Automobile-related Industries)

  • Automobile-related industries have been a few of leading ones among domestic industries reporting high rates of musculoskeletal disorders (WMSD's). In this paper, major ergonomic aspects of automobile-related works were reviewed with reference to WMSD's. According to the result, high repeatability of works with as short as 1 minute or less, awkward postures required, excessive forces, and vibrations due to power tools were drawn out as major physical factors. To eliminate or mitigate those factors - at least in automobile-related industries - ergonomic approach has tried for more than a decade. With all, however, ergonomists still seem to confront with several problems to be solved such as development of appropriate assessment tools, enhancement of work improvement activities, system establishment for continuous prevention and management of WMSD's. As lots of previous researches declared, it was concluded that ergonomic approach would collaborate with other approaches such as ndustrial medicine considering physical factors as well as psychosocial factors, and that the necessity of an integrated Occupational Safety and Health Management System(OHSMS) was mentioned.

EU의 IUU 어업 예비 비협력 제3국 지정에 대한 대응방안 연구 (A study on EU listing Korea as yellow-card non-cooperating third countries against IUU fishing and Korean countermeasures)

  • In the results of analyzing Korean corrective action for what are required to be improved according to EU listing Korea as yellow-card non-cooperating third countries against IUU fishing, in order to establish advanced fishery order, it is thought that the following additional improvements are required. (1) The introduction of integrated management system of fishing vessel sailing route, fishing activity, fish catch, and inshore fishing vessel must be considered. (2) It is necessary to establish a system to cross check catch transaction, catch landing, and fish catch report submitted by fishing vessel. (3) Catch transshipment approval system shall be introduced. And a system of reporting and checking catch transshipment at sea shall be reinforced. (4) Punishment shall be strengthened to the extent of making people to perceive that loss due to punishment is larger than profit made from illegal fishing. (5) It shall be so improved that more than a certain percentage of all vessels with fish and fish products caught in waters outside Korea's judicial waters shall be arbitrarily chosen and searched besides a case of being suspected to be IUU fishing. In conclusion, on being listed by EU as yellow-card non-cooperating third countries against IUU fishing, Korean fishery management system shall be generally reexamined, and it shall serve as an occasion to exterminate IUU fishing and to advance fishery management system.

임상간호사의 전문직업성이 간호업무수행, 직무만족 및 재직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Nursing Professionalism on the Nursing Performance, Job Satisfaction and Retention Intention among Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the impact of nursing professionalism on the nursing performance, job satisfaction and retention intention among clinical nurses. Methods: A descriptive correlational research design was used for this study. All 329 clinical nurses were obtained by convenience sampling from 3 National or public hospitals, 3 university hospitals, and two private hospitals located in Seoul and Kyunggi province. The data were collected using a self-reporting questionnaire contained four instruments and questions for demographic characteristics of subjects from April 21st to September 1st, 2008. Collected data were analyzed on SPSS Win 16.0. Results: There was a significant relationship between nursing professionalism, nursing performance, job satisfaction and retention intention among clinical nurses. The nursing professionalism was identified as a predictor of nursing performance, job satisfaction, and retention intention. Conclusion: The strategies to promote and enhance the nursing professionalism of clinical nurses, in this era in which the nursing shortage become more and more problematic issue, are needed to design and be integrated into the management of human resource in nursing organizations.

중환자실 간호사의 직무 스트레스 관련 변인들 간의 구조모형 분석 (Structural Equation Model for Job Stress in Intensive Care Unit Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was to construct a structural equational model for explaining and predicting job stress of intensive care unit (ICU) nurses based on the Integrated model of stress of Ivancevich and Matteson (1980). Methods: The subjects of this study were 220 nurses at ICU. The data were collected from August 5 to 30, 2013 through self-reporting questionnaire survey. Results: According to the hypothetical model of this study, perceived nursing practice environment, perceived role conflict, perceived transformational leadership and perceived self-esteem showed statistically significant effects on job stress of ICU nurses directly. Professional self-concept indirectly affect job stress of ICU nurses. In conclusion, job stress of ICU nurses was directly influenced by nursing practice environment, role conflict, transformational leadership and self-esteem. Professional self-concept of the relationships among variables did not have a direct impact on job stress. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is needed to develop stress management measures and programs considering these variables in order to adequately manage job stress of ICU nurses.
