The telemedicine & distance education system that this paper suggests has been designed on the CTE(Collaborative Telemedicine & distance Education) framework, which is an integrated multimedia environment. This is a CBM-based collaborative telemedicine & distance education type, different from the conventional doctor based general practice, and is an integrated multimedia telemedicine & distance education system capable of many application developments using information super highway. This paper presents the content regarding electronic medical examination chart and data treatment for efficient medical examination and prompt treatment by realizing mutual conversation type remote medical examination system among 3 parties(patient, doctor, pharmacist) on internet base. And, The implementation of this new teaming system should be designed with multimedia application development platform base which is interfaced with computer engineering, computer network technology, CSCW (Computer-Supported Cooperative Work) technology, and education engineering.

Objectives: Recently a renovation of the medical-welfare system to reflect the changes of disease spectrum with the demographic changes of society, the increase in income level, and marked concerns for health promotion has been demanded. In accordance with this, attempts have been made to actively integrate traditional medicine based on symptom-differentiated treatment and Western medicine based on disease treatment so that they can complement each other. China has already tried a complementary medical treatment system integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine. So, this article reviewed major advances in research on integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in China. Methods: The authors analyzed data from clinical articles and experimental works in the ' Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine' Results and conclusions: Each department attempted to integrate Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and Western Medicine in treatment of various diseases such as malaria, AIDS, and intoxication (rarely found in Korea clinically). Especially in the departments of surgery, dentistry, radiology, and anesthesiology we could see the frequent use of combined treatment. TCM and Western medicine complemented each other very successfully, and the effect of the combined therapy was superior to that of traditional therapy alone. There were diverse methods for therapy in integrated TCM and Western medicine; bath-Tx, physical-Tx, manipulative-Tx, drug -acupuncture, Tibetan medicine, etc. were available in therapy as well as traditional methods such as acupuncture, moxibustion, and negative- Tx. The way of producing Chinese medications were diversified and formulated; making new prescriptions, compounding various kinds of new medicine called' Zhong Cheng Yao' (中成藥) which were easily made, stored, and taken. 'Diagnosis Criteria', 'The effect of TCM Treatment Criteria' were made by committee and broadly used for objectifying diagnosis, discriminating effects of treatments and treatment development, and developing new medical products.

최근 IT, BT, NT 등의 융합과 각 분야에서 혁신적인 기술 발전은 건강하고 윤택한 삶에 대한 욕구와 부합하면서 의료 서비스 분야에서도 의료 장비 및 의료정보 시스템, 의료 비즈니스 애플리케이션 등 관련 기술이 더욱 다양화되고 고도화 되는 양상을 띠게 되었다. 그러나 대부분의 의료 기술은 서로 다른 의료 기관이나 관련 업체 간 상호작용 없이 독립적으로 개발되어 통합 및 호환에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 헬스케어 정보 공유 시스템이 가지고 있는 기능 인터페이스들 간의 직접적인 헬스케어 정보공유 시 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 해결한다. 본 논문은 인터페이스들 사이에 각 기관들의 모든 헬스케어 정보를 저장할 수 있는 저장소를 개발하여 한번 작성된 문서를 여러 형태의 문서로 변환하여 배포한다. 즉, 최근 헬스케어 정보를 공유하기 위한 프로토콜인 HL7을 이용하여 XML로 저장하고, 저장된 문서를 관리 배포하기 위한 저장소(H-DISS: Healthcare-Document Integrated Shoring System)를 개발한다.

본 연구는 분절적이고 파편화되어있는 보건 의료 복지서비스를 국내외 통합케어에 대한 사례분석을 통하여 우리나라에 적합한 통합케어 시스템 구축을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 사례분석 결과 통합케어의 공통된 요소는 기관과의 협력, 다양한 전문직의 공동참여, 조정과 개별화된 보호 제공, 사례담당 전문가를 통한 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다는 것이다. 이러한 사례를 근거로 우리나라 통합케어 시스템 구축을 위한 제언으로는, 통합케어종합지원센터 설치, 서비스제공 장소의 동일배치, 케어 매니지먼트 체계 구축, 자원개발 및 인력확충, 통합케어 사례관리 시스템 개발, 통합케어 전산망 개발 등이 필요하다.

In this paper, MIIS (Medical Image Information System) has been designed and implemented using INGRES RDBMS, which is based on a client/server architecture. The implemented system allows users to register and retrieve patient information, medical images and diagnostic reports. It also provides the function to display these information on workstation windows simultaneously by using the designed menu-driven graphic user interface. The medical image compression/decompression techniques are implemented and integrated into the medical image database system for the efficient data storage and the fast access through the network.

The purpose of this paper is the development of Integrated Bio-signal Management System. (IBMS) using the network. IBMS is the system to manage the medical signals that measured from the each independent medical measurement system module. Each has a LAN Card. We developed the Network Application using Socket Library. Also, we developed the Graphic User Interface software for IBMS using Visual C++ on Windows 95.

Objectives: Currently, Korea's medical services are divided into Western medicine and Korean medicine, and people who are not satisfied with the existing treatments are looking for complementary and alternative medicine(CAM). Therefore, this study attempted to confirm patients' perception of the ongoing collaborative treatment and integrated medical service that added CAM to collaborative treatment based on tertiary hospital users. So that we can confirm the expected advantage and disadvantage of integrated medical service system and the necessity of supporting medical expenses for it. Methods: The survey was conducted on 100 people who experienced tertiary hospital treatment and other 100 people who experienced both tertiary hospital treatment and Korean medicine treatment at the same period. The survey was conducted until the number of respondents in both group reached 100. The survey was conducted through e-mail and was conducted from September 27, 2021 to October 8, 2021. Results: For the advantages of collaborative treatment 'increased in psychological stability,' and for disadvantages 'longer time spent for treatment' were the most common. If integrated medical services are implemented in the future, expected advantages include 'consideration of various treatments.' and expected disadvantages include 'increased medical cost.' The needs to expand support for health insurance for integrated medical services were 75.5% among responders. Conclusions: We were able to find out the (expected) advantages and disadvantages of the collaborative medical care and the integrated medical system that medical users experienced or expected, also confirmed positive answers to the expansion of health insurance support for the integrated medical system.

Purpose : Recently, cancer has become a chronic disease that requires supervision because of early diagnosis and the development of therapeutic technology. As a result, cancer patients are interested in improving the quality of their lives besides the treatment of cancer itself. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a qualitative research to understand the vivid experiences of cancer patients and structure their treatment experience. Among qualitative researches, grounded theory is developed based on the data collected in the field. The grounded theory research method is easy to analyze for the process and structure of the treatment experience. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide basic data on the integrated medical experience of cancer patients Methods : Participants were conveniently selected, and the criteria for selection were for those who had more than 1 month of hospitalization so that they could dictate their situation and experience in a meaningful manner. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and continued until the data were saturated through theoretical sensitivity and continuous comparison methods. The collected data were analyzed through the process of open-coding, axial coding, and selection coding, which are the research methods of grounded theory. Results : Cancer patients differ in their path, purpose, and attitudes depending on their respective situations and the internal and external resources of individuals. There is also a difference in the perception of their situation among the cancer patients and their families. Cancer patients were shown to recognize and cope with problems in the integrated medical treatment process, and have been classified into 6 different types after the results. Cancer patients showed positive changes in terms of physical, emotional, and lifestyle after their integrated medical treatment. Cancer patients perceived the integrated medical treatment process as a horizontal relationship structure and with diversity. Conclusions : The experience of integrated medical treatment of cancer patients is a process of rehabilitation that heals the body and restores life within the interaction of support system, contextual situation, and internal resources of the individual. Despite this, there is a need not only for the efforts of integrated medical service providers but also institutional support in the future with regards to the current weaknesses and points for improvement. In addition, there is a need for an objective criterion to measure the outcome of integrated medicine for the standardization of integrated medical services.

인구의 고령화와 의료서비스 수요의 증가로 한의학의 이론을 기초로 한 의료기기 개발이 증가하고 있다. 개발한 의료기기의 임상적 유효성 확보를 위한 다양한 임상시험들이 수행되고 있으며, 이 과정에서 다양하게 수집되는 정보들의 체계적인 관리의 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한의학의 대표적인 진단 방법인 맥진을 기기화 한 맥진기를 이용하여 임상시험을 진행하는데 있어 환자의 의학적 정보, 맥진기의 측정 정보들을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 데이터베이스를 설계하고 구축하였다. 구축된 데이터베이스는 임상시험에 대한 다양한 정보 및 측정된 정보의 질관리를 통해 기존 알고리즘 검증 또는 새로운 알고리즘 개발 시 효율적인 대응이 가능하고, 임상 데이터의 통제 측면에서도 여러 장점들을 가지고 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 이종의 맥진기나 다른 생체신호 측정기와의 정보 공유가 가능한 통합 데이터베이스 관리 시스템 구축을 위한 한의 의료기기 데이터 표준안 구성에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
