This study investigates how affects elicited by visual images in print ads are integrated to form a liking for the ads. Assuming a sequential rather than simultaneous processing of still-cut images, we adopt the 'think-aloud' method to capture consumers' spontaneous responses to visual images. We hypothesize that not only would consumers show mixed affects toward a still-cut visual image but that they would also integrate their serial affects heuristically rather than simply averaging the affects as suggested by the compensatory hypothesis. By comparing the effects of two contradictory affect integration hypotheses (i.e., peak-affect and mood-maintenance) with compensatory integration, using a single regression model, we found that peak-negative along with mood maintenance integration of serial affects for a print ad works best in the formation of ad liking. The results also support our initial premise that people can have mixed valence even toward a still-cut ad.

To cope with this movement toward information-based society, offices of interior design are increasingly taking advantage of the Internet and searching for e-commerce business. Many interior design onces have opened up homepages and interior design-related companies are currently in preparation for new advertisement and marketing through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to examine the level of Internet usage by interior design-related websites and information for maintenance of such websites. This study analyzes these websites by their contents and solutions.

The article deals with problems of innovation development on a network basis, which require effective mechanisms of innovation communications. In research the organizational aspects of ICT infrastructure development for innovation networks sustainable development based on cooperative marketing principles is considered. The proposed research idea is based on the idea that ICT implementation is based not only on the operational approach for innovation management as a factor of efficiency of internal communications, but also on knowledge economy and post-industrial economy trends. Therefore, the purpose of study is to develop an ICT model of innovation infrastructure to improve its effectiveness (strategic character) and efficiency (operative character) through increasing the efficiency of network communication interactions. Creation of information space and communication tools to support innovation network sustainable development and cooperation activities in research is proposed to be solved with the help of specialized ICT platform. It is shown, that ICT platform of innovation cooperation innovation network is important tool for common work of participants. ICT platform is considered as an integrated information system designed to automate business processes related to the sustainable development of innovation network, segment management and integration with HEI information systems and industrial cooperation. The main factors that determine the need to use a special ICT platform for innovation network cooperation were considered. The main issues of concurrent engineering (C-technology) application in high-technology industries and innovation cooperation for integrated product development were studied.
A well-managed brand name (eg., Xi, the #, and I-Park) becomes brand equity. Brand equity affects the name value of brand in question and revenues. Elaborated researches regarding causes and effects forming brand equity, however, are hardly found. This research aims at: (1) examining the relationships among antecedents of apartment brand equity, brand equity components, and brand preference; and (2) proposing marketing strategies for strengthening apartment brand equity. The research method utilized is a survey. The research procedure consists of four steps as follows: (1) literature review; (2) hypotheses construction regarding antecedents and consequences of apartment brand equity; (3) measurement of apartment brand equity; and (4) covariance structure analysis of relationships between antecedents and consequences. This study found following positive relationships. First, the corporate image and apartment advertisement have a positive influence on brand-name recognition/image and perceived quality, consisting of apartment brand equity. Second, brandname recognition/image, perceived quality, and brand-name preference, consisting of apartment brand equity, have a positive influence on a brand affinity. Thus it is concluded that apartment brand equity is strengthened by means of: (1) the distinction of major factors, forming brand equity and enforcing it; and (2) the establishment and implementation of integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategies.
Purpose: This study explores the types of relational benefits that generate loyalty to room-sharing services among Chinese customers based on the relationship marketing literature. The study also examines the moderating effect of alternative attractiveness on this relationship. Research design, data and methodology: Based on research hypotheses, questionnaires with items measuring the proposed constructs in three dimensions, including relational benefits, alternative attractiveness, and customer loyalty, were designed to test the hypotheses. Data were collected via an online questionnaire of 220 room-sharing service customers in China. Results: Results verify the effects of relational benefits on customers' loyalty to room-sharing services and the mediating effect of alternative attractiveness. More specifically, confidence, social, and safety benefits positively affect customer loyalty to room-sharing services, and alternative attractiveness moderates only the effect of social benefits. Conclusions: The results suggest that room-sharing service providers should concentrate on providing confidence, social, and safety benefits to maintain long-term relationships with customers. This study also provides practical implication for building relationships between channel members in service distribution channels. The study concludes that without customer relationships marketing for managing collaborative and social communication channels, the entire distribution channel might lose out eventually.

Purpose: This study analyzes advanced cases of overseas smart cities and examines policy implications related to the creation of smart cities in Korea. Research design, data, and methodology: Analysis standards were established through the analysis of best practices. Analysis criteria include Technology, Privacy, Security, and Governance. Results: In terms of technology, U-City construction experience and communication infrastructure are strengths. Korea's ICT technology is inferior to major countries. On the other hand, mobile communication, IoT, Internet, and public data are at the highest level. The privacy section created six principles: legality, purpose limitation, transparency, safety, control, and accountability. Security issues enable urban crime, disaster and catastrophe prediction and security through the establishment of an integrated platform. Governance issues are handled by the Smart Special Committee, which serves as policy advisory to the central government for legal system, standardization, and external cooperation in the district. Conclusions: Private technology improvement and participation are necessary for privacy and urban security. Citizens should participate in smart city governance.

Agriculture is usually the basis of a society, as well as the solution of dietary life. However, compared to other fields in which information-oriented system is rapidly accomplished, information system of agriculture certainly has slow growth since agriculture deals with a living thing. In addition, since government bodies related to filming have faced the difficulty of information system, they have tried establishing independent information system. The current agriculture-informationizing system can be considered as Agricultural Outlook Information System, Integrated agricultural marketing Information System and Outlook & Agricultural Statistics Information System but these systems are not effectively operated contrary to rut expectation, which$\sim\sim\sim$. Actually, there are some problems of bothinvestment duplicated and management by each independent government body, as well as Korea Rural Economic Institute-Commodity Model improper to real situation. In this paper, Agricultural Outlook Information, Integrated agricultural marketing Information, and Outlook h Agricultural Statistics Information System independently operated are integrated; Circulation Control, Technical Support, and integrated Database system are established; new integrated agricultural information system and various kinds of measures for activation of this system are suggested.
The purpose of this research is to increase an understanding of social media users and construct a strategic, administrative foundation to measure the efficiency of communicating with them by validly classifying components of social media users' value expectation(VE). Reviewing prior research, in-depth interviews as qualitative research, pre-test and main survey as quantitative research are conducted. The result of quantitative research shows that social media users' VE was categorized in terms of utilitarian, hedonic, relational, self-evident, ethical, system functional, participative, self-ostentatious, and self-hiding perspectives. The significance of this study is as follows: 1) It views communication, psychology, marketing, media and etc. related fields from an integrated perspective. 2) It segments and categorizes social media users' VE from a practical perspective. 3) It contributes to constructing a foundation to predict, confirm, and manage social media users' attitudes from an administrative perspective. Thus, this research will aid future research on social media users' attitude using the constructed VE components as variables and future research that uses this as a basis to find media effects.
Since the 1992 UN Conference for Environment and Development held in Rio de Jaineiro, Sustainable Development has become the global thesis. More than 170 countries signed the Agenda 21 for the sustainable action plan, and adopted the sustainability concept as the key concept of dealing with the environmental, social, ethical, and economic problem. Sustainability is one of the main marketing challenges in the 21st century. By integrating social and ecological criteria, marketing may can make valuable contributions to sustainable development. Regarding the sustainability marketing, it is difficult to find the domestic marketing research on the thesis of sustainable development, and this is the definite evidence that the Korean marketing researchers do not realize the importance of the thesis of sustainable development which is internationally suggested as the new paradigm of change. The purpose of this study is to build the conceptual background and explore the research direction in order to introduce and adopt the concept of sustainable development in the domestic marketing research field. The present paper proposes a comprehensive conception of sustainability marketing, defined by six step: analysis of social-ecological problems; analysis of consumer behavior; normative sustainability marketing; strategic sustainability marketing; instrumental sustainability marketing; and transformative sustainability marketing. The aim of the paper are to clarify the concept of sustainability marketing. To accomplish this research purpose we discuss the sustainable development which is the conceptual background of sustainability marketing, analyze the characteristics of the sustainability marketing, and finally summarize the research results and present the suggestions for further research. Sustainability marketing embraces the idea of sustainable development, a development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generation to meet their own needs. Sustainability Marketing goes beyond conventional marketing thinking. If marketing is about satisfying customer needs and building profitable relationships with customers, sustainability marketing may be defined as building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers, the social environment and natural environment. By creating social and environmental value, sustainability marketing tries to deliver and increase customer value. Sustainability Marketing aims at creating customer value, social value and environmental value. Sustainability marketing integrates social and ecological criteria into the whole process of marketing, and can be differentiated in six steps: (1) Analysis of the social and ecological problems, generally and specifically with respect to products which satisfy customer needs and wants; (2) Analysis of customer behavior with special aspect to social and ecological concerns; (3) Corporate commitments to sustainable development in the mission statement, development of sustainability visions, formulation of sustainable principles and guideline, setting of socio-ecological marketing objectives and goals (normative aspects of sustainability marketing); (4) Sustainability segmentation, targeting and positioning, and timing of market entry(strategic aspects of sustainability marketing); (5)Integration of social and ecological criteria into the marketing-mix, i.e. products, services and brands, pricing, distribution and communication(instrumental aspects of sustainability marketing); (6) Participation in public and political change processes, which transform existing institutions towards sustainability(transformative aspects of sustainability marketing). The first two steps begin with an analysis of the company situation. In sustainability marketing it is crucial not just to know consumer needs and wants, but also to find out about the ecological and social problems of products along their whole life cycle. The intersection of socio-ecological problems and consumer wants sets the ground for sustainability marketing. Step three to five describe the implementation of sustainability marketing. Social and ecological criteria are fully integrated into the mission statement, strategies and marketing-mix. Step six is one of the specifics of sustainability marketing. It is about the commitment of company to sustainable development and their active participation in public and political processes in order to change the existing framework in favor of sustainability.
This study conducted analysis of YouTube channels by domestic companies as the marketing strategies of domestic companies vary due to the rapid growth of the Internet and YouTube channels. The YouTube channel analysis analyzed the number of subscribers, plays, videos and classifications of domestic companies on YouTube channels, the top 100 domestic companies in the YouTube ranking site "Company/Official. The analysis showed that 4.53 million companies had the largest number of subscribers, Samsung mobile, 544.69 million circuit Samsung mobile, and 11,416 League of Legends-Korea channels had the largest number of videos. The most product classification showed that food/dining companies were engaged in a lot of YouTube activities. The use of YouTube, which is rapidly growing in companies through analyzing YouTube channels from the perspective of a company's new marketing strategy, is a new tool for integrated marketing communications. It is expected that the YouTube channel, which enables two-way communication of companies' marketing strategies, will be used as basic data when producing YouTube content in the future.
