이 연구는 태권도 지도자의 인성교육에 대한 신념과 지도실제를 확인하고, 인성의 지도신념과 인성 실천정도와 내용과의 차이 및 관계를 규명하는 것에 목적이 있었다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기, 인천에 소재한 태권도 지도자 286명을 선정하였다. 연구참여자를 대상으로 인성교육에 대한 신념과 실제에 대한 측정도구, 그리고 태권도 인성덕목 신념과 실제에 대한 중요 덕목을 묻는 반구조화된 개방형 설문을 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 버전을 활용하여 통계처리 하였다. 전술한 연구방법과 절차를 통해 얻은 결과와 논의를 토대로 결론을 내리면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도 지도자가 인식하는 인성교육 신념과 실제의 중요 요인과 빈도에는 차이가 존재한다. 태권도 지도자가 중요하게 인식하는 인성덕목은 예의, 자신감, 사랑, 인내, 용기 순으로 나타난 반면, 현장에서 실제 지도하고 있는 인성 덕목은 예의, 자신감, 인내, 리더십, 정직 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 지도자의 인성교육의 신념과 실제 간에는 부분적으로 긍정적인 영향관계가 존재한다. 태권도 지도자의 인성교육의 신념 간에는 상관계가 높지만 신념과 실제 간에는 상관관계가 낮다. 태권도 지도자는 지도신념 중 결단성, 지도성, 실용성, 다양성에 대한 인식이 높으면 높을수록 실제 지도자가 인성교육을 위해 결단하고, 지도하고, 실용적인 면을 현장에 적용하는 것에는 긍정적인 영향을 준다.

This article examines the effects of education service quality of culinary education facility on the learning outcome. For this, items for figuring out the relation between education service quality and the learning outcomes has been deducted through IPA regarding education service quality. Further, the factors of education service, which is for verifying the effects of relevant experiences (culinary certificate) have been examined according to advanced studies. Self administered questionnaires have been prepared by 231 samples in total and the collected data have been analyzed through frequency, factor, reliability and regression analyzing methods by using SPSS 18.0. The results from paired t-test performed on the importance and performance of culinary education service quality indicate that expertise, level of knowledge, education method of instructor and additional convenience facilities (locker and lounge etc) are the most important factors respectively. The results from IPA analysis show that the quadrant 1 includes knowledge level, education method, kindness of instructor. The quadrant 2 contains awareness of instructor while the third one includes culinary facility, tool structure and convenience facility. In addition the quadrant 4 includes hygiene of learning place. According to the results from hypothesis test, education service quality affects learning outcome and the experience (certificate) of learner from culinary education facility results in difference in education service quality and awareness of learning outcome therefore the hypothesis is partially verified.

이 연구는 필라테스 참가자들이 인식하는 지도자의 매력성과 필라테스 몰입 및 열정의 관계를 구명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 서울지역에 소재하고 있는 4개의 팔리테스 클럽에서 필라테스에 참가하고 있는 회원 214명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 설문지의 신뢰도와 타당도검사, 기술통계분석과 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 경로분석은 AMOS 18.0 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 필라테스 참가자들이 인지하는 지도자의 매력성은 필라테스 몰입에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 필라테스 참가자들이 인지하는 지도자의 매력성은 열정에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 필라테스 참가자들의 필라테스 몰입은 열정에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 필라테스 참가자들이 인지하는 지도자의 매력성과 참가자들의 몰입 및 열정사이에는 인과적 관계가 있다.

본 연구는 노인전문체육지도자의 리더십이 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 2019년 4월 1일부터 4월 30일까지 서울, 경기, 인천 지역 6곳의 스포츠센터 199명의 노인전문체육지도자를 중심으로 연구하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 노인전문체육지도자의 리더십은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인전문체육지도자의 리더십은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 상기 연구의 결과를 토대로 지도자의 리더십은 구성원들에게 조직에 대한 몰입을 높여주고 직무에 만족감을 높이는 중요한 요인임을 확인 하였다. 따라서 노인들의 생활체육 참여를 향상시키고 즐거움을 높여 건강한 노년기의 삶을 영위하기 위하여 리더십 교육을 통한 지도자의 올바른 인성과 역량의 개발이 필요할 것이며, 이러한 지도자의 역할은 노인들의 삶의 질을 높여줄 것으로 기대된다.

The overall Air Force's serious accident rate is decreasing, but the trainer's accident rate is on the rise from 0.24% in '00~'09 to 0.77% in '01~'19. Base on the SHELL model recommended by the ICAO, the risk factors of the introductory flight training course were analyzed, implications were examined, and safety promotion measures were proposed. A survey of 25 questions was organized based on regulations, guidelines, and related data for each component of the SHELL model in accordance with the introductory course of Air Force flight training. The survey was divided into a student group and instructor group and compared and analyzed into L-L, L-S, L-H, and L-E based on the results after conducting it, and implications for this were derived. Compared to other analysis factors, L-L showed that the average of the instructor group was relatively higher that of the student group in all questions.

본 연구는 학교스포츠클럽에서 지도자의 언어적·비언어적 의사소통이 지도자신뢰 및 수업몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 임의추출을 적용하여 수도권 소재의 중학생 349명을 대상으로 설문지를 수집, 분석하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 첫째, 잠재변인들의 하위요인간 문항 합점수를 이용한 상관분석 결과, 모든 상관계수에서 정적(+)으로 유의미한 관계를 나타났다. 둘째, 언어적·비언어적 의사소통이 지도자신뢰에 미치는 영향은 공간언어, 외양언어, 신체언어, 언어적 요인의 영향력 순으로 유의미하게 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 언어적·비언어적 의사소통이 수업몰입에 미치는 영향은 외양언어, 공간언어, 언어적 요인 순으로 수업몰입을 유의미하게 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지도자신뢰가 수업몰입에 미치는 영향은 운동능력 요인만 수업몰입을 유의미하게 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 학교스포츠클럽 지도자와 학생들과 상호작용을 쌓을 수 있는 방안을 마련하고 학교스포츠클럽이 활성화될 수 있는 학문적 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

본 연구는 Kano모델을 이용하여 유소년 스포츠클럽의 서비스품질을 분류함에 따라 각 서비스품질의 특성과 이용고객들이 원하는 요구사항을 구체적으로 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울과 경기지역의 유소년 스포츠클럽 10곳의 257명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 자료 처리는 Microsoft Office Excel 2016 and SPSS 22.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, Kano모델 품질분류, Timko의 고객만족계수산출, 잠재적 고객만족 개선지수(PCSI Index)를 산출하고 분석하였다. 이에 따른 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유소년 스포츠클럽 서비스품질요인들에 대한 각 항목들을 Kano모델을 사용하여 이원적 품질이론속성 방법으로 분류한 결과 유소년 스포츠클럽 서비스품질요인 22개 항목 모두에서 일원적품질요소로 나타났다. 둘째, 고객만족계수(CS-Coefficient) 산출결과 고객만족계수에서는 '강사의 친절한 응대'(0.81), '강사의 태도'(0.80), '체계적인 강습 프로그램 진행'(0.76), '프로그램의 다양성'(0.76) 순으로 나타났으며, 불만족계수는 '청결하고 쾌적한 시설'(-0.79), '강사의 태도'(-0.76), '강사의 친절한 응대'(-0.76), '주차시설의 편리성'(-0.73), '업무처리의 신속성'(-0.73) 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 잠재적 고객만족 개선지수(PCSI Index)는 '강사의 태도', '강사의 친절한 응대', '청결하고 쾌적한 시설', '체계적인 강습 프로그램 진행' 순으로 순위가 나타났다.

This study aims to examine the influence of tennis instructors' coaching behaviors on the satisfaction with lessons and preference for instructors. In order to achieve this study objective, by using the quota sampling out of nonprobability sampling for tennis club members who are now(2015) actively involved in tennis courts located in Daejeon Metropolitan City and Chungcheongnam-do, and also receiving tennis lesson for more than six months or used to take lessons before, the 325 effective samples were used for data analysis. Using the SPSS Ver. 21.0 Window Program, the collected data went through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, and the results are like below. Regarding differences of coaching behaviors depending on sex, first, there were significant differences in the factors like explanatory instruction, positive feedback and negative feedback. In case of differences in accordance with age, every factor showed significant differences. In regard of differences depending on academic background, there were differences in the factor of negative feedback while the factor of positive feedback showed differences in accordance with the experience of lesson. In case of differences depending on the level of athletic performance, there were statistically significant differences in the factors like explanatory instruction, questioning instruction and negative feedback. Second, the positive feedback, one of the sub-factors of coaching behaviors had positive influence on satisfaction with lesson while the explanatory instruction, one of the sub-factors of coaching behaviors had positive influence on preference for instructors. Lastly, the satisfaction with lesson had positive influence on preference for instructors.

본 연구는 국내 간호대학생을 대상으로 Wade와 Kasper가 개발한 임상실습현장지도자의 돌봄에 대한 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 시행되었다. D 광역시 3개 대학교 간호학과 3~4학년에 재학 중인 간호대학생 219명을 대상으로 2018년 6월 04일에서 6월 20일까지 자료 수집을 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였다. varimax 직각 회전을 이용한 탐색적 요인분석을 시행한 결과, 총 27문항 5개 확인되었으며 존중하는 배려, 돌봄을 통한 신뢰, 통제와 유연성, 지지적인 교육환경, 삶의 의미에 대한 공감으로 구분되었다. 동시타당도 검정 결과, 임상실습교육환경 측정도구의 상관관계에서 r=.64 (p<.001)로 나타나 타당도가 있는 도구임이 확인되었다. 최종 도구의 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$는 .88이었고, 각 요인별 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$는 .91, .86, .80, .76, .85로 나타나 신뢰도가 높음을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 검증된 한국어판 NSPIC 도구는 임상실습현장지도자의 돌봄 역량을 객관적으로 평가하기에 유용한 도구로서 적용가능성을 제시하였다는 것에 의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구는 임상실습현장지도자의 돌봄 역량을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램을 개발하는 데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to survey the operation and development direction in KPNFA. Method: The participants of this study consisted of physical therapists who had a KPNFA membership. The satisfaction levels for each item (KPNFA impression, educational programs, and clinical application) were measured using a 5-point Likert scale. The survey was performed during June and July 2018. The total questionnaire was comprised of 648 samples. For the data analysis, descriptive statistics and Spearman correlation analysis were used to compare the general characteristics and all items. Results: In the questionnaire, the impression of KPNFA was 69.21, the instructor specialization in the educational programs was 74.22, and helpful interventions for clinical application scored 74.96. KPNFA's image is competitive; friendly items scored the highest, and operation suitability and communication scored the lowest. The most important factor of the educational program was the quality of the instructors. The most helpful item was the education intervention program. The nervous system was applied to the patient with the highest response. The age of subjects showed a significant positive correlation with KPNFA impression, KPNFA branch impression, and branch problem solving. The work duration of subjects showed a significant negative correlation with instructor specialization. A regular member duration of subjects showed a negative correlation with teaching method, instructor specialization. Conclusions: The KPNFA survey was performed for the first time. In the future, this data will be utilized as the basis for KPNFA policy.
