  • BIM(Building Information Modeling) in the architecture, VDC(Virtual Design and Construction) defined CIFE(Center for Integrated Facility Engineering) of Stanford university in USA, and Data-driven design definition issued by TECDOC-1284 of IAEA are doing data-level design generated by 3D CAD technology, integrating and managing related information based on the 3D model, and Using 3D models effectively during nuclear power plant life cycle. 3D model of domestic nuclear power industry is using interference review between design fields, 4D system linked 3D construction model and schedule activity, but the 3D model generated in the design phase is effectively not utilized during the construction, operation, decommissioning. therefore, This study is aimed to suggest 3D model LOD(Level of Detail) advancement method through the analysis of existing literature, 2D drawings, and 3D models throughout nuclear power plant lifecycle.

  • 기후경제통합평가모형(Integrated assessment model of climate and the economy)은 기후변화에 관한 경제 분석과 정책제안을 위한 필수적인 도구가 되어왔다. 최근에는 기후변화에 대응하기 위한 정책적 노력들이 대부분 국가 또는 지역 수준에서 일어난다는 인식 하에 국가 또는 지역에서의 기후변화 영향과 정책수단의 효과를 평가할 수 있는 기후경제통합-지역평가모형(Regional integrated assessment model of climate and the economy)의 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 이 논문에서는 국내에서 기후경제통합-지역평가모형을 개발하기 위한 첫 번째 단계로서 사회후생함수를 중심으로 기후경제통합-지역평가모형을 이론적으로 유형화했으며, RICE(Regional integrated climate-economy model) 모형을 통해 기후변화 대응전략에 따른 국가별 기후변화정책의 변화를 수치적으로 살펴보았다. 변화하는 국제 상황, 새롭게 드러나는 과학적 증거, 국내 여건 등을 모두 반영한 기후변화정책을 수립하기 위해서는 이를 분석할 수 있는 효과적인 도구를 갖추고 있어야 한다. 이 논문에서 살펴본 기후경제통합-지역평가모형은 이를 위한 유용한 도구가 될 수 있다.

한국형수치예보모델 KIM의 폭염 예측 성능 검증 (Evaluation of Heat Waves Predictability of Korean Integrated Model)

  • The global weather prediction model, Korean Integrated Model (KIM), has been in operation since April 2020 by the Korea Meteorological Administration. This study assessed the performance of heat waves (HWs) in Korea in 2020. Case experiments during 2018-2020 were conducted to support the reliability of assessment, and the factors which affect predictability of the HWs were analyzed. Simulated expansion and retreat of the Tibetan High and North Pacific High during the 2020 HW had a good agreement with the analysis. However, the model showed significant cold biases in the maximum surface temperature. It was found that the temperature bias was highly related to underestimation of downward shortwave radiation at surface, which was linked to cloudiness. KIM tended to overestimate nighttime clouds that delayed the dissipation of cloud in the morning, which affected the shortage of downward solar radiation. The vertical profiles of temperature and moisture showed that cold bias and trapped moisture in the lower atmosphere produce favorable conditions for cloud formation over the Yellow Sea, which affected overestimation of cloud in downwind land. Sensitivity test was performed to reduce model bias, which was done by modulating moisture mixing parameter in the boundary layer scheme. Results indicated that the daytime temperature errors were reduced by increase in surface solar irradiance with enhanced cloud dissipation. This study suggested that not only the synoptic features but also the accuracy of low-level temperature and moisture condition played an important role in predicting the maximum temperature during the HWs in medium-range forecasts.

한강 수계에서의 다차원 시변화 수리.수온 모델 연구 (Multidimensional Hydrodynamic and Water Temperature Modeling of Han River System)

  • Han River is a complex water system consisting of many lakes. The water quality of Lake Paldang is significantly affected by incoming flows, which are the South and North branches of the Han River, and the Kyungan Stream. In order to manage the water quality of the Lake Paldang, we should consider the entire water body where the incoming flows are included. The objectives of this study are to develop an integrated river and lake modeling system for Han River system using a multidimensional dynamic model and evaluate the model's performance against field measurement data. The integrated model was calibrated and verified using field measurement data obtained in 2007 and 2008. The model showed satisfactory performance in predicting temporal variations of water level, flow rate and temperature. The Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) for water temperature simulation were $0.88{\sim}2.13^{\circ}C$ (calibration period) and $1.05{\sim}2.00^{\circ}C$ (verification period) respectively. And Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE) for water temperature simulation were 1089~0.98 (calibration period) and 0.90~0.98 (verification period). Utilizing the validated model, we analyzed the spatial and temporal distributions of temperature within Han River system. The variations of temperature along the river reaches and vertical thermal profiles for each lakes were effectively simulated with developed model. The suggested modeling system can be effectively used for integrated water quality management of water system consisting of many rivers and lakes.

고등학생들의 통합 탐구 기능 향상을 위한 인지적 스캐폴딩 도구 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Cognitive Scaffolding Tools for Enhancing the Integrated Science Process Skills of High School Students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 고등학생들의 통합 탐구 기능 향상을 위한 인지적 스캐폴딩 도구를 개발하고, 그 적용 효과를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구 및 선행 연구 결과를 토대로 통합 탐구 기능 교육을 위한 수업용 자료 1종과 학생들이 자신의 탐구 능력 수준에 맞추어 선택적으로 학습할 수 있는 개별 학습용 자료 2종을 포함한 인지적 스캐폴딩 도구를 개발하였다. 또한, 통합 탐구 기능에 대한 학생들의 수준을 조사하기 위한 도구로 가설-연역적 탐구 형식으로 구성된 사전, 사후 검사용 탐구 과제를 1개씩 개발하였다. 인지적 스캐폴딩 도구의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 실험군과 대조군의 사전, 사후 검사에 대해 추리 통계를 실시하였다. 또한, 인지적 스캐폴딩 도구의 적용 여부에 따른 고등학생들의 통합 탐구 능력을 Rasch 모형에 따른 Wrightmap을 산출하여 비교하였고, 통합 탐구 기능의 각 요소에 대한 학생들의 수준 변화 양상을 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 인지적 스캐폴딩 도구를 사용했던 실험군은 대조군에 비해 탐구 설계, 자료 수집 및 변환, 자료 해석, 결론 도출 등 모든 평가 요소에서 유의미하게 높은 점수를 보였다. 또한, 인지적 스캐폴딩 도구를 활용했던 학생들은 전반적으로 통합 탐구 능력이 향상되었고, 통합 탐구 기능의 각 요소에서 높은 수준으로 뚜렷하게 변화되는 양상을 보여주었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 학생들이 과학 탐구를 수행하는 과정에서 직면하는 기능적 장벽을 완화 또는 제거하기 위해 인지적 스캐폴딩 도구를 적극적으로 활용할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

  • This paper is developed to demand management scenario of energy consumption efficiency improvement, electricity generation efficiency improvement, network efficiency improvement, change of distribution ratio, movement of energy source, change of heating system, put of CHP to quantitatively assess to impact on energy use of demand management at the national level. This scenario can be applied Energy System Management model was developed based on Energy Balance Flow. In addition, effect analysis through built demand management scenario was quantitatively evaluated integrated demand management effectiveness of energy cost saving, CO2 emission reduction and energy savings of national level by calculating to primary energy source usage change in terms of integration demand management effect more often than not a single energy source separated electricity, heat and gas.

  • The purpose of this study is to construct a new model named Communication Consensus Value Weighted (CCVW) model based on inter-personal technical communication within a project team, and to design Feasibility Estimates Integrated Terminal System (FEITS) which is a subsystem of R & D Project Planning System/System Alternatives Feasibility Estimation System (RDPPL/SAFES) using the model as a key function for feasibility estimation in that system. This new model aims to integrate technical feasibility estimated by several estimators in the lowest level as the project work breakdown structure which is the indentical conception of a terminal system in RDPPL. The process to obtain the feasibility estimate integrated is presented in this paper.

  • In supply chain, the quality level of assembly factory depends on the quality levels of suppliers and it is very important to integrate efforts improving the quality levels between producer and suppliers, In this paper, we consider an integrated determination problem of quality specification levels of suppliers. The cost model is developed and the optimal policy under a specific model assumption is obtained. A numerical example is studied.

  • This study proposes and verifies an integrated model that reflects and helps to explain complexities and comprehensiveness of e-Trade in practice. The primary objective was to widen and deepen our understanding about the phenomena of paperless trading which will enable us to formulate an effective means to promote the adoption and utilization of e-Trade infrastructure. This investigation combined and extended the theories and models of TAM, TOE framework, and TTF in order to identify and hypothesize the causal relationships between factors of technology, organization and environment, and the usage level and performance of e-Trade. The previous research on e-Trade was reviewed and incorporated into the extended model. The integrated model was tested based on the survey data collected from a sample of 417 trading firms. Overall, the regression and path analysis demonstrated the usefulness of the proposed model as a conceptual framework for better understanding and explanation of e-Trade. The result of the analysis implies the relevancy of the factors of technology, organization and environment for facilitating usage of and increasing performance of e-Trade. However, rejection of a few hypothesized relationships implies the necessity of extensive promotion and education about the related laws and regulations, and education, supervision and incentives for e-Trade practitioners.

  • As the world's attention turns to sustainability and the considerations of cumulative effects, the concept of Strategic Environmental Assessment(SEA) has become more significant and urgent and increasing number of countries and international organizations now undertake some forms of SEA. The term SEA, however, is variously defined and understood; generally it means a formal process of systematic analysis of the environmental effects on development policies, plans, programmes and other proposed strategic actions. This process extends the aims and principles of EIA upstream in the decision-making process, beyond the project level in which major alternatives are still open. There is a shift toward more integrative approaches and greater use of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) as sustainability tools in cooperation with Environmental Management System (EMS). Currently, Korea has EIA system and Prior Environmental Review System (PERS) which is different type of SEA as Environment Assessment (EA) system. APEMI IA MODEL integrated following three pillar(refer to attached figure.1) ; First pillar symbolized decision making cycle with planning process. Second pillar symbolized integrated assessment which tying SEA and EIA with specific impacts assessment(eg: social impact assessment, economic impact assessment, health impact assessment etc) in cooperation with EMS. Third pillar symbolized EA best practical procedure of International Association for Impact Assessment(IAIA). Considering the above, we applied new conceptual model(APEMI IA MODEL) into Impact Assessment for better integrated decision-making in KOREA as an alternative IA system(IS IA MODEL A and B refer to attached figure 4, 5).
